Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a method of automatic inventorying according to an embodiment of the present invention. According to a reference embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method for automatically checking the inventory mainly includes the following steps:
step S101: and acquiring the verification information of the storage bin to be checked, and verifying the storage bin to be checked according to the verification information and the inventory record information of the storage bin to be checked. The invention sends the storage bin to be checked to the automatic checking station after receiving the request of the storage bin to be checked, then acquires the checking information of the storage bin to be checked, and then checks the storage bin to be checked according to the acquired checking information and the recorded inventory record information related to the storage bin to be checked. Wherein the stock record information refers to information recorded about the storage bin. The step of checking the bin to be checked by utilizing the recorded information and the checking information of the bin to be checked judges whether the information of the product in the bin to be checked is the same as the recorded information.
In the present invention, the verification information may include: weighing the weight and storing the actual shape information of the product in the bin. As another embodiment of the present invention, the acquiring verification information of the to-be-checked storage bin in step S101 may include: weighing the storage material box to be checked by adopting weighing equipment of the automatic checking station to obtain the weighing weight of the storage material box to be checked; and scanning the products in the material storage box to be checked by adopting the shape scanning equipment of the automatic checking station to acquire the actual shape information of the products.
As still another embodiment of the present invention, the inventory record information may include: the stock shape information of the product and the stock weight of the storage bin; the verification may include: checking the weight and the appearance; and the step S101 of verifying the storage bin according to the verification information and the inventory record information of the storage bin to be checked may include: calculating whether the difference value between the weighing weight and the stock weight of the storage bin to be checked is smaller than a preset threshold value, and if so, determining that the weight check is passed; and judging whether the actual appearance information of the product is the same as the inventory appearance information of the product, and if so, determining that the appearance check is passed. The stock shape information of the product refers to the recorded length, width or height information of the product, and the stock weight refers to the recorded weight of the storage bin.
Weighing the storage bin to be checked by the weighing equipment, taking a weighing result as one item in a weight check formula, confirming whether the weighing weight of the storage bin to be checked is within a threshold value or not according to a calculation result of the formula, and judging that the weight of the storage bin to be checked is qualified if the weighing weight of the storage bin to be checked is within the threshold value. Wherein, the weight check formula is as follows: the difference value between the absolute value of { actual weighing weight of storage bin to be inventoried-stock weight of storage bin to be inventoried } and { stock weight of storage bin to be inventoried-weight tolerance error threshold }. And if the difference is smaller than the preset threshold value, the weight verification is considered to be passed.
If there are 10 products P in one storage bin a and each P weighs 50 grams, the storage bin a weighs 500 grams, and if there are 9 products P and 1 product Q in one storage bin B and both the products P and Q weigh 50 grams, the storage bin B also weighs 500 grams, so that it cannot be determined whether there is a difference in the stock of the bins to be stored based on the weights alone. In order to solve the problem, the invention carries out shape verification on the storage bin to be judged. That is, the shape scanning device scans the shapes of the products in the inventory storage box, compares the scanned shapes with the recorded inventory shape information, and if the scanned shapes are the same, the shape verification is considered to be passed. Of course, the present invention cannot judge whether the stock of the stock storage bins to be checked is different only by the shape verification. Because the shape scanning device acquires the length, width or high-grade shape information of the product, two different products can appear, and the shape information of the two different products is the same, the verification in the invention comprises weight verification and shape verification, so that the accuracy and the practicability of the automatic checking of the invention can be improved.
Step S102: and if the verification is passed, determining that the storage bin to be checked has no inventory difference, and if the verification is not passed, acquiring the identification information of the storage bin to be checked. The non-stock difference means that the number and the type of the products in the stock bin to be inventoried are the same as the recorded stock information, for example, 10 products C exist in the stock record information of the stock bin B to be inventoried, and if B passes the verification, it is considered that 10 products C are included in B. And after determining that the stock difference of the storage bin to be checked does not exist, directly returning the storage bin to be checked to the unmanned bin. If the verification fails, the identification information of the storage bin to be checked is required to be acquired, and the next checking is carried out on the storage bin to be checked. In reality, the storage and storage boxes of more than 80 percent in the unmanned storehouse have no stock difference, so that the task of checking the storage boxes can be quickly completed in a checking mode, the working pressure of the automatic checking workstation is reduced, the checking workstation can work on the storage boxes with difference in a more targeted manner, and the checking work efficiency is improved.
