In step S242, a location guidance text for the target merchant end is generated according to the valid guidance text and the location guidance text of the target adjacent merchant end, where the location guidance information includes a guidance text for guiding the user to reach the target adjacent merchant end and a guidance text for guiding the user from the target adjacent merchant end to the target merchant end.
In particular implementations, the target neighboring merchant may be determined in an overlapping proportion of WiFi geofences. For example, according to the overlapping proportion of the WiFi geofence between the target merchant end and the merchant end adjacent to the target merchant end, the adjacent merchant end with the overlapping proportion of the WiFi geofence exceeding the preset overlapping threshold is selected as the target adjacent merchant end.
The merchant end adjacent to the target merchant end refers to a KA (Key Account important customer) merchant end, for example, a merchant end corresponding to a chain store.
It can be understood that the positions of the KA merchant ends are mostly in striking and easily visible positions, and more accurate position guide information is generally established for the KA merchant ends, so that the target adjacent merchant ends are selected according to the geo-fence overlapping proportion from the KA merchant ends, and the position guide text for the target merchant ends is generated according to the effective guide text for the target merchant ends and the position guide text for the target adjacent merchant ends.

On the basis of the above embodiment, fig. 4 is a flowchart of another exemplary method for generating location guidance information, which includes the following steps.
In step S41, the image-text data of the user to the target merchant is obtained.
The image-text data comprises image-text data uploaded by a consumer user to a target merchant terminal, image-text data uploaded by a distributor to the target merchant terminal or image-text data uploaded by a merchant user to the target merchant terminal.
In step S42, effective guide text is extracted from the text of the teletext data.
In step S43, for the image corresponding to the effective guide text in the image-text data, the confidence of the image is determined according to the matching degree between the image and the corresponding effective guide text.
In step S44, a target image is determined from the images corresponding to the effective guide text according to the confidence.
In step S45, position guide information is generated from the effective guide text and the target image.
In specific implementation, the image corresponding to the text is determined from the comment album constructed according to the image in the consumer comment data, the interest point data determined according to the map information adjacent to the target merchant terminal and the image data shot by the distributor who goes to the target merchant terminal to pick up goods. For example, according to the name of the target merchant, the image including the name of the target merchant and the names of the adjacent merchants in the WiFi geofence in the comment album, the point of interest data, and the shot image data is determined as an image corresponding to the text.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, effective guide texts extracted from texts of the image-text data are omitted.
Specifically, the text description content aiming at the position guide information of the target merchant is generated according to the effective guide text, and the interest points in the text description are generated according to the target image for displaying. And finally generating the position guide information combined by the pictures and the texts.
Thus, the position guide information is generated in a combined mode of the image and the text, and the effectiveness of the position guide information can be improved. And the spatial position of the target merchant terminal can be visually presented, and compared with the effect of generating the position guide information only according to the text, the method is higher in effectiveness and more intuitive.
On the basis of the embodiment, different confidence intervals are preset for the image and text data uploaded by users with different identity types.
In step S43, the determining the confidence level of the image according to the matching degree between the image and the corresponding effective guide text includes:
according to the matching degree of the image and the corresponding effective guide text, determining the confidence value of the image in a target confidence interval, wherein the target confidence interval is a preset confidence interval aiming at the identity type of the user corresponding to the commenting data comprising the image, and the confidence value is positively correlated with the matching degree.
Referring to the filling interface of the comment data of the merchant type provided in fig. 5, the filling area corresponding to the meal taking address may include a filling area of an address description and an image area corresponding to the filling area of the address description and the image area of the added image. When a plurality of comment data need to be added, the target merchant terminal can enter a next filling interface by adding a next control.
In specific implementation, different confidence intervals are preset for image-text data uploaded by users with different identity types, for example, when the user uploading the image-text data is a merchant, the confidence interval of the image-text data is determined to be a first confidence interval; under the condition that the user uploading the image-text data is a distributor, determining the confidence interval of the image-text data as a second confidence interval; and under the condition that the user uploading the image-text data is a consumer, determining the confidence coefficient interval of the image-text data as a third confidence coefficient interval, wherein the confidence coefficient of the first confidence coefficient interval is the highest, and the confidence coefficient of the third confidence coefficient interval is the lowest.
