In an embodiment, after an outdoor unit of an air conditioner is powered on for the first time, a data flow number of an outdoor unit external storage unit is not fed back, at this time, a counter of a flow number returned by the outdoor unit to an indoor unit is recorded to be 0, and the counter of the flow number returned by the outdoor unit is increased by 1 every time the outdoor unit feeds back the data flow number of the outdoor unit external storage unit to the indoor unit. The preset time may be set as required when the air conditioner leaves a factory, or may be set in a later use, for example, the preset time may be set to 2 hours, 5 hours, or 10 hours, or may be set to a power-on period of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, or the like.
And S5, determining that the feedback times reach the preset times, and not responding to the query instruction any more.
In some embodiments of the present invention, if the indoor unit continuously sends the query command of the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit to the outdoor unit, the outdoor unit continuously responds to the query command of the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit and feeds back the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit, so that the outdoor unit occupies a communication line for a long time, and regular communication between the outdoor unit and the indoor unit is affected, thereby affecting operation of the air conditioner.
When the above situation occurs, the outdoor unit may perform fault tolerance processing, for example, the preset number is set to 2 times, that is, when the outdoor unit continuously receives the query instruction of the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit sent by the indoor unit more than 2 times, the outdoor unit does not perform the action of feeding back the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit any more, and instead, the action is changed to normal data sending, so as to ensure the normal operation of the air conditioner.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, a flowchart of a method for updating outdoor unit operation data according to another embodiment of the present invention is provided, wherein the method for updating outdoor unit operation data further includes step S6, which is described in detail below.
S6, after the outdoor unit operation data in the data buffer area of the outdoor main memory unit is updated according to the outdoor unit update data packet, the outdoor unit operation data is not updated until the next power-on cycle.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after the outdoor unit is powered on, the outdoor unit completes one time of updating the outdoor unit operation data in the data cache area of the outdoor main memory unit, the outdoor unit will not execute the updating of the outdoor unit operation data any more, and the next OTA upgrade task is not allowed to be executed again until the next power-on cycle.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, there is a flowchart of a method for updating outdoor unit operation data according to another embodiment of the present invention, wherein after receiving an outdoor unit update packet, i.e., the step S2, the method for updating outdoor unit operation data further includes steps S21 and S22, which are described below.
And S21, checking the outdoor unit updating data packet.
Specifically, the outdoor unit update data packet may include a check code, and after receiving the outdoor unit update data packet, the outdoor unit needs to check the outdoor unit update data packet, for example, the check code is compared with a pre-stored check code, and if the check code matches the pre-stored check code, the check is successful, otherwise, if the check code is inconsistent with the pre-stored check code, the check fails, and the operation parameter of the outdoor unit can be updated only after the check is successful, and if the check fails, the outdoor unit may receive a new outdoor unit update data packet again, or operate according to the original operation parameter.
And S22, if the verification is successful, controlling the outdoor compressor and the outdoor fan to stop running.
After the outdoor unit successfully verifies the outdoor unit update data packet, the operation states of the modules in the outdoor unit are controlled to meet the update requirements of the outdoor unit operation parameters, for example, the outdoor unit is controlled to be shut down, the outdoor compressor and the outdoor fan are controlled to stop operating, the update protection is provided for updating the outdoor unit operation parameters, and then the outdoor unit operation data in the data cache area of the outdoor main memory unit are updated according to the outdoor unit update data packet.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, there is a flowchart of a method for updating outdoor unit operation data according to another embodiment of the present invention, wherein after the outdoor unit operation data of the data buffer area of the outdoor main memory unit is updated according to the outdoor unit update data packet, the method for updating outdoor unit operation data further includes step S7, which is described as follows.
And S7, operating the initialization function and controlling the outdoor compressor and the outdoor fan to restart.
And after the operation data of the outdoor unit is updated, restarting the outdoor unit, namely controlling the outdoor compressor and the outdoor fan to restart, and restarting the operation initialization function of the outdoor unit. Specifically, the main control logic part of the outdoor unit initializes variables related to the operation data once again, and the driving logic part initializes a driving initialization function once again to ensure that the outdoor unit of the air conditioner operates according to the updated outdoor unit operation parameters.

