Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
a download channel release unit, configured to receive a file download channel release request sent by the called mobile terminal; controlling the 4G or 5G system to release a special wireless bearer with service quality guarantee; and after the release of the special wireless bearer is finished, sending a file downloading channel release response message to the called mobile terminal.
The embodiment discloses a service quality control device for a mission-critical data service applied to a mobile terminal, where the mobile terminal is installed with a mission-critical data service client, please refer to fig. 6, and the device includes:
an upload request sending unit 601, configured to send a file upload request with quality of service guarantee to the mission-critical data service server;
a storage path receiving unit 602, configured to receive a file storage path issued by the mission-critical data service server;
an upload channel request unit 603, configured to send an upload channel establishment request with quality of service guarantee to the mission-critical data service server, so that the mission-critical data service server establishes a file upload channel with quality of service guarantee, and controls a 4G or 5G system to establish a dedicated radio bearer with quality of service guarantee;
a file uploading unit 604, configured to, when receiving the upload channel setup completion information sent by the mission-critical data service server, upload a file using an upload channel with quality of service guarantee, and store the file in the file storage path.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
an upload channel release request unit, configured to send a file upload channel release request to the mission-critical data service server, so that the mission-critical data service server controls a 4G or 5G system to release a dedicated radio bearer with quality of service guarantee; and receiving a file uploading channel release response message sent by the key task data service server.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
a storage path obtaining unit, configured to receive a multimedia short message with a file storage path sent by the mission-critical data service server, and obtain the file storage path;
a download channel request unit, configured to send a file download channel establishment request with quality of service guarantee to the mission-critical data service server, so that the mission-critical data service server establishes a file download channel with quality of service guarantee, and controls a 4G or 5G system to establish a dedicated radio bearer with quality of service guarantee;
and the file downloading unit is used for downloading the file of the file storage path by using the file downloading channel with the service quality guarantee under the condition of receiving the downloading channel establishment completion information sent by the key task data service server.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
a download channel release request unit, configured to send a file download channel release request to the mission-critical data server, so that the mission-critical data server controls a 4G or 5G system to release a dedicated radio bearer with quality of service guarantee; and receiving a file downloading channel release response message sent by the key task data server.
In the service quality control apparatus for 3GPP key task data service disclosed in this embodiment, before uploading or downloading a file, the mobile terminal sends a file upload/download request with quality of service guarantee to the key task data service server, so that the key task data service server establishes a file upload/download channel with quality of service guarantee, and controls the 4G or 5G system to establish a dedicated bearer with quality of service guarantee, and the mobile terminal implements uploading or downloading a file by using the file upload/download channel with quality of service guarantee, thereby solving the problem of slow speed in an air interface when a key task user uploads or downloads a file, and ensuring timeliness of data transmission. Especially in remote areas, places with poor LTE signal weak coverage and large signal congestion of people flow, the use experience of users of the emergency data service in key tasks is greatly improved.
The embodiment also discloses a service quality control system of the 3GPP mission-critical data service, which includes: a mission-critical data service server and a mobile terminal.
Please refer to a file upload timing diagram of a service quality control system of a 3GPP Mission-Critical Data service shown in fig. 7, in which a mobile terminal is installed with a Mission-Critical Data service Client MCData-Client, an EPC (Evolved Packet Core), an eNB (Evolved node b,4G base station), a PCRF (Policy and Charging Rule Function), an MCData-PF (Mission Critical Data-Participating Function), an MCData-CF (Mission Critical Data-Critical Function, mission Critical Data-Core Function)/an MSF (Mission Critical Data-Mass Storage Facility), wherein the EPC or the eNB is deployed separately, and the PCRF, the MCData-PF and the MCData-CF/MSF may be deployed separately or together to form a Mission-Critical Data server. The file uploading of the system comprises the following steps:
step 1: the calling mobile terminal decides to send a point-to-point or point-to-multipoint MCData emergency big data file, and after submitting a sending request, the calling mobile terminal decides to start the uploading of the MCData file with QoS guarantee;
step 2-5: firstly, sending a file uploading request with service quality guarantee to acquire a file storage path from an MCData-PF request; the PF returns a response message to the calling mobile terminal after acquiring the file storage path from the MSF;
step 6-12: the method comprises the steps that a calling mobile terminal sends a file uploading channel establishing request to obtain file uploading channel information, meanwhile, a special wireless channel with QoS guarantee is required to be established, after MCData-PF (Multi-core data-packet) is subjected to authorization check, a 4G/5G system is requested to establish a special wireless bearer with QoS guarantee through control, the MCData-PF is informed after the 4G/5G system special wireless bearer is successfully established, and the MCData-PF finally returns a response message to the calling mobile terminal;
step 13: the calling mobile terminal uploads the MCData file in an established special wireless channel with QoS guarantee;
step 14 to step 21: after the MCData file is uploaded, the calling mobile terminal sends a file uploading channel release request to release a special wireless channel, after the MCData-PF is subjected to authorization check, the 4G/5G system is requested to release a special wireless bearer by controlling, after the 4G/5G system special wireless bearer is released, the MCData-PF is notified, and finally, the MCData-PF returns a special channel release response message to the calling mobile terminal.