Further, a target confidence interval where the effective guide text is located is determined according to the confidence interval where the image-text data belongs, text information in the image is obtained through OCR (Optical Character Recognition) aiming at the obtained image, and NLP (Natural Language Processing) is carried out to extract key information in the text information, match the key information with the effective guide text, and determine the confidence value of the image in the target confidence interval according to the matching degree.
Exemplarily, with the first confidence interval being [4,5], the second confidence interval being [3,4 ], and the third confidence interval being [2,3 "), in the case that the user who uploads the image-text data is a merchant, the target confidence interval where the effective guidance text is located is determined to be the first confidence interval according to the first confidence interval to which the image-text data belongs, and further, in the case that the matching degree of the key information in the image and the corresponding effective guidance text is 80%, the confidence value of the image is determined to be 4.8 in the first confidence interval; under the condition that the matching degree of the key information in the image and the corresponding effective guide text is 50%, determining the confidence value of the image to be 4.5 in the first confidence interval; in the case that the key information in the image matches the corresponding valid guide text by 40%, the confidence value of the image is determined to be 4.4 in the first confidence interval.
In another example, when the user uploading the image-text data is a distributor, the target confidence interval where the effective guidance text is located is determined to be the second confidence interval according to the second confidence interval to which the image-text data belongs, and then the confidence value of the image is determined to be 3.8 in the first confidence interval when the matching degree of the key information in the image and the corresponding effective guidance text is 80%.
Optionally, the position guidance information is generated according to the effective guidance text and the image, where the confidence value of the image in each confidence interval reaches the preset confidence threshold corresponding to the confidence interval. Or, generating the position guidance information according to the plurality of images with the maximum confidence values of the images in each confidence interval and the corresponding valid guidance texts thereof, for example, generating the position guidance information according to the three images with the maximum confidence values of the images in each confidence interval and the corresponding valid guidance texts thereof.
Therefore, the accuracy of the generated position guide information can be improved based on the matching degree of the image and the effective guide text, and the convenience and the accuracy of searching for the target merchant end can be further improved.
Optionally, the matching degree of the image and the corresponding effective guide text is determined by the following way:
extracting image texts in the image;
and determining the matching degree according to the consistency between the name of the merchant terminal included in the image text and the name of the merchant terminal in the effective guide text.
Specifically, an image text in the image is obtained based on OCR recognition, and a name value of the merchant terminal name of the image is determined according to the proportion of the area of the merchant terminal name in the image text in the image, wherein the name value is inversely related to the proportion of the area of the merchant terminal name in the image. I.e., the greater the proportion of the area occupied by the merchant name in the image, the lower the value of the name.
Further, images with name values not reaching a preset value threshold value in the images are removed, and the matching degree is determined according to the consistency between the name of the merchant terminal with the name value reaching the preset value threshold value in the image text and the name of the merchant terminal in the effective guide text.
Therefore, the matching degree of the image can be determined based on the consistency between the name of the merchant terminal and the name of the merchant terminal in the effective guide text, the accuracy of the generated position guide information can be improved, and the convenience and the accuracy of searching for the target merchant terminal can be further improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the method further comprises: generating guide audio according to the effective guide text, wherein the position guide information comprises the effective guide text and the guide audio.
Therefore, in the process of the consumer going to the process or the process of the distributor going to the vehicle by riding, under the condition that the user is inconvenient to see the position guide information displayed on the target display interface, the user can reach the position of the target merchant end by listening to the guide audio, and the safety of the consumer going to the process or the safety of the distributor going to the process by riding the vehicle is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the target images are multiple, and the method further includes:
generating a guide video from a plurality of the target images, the position guide information including the guide video.
Alternatively, the guide video is VR (Virtual Reality technology) video or 360 degree video.