In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the method for updating the operation data of the outdoor unit is applied to the outdoor unit, and includes steps S101 to S109, which are described as follows.
S101, the outdoor unit main control MCU (MicrocontrollerUnit) is powered on.
And S102, initializing a series of operations, reading the outdoor unit operation data in the primary outdoor unit external storage unit by the outdoor unit main control unit, caching the outdoor unit operation data in the outdoor main storage unit, recording the serial number count of the outdoor unit replied indoor unit as 0, and entering a main cycle.
And S103, judging whether the outdoor unit receives an inquiry command for inquiring the data stream number of the outdoor unit external storage unit, if the judgment result is yes, executing the step S104, and if the judgment result is no, executing the step S107.
And S104, judging whether the number of the indoor unit serial numbers returned by the outdoor unit is more than or equal to 2, if so, executing the step S105, and if not, executing the step S106.
And S105, determining that the serial number count of the outdoor unit returned indoor unit is greater than or equal to 2, returning the normal data packet information to the indoor unit by the outdoor unit, and returning to execute the step S103.
S106, determining that the serial number count of the outdoor replied indoor unit is not more than or equal to 2, sending the data serial number of the outdoor storage unit to the indoor unit by the outdoor unit, recording the serial number count of the replied indoor unit and adding 1, and returning to execute the step S103.
S107, if the determination result in the step S103 is no, it is determined whether the outdoor unit receives the outdoor unit update packet, if the determination result is yes, step S108 is executed, and if the determination result is no, step S109 is executed.
And S108, determining that the outdoor unit receives the outdoor unit updating data packet, replying an OTA response mark to the indoor unit by the outdoor unit, shutting down the outdoor unit, and respectively updating the stored data and the driving parameters once.
S109, if the determination result in the step S107 is "no", or the outdoor unit completes one time of updating the outdoor unit operation data in the data buffer area of the outdoor main memory unit, records that the serial number count of the outdoor unit replied to the indoor unit is 0, the outdoor unit normally operates, and replies to the normal data packet of the indoor unit.
The method for updating the running data of the outdoor unit is used for the outdoor unit, OTA (over-the-air) upgrading is carried out on the running parameters of the outdoor unit by means of indoor and outdoor communication, for air conditioners which leave a factory in batches, factory return or outdoor control panel replacement is not needed, the purpose of updating the data of the outdoor unit can be achieved by adopting an OTA (over-the-air) upgrading mode, the running parameters of the outdoor unit are updated more conveniently and cost is low.
A method for updating outdoor unit operation data on the indoor unit side will be described with reference to fig. 7 and 8. Fig. 7 is a flowchart of a method of updating outdoor unit operation data according to still another embodiment of the present invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when an outdoor unit or an indoor unit operation parameter needs to be updated, a target data stream number in an outdoor unit update data packet and outdoor unit operation data that needs to be updated are determined, a storage address of the operation data that needs to be updated in an outdoor memory medium such as an EEPROM, a FLASH, or a single chip microcomputer chip is determined, and then the target data stream number, the data target address, and the operation data that needs to be updated are written into a new version of an indoor program according to a fixed rule, for example, in a manner that one OTA data includes 2 byte address bits and 1 byte data bits.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the method for updating outdoor unit operation data is applied to the indoor unit, and the method for updating outdoor unit operation data at least includes steps S10-S40, which are described as follows.
S10, an outdoor unit update packet is received.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the outdoor unit operation parameters need to be updated, the APP end, such as a mobile phone APP, pushes a program update option, the indoor unit downloads an indoor program new version from the cloud, and the indoor program new version includes a storage address and data required for updating the outdoor unit operation data in the data cache area of the outdoor main memory unit.
And S20, acquiring the target data serial number in the outdoor unit updating data packet, and sending an inquiry instruction for inquiring the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit.
In the embodiment, after receiving the new version of the indoor program, the indoor unit extracts an outdoor unit update data packet in the new version of the indoor program, wherein the outdoor unit data packet comprises a target data serial number. The indoor unit and the outdoor unit establish communication, the indoor unit sends first frame data to the outdoor unit, and the first frame data is an inquiry instruction for inquiring the data flow number of the outdoor unit external storage unit so as to acquire the data flow number of the outdoor unit external storage unit of the outdoor unit.
