It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
In the logistics industry, when article claim settlement service caused by damage or lost articles of commodities is required to be provided, the article owner verifies the circulation process of the articles in the warehouse and provides the article claim settlement service according to the verification result.
The process of transferring articles within a warehouse is currently verified manually. The service personnel of the article attribution party needs to perform handover with related personnel in the warehouse (for example, the related personnel needs to provide paper signature certificates such as a handover bill) and acquire a monitoring video provided by the related personnel when the articles have been circulated in the warehouse. The operator and operator nodes associated with the article are then verified with the surveillance video to verify the authenticity of the surveillance video. This verification process is complex and labor intensive, resulting in high labor costs.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a video processing method, which may be performed by a video processing apparatus, wherein the apparatus may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and in a specific embodiment, the apparatus may be integrated in a server. The following embodiments will be described taking as an example that the apparatus is integrated in a server. The method may be applied to application scenarios where video is processed to verify the turnaround of articles within the warehouse. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a video processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes the following steps:
step 101, receiving an inquiry request sent by a terminal, wherein the inquiry request comprises identification information of a target operation node and a logistics identification of a target article.
The identification information of the target operational node may include at least one of: inspection, forklift and delivery. The logistics label of the target item may include: package number and/or logistics number.
The terminal can comprise a visualization platform, the terminal receives the query instruction through the visualization platform and sends a query request to the server based on the query instruction, and the query instruction can be sent out by a service staff of the article attribution party based on query operation.
And 102, acquiring an original video according to the identification information of the target operation node.
The server stores a plurality of monitoring videos shot by a plurality of shooting devices respectively, and each monitoring video corresponds to one video number and one operation node. After receiving the query request, the monitoring video corresponding to the target operation node can be obtained from the stored multiple monitoring videos according to the identification information of the target operation node in the query request. And then determining the monitoring video corresponding to the target operation node as an original video.
And 103, determining video interception time according to the identification information of the target operation node and the logistics identification of the target article.
And 104, intercepting the target video from the original video according to the video interception time.
The server can determine a target operation time according to the identification information of the target operation node and the logistics identification of the target article, and then determine a time period including the target operation time as the video interception time.
And 105, transmitting the target video to the terminal.
In summary, the video processing method provided in the embodiments of the present invention obtains an original video and determines video interception time according to a query request sent by a terminal, then intercepts a target video from the original video according to the video interception time, and sends the target video to the terminal, where the target video shows a monitoring video of a target operation node of a target article, that is, the embodiments of the present invention can automatically search the original video and intercept a key target video from the original video, and directly monitor and verify the target operation node of the target article by looking up the target video, so that it is not necessary to manually view the original video and locate the target video to determine each operation node, thereby improving verification accuracy and saving verification labor cost.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another video processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes the following steps:
step 201, receiving an inquiry request sent by a terminal, where the inquiry request includes identification information of a target operation node and a logistics identification of a target item.
For example, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic interface diagram of a visualization platform according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the interface a includes an identification information input area a1 of an operation node, a logistics identification input area a2 of an item, a video playback control area a3, a video playback area a4, and a "search" option.
The identification information input area a1 of the operation node includes a selection box corresponding to the identification information of each operation node. The query operation performed by the service personnel comprises: and (3) checking a selection box corresponding to the target operation node, inputting the logistics identifier of the target item in the logistics identifier input area a2 of the item, and clicking a 'search' option to send a query instruction to the terminal. The terminal determines the identification information of the operation node corresponding to the selection box selected by the user as the identification information of the target operation node based on the received query instruction, determines the logistics identification input by the user as the logistics identification of the target object, and generates a query request.
The video playback control area a3 includes control areas corresponding to the identification information of the respective operation nodes. The terminal can control the playing (e.g., pause, replay, fast forward, and fast reverse, etc.) of the video in the video playing area a4 based on the control operation of the control area. The control area corresponding to the identification information of any operation node also displays a play condition identification, so as to indicate the play condition of the monitoring video corresponding to any operation node when the video play area a4 plays the monitoring video corresponding to any operation node, where the play condition may include "pause" or "play" and the like.