Therefore, in the process of the consumer going to or the process of the distributor going to by bike, under the condition that the user is difficult to understand characters and images in the position guide information, the position of the target merchant end can be reached by watching the guide video, and the convenience of the consumer going to or the distributor going to by bike is further improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the data uploaded by the user to the target merchant terminal includes the image-text data uploaded by the merchant user to the target merchant terminal, and fig. 6 is a flowchart of another exemplary method for generating location guidance information, which includes the following steps.
In step S51, an upload request is sent to a target merchant terminal corresponding to a merchant user, where the upload request is used to display a filling interface for filling out guidance data on the target merchant terminal, and the filling interface includes a text filling area and image upload areas corresponding to the text filling area one by one.
In step S52, receiving the graphic data filled by the target merchant, where the graphic data includes a guide text and a guide image corresponding to the guide text.
In step S53, position guide information is generated from the guide text and the guide image.
In specific implementation, the server sends an uploading request to the target merchant terminal, and displays a plurality of character filling areas on the target merchant terminal, each character filling area corresponds to one image uploading area, and the uploaded images can display key interest points in the character filling areas.
In one embodiment, the server may respond to a request for adding a new filling interface to the filling interface from the target merchant terminal, and send the upload request again so as to display the new filling interface on the target merchant terminal, so that different filling interfaces are used for filling guidance information going to the target merchant terminal from different positions.
Optionally, the filling interface may include a text filling area and a plurality of image uploading areas corresponding to the text filling area, and the images of the image uploading areas may respectively display interest points of text descriptions in the text filling area. Therefore, the interest points can be explained in detail through a plurality of images, and a user can conveniently and quickly find a target merchant end through the image contrasting with the text description.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a location guidance method applied to a terminal, and fig. 7 is a flowchart according to an exemplary location guidance method, where the method includes the following steps.
In step S61, in response to the user operating the location guidance control on the target display interface, a location guidance request is sent to the server, where the location guidance information includes a merchant-side identifier.
In step S62, the location guidance information sent by the server for the target merchant terminal characterized by the merchant terminal identification is received.
In step S63, the user is guided to reach the location of the target merchant according to the location guidance information.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 8, in the case that the position guidance information is in a form of text-text combination, the position guidance information may include a display mode of a text-text multi-graph and a display mode of a text-text multi-graph. In the case of multiple pictures in a text, the position guide information is described by a piece of text, and multiple pictures are matched to show key interest points in the text description. In the case of multi-text and multi-graph, the information is guided by the position of the multi-segment text description, and each segment of text description corresponds to one image to show the key interest points in the text description.
Further, the location guidance information may be guidance information for going to the target merchant from different locations, as shown in fig. 7, where a text-by-text map and a text-by-text map are guidance information for reaching the target merchant from different streets.
In specific implementation, the target display interface may be an order distribution interface of a distributor terminal or a merchant interface of a consumer terminal. That is, the location guidance information can be used for guiding the distributor to reach the location of the target merchant end for picking up goods, and can also be used for guiding the consumer to reach the location of the target merchant end for consumption.
For example, in the case where the target display interface is an order delivery interface of a terminal of a dispenser, the dispenser may click on a displayed "location guidance" virtual button on the order delivery interface, and the terminal may generate a location guidance request and transmit the location guidance request to the server. The server sends the position guide information to the terminal according to the position guide request, and the terminal displays the position guide information on the target display interface in a form of combining pictures and texts for example under the condition that the terminal receives the position guide information sent by the server aiming at the position guide request, so that a distributor can quickly, conveniently and accurately find the position of a target merchant end according to the displayed position guide information to take away goods, and the distributor can be accurately guided in areas with weak signals such as underground shopping malls without being influenced by position drift. Avoiding the problem that the time for searching for the target merchant end is long, thereby causing the overtime of the order delivery and the like.