And S30, receiving the data stream number of the outdoor storage unit.
Specifically, the indoor unit sends an inquiry command of the data stream number of the outdoor unit external storage unit to the outdoor unit, and the outdoor unit responds to the inquiry command of the data stream number of the outdoor unit external storage unit and feeds back the data stream number of the outdoor unit external storage unit to the indoor unit.
And S40, if the data stream number of the outdoor unit external storage unit is determined to be matched with the target data stream number, sending an outdoor unit updating data packet so as to update the outdoor unit operation data of the data cache region of the outdoor main storage unit according to the outdoor unit updating data packet.
Specifically, the indoor unit compares the received data stream number of the outdoor unit external storage unit with a target data stream number contained in an outdoor unit data packet, when the data stream numbers of the two parts are determined to be consistent, the outdoor unit is determined to be the target outdoor unit, the indoor unit sends second frame data to the outdoor unit, the second frame data is an outdoor unit updating data packet, the outdoor unit updating data packet contains a target storage address where the operation data needing to be updated is located and the target operation data needing to be updated, and therefore the outdoor unit operation data in the data cache region of the outdoor main storage unit are updated.
According to the method for updating the running data of the outdoor unit, which is used for the indoor unit, the indoor unit executes the task of downloading the updating data packet of the outdoor unit, determines that the data stream number of the storage unit outside the outdoor unit is matched with the target data stream number in the updating data packet of the outdoor unit, and then sends the updating data packet of the outdoor unit to the outdoor unit, and the running parameters of the outdoor unit are assisted to carry out OTA (over the air) upgrading by means of indoor and outdoor communication.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the method for updating the operation data of the outdoor unit of the indoor unit further includes step S50, which is as follows.
And S50, inquiring the requirement of the outdoor unit for updating the data packet by the upper computer every time the outdoor unit is controlled to be electrified.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after each time the indoor unit is powered on, the indoor unit queries the upper computer to determine whether there is a need to update the operation data of the outdoor unit, and if so, the method for updating the operation data of the outdoor unit in the above embodiment is started to be executed, and the outdoor unit runs the processing logic for updating the operation data of the outdoor unit.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the air conditioner 10 includes an indoor unit 100 and an outdoor unit 200, and the indoor unit 100 communicates with the outdoor unit 200.
The indoor unit 100 is used in the method for updating outdoor unit operation data applied to the indoor unit of the first aspect, and the outdoor unit 200 is used in the method for updating outdoor unit operation data applied to the indoor unit of the second aspect. The methods implemented by the indoor unit 100 and the outdoor unit 200 are described with specific reference to the above embodiments.
According to the air conditioner 10 of the embodiment of the present invention, the indoor unit 100 executes the task of downloading the outdoor unit update packet, and after determining that the data stream number of the outdoor unit external storage unit matches the target data stream number in the outdoor unit update packet, sends the outdoor unit update packet to the outdoor unit 200. The outdoor unit 200 receives the outdoor unit update packet, and updates the outdoor unit operation data of the data buffer area of the outdoor main memory unit according to the outdoor unit update packet. Through indoor and outdoor communication, the indoor unit 100 assists the outdoor unit 200 to perform OTA upgrade, and for the air conditioners 10 which leave the factory in batches, the outdoor control panel does not need to be returned or replaced, so that the purpose of updating the outdoor unit data is achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, which is a schematic diagram of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, when an outdoor unit operation parameter needs to be updated, an APP end pushes a program update option, and the indoor unit 100 downloads an indoor program new version from a cloud, where the indoor program new version includes a storage address and data needed to update outdoor unit operation data in a data cache area of an outdoor main memory unit. The indoor unit 100 extracts an outdoor unit update packet in the new version of the indoor program and establishes communication with the outdoor unit 200.