Please refer to fig. 8, which shows a sequence diagram of downloading files in a qos control system of a 3GPP mission-critical data service, where the downloading of files in the system includes the following steps:
step 1: after receiving the multimedia short message of MCData file, the called mobile terminal decides to automatically establish a special wireless channel with QoS guarantee to download the MCData file;
step 2-8: a called mobile terminal sends a file downloading channel establishing request to acquire file downloading channel information, simultaneously requests to establish a special wireless channel with QoS guarantee, after MCData-PF (authorization check), a 4G/5G system is requested to establish a special wireless bearer with QoS guarantee through control, after the 4G/5G system special wireless bearer is successfully established, MCData-PF is notified, and finally response information is returned to the called mobile terminal by the MCData-PF;
and step 9: the called mobile terminal downloads MCData files in the established media channel with QoS guarantee;
step 11-17: after the MCData file is downloaded, the called mobile terminal sends a file downloading channel release request to release a special wireless channel, after the MCData-PF carries out authorization check, the 4G/5G system releases the special wireless bearer through control request, after the 4G/5G system releases the special wireless bearer, the MCData-PF is informed, and finally the MCData-PF returns a special channel release response message to the called mobile terminal.
It can be seen that, in the service quality control system of the 3GPP mission-critical data service disclosed in this embodiment, when a user sends an important and urgent file to a group or an individual through a mobile terminal, both the calling end and the called end ensure that the file is sent as soon as possible at the calling side and received as soon as possible at the called side by establishing a QoS-specific radio bearer. The problem that the speed of a key task user in an air interface is low when the key task user uploads and downloads files is solved, and the timeliness of data transmission is guaranteed. Especially in remote areas, places with poor LTE signal weak coverage and large signal congestion of people flow, the use experience of users of the emergency data service in key tasks is greatly improved.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other. The device disclosed by the embodiment corresponds to the method disclosed by the embodiment, so that the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the method part for description.

A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, read-only memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.
The above embodiments may be combined arbitrarily, and the above description of the disclosed embodiments may replace or combine features described in the embodiments in the present specification, so as to enable a person skilled in the art to implement or use the present application.

Claims (11)

1. A service quality control method for 3GPP mission-critical data service is characterized in that the method is applied to a mission-critical data service server, and the method comprises the following steps:
under the condition of receiving a file uploading request with service quality guarantee sent by a calling mobile terminal, generating a file storage path and sending the file storage path to the calling mobile terminal, wherein the calling mobile terminal is provided with a mission critical data service client;
receiving an uploading channel establishment request with service quality guarantee sent by the calling mobile terminal, establishing a file uploading channel with service quality guarantee for the calling mobile terminal, and controlling a 4G or 5G system to establish a special wireless bearer with service quality guarantee;
and sending upload channel establishment completion information to the calling mobile terminal, so that the calling mobile terminal uploads a file by using a file upload channel with service quality guarantee and stores the file in the file storage path.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the calling mobile terminal uploads a file using a file upload channel with quality of service guarantee and stores the file in the file storage path, the method further comprises:
receiving a file uploading channel release request sent by the calling mobile terminal;
controlling a 4G or 5G system to release a special radio bearer with service quality guarantee;
and after the release of the special wireless bearer is finished, sending a file uploading channel release response message to the calling mobile terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
sending multimedia short messages with file storage paths to called mobile terminals in the group;
under the condition of receiving a file downloading channel establishing request with service quality guarantee sent by the called mobile terminal, establishing a file downloading channel with service quality guarantee for the called mobile terminal, and controlling a 4G or 5G system to establish a special wireless bearer with service quality guarantee;
and sending download channel establishment completion information to the called mobile terminal, so that the called mobile terminal downloads the file of the file storage path by using a file download channel with service quality guarantee.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after the called mobile terminal downloads the file of the file storage path using a file download channel with quality of service guarantee, the method further comprises:
receiving a file downloading channel release request sent by the called mobile terminal;
controlling a 4G or 5G system to release a special radio bearer with service quality guarantee;
and after the release of the special wireless bearer is finished, sending a file downloading channel release response message to the called mobile terminal.