For yet another example, where the target display interface is a merchant interface of a consumer terminal, the consumer may click on a displayed "location guidance" virtual button at the merchant interface, and the terminal may generate a location guidance request and send the location guidance request to the server. The server sends the position guide information to the terminal according to the position guide request, and the terminal displays the position guide information on the target display interface in a form of image-text combination for example under the condition that the terminal receives the position guide information sent by the server aiming at the position guide request, so that a consumer can quickly, conveniently and accurately select the position of a target merchant end according to the displayed position guide information, and the consumer can be accurately guided in areas with weak signals such as underground markets without being influenced by position drift.
According to the technical scheme, the position guide information generated based on the data uploaded by the target merchant terminal by the user can quickly, conveniently and accurately guide the user to reach the position of the target merchant terminal, the user can be accurately guided in areas with weak signals such as underground shopping malls, the influence of position drift is avoided, the target merchant terminal is prevented from being searched by spending a large amount of time, and the convenience of searching the target merchant terminal is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the location guidance request further includes location information of the terminal, where the location information is used by the server to determine a target departure area where the terminal is located, so that the server sends, to the terminal, target location guidance information corresponding to the target departure area and corresponding to the target merchant terminal.
By the technical scheme, the target position guide information can be determined based on the position information of the terminal, the problem that the target position guide information is difficult to determine by a user due to the fact that a plurality of positions guide information is avoided, and convenience and accuracy of finding a target merchant terminal are further improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the location guidance information includes guidance text and guidance audio, and the guidance of the user to reach the location of the target merchant end according to the location guidance information includes:
displaying the guide text on the target display interface; and the number of the first and second antennas is increased,
and playing the guide audio according to the position of the terminal.
In specific implementation, a guidance audio control can be set on a target display interface of the terminal, and the guidance audio is played according to the position of the terminal in response to the operation of a user on the guidance audio control. Therefore, under the condition that the user is inconvenient to see the position guide information displayed on the target display interface, the user can reach the position of the target merchant end by listening to the guide audio, and the safety of the consumer in the process of going to the target merchant end or the safety of the distributor in the process of riding to the target merchant end is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the location guidance information further includes a guidance video, and the guiding the user to reach the location of the target merchant end according to the location guidance information further includes:
and playing the guide video according to the position of the terminal.
In specific implementation, a guide video control can be set on a target display interface of the terminal, and the guide video is played according to the position of the terminal in response to the operation of a user on the guide video control. Under the condition that the user is difficult to understand characters and images in the position guide information, the user can watch the guide video to reach the position of the target merchant terminal, and the convenience of the consumer in the process of going to the user or the distributor in the process of riding the vehicle to go to the user is further improved.
Based on the same inventive concept, the present disclosure also provides a location guidance device, applied to a server, for performing the steps of the location guidance method provided by the above embodiments, and the device may implement the location guidance method on the server side in a software, hardware or a combination of the two. Fig. 9 is a block diagram illustrating a position directing apparatus 100 according to an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 100, as shown in fig. 9, comprising: an acquisition module 110 and a sending module 120.
The obtaining module 110 is configured to obtain a location guide request sent by a terminal, where the location guide request includes a merchant-side identifier;
a sending module 120, configured to send, to the terminal, location guidance information corresponding to the target merchant terminal represented by the merchant terminal identifier according to the location guidance request, where the location guidance information is used for the terminal to display to a user, and the location guidance information is generated according to data uploaded by the user to the target merchant terminal.
Above-mentioned device shows the position that the data based on the user is to target trade company end generated to the user and guides information, in the region that for example the signal covers weak easily to take place the position drift, can fast, conveniently, accurately guide the user to reach the position of target trade company end, avoids spending a large amount of time and seeks target trade company end, can improve the convenience and the accuracy of looking for target trade company end.
Optionally, the location guidance request further includes location information of the terminal, and the sending module 120 is configured to determine a target departure area where the terminal is located according to the location information of the terminal;
and determining target position guidance information corresponding to the target departure area from a plurality of position guidance information corresponding to the target merchant terminal represented by the merchant terminal identification, and sending the target position guidance information to the terminal.
