After the outdoor unit update data packet is successfully verified, the data of the data cache region of the outdoor main memory unit is backed up, so that the air conditioner can still call the backed-up data of the data cache region of the outdoor main memory unit when the E2 data in the outdoor unit external memory unit fails to be updated or the updated E2 data cannot be used, and the outdoor unit is controlled to operate according to the original parameters.
And S5, acquiring a target storage address in the outdoor unit updating data packet and target operation data needing to be updated, and writing the target operation data into an outdoor unit external storage unit according to the target storage address.
Specifically, after the outdoor unit update data packet is successfully verified, the outdoor unit obtains a target storage address and target operation data to be updated in the outdoor unit update data packet, and updates the outdoor unit operation data corresponding to the target storage address in the outdoor unit external storage unit to the target operation data, thereby updating the outdoor unit operation parameters.
In the process of updating the outdoor unit operation data, the E2 data which needs to be updated in the outdoor unit external storage unit is erased and rewritten, so that the data in the actual operation chip of the outdoor unit operation parameters is updated. Because the main control unit of the outdoor unit calls the E2 data from the outdoor unit external storage unit and caches the E2 data to the outdoor main memory unit after the air conditioner is powered on every time, the method can update the operation parameters of the outdoor unit, ensure that the main control unit of the outdoor unit directly calls the updated E2 data from the outdoor unit external storage unit and caches the E2 data to the outdoor main memory unit after the air conditioner is powered on every time, and do not need to execute the process of OTA upgrading on the operation parameters of the outdoor unit after the air conditioner is powered on every time, thereby being more convenient, lower in cost, time-saving and labor-saving.
And S6, determining that the E2 data updating fails, acquiring target backup data of a data cache region of the outdoor main memory unit according to the target storage address, and rewriting the target backup data into the outdoor storage unit.
Before the outdoor unit external storage unit is updated, data backup is carried out, the backup data comprises all data of a data cache region of the outdoor main storage unit, E2 data in the outdoor unit external storage unit to be updated are part of data in the outdoor unit operation parameters generally, after the E2 data updating failure is determined, backup original data can be rewritten into the outdoor unit external storage unit, at the moment, target backup data of the data cache region of the outdoor main storage unit are obtained according to a target storage address, only the target backup data can be written into the outdoor unit external storage unit, the updated or updating failure E2 data are covered, all backup data do not need to be rewritten to the data cache region of the outdoor storage unit, and the time for writing the E2 data can be reduced.
The method for updating the running data of the outdoor unit is used for the outdoor unit, the outdoor unit receives and verifies an updating data packet of the outdoor unit, after the verification is successful, the data of the data cache region of the outdoor main storage unit is backed up, then the E2 data in the external storage unit of the outdoor unit is updated according to the updating data packet of the outdoor unit, and the actual running chip, namely the data in the external storage unit of the outdoor unit, is erased and rewritten. Through with the help of indoor outer communication, carry out OTA upgrading to off-premises station operating parameter, to the air conditioner that dispatches from the factory in batches, need not to return the factory or change outdoor control panel, adopt OTA's upgrading mode can realize the E2 data in the renewal off-premises station, off-premises station operating parameter updates more convenient and with low costs. After the air conditioner is electrified at every time, the main control unit of the outdoor unit directly calls the updated E2 data from the outdoor unit external storage unit and caches the data to the outdoor main memory unit, the process of OTA upgrading of the operation parameters of the outdoor unit is not required to be executed once after the air conditioner is electrified at every time, and time and labor are saved. And before updating the data of the outdoor storage unit, the data of the data buffer area of the outdoor storage unit is backed up, and further when the E2 data update fails or the updated E2 data cannot be used, the target backup data of the data buffer area of the outdoor main storage unit is obtained according to the target storage address, and the target backup data is rewritten in the outdoor storage unit, so that when the update fails, the normal operation of a product according to the original data can be ensured, only the data needing to be updated is rewritten, the rewriting of all backup data is not needed, the data updating amount is reduced, the writing efficiency is improved, and the time is saved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a flowchart of a method for updating outdoor unit operation data according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein the method for updating outdoor unit operation data before writing the target operation data into the outdoor unit external storage unit according to the target storage address further includes step S60, which is described in detail below.