With the identification information of operation node including checking goods, fork truck and delivery, the commodity circulation sign of article includes: the package number and/or stream number are illustrated as examples. As shown in fig. 3, the identification information input area a1 of the operation node includes the text "select operation node", the text "check" and corresponding selection box, the text "fork truck" and corresponding selection box, and the text "ship" and corresponding selection box. The video playback control area a3 includes the text "pick-up" and corresponding control area, the text "fork lift" and corresponding control area, and the text "delivery" and corresponding control area. As shown in fig. 3, the selection box corresponding to "ship" is checked, and the logistics identifier input area a2 of the item inputs the waybill number "12345" (for exemplary illustration only). The terminal determines 'delivery' as the identification information of the target operation node, determines '12345' as the logistics identification of the target item, and generates and sends a query request to the server.
And 202, acquiring an original video according to the identification information of the target operation node.
It should be noted that each of the cameras captures a surveillance video and corresponds to a machine location type, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the machine location type corresponding to the surveillance video captured by any one of the cameras represents an operation node captured by the any one of the cameras, that is, the machine location type corresponding to the surveillance video captured by any one of the cameras is the same as the corresponding operation node. The server may store each surveillance video in a video source file format.
And step 203, determining video interception time according to the identification information of the target operation node and the logistics identification of the target article.
The server stores logistics identifications of all articles circulated in the warehouse of the article attribution party, operation nodes corresponding to the logistics identifications and operation time of each operation node. The operation node corresponding to the logistics identifier of the target article and the operation time of each operation node can be determined from the stored operation nodes corresponding to each logistics identifier and the stored operation time of each operation node according to the logistics identifier of the target article. And then according to the identification information of the target operation node, determining the operation time of the target operation node from the operation nodes corresponding to the logistics identification of the target article and the operation time of each operation node, and determining the operation time of the target operation node as the target operation time.
The video capturing time comprises a time period from a starting time to an ending time, the starting time is earlier than or equal to the target operation time, and the ending time is later than the target operation time. For example, the starting time may be one minute earlier than the target time, and the ending time may be one minute later than the target time, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Therefore, whether the target article is lost or damaged at the target operation node can be determined, and effective monitoring and verification of processes of the target article in the warehouse before and after the target operation moment can be realized.
And step 204, intercepting the target video from the original video according to the video interception time.
Optionally, a graph cutting tool may be used to perform graph cutting processing on the original video according to the video capturing time, so as to obtain the target video.
After the target video is obtained, an operator who executes the target operation node can be determined, and the operator is tracked in the target video to determine whether the operator loses or damages the target object, so that more effective monitoring and verification of the target operation node of the target object can be realized. The subsequent steps 205 to 206 may be performed.
And step 205, determining the face information of the target operator according to the identification information of the target operation node and the logistics identification of the target article.
The server can also store face information of operators of each operation node corresponding to the logistics identifier.
The operation nodes corresponding to the logistics identifier of the target object and the face information of the operators of the operation nodes can be determined from the stored operation nodes corresponding to the logistics identifiers and the face information of the operators of the operation nodes according to the logistics identifier of the target object. And then according to the identification information of the target operation node, determining the face information of the operator of the target operation node from the operation node corresponding to the logistics identification of the target object and the face information of the operator of each operation node. And determining the operator of the target operation node as a target operator to obtain the face information of the target operator.
And step 206, marking the target operator in the target video according to the face information of the target operator.
For each frame of image in the target video, face analysis can be performed according to face information of a target operator, and the target operator is identified and marked so as to track the target operator in real time. Optionally, the target operator identified by each frame of image may be marked by using a marking frame, where the marking frame may be a rectangular frame or a circular frame, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
And step 207, sending the target video marked with the target operator to the terminal.
And the terminal plays the received target video. Illustratively, the terminal may play the target video through the visualization platform.
As shown in fig. 3, the terminal may play the target video in the video playing area a4, and the target operator is marked during the playing of the target video. The identification information of the target operation node is 'delivery' and a text 'playing' is displayed in a control area corresponding to the 'delivery'.
The video playback area a4 also displays identification information of a target operation node (for example, "shipment") that the server has transmitted to the terminal when playing the target video. It should be noted that fig. 3 is only an exemplary illustration, and the playing content of the target video is not shown.