Optionally, the sending module 120 is configured to obtain text data uploaded by the user to the target merchant terminal, where the text data includes a comment text uploaded by the consumer user to the target merchant terminal, a comment text uploaded by a distributor to the target merchant terminal, or a guide text uploaded by the merchant user to the target merchant terminal;
target character contents are removed from the text data, wherein the target character contents are the text contents without preset pointing characteristic words between adjacent mark point symbols in the text data;
aiming at the text with the target character content removed, removing invalid words in the character content corresponding to the text to obtain an effective guide text;
and generating the position guide information according to the effective guide text.
Optionally, the sending module 120 is configured to determine a target adjacent merchant end according to a geofence overlap ratio between the target merchant end and a merchant end adjacent to the target merchant end;
and generating a position guide text aiming at the target merchant terminal according to the effective guide text and the position guide text of the target adjacent merchant terminal, wherein the position guide information comprises a guide text for guiding a user to reach the target adjacent merchant terminal and a guide text for guiding the user to reach the target merchant terminal from the target adjacent merchant terminal.
Optionally, the sending module 120 is configured to obtain the image-text data of the user to the target merchant terminal, where the image-text data includes image-text data uploaded by the consumer user to the target merchant terminal, image-text data uploaded by the distributor to the target merchant terminal, or image-text data uploaded by the merchant user to the target merchant terminal;
extracting effective guide texts from texts of the image-text data;

Optionally, the sending module 120 is configured to determine a confidence value of the image in a target confidence interval according to a matching degree between the image and the corresponding effective guidance text, where the target confidence interval is a confidence interval preset for an identity type of a user corresponding to the comment data including the image, a size of the confidence value is positively correlated with the matching degree, and different confidence intervals are preset for the image data uploaded by users of different identity types.
Optionally, the matching degree of the image and the corresponding effective guide text is determined by the following way:
extracting image texts in the image;
and determining the matching degree according to the consistency between the name of the merchant terminal included in the image text and the name of the merchant terminal in the effective guide text.
Optionally, the sending module 120 is further configured to generate guidance audio according to the effective guidance text, and the location guidance information includes the effective guidance text and the guidance audio.

Based on the same inventive concept, the present disclosure further provides a location guidance device, applied to a terminal, for performing the steps of the location guidance method provided by the above embodiment, and the device may implement the location guidance method at the terminal side in a software, hardware or a combination of the two. Fig. 10 is a block diagram illustrating a position directing apparatus 200 according to an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 200, as shown in fig. 10, comprising: a request module 210, a receive module 220, and a direction module 230.
The request module 210 is configured to send a location guidance request to a server in response to a user operating a location guidance control on a target display interface, where the location guidance information includes a merchant-side identifier;
a receiving module 220 configured to receive the location guidance information sent by the server for the target merchant terminal characterized by the merchant terminal identifier;
and a directing module 230 configured to direct the user to the location of the target merchant according to the location directing information.
The device can quickly, conveniently and accurately guide the user to reach the position of the target merchant terminal based on the position guide information generated by the data uploaded by the user to the target merchant terminal, can accurately guide the user in areas with weak signals such as underground markets, avoids the influence of position drift, avoids spending a large amount of time for finding the target merchant terminal, and improves the convenience for finding the target merchant terminal.
Optionally, the location guidance request further includes location information of the terminal, where the location information is used by the server to determine a target departure area where the terminal is located, so that the server sends, to the terminal, target location guidance information corresponding to the target departure area and corresponding to the target merchant terminal.
Optionally, the guidance module 230 is configured to display the guidance text on the target display interface; and according to the position of the terminal, playing guidance audio, wherein the position guidance information comprises guidance texts and guidance audio.
Optionally, the guidance module 230 is configured to play a guidance video according to the location of the terminal, and the location guidance information further includes the guidance video.
Above-mentioned device can guide the information based on the position that the user generated the comment data of target trade company end, can show fast, convenient, accurately and guide the information, in the area that the signal is more weak such as underground market, can accurately guide the user, and avoid the influence of position drift, avoid spending a large amount of time and look for target trade company end, has improved the convenience of looking for target trade company end.