And S60, controlling the outdoor fan and the compressor of the air conditioner to pause, and replying the OTA response mark.
After the outdoor unit successfully verifies the outdoor unit update data packet, the operation states of the modules in the outdoor unit are controlled to meet the update requirements of the outdoor unit operation parameters, for example, the outdoor unit is controlled to be shut down, the outdoor compressor and the outdoor fan are controlled to stop operating, and the like, so that update protection is provided for updating the outdoor unit operation parameters. Wherein, the OTA response mark can be represented by an appointed independent head code and tail code.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, a flowchart of a method for updating outdoor unit operation data according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein the method for updating outdoor unit operation data further includes step S7, which is as follows.
And S7, after determining that the E2 data updating fails, feeding back a data updating failure mark of the E2 external storage unit of the outdoor unit, or after determining that the E2 data updating succeeds, feeding back a data updating success mark of the E2 external storage unit of the outdoor unit, so that the indoor unit responds to a request for controlling the power failure of the outdoor unit.
In the embodiment, in the process of updating the E2 data in the outdoor unit external storage unit, if it is determined that the E2 data update fails, the original E2 data backup is rewritten in the outdoor unit external storage unit, and an indoor unit outdoor E2 update failure flag is replied after the writing is successful, and if it is determined that the E2 data update is successful, the outdoor unit feeds back the outdoor unit external storage unit E2 data update success flag to the indoor unit. And when the indoor unit receives the E2 data updating failure mark or the E2 data updating success mark fed back by the outdoor unit, the indoor unit controls the outdoor unit to be powered off. If the indoor unit does not receive the E2 data updating failure mark or the E2 data updating success mark fed back by the outdoor unit, the indoor unit does not respond to the request for controlling the power failure of the outdoor unit, and the situations of outdoor unit operation data loss and the like caused by the power failure of the indoor unit to the outdoor unit are prevented.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, a flowchart of a method for updating outdoor unit operation data according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein after the target operation data is written into the outdoor unit operation data according to the target storage address, the method for updating outdoor unit operation data further includes steps S61-S63, which are described as follows.
And S61, reading all E2 data in the outdoor storage unit.
After updating the E2 data, the outdoor unit performs an operation of reading all the E2 data in the storage unit outside the outdoor unit.

Specifically, if all E2 data are successfully checked, the updating is determined to be successful, the initialization function part is executed again, the original E2 data backup cache is cleared, the outdoor compressor, the outdoor fan and the like are restarted, at the moment, OTA updating on the outdoor unit is completed, the outdoor unit replies the successful updating mark of the outdoor E2 of the indoor unit, and OTA updating on the operation parameters of the outdoor unit is completed by means of indoor and outdoor communication.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, a flowchart of a method for updating outdoor unit operation data according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein the method for updating outdoor unit operation data further includes step S8 and step S9, which are described in detail below.
And S8, recording the feedback times of the data serial number of the external storage unit of the outdoor unit within the preset time.
In an embodiment, after an outdoor unit of an air conditioner is powered on for the first time and works, a data flow number of an outdoor unit external storage unit is not fed back, at this time, the count of replying the indoor unit flow number by the outdoor unit is recorded as 0, and the count of replying the indoor unit flow number is added by 1 every time the outdoor unit feeds back the data flow number of the outdoor unit external storage unit to the indoor unit. The preset time may be set as required when the air conditioner leaves a factory, or may be set in a later use, for example, the preset time may be set to 2 hours, 5 hours, or 10 hours, or may be set to a power-on period of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, or the like.
And S9, determining that the feedback times reach preset times, and not responding to the query instruction any more.