As still another embodiment of the present invention, the acquiring the identification information of the to-be-checked storage bin in step S102 may include: and (4) adopting visual verification equipment of the automatic checking station to carry out identification scanning on each product in the to-be-checked storage box so as to obtain the unique identification of each product. The unique identifier may be a two-dimensional code of the product, a barcode of the product, or a barcode of the product, which is not limited in the present invention. The invention adopts the visual verification equipment to scan each product, thereby ensuring that each product automatically checked is the product required to be checked.
Step S103: and according to the identification information and the inventory record information, identifying and grouping the products in the storage box to be inventoried, and determining the inventory difference of the storage box to be inventoried. The invention utilizes the identification information and the inventory record information to group the products in the storage box to be checked, and then judges whether the inventory of the storage box to be checked is different according to the grouping result.
As still another embodiment of the present invention, the inventory record information may further include: and identifying the inventory of the product. In step S103, according to the identification information and the inventory record information, identifying and grouping the products in the stock bin to be inventoried may include: and judging whether the unique identifier of the product is the same as the inventory identifier or not for each product in the storage box to be inventoried, if so, storing the product into the result storage box by using mechanical arm equipment of the automatic inventoriing station, and otherwise, storing the product into the abnormal storage box by using the mechanical arm equipment of the automatic inventoriing station. The result storage bin is used for storing products with the same identification in the storage bin to be checked; the abnormal storage bin is used for storing products with different marks in the storage bin to be checked. Aiming at the storage bin to be checked, which is not checked, the invention checks the storage bin to be checked in a mode that the mechanical arm picking and vision checking equipment scans the unique identifier of the product.
As still another embodiment of the present invention, the inventory record information may further include: the inventory quantity of the product. It should be noted that the Unit of the Stock quantity of the product in the present invention may be a SKU (Stock Keeping Unit, that is, a basic Unit for Stock in and out metering, which may be a Unit of a piece, a box, a tray, etc.), and the SKU is a necessary method for logistics management, and is now referred to as a short name of a product uniform number, and each product corresponds to a unique SKU number.
Determining the inventory difference of the storage bins to be inventoried in step S103 may include: if the quantity of the products in the abnormal storage bin is zero and the quantity of the products in the result storage bin is the same as the stock quantity, determining that the storage bin to be checked has no stock difference; if the quantity of the products in the abnormal storage bin is zero and the quantity of the products in the result storage bin is larger than the stock quantity, determining that the stock difference of the storage bin to be checked is multiple goods; if the quantity of the products in the abnormal storage bin is zero and the quantity of the products in the result storage bin is smaller than the stock quantity, determining that the stock difference of the storage bin to be checked is low goods; and if the quantity of the products in the abnormal storage bin is not zero, determining that the stock difference of the storage bin to be checked is multiple goods. In the invention, as long as the quantity of the products in the abnormal storage box is not zero, the inventory difference is registered in a multi-cargo mode. Wherein, many goods can be understood as: if the stock quantity of the bins to be stored is 50 and the checking result is 52, reporting differential registration, wherein the quantity is 2 and the type is multi-item; the low cargo can be understood as: if the stock quantity of the bin to be stored is 50 and the checking result is 48, reporting differential registration, wherein the quantity is 2 and the type is low-volume.