Fig. 11 is a block diagram illustrating an electronic device 700 in accordance with an example embodiment. The electronic device may be configured as a terminal, and as shown in fig. 11, the electronic device 700 may include: a processor 701 and a memory 702. The electronic device 700 may also include one or more of a multimedia component 703, an input/output (I/O) interface 704, and a communication component 705.
The processor 701 is configured to control the overall operation of the electronic device 700, so as to complete all or part of the steps in the server-side position guidance method. The memory 702 is used to store various types of data to support operation of the electronic device 700, such as instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device 700 and application-related data, such as transmitted and received messages, images, and the like. The Memory 702 may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile Memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic Memory, flash Memory, magnetic disk, or optical disk. The multimedia components 703 may include screen and audio components. Wherein the screen may be, for example, a touch screen and the audio component is used for outputting and/or inputting audio signals. For example, the audio component may include a microphone for receiving external audio signals. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 702 or transmitted through the communication component 705. The audio assembly also includes at least one speaker for outputting audio signals. The I/O interface 704 provides an interface between the processor 701 and other interface modules, such as a keyboard, mouse, buttons, etc. These buttons may be virtual buttons or physical buttons. The communication component 705 is used for wired or wireless communication between the electronic device 700 and other devices. Wireless Communication, such as Wi-Fi, bluetooth, near Field Communication (NFC), 2G, 3G, 4G, NB-IOT, eMTC, or other 5G, or combinations thereof, which is not limited herein. In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic Device 700 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or other electronic components for performing the above terminal-side position guidance method.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium including program instructions, which when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the above-described terminal-side position guidance method is also provided. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be the memory 702 including the program instructions, which are executable by the processor 701 of the electronic device 700 to perform the terminal-side position guidance method.
Fig. 11 is a block diagram illustrating an electronic device 1900 according to an example embodiment. For example, the electronic device 1900 may be provided as a server. Referring to fig. 11, an electronic device 1900 includes a processor 1922, which may be one or more in number, and a memory 1932 for storing computer programs executable by the processor 1922. The computer program stored in memory 1932 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processor 1922 may be configured to execute the computer program to perform the server-side position guidance method described above.
Additionally, electronic device 1900 may also include a power component 1926 and a communication component 1950, the power component 1926 may be configured to perform power management of the electronic device 1900, and the communication component 1950 may be configured to enable communication, e.g., wired or wireless communication, of the electronic device 1900. In addition, the electronic device 1900 may also include input/output (I/O) interfaces 1958. The electronic device 1900 may operate based on an operating system, such as Windows Server, stored in memory 1932 TM ,Mac OS X TM ,Unix TM ,Linux TM And so on.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer readable storage medium including program instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the above-described server-side position guidance method is also provided. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be the above-mentioned memory 1932 including program instructions that are executable by the processor 1922 of the electronic device 1900 to perform the above-mentioned server-side position guidance method.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer program product is also provided, which comprises a computer program executable by a programmable apparatus, the computer program having code portions for performing the above-mentioned server-side position guidance method when executed by the programmable apparatus.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiments, the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various possible combinations will not be further described in the present disclosure.
In addition, any combination of various embodiments of the present disclosure may be made, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present disclosure as long as it does not depart from the gist of the present disclosure.