In some embodiments of the present invention, if the indoor unit continuously sends the query command of the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit to the outdoor unit, the outdoor unit continuously responds to the query command of the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit and feeds back the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit, so that the outdoor unit occupies a communication line for a long time, and regular communication between the outdoor unit and the indoor unit is affected, thereby affecting operation of the air conditioner.
When the above situation occurs, the outdoor unit may perform fault tolerance processing, for example, the preset number is set to 2 times, that is, when the outdoor unit continuously receives the query instruction of the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit sent by the indoor unit more than 2 times, the outdoor unit does not perform the action of feeding back the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit any more, and instead, the action is changed to normal data sending, so as to ensure the normal operation of the air conditioner.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, there is a flowchart of a method for updating outdoor unit operation data according to another embodiment of the present invention, wherein the method for updating outdoor unit operation data further includes step S10, which is described as follows.
And S10, after the outdoor unit operation data of the data cache region of the outdoor main memory unit is updated according to the outdoor unit update data packet, the outdoor unit operation data is not updated until the next power-on period.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after the outdoor unit is powered on, the outdoor unit completes one time of updating the E2 data in the external storage unit of the outdoor unit, the outdoor unit will not execute the updating of the operation data of the outdoor unit any more, and the next OTA upgrade task is not allowed to be executed until the next power-on cycle.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a method of updating outdoor unit operation data according to another embodiment of the present invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the method for updating operation data of an outdoor unit is applied to the outdoor unit, and includes steps S101 to S117, which are described as follows.
S101, powering on an outdoor Unit main control MCU (Microcontroller Unit).
And S102, initializing a series of operations, reading the outdoor unit operation data in the primary outdoor unit external storage unit by the outdoor unit main control unit, caching the outdoor unit operation data in the outdoor main storage unit, recording the serial number count of the outdoor unit replied indoor unit as 0, and entering a main cycle.

S117, if the determination result in the above step S107 is "no", or the outdoor unit completes one time of updating the outdoor unit operation data in the data buffer area of the outdoor main memory unit, records that the serial number count of the outdoor unit returned indoor unit is 0, the outdoor unit normally operates, and returns the normal data packet of the indoor unit.
The method for updating the running data of the outdoor unit is used for the outdoor unit, OTA (over-the-air) upgrading is carried out on the running parameters of the outdoor unit by means of indoor and outdoor communication, for air conditioners which leave a factory in batches, factory return or outdoor control panel replacement is not needed, the purpose of updating the data of the outdoor unit can be achieved by adopting an OTA (over-the-air) upgrading mode, the running parameters of the outdoor unit are updated more conveniently and cost is low.
A method for updating outdoor unit operation data on the indoor unit side will be described with reference to fig. 8 and 9. Fig. 8 is a flowchart of a method of updating outdoor unit operation data according to still another embodiment of the present invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the outdoor unit or the indoor unit operation parameter needs to be updated, the target data stream number in the outdoor unit update data packet and the outdoor unit operation data that needs to be updated need to be determined, the storage address of the operation data that needs to be updated in the outdoor memory storage medium, such as EEPROM, FLASH or a single chip microcomputer chip, etc., is determined, and then the target data stream number, the data target address and the operation data that needs to be updated are written into the new version of the indoor program according to a fixed rule, such as according to a manner that one OTA data includes 2 byte address bits and 1 byte data bits.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the method for updating operation data of an outdoor unit is applied to an indoor unit, and the method for updating operation data of an outdoor unit at least includes steps S01-S05, which are described as follows.
And S01, receiving an outdoor unit updating data packet.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the operation parameters of the outdoor unit need to be updated, an APP end, such as a mobile phone APP, pushes a program update option, and the indoor unit downloads an indoor program new version from a cloud end, where the indoor program new version includes a storage address and data required for updating E2 data in an external storage unit of the outdoor unit.