After judging whether the stock difference exists in the storage bin to be checked, if so, directly correcting the product stock of the result storage bin to be the actual checking result, then registering the stock difference, reporting the registered stock difference to a difference processing center for recording, and simultaneously generating a task of returning the storage bin to be checked and the result storage bin to be checked to the stock; and if the stock difference does not exist, directly generating the tasks of the stock bin to be checked and the result storage bin returning. The storage bin to be inventoried may also be placed in the empty bin management area, taking into account that the storage bin to be inventoried is now an empty storage bin.
In the present invention, after the step S103 stores the product in the abnormal storage bin, the method for automatically checking the product may further include: and if the number of the products in the abnormal storage bin is not zero, sending the abnormal storage bin to a manual checking station for manual checking. According to the invention, the mechanical arm equipment is utilized to store the products with different stock identifications into the abnormal storage bin, and after all the products are sorted, if the quantity of the products in the abnormal storage bin is not zero, the abnormal storage bin is directly sent to the manual checking station for checking.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a method of automatic inventorying according to a referential embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the main process of the automatic inventory method of the present invention may include:
step S201: receiving a task of checking a storage bin Box, and sending the storage bin Box to an automatic checking station;
step S202: weighing the storage Box by using a weighing device of the automatic checking station to obtain an actual weighing weight, and scanning the product in the storage Box by using a shape scanning device of the automatic checking station to obtain actual shape information of the product;

step S205: determining that the storage bin Box has no inventory difference, and directly returning the storage bin Box to the warehouse;
step S206: aiming at any product in a storage bin Box, adopting visual verification equipment of an automatic checking station to carry out identification scanning to obtain a unique identification of the product;
step S207: judging whether the unique identifier of the product is the same as the recorded stock identifier of the product, if so, executing a step S208, otherwise, executing a step S209;
step S208: storing the product into a result storage bin by using mechanical arm equipment of an automatic checking station;
step S209: storing the product into an abnormal storage box by using mechanical arm equipment of an automatic checking station;
step S210: judging whether the storage bin Box still has products, if not, executing the step S211;
step S211: determining the stock difference of the storage bin Box according to the quantity of the products in the storage bin Box and the quantity of the products in the abnormal storage bin Box;
step S212: sending the storage bin Box and the result storage bin to a warehouse;
step S213: judging whether the quantity of the products in the abnormal storage bin is not zero, if so, executing the step S214;
step S214: and sending the abnormal storage bin to a manual checking station for checking.
It should be noted that the execution sequence of step S203 and step S204 may be adjusted according to actual conditions, that is, step S204 may be executed first to determine whether the actual shape information is the same as the recorded shape information of the product of the storage bin Box, and if the actual shape information is the same as the recorded shape information of the product of the storage bin Box, step S203 is executed to determine whether the difference between the actual weighing weight and the recorded stock weight of the storage bin Box is within a preset range, or step S203 and step S204 may be executed simultaneously, and when both step S203 and step S204 are true, step S205 is executed. In addition, how step S211 specifically determines the inventory difference is explained above specifically, and will not be described here in a repeated manner.
According to the technical scheme of the automatic inventory, the inspection and the identification grouping can be carried out on the storage bin to be inventoried according to the acquired inspection information, the identification information and the inventory record information, so that the inventory difference is determined, the automatic inventory of the storage bin to be inventoried can be realized, and the time cost and the labor cost are reduced; in the embodiment of the invention, the weighing equipment and the shape scanning equipment are adopted to obtain the verification information, so that the information of the storage material box to be checked can be obtained by adopting the automatic equipment, and the labor cost is reduced; in the embodiment of the invention, the weight verification and the appearance verification are firstly carried out on the storage bin to be stored, so that the storage bin passing the verification can be confirmed as the stock difference, and the checking time is further reduced; in the embodiment of the invention, the storage bin which is not checked is subjected to identification scanning, so that the products in the storage bin can be grouped by using the identification; in the embodiment of the invention, the mechanical arm equipment is adopted to store the products in the storage bin into the result storage bin or the abnormal storage bin, so that the automatic grouping of the products can be realized; in the embodiment of the invention, the abnormal storage bin is manually checked, so that the abnormal storage bin can be registered and put in storage.