Claims (16)

1. A position guidance method applied to a server, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a position guide request sent by a terminal, wherein the position guide request comprises a merchant terminal identifier and position information of the terminal;
determining a target departure area where the terminal is located from departure areas corresponding to the merchant terminal identifications according to the position information of the terminal, wherein the departure areas are divided into departure areas for each merchant terminal in a cellular partition mode, and one or more departure areas corresponding to each position guide information are determined according to the obtained plurality of position guide information;
determining target position guidance information corresponding to the target departure area from a plurality of pieces of position guidance information corresponding to the target merchant terminal represented by the merchant terminal identification, and sending the target position guidance information to the terminal, wherein the target position guidance information is used for displaying the terminal to a user;
the position guide information is generated by image-text data and/or text data uploaded by a user to the target merchant terminal, wherein the text data comprises a comment text uploaded by a consumer user to the target merchant terminal, a comment text uploaded by a distributor to the target merchant terminal or a guide text uploaded by a merchant user to the target merchant terminal, and the image-text data comprises image-text data uploaded by the consumer user to the target merchant terminal, image-text data uploaded by the distributor to the target merchant terminal or image-text data uploaded by the merchant user to the target merchant terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises:
under the condition that the position guide information is generated by a user on the text data uploaded by the target merchant terminal, target character content is removed aiming at the text data, wherein the target character content is the text content without preset pointing feature words between adjacent mark point symbols in the text data;
aiming at the text with the target character content removed, removing invalid words in the character content corresponding to the text to obtain an effective guide text;
and generating the position guide information according to the effective guide text.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the generating the location guidance information from the valid guidance text comprises:
determining a target adjacent merchant end according to the geographic fence overlapping proportion between the target merchant end and the merchant end adjacent to the target merchant end;
and generating a position guide text aiming at the target merchant terminal according to the effective guide text and the position guide text of the target adjacent merchant terminal, wherein the position guide information comprises a guide text for guiding a user to reach the target adjacent merchant terminal and a guide text for guiding the user to reach the target merchant terminal from the target adjacent merchant terminal.
4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises:
under the condition that the position guide information is generated by the user on the image-text data uploaded by the target merchant terminal, extracting effective guide texts from texts of the image-text data;
determining the confidence of the image corresponding to the effective guide text in the image-text data according to the matching degree of the image and the corresponding effective guide text;
determining a target image from the images corresponding to the effective guide texts according to the confidence;
and generating the position guide information according to the effective guide text and the target image.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein different confidence intervals are preset for the image and text data uploaded by users with different identity types; the determining the confidence of the image according to the matching degree of the image and the corresponding effective guide text comprises the following steps:
according to the matching degree of the image and the corresponding effective guide text, determining the confidence value of the image in a target confidence interval, wherein the target confidence interval is a preset confidence interval aiming at the identity type of the user corresponding to the image-text data comprising the image, and the confidence value is positively correlated with the matching degree.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the degree of matching of the image with the corresponding valid guidance text is determined by:
extracting image texts in the image;
and determining the matching degree according to the consistency between the name of the merchant terminal included in the image text and the name of the merchant terminal in the effective guide text.
7. The method according to any one of claims 2-6, further comprising:
generating guide audio according to the effective guide text, wherein the position guide information comprises the effective guide text and the guide audio.
8. The method according to any one of claims 4-6, wherein the target image is a plurality of images, the method further comprising:
and generating a guide video according to a plurality of target images, wherein the position guide information comprises the guide video.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein in a case that the data uploaded by the user to the target merchant terminal includes image-text data uploaded by a merchant user to the target merchant terminal, the generating of the location guidance information includes:
sending an uploading request to a target merchant terminal corresponding to the merchant user, wherein the uploading request is used for displaying a filling interface for filling guide data on the target merchant terminal, and the filling interface comprises a text filling area and image uploading areas which are in one-to-one correspondence with the text filling area;
receiving image-text data filled by the target merchant terminal, wherein the image-text data comprises a guide text and a guide image corresponding to the guide text;
and generating the position guide information according to the guide text and the guide image.