And after the indoor unit receives the update data packet of the outdoor unit, the air conditioner is shut down and restarted, and the indoor unit is electrified again after powering off the outdoor unit for 1 min.
And S02, acquiring the target data serial number in the outdoor unit updating data packet, and sending an inquiry instruction for inquiring the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit.
In the embodiment, after receiving the new version of the indoor program, the indoor unit extracts an outdoor unit update data packet in the new version of the indoor program, wherein the outdoor unit data packet comprises a target data serial number. The indoor unit and the outdoor unit establish communication, the indoor unit sends first frame data to the outdoor unit, and the first frame data is an inquiry instruction for inquiring the data flow number of the outdoor unit external storage unit so as to acquire the data flow number of the outdoor unit external storage unit of the outdoor unit.
And S03, receiving the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit.
Specifically, the indoor unit sends an inquiry command of the data flow number of the outdoor unit external storage unit to the outdoor unit, and the outdoor unit responds to the inquiry command of the data flow number of the outdoor unit external storage unit and feeds back the data flow number of the outdoor unit external storage unit to the indoor unit.
And S04, determining that the data stream number of the outdoor unit external storage unit is matched with the target data stream number, and sending an outdoor unit updating data packet.
Specifically, the indoor unit compares the received data stream number of the external storage unit of the outdoor unit with a target data stream number contained in the data packet of the outdoor unit, and when the data stream numbers of the two parts are determined to be consistent, the outdoor unit is determined to be the target outdoor unit, the indoor unit sends second frame data to the outdoor unit, and the second frame data is an outdoor unit update data packet.
Specifically, the outdoor unit update data packet includes a header of the operation data to be updated, a target storage address where the operation data to be updated is located, target operation data to be updated, a target checksum address, target checksum data, and a present data packet checksum, where the checksum is a checksum in the outdoor E2 data rule, for example, the checksum may be a sum of all E2 data in the outdoor unit, and the present data packet checksum may be a sum of bytes of the second frame data sent by the indoor unit.
And S05, if the OTA response mark is received and the data updating failure mark of the outdoor unit external storage unit E2 or the data updating success mark of the outdoor unit external storage unit E2 is not received, the request for controlling the outdoor unit to power off is not responded.
In an embodiment, in the process of updating E2 data in the outdoor unit external storage unit or when it is determined that the E2 data update fails, the original E2 data backup is rewritten into the outdoor unit external storage unit, if the outdoor unit is powered off, the data update process is interrupted or the process of rewriting the original E2 data backup is interrupted, which may cause an error in the operation data of the outdoor unit or data loss, thereby affecting the normal operation of the outdoor unit. In order to avoid the situation that E2 data is abnormal due to power failure in the process of writing the E2 data, fault-tolerant logic is added, namely an OTA response mark of an indoor unit is replied by an outdoor unit before the E2 data is written, if the outdoor unit needs to be powered off after the indoor unit receives the OTA response mark, a request for controlling the power failure of the outdoor unit can be responded only by receiving an E2 data updating failure mark or an E2 data updating success mark of the outdoor unit, and if the E2 data updating failure mark or the E2 data updating success mark of an outdoor unit storage unit is not received, the request for controlling the power failure of the outdoor unit is not responded.
The method for updating the running data of the outdoor unit is used for the indoor unit, the indoor unit executes the task of downloading the updating data packet of the outdoor unit, and sends the updating data packet of the outdoor unit to the outdoor unit after determining that the data flow number of the external storage unit of the outdoor unit is matched with the target data flow number in the updating data packet of the outdoor unit, and the OTA upgrading is carried out by assisting the running parameters of the outdoor unit through the indoor and outdoor communication. For air conditioners leaving factory in batch, the purpose of updating outdoor unit data can be achieved by adopting an OTA (over the air technology) upgrading mode without returning to the factory or replacing an outdoor control panel, and the outdoor unit operation parameters are more convenient to update and low in cost. And the indoor unit is added with fault-tolerant logic, after receiving the OTA response mark, the outdoor unit is controlled to be powered off according to the received data updating failure mark of the E2 storage unit outside the outdoor unit or the data updating success mark of the E2 storage unit outside the outdoor unit, otherwise, the request for controlling the power off of the outdoor unit is not responded, and the condition that the E2 data is abnormal due to the power off in the process of writing the E2 data can be avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the method for updating outdoor unit operation data of an indoor unit further includes step S06, which is as follows.
