As can be seen from the above, the electronic device provided in the embodiment of the present invention obtains the template configuration file and the regulatory itemized information; configuring a business process template for initiating an approval process according to the template configuration file, wherein the business process template comprises a process step template; performing job batch processing on the job flow according to the service flow template; and evaluating the result of the job batch processing according to the regulatory itemized information.
By the electronic equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the problem of repeated development investment in the conventional internal control compliance business management can be solved, and the development workload and the implementation period are reduced.
In another embodiment, the internal control compliance service manager may be configured separately from the processor 301, for example, the internal control compliance service manager may be configured as a chip connected to the processor 301, and the function of the internal control compliance service management method may be realized by the control of the processor.
As shown in fig. 3, the electronic device 30 may further include: communication module 303, input unit 304, audio processing unit 305, display 306, power supply 303. It is noted that the electronic device 30 does not necessarily include all of the components shown in fig. 3; furthermore, the electronic device 30 may also comprise components not shown in fig. 3, as can be seen from the prior art.
As shown in fig. 3, the processor 301, also sometimes referred to as a controller or operational control, may comprise a microprocessor or other processor device and/or logic device, the processor 301 receiving input and controlling the operation of the various components of the electronic device 30.
The memory 302 may be, for example, one or more of a buffer, a flash memory, a hard drive, a removable media, a volatile memory, a non-volatile memory, or other suitable device. The information relating to the failure may be stored, and a program for executing the information may be stored. And the processor 301 may execute the program stored in the memory 302 to realize information storage or processing, or the like.
The input unit 304 provides input to the processor 301. The input unit 304 is, for example, a key or a touch input device. The power supply 303 is used to supply power to the electronic device 30. The display 306 is used for displaying display objects such as images and characters. The display may be, for example, an LCD display, but is not limited thereto.
The memory 302 may be a solid state memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), a SIM card, or the like. There may also be a memory that holds information even when power is off, can be selectively erased, and is provided with more data, an example of which is sometimes called an EPROM or the like. The memory 302 may also be some other type of device. The memory 302 includes a buffer memory 3021 (sometimes referred to as a buffer). The memory 302 may include an application/function storage section 3022, the application/function storage section 3022 being used to store application programs and function programs or procedures for performing operations of the electronic device 30 by the processor 301.
The memory 302 may also include a data store 3023, the data store 3023 being configured to store data such as contacts, digital data, pictures, sounds, and/or any other data used by the electronic device. The driver storage section 3024 of the memory 302 may include various drivers for the electronic device for communication functions and/or for performing other functions of the electronic device (e.g., messaging applications, directory applications, etc.).
The communication module 303 is a transmitter/receiver that transmits and receives signals via an antenna 308. A communication module (transmitter/receiver) 303 is coupled to the processor 301 to provide an input signal and receive an output signal, which may be the same as in the case of a conventional mobile communication terminal.
Based on different communication technologies, a plurality of communication modules 303, such as a cellular network module, a bluetooth module, and/or a wireless local area network module, may be provided in the same electronic device. The communication module (transmitter/receiver) 303 is also coupled to a speaker 309 and a microphone 310 via an audio processing unit 305 to provide audio output via the speaker 309 and receive audio input from the microphone 310 to implement general telecommunication functions. The audio processing unit 305 may include any suitable buffers, decoders, amplifiers and so forth. In addition, an audio processing unit 305 is also coupled to the processor 301, enabling recording locally by a microphone 310 and playing locally stored sounds by a speaker 309.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium for implementing all the steps in the internal control compliance service management method in the above embodiment, where the computer-readable storage medium stores thereon a computer program, and the computer program when executed by a processor implements all the steps of the internal control compliance service management method in the above embodiment, for example, the processor implements the following steps when executing the computer program: obtaining template configuration files and regulation clausealization information; configuring a business process template for initiating an approval process according to the template configuration file, wherein the business process template comprises a process step template; performing job batch processing on the job flow according to the service flow template; and evaluating the result of the job batch processing according to the regulatory itemized information.
As can be seen from the above, the computer-readable storage medium provided in embodiments of the present invention provides for generating a template profile and regulatory itemized information by obtaining the template profile and the regulatory itemized information; configuring a business process template for initiating an approval process according to the template configuration file, wherein the business process template comprises a process step template; performing job batch processing on the job flow according to the service flow template; and evaluating the result of the job batch processing according to the regulatory itemized information.
By the computer-readable storage medium provided by the embodiment of the invention, the problem of repeated development investment in the existing internal control compliance service management can be solved, and the development workload and the implementation period are reduced.
Although the present invention provides method steps as described in the examples or flowcharts, more or fewer steps may be included based on routine or non-inventive labor. The order of steps recited in the embodiments is merely one manner of performing the steps in a multitude of orders and does not represent the only order of execution. The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. Claims (16)

1. An internal control compliance service management method, comprising:
obtaining template configuration files and regulation clausealization information;
configuring a business process template for initiating an approval process according to the template configuration file, wherein the business process template comprises a process step template;
performing job batch processing on the job flow according to the service flow template;
and evaluating the result of the job batch processing according to the regulatory itemized information.
2. The internal control compliance traffic management method of claim 1, further comprising: and creating a process instance according to the business process template.
3. The internal control compliance business management method of claim 1, wherein the performing of the job batch processing on the workflow according to the business process template comprises:
obtaining job configuration information and job status information;
and performing job batch processing on the job flow according to the job configuration information, the job state information and the service flow template.
4. The internal control compliance business management method of claim 1, wherein evaluating the results of job batch processing based on the regulatory-itemized information comprises:
generating a basic index library according to the regulation and regulation item information, wherein the basic index library is a total index pool facing evaluation items;
generating an evaluation index library according to the basic index library;
and evaluating the result of the job batch processing according to the evaluation index library.
5. The internal control compliance traffic management method of claim 4, further comprising: obtaining assessment year information and a problem domain;
generating an evaluation index library according to the basic index library, wherein the evaluation index library comprises the following steps: and according to the basic index library, evaluating the annual information and the problem domain, and generating an evaluation index library.
6. The internal control compliance business management method of claim 4, wherein the evaluation index library comprises a plurality of evaluation index sets, and there is a crossover between the evaluation index sets.
7. The internal control compliance traffic management method of claim 1, further comprising: and monitoring the operation condition of the operation batch processing by using the short message.
8. An internal control compliance traffic management device, comprising:
the file acquisition module is used for acquiring template configuration files and regulation clausealization information;
the template configuration module is used for configuring a business process template for initiating an approval process according to the template configuration file, wherein the business process template comprises a process step template;
the batch processing module is used for carrying out operation batch processing on the operation flow according to the service flow template;
and the result evaluation module is used for evaluating the result of the job batch processing according to the regulation and regulation clausealization information.
9. The internal control compliance traffic management device of claim 8, further comprising:

generating an evaluation index library according to the basic index library;
and evaluating the result of the job batch processing according to the evaluation index library.
12. The internal control compliance service management device of claim 11, wherein the file obtaining module is further configured to: obtaining assessment year information and a problem domain;
the result evaluation module is further to: and according to the basic index library, evaluating the annual information and the problem domain, and generating an evaluation index library.
13. The internal control compliance service management device of claim 11, wherein the evaluation index repository contains a plurality of sets of evaluation indexes, and wherein there is a crossover between the sets of evaluation indexes.
14. The internal control compliance traffic management device of claim 8, further comprising: and the short message monitoring module is used for monitoring the operation condition of the operation batch processing by using the short message.
15. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the internal compliance business management method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
16. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program for executing the internal compliance service management method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
