The Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, etc. The general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like which is the control center for the computer device and which connects the various parts of the overall computer device using various interfaces and lines.
The memory may be used to store the computer programs and/or modules, and the processor may implement various functions of the computer device by running or executing the computer programs and/or modules stored in the memory and invoking data stored in the memory. The memory may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, video data, etc.) created according to the use of the cellular phone, etc.
The memory may be integrated in the processor or may be provided separately from the processor.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method for generating a multi-category material approval document in the above-described embodiments, such as the steps S1 through S5 shown in fig. 2 and other extensions of and extensions of the related steps of the method. Alternatively, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implements the functions of the modules/units of the generating apparatus for multi-category material approval document in the above-described embodiments, such as the functions of the modules 101 to 105 shown in fig. 6. To avoid repetition, further description is omitted here.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions.

Claims (10)

1. A method for generating a multi-class material approval document is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring original materials and identification data of the original materials from at least one database;
screening and classifying the original materials according to a first preset rule;
generating a thumbnail of the original material according to the category of the original material and a generation method corresponding to the category;
combining the thumbnail and the identification data according to a second preset rule, wherein the second preset rule comprises the position and size relation between the thumbnail and the identification data of the original material;
and generating an approval document by using the combined thumbnail and the identification data, wherein the original material is embedded in the approval document.
2. The method for generating the multi-category material approval document according to claim 1, wherein the step of screening and classifying the raw material according to the first predetermined rule comprises:
obtaining the first preset rule according to the selected screening rule in the screening rule group;
classifying the original materials according to the first preset rule, and eliminating the original materials which do not accord with the first preset rule;
and adding the classification result classified according to the first preset rule into the identification data of the original material.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the categories of the source material include picture format, video format, PPT file format, Word file format, Excel file format, and PDF file format.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of generating the thumbnail of the source material according to the category of the source material and the generation method corresponding to the category comprises:
when the category of the raw material is in the PPT file format, converting each page of the raw material into an independent page slice;
converting the paging slice into a paging picture;
and generating a thumbnail according to the paging picture.
5. The method for generating a multi-category material approval document according to claim 3,
the step of generating the thumbnail of the raw material according to the category of the raw material and the corresponding generation method comprises the following steps:
when the category of the original material is in a video format, capturing the original material according to a preset time interval, a key frame and/or video playing time to obtain a captured picture;
and generating a thumbnail according to the screenshot picture.
6. The method for generating a multi-category material approval document according to claim 3,
the step of generating the thumbnail of the raw material according to the category of the raw material and the corresponding generation method comprises the following steps:
when the original material is in a Word file format, an Excel file format and/or a PDF file format, dividing the Word file format, the Excel file format or the PDF file format into single page files according to pages;
converting the single-page file into a single-page file picture;
and generating a thumbnail according to the single-page file picture.
7. The method for generating a multi-category material approval document according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the step of generating the thumbnail of the original material according to the category of the original material and the generation method corresponding to the category further comprises:
identifying information recorded in the source material and generating summary information;
and adding the summary information into the identification data.
8. A generation device for multi-class material approval documents is characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a material acquisition module, a data processing module and a data processing module, wherein the material acquisition module is used for acquiring original materials and identification data of the original materials from at least one database;
the material screening module is used for screening and classifying the original materials according to a first preset rule;
the thumbnail generation module is used for generating thumbnails of the original materials according to the types of the original materials and the generation method corresponding to the types;
the thumbnail combination module is used for combining the thumbnail and the identification data according to a second preset rule, wherein the second preset rule comprises the position and size relation between the thumbnail and the identification data of the original material;
and the approval document generation module is used for generating an approval document by using the combined thumbnail and the identification data, wherein the original material is embedded in the approval document.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements the steps of the method of generating a multi-class material approval document according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method for generating a multi-class material approval document according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