5. A service quality control method of 3GPP key task data service is characterized in that the method is applied to a mobile terminal, the mobile terminal is provided with a key task data service client, and the method comprises the following steps:
sending a file uploading request with service quality guarantee to a key task data service server;
receiving a file storage path issued by the mission critical data service server;
sending an uploading channel establishment request with service quality guarantee to the key task data service server, so that the key task data service server establishes a file uploading channel with service quality guarantee, and controls a 4G or 5G system to establish a special wireless bearer with service quality guarantee;
and under the condition of receiving the uploading channel establishment completion information sent by the key task data service server, uploading the file by using the uploading channel with the service quality guarantee, and storing the file in the file storage path.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after uploading the file using the upload channel with quality of service guarantee and storing the file in the file storage path, the method further comprises:
sending a file uploading channel release request to the mission critical data service server, so that the mission critical data service server controls a 4G or 5G system to release a special wireless bearer with service quality guarantee;
and receiving a file uploading channel release response message sent by the key task data service server.
7. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
receiving a multimedia short message with a file storage path sent by the mission critical data service server, and acquiring the file storage path;
sending a file downloading channel establishment request with service quality guarantee to the key task data service server, so that the key task data service server establishes a file downloading channel with service quality guarantee and controls a 4G or 5G system to establish a special wireless bearer with service quality guarantee;
and downloading the file of the file storage path by using a file downloading channel with guaranteed service quality under the condition of receiving downloading channel establishment completion information sent by the key task data service server.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein after downloading the file of the file storage path using a file download channel with quality of service guarantee, the method further comprises:
sending a file downloading channel release request to the key task data server, so that the key task data server controls a 4G or 5G system to release a special wireless bearer with service quality guarantee;
and receiving a file downloading channel release response message sent by the key task data server.
9. A service quality control device for 3GPP mission-critical data services, which is applied to a mission-critical data service server, and the device comprises:
the system comprises a storage path generating unit, a data processing unit and a data processing unit, wherein the storage path generating unit is used for generating a file storage path and sending the file storage path to a calling mobile terminal under the condition of receiving a file uploading request with service quality guarantee, which is sent by the calling mobile terminal, and the calling mobile terminal is provided with a mission critical data service client;
the uploading channel establishing unit is used for receiving an uploading channel establishing request with service quality guarantee sent by the calling mobile terminal, establishing a file uploading channel with service quality guarantee for the calling mobile terminal, and controlling a 4G or 5G system to establish a special wireless bearer with service quality guarantee;
and the first completion information sending unit is used for sending upload channel establishment completion information to the calling mobile terminal, so that the calling mobile terminal uploads files by using a file upload channel with service quality guarantee and stores the files in the file storage path.
10. A3 GPP mission-critical data service quality control device is applied to a mobile terminal, the mobile terminal is provided with a mission-critical data service client, the device comprises:
the uploading request sending unit is used for sending a file uploading request with service quality guarantee to the key task data service server;
a storage path receiving unit, configured to receive a file storage path issued by the mission-critical data service server;
an upload channel request unit, configured to send an upload channel establishment request with quality of service guarantee to the mission-critical data service server, so that the mission-critical data service server establishes a file upload channel with quality of service guarantee, and controls a 4G or 5G system to establish a dedicated radio bearer with quality of service guarantee;
and the file uploading unit is used for uploading files by using the uploading channel with service quality guarantee under the condition of receiving the uploading channel establishment completion information sent by the key task data service server and storing the files into the file storage path.
11. A system for quality of service control for 3GPP mission-critical data services, comprising: a key task data service server and a mobile terminal;
the mission critical data service server is used for executing the method for controlling the service quality of the mission critical data service according to any one of claims 1 to 4;
the mobile terminal is configured to execute the method for controlling the quality of service of the mission-critical data service according to any one of claims 5 to 8.