And S06, inquiring the requirement of the outdoor unit for updating the data packet by the upper computer every time the outdoor unit is controlled to be powered on.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after the indoor unit is powered on each time, the indoor unit queries the upper computer to determine whether there is a need to update the operation data of the outdoor unit, and if there is a need to update the operation data of the outdoor unit, the method for updating the operation data of the outdoor unit in the above embodiment is executed, and meanwhile, the outdoor unit operates the processing logic for updating the operation data of the outdoor unit.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, the air conditioner 10 includes an indoor unit 100 and an outdoor unit 200, and the indoor unit 100 communicates with the outdoor unit 200.
The indoor unit 100 is used in the method for updating outdoor unit operation data applied to the indoor unit of the first aspect, and the outdoor unit 200 is used in the method for updating outdoor unit operation data applied to the indoor unit of the second aspect. The methods implemented by the indoor unit 100 and the outdoor unit 200 are described with specific reference to the above embodiments.
According to the air conditioner 10 of the embodiment of the present invention, the indoor unit 100 executes the task of downloading the outdoor unit update packet, and after determining that the data stream number of the outdoor unit external storage unit matches the target data stream number in the outdoor unit update packet, sends the outdoor unit update packet to the outdoor unit 200. The outdoor unit 200 receives the outdoor unit update packet and updates the E2 data in the outdoor storage unit according to the outdoor unit update packet. Through indoor and outdoor communication, the indoor unit 100 assists the outdoor unit 200 to perform OTA upgrade, and for the air conditioners 10 which leave the factory in batches, the outdoor control panel does not need to be returned or replaced, so that the purpose of updating the outdoor unit data is achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, which is a schematic diagram of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, when an outdoor unit operation parameter needs to be updated, an APP end pushes a program update option, and the indoor unit 100 downloads an indoor program new version from a cloud, where the indoor program new version includes a storage address and data needed to update E2 data in an outdoor storage unit of the outdoor unit. The indoor unit 100 extracts an outdoor unit update packet in the new version of the indoor program and establishes communication with the outdoor unit 200.
After the outdoor unit 200 is powered on and initialized, the outdoor unit main control unit reads E2 data in the outdoor unit external storage unit 201 once and caches the data to the outdoor main memory unit, and the outdoor unit 200 responds to an inquiry instruction for inquiring the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit and sends the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit 201 to the indoor unit 100. The indoor unit 100 determines that the data stream number of the outdoor unit external storage unit 201 matches the target data stream number, and sends an outdoor unit update packet to the outdoor unit 200. The outdoor unit 200 updates the E2 data in the outdoor unit external storage unit 201 according to the outdoor unit update packet after the verification is successful, and controls the outdoor compressor 202 and the outdoor fan 203 to suspend operation. After the outdoor unit operation data is updated, reading all E2 data in the outdoor unit external storage unit 201, verifying all E2 data updates, and after determining that the updates are successful, restarting the outdoor unit 200, namely, controlling the outdoor compressor 202 and the outdoor fan 203 to restart, restarting the outdoor unit 200 by the initialization function, and clearing the backup data of the data cache region of the outdoor main storage unit, thereby completing the update of the outdoor unit operation parameters.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a computer storage medium is further provided, where the computer storage medium stores a computer program, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, can implement the method for updating outdoor unit operation data according to the above first aspect, or the computer program, when executed by the processor, can implement the method for updating outdoor unit operation data according to the above second aspect.