10. A position guiding method is applied to a terminal, and comprises the following steps:
responding to the operation of a user on a position guide control on a target display interface, and sending a position guide request to a server, wherein the position guide request comprises a merchant terminal identifier and the position information of the terminal;
receiving target position guidance information sent by the server for a target merchant terminal characterized by the merchant terminal identifier, wherein the target position guidance information is obtained by the server according to the position information of the terminal, determining a target departure region where the terminal is located from departure regions corresponding to the merchant terminal identifier, the departure regions are divided by adopting a cellular partition mode for each merchant terminal, and determining one or more departure regions corresponding to each position guidance information according to the obtained plurality of position guidance information; the determined position guidance information corresponding to the target departure area is selected from a plurality of pieces of position guidance information corresponding to the target merchant terminal represented by the merchant terminal identification;
guiding the user to reach the position of the target merchant terminal according to the target position guide information;
the position guide information is generated by image-text data and/or text data uploaded by the target merchant terminal by a user, wherein the text data comprises a comment text uploaded by a consumer user to the target merchant terminal, a comment text uploaded by a distributor to the target merchant terminal or a guide text uploaded by a merchant user to the target merchant terminal, and the image-text data comprises image-text data uploaded by the consumer user to the target merchant terminal, image-text data uploaded by the distributor to the target merchant terminal or image-text data uploaded by the merchant user to the target merchant terminal.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the location guidance information comprises guidance text and guidance audio, and wherein guiding the user to reach the location of the target merchant location according to the location guidance information comprises:
displaying the guide text on the target display interface; and the number of the first and second electrodes,
and playing the guide audio according to the position of the terminal.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the location guidance information further comprises a guidance video, and wherein guiding the user to reach the location of the target merchant location according to the location guidance information further comprises:
and playing the guide video according to the position of the terminal.
13. A position guide apparatus applied to a server, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is configured to be used for acquiring a position guide request sent by a terminal, and the position guide request comprises a merchant terminal identifier and position information of the terminal;
a sending module, configured to determine a target departure area where the terminal is located from departure areas corresponding to the merchant terminal identifiers according to the location information of the terminal, where the departure areas are divided into departure areas for each merchant terminal in a cellular partition manner, and determine one or more departure areas corresponding to each piece of location guidance information according to the obtained multiple pieces of location guidance information; determining target position guide information corresponding to the target starting area from a plurality of position guide information corresponding to a target merchant terminal represented by the merchant terminal identification, and sending the target position guide information to the terminal, wherein the target position guide information is used for the terminal to display to a user;
the position guide information is generated by image-text data and/or text data uploaded by a user to the target merchant terminal, wherein the text data comprises a comment text uploaded by a consumer user to the target merchant terminal, a comment text uploaded by a distributor to the target merchant terminal or a guide text uploaded by a merchant user to the target merchant terminal, and the image-text data comprises image-text data uploaded by the consumer user to the target merchant terminal, image-text data uploaded by the distributor to the target merchant terminal or image-text data uploaded by the merchant user to the target merchant terminal.
14. A position guide apparatus applied to a terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the request module is configured to respond to the operation of a user on a position guide control on the target display interface and send a position guide request to the server, wherein the position guide request comprises a merchant terminal identifier and position information of the terminal;
a receiving module, configured to receive target location guidance information sent by the server for a target merchant terminal characterized by the merchant terminal identifier, where the target location guidance information is obtained by the server according to the location information of the terminal, and determining a target departure area where the terminal is located from a departure area corresponding to the merchant terminal identifier, where the departure area is obtained by dividing a departure area for each merchant terminal in a cellular partition manner, and determining one or more departure areas corresponding to each location guidance information according to the obtained multiple location guidance information; determining position guidance information corresponding to the target departure area from a plurality of pieces of position guidance information corresponding to the target merchant terminal represented by the merchant terminal identification;
the guiding module is configured to guide the user to reach the position of the target merchant terminal according to the target position guiding information;
the position guide information is generated by image-text data and/or text data uploaded by a user to the target merchant terminal, wherein the text data comprises a comment text uploaded by a consumer user to the target merchant terminal, a comment text uploaded by a distributor to the target merchant terminal or a guide text uploaded by a merchant user to the target merchant terminal, and the image-text data comprises image-text data uploaded by the consumer user to the target merchant terminal, image-text data uploaded by the distributor to the target merchant terminal or image-text data uploaded by the merchant user to the target merchant terminal.
15. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
16. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory having a computer program stored thereon;
a processor for executing the computer program in the memory to carry out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 12.