After the outdoor unit 200 is powered on and initialized, the outdoor unit main control unit 201 reads the outdoor unit operating data in the outdoor unit external storage unit 202 and caches the outdoor unit operating data to the outdoor main memory unit, and the outdoor unit 200 sends the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit 202 to the indoor unit 100 in response to an inquiry command for inquiring the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit. The indoor unit 100 determines that the data stream number of the outdoor unit external storage unit 202 matches the target data stream number, and sends an outdoor unit update packet to the outdoor unit 200. The outdoor unit 200 updates the outdoor unit operation data of the data buffer area 202 of the outdoor main memory unit according to the outdoor unit update packet after successful verification, and controls the outdoor compressor 203 and the outdoor fan 204 to suspend operation. After the operation data of the outdoor unit is updated, the outdoor unit 200 is restarted, that is, the outdoor compressor 203 and the outdoor fan 204 are controlled to restart, and the outdoor unit operates the initialization function again, so that the operation parameters of the outdoor unit are updated.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a computer storage medium is further provided, where the computer storage medium stores a computer program, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, can implement the method for updating outdoor unit operation data of the first aspect, or the computer program, when executed by the processor, can implement the method for updating outdoor unit operation data of the second aspect.
According to the computer storage medium of the embodiment of the invention, the computer program is stored on the computer storage medium, when the computer program runs, the running parameters of each structure in the air conditioner can be acquired for analysis and calculation, the indoor unit is controlled to execute the task of downloading the outdoor unit updating data packet, and the outdoor unit is controlled to update the outdoor unit running data of the data cache region of the outdoor main memory unit according to the outdoor unit updating data packet, so that the method for updating the outdoor unit running data is realized, the method can be directly applied to the existing air conditioner, and for the air conditioners which leave a factory in batch, the purpose of updating the outdoor unit data can be realized by adopting an OTA (over the air) upgrading mode without returning to the factory or replacing an outdoor control panel.
Other constructions and operations of the air conditioner 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (10)

1. A method for updating operation data of an outdoor unit, the method comprising:
responding to an inquiry instruction of a data stream number of an outdoor unit external storage unit, and feeding back the data stream number of the outdoor unit external storage unit, wherein the outdoor unit external storage unit is used for storing original outdoor unit operation data;
receiving an update data packet of the outdoor unit;
and updating the outdoor unit operation data of the data cache region of the outdoor main memory unit according to the outdoor unit update data packet.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein updating outdoor unit operation data of a data buffer area of an outdoor main memory unit according to the outdoor unit update packet comprises:
acquiring a target storage address and target operation data needing to be updated in the outdoor unit update data packet;
and updating the outdoor unit operation data of the data cache region of the outdoor main memory unit corresponding to the target address into the target operation data.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
recording the feedback times of the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit within the preset time;
and determining that the feedback times reach preset times, and not responding to the query instruction any more.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and after the outdoor unit operation data of the data cache region of the outdoor main memory unit are updated according to the outdoor unit update data packet, the outdoor unit operation data are not updated until the next power-on period.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein after receiving the outdoor unit update packet, the method further comprises:
checking the updating data packet of the outdoor unit;
and if the verification is successful, controlling the outdoor compressor and the outdoor fan to stop running.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after the outdoor unit operation data of the data buffer area of the outdoor main memory unit is updated according to the outdoor unit update packet, the method further comprises: and operating an initialization function and controlling the outdoor compressor and the outdoor fan to restart.
7. A method for updating operation data of an outdoor unit, the method being used for the indoor unit, the method comprising:
receiving an update data packet of the outdoor unit;
acquiring a target data serial number in the outdoor unit update data packet, and sending an inquiry instruction for inquiring the data serial number of an outdoor unit external storage unit;
receiving a data serial number of an outdoor unit external storage unit;
and if the data stream number of the outdoor unit external storage unit is determined to be matched with the target data stream number, sending an outdoor unit updating data packet so as to update the outdoor unit operation data of the data cache region of the outdoor main memory unit according to the outdoor unit updating data packet.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising: and inquiring the requirement of the outdoor unit for updating the data packet by the upper computer every time the outdoor unit is controlled to be electrified.
9. An air conditioner, comprising:
the indoor unit is communicated with the outdoor unit;
the indoor unit is configured to perform the method of updating outdoor unit operation data according to any one of claims 1 to 6, and the outdoor unit is configured to perform the method of updating outdoor unit operation data according to claim 7 or 8.
10. A computer storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor is capable of implementing the method for updating outdoor unit operation data according to any one of claims 1 to 6, or wherein the computer program when executed by a processor is capable of implementing the method for updating outdoor unit operation data according to claim 7 or 8.