According to the computer storage medium of the embodiment of the invention, the computer program is stored on the computer storage medium, when the computer program runs, the running parameters of each structure in the air conditioner can be acquired to carry out analysis and calculation, the indoor unit is controlled to execute the task of downloading the outdoor unit updating data packet, and the outdoor unit is controlled to update the E2 data in the outdoor unit storage unit according to the outdoor unit updating data packet, so that the method for updating the running data of the outdoor unit is realized, the method can be directly applied to the existing air conditioner, and for the air conditioners which leave a factory in batch, the purpose of updating the outdoor unit data can be realized by adopting an OTA (over the air technology) upgrading mode without returning to the factory or replacing an outdoor control panel.

Claims (9)

1. A method for updating operation data of an outdoor unit, the method comprising:
after power-on initialization, reading all E2 data in an outdoor storage unit of the outdoor unit, and assigning all the E2 data to a data cache region of an outdoor main memory unit;
responding to an inquiry instruction of a data serial number of an outdoor unit external storage unit, and feeding back the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit;
receiving an updating data packet of the outdoor unit;
after the outdoor unit update data packet is successfully verified, backing up data of a data cache region of the outdoor main memory unit;
acquiring a target storage address and target operation data needing to be updated in the outdoor unit update data packet, and writing the target operation data into an outdoor unit external storage unit according to the target storage address;
determining that the E2 data updating fails, acquiring target backup data of a data cache region of the outdoor main memory unit according to the target storage address, and rewriting the target backup data into an outdoor storage unit;
before writing the target operation data into the outdoor unit external storage unit according to the target storage address, the method further includes:
and controlling an outdoor fan and a compressor of the air conditioner to pause, and replying the OTA response mark.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and after determining that the E2 data updating fails, feeding back an outdoor unit E2 data updating failure mark, or after determining that the E2 data updating succeeds, feeding back an outdoor unit E2 data updating success mark, so that the indoor unit responds to a request for controlling the outdoor unit to be powered off.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the target operation data is written into the outdoor storage unit according to the target storage address, the method further comprises:
reading all E2 data in the outdoor unit external storage unit;
checking all E2 data updates;
and if the updating is successful, re-executing the initialization function, clearing the backup data of the data buffer area of the outdoor main storage unit, and restarting an outdoor fan and a compressor of the air conditioner.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
recording the feedback times of the data serial number of the outdoor unit external storage unit within a preset time;
and determining that the feedback times reach preset times, and not responding to the query instruction any more.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and after the outdoor unit operation data of the data cache region of the outdoor main storage unit is updated according to the outdoor unit update data packet, the updating of the outdoor unit operation data is not executed until the next power-on period.
6. A method for updating operation data of an outdoor unit, the method being applied to an indoor unit, the method comprising:
receiving an update data packet of the outdoor unit;
acquiring a target data serial number in the outdoor unit updating data packet, and sending an inquiry instruction for inquiring the data serial number of an outdoor unit external storage unit;
receiving a data serial number of an outdoor unit external storage unit;
if the data stream number of the outdoor unit external storage unit is determined to be matched with the target data stream number, sending an outdoor unit updating data packet;
and if the OTA response mark is received and the data updating failure mark of the outdoor unit external storage unit E2 or the data updating success mark of the outdoor unit external storage unit E2 is not received, the request for controlling the outdoor unit to power off is not responded.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising: and inquiring the requirement of the outdoor unit for updating the data packet by the upper computer every time the outdoor unit is controlled to be electrified.
8. An air conditioner, comprising:
the indoor unit is communicated with the outdoor unit;
the indoor unit is configured to perform the method of updating outdoor unit operation data according to any one of claims 1 to 5, and the outdoor unit is configured to perform the method of updating outdoor unit operation data according to claim 6 or 7.
9. A computer storage medium on which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, is adapted to implement the method of updating outdoor operational data according to any one of claims 1-5, or wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, is adapted to implement the method of updating outdoor operational data according to claim 6 or 7.
