As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a geo-fence based store matching method, including the following steps:
s100: monitoring a commodity browsing request of a user side, and determining a requested merchant corresponding to a commodity requested to be browsed according to the commodity browsing request;
in this embodiment, the step S100: monitoring a commodity browsing request of a user side, comprising: and monitoring the commodity list browsing request or the commodity information browsing request of the user side. The commodity list browsing request is that the user requests to browse all commodity lists of a merchant or commodity lists of a certain category, and the commodity information browsing request is that the user requests to browse detailed information of a commodity. Therefore, when a user clicks to enter a commodity list of a merchant or the user clicks a detail page of a certain commodity directly from a recommendation page, the commodity belongs to a commodity browsing request;
s200: taking each store corresponding to the requested merchant as an alternative store, and acquiring geo-fence data of each alternative store;
because more than one store is opened by a plurality of merchants online, one or more stores corresponding to the requested merchant may be provided;
s300: selecting a matching store from the alternative stores according to the user geographic location and the geo-fence data of the alternative stores;
s400: and displaying the information of the matching stores on the user side, wherein the information of the matching stores can comprise at least one of various information such as store names, store IDs, store addresses, store profiles and the like of the matching stores.
The store matching method of the invention determines the corresponding merchant according to the goods browsed by the user when the user browses the goods at the user end is monitored through the step S100, then, acquiring geo-fence data of each store of the merchant through step S200, and performing store matching based on the user geographical position and the geo-fence data of the alternative store through step S300, wherein the obtained matching store is the store with the user geographical position within the geo-fence range, i.e., the user's geographic location is within the delivery range of the store, the matching store can satisfy the user's delivery requirements, then, the information of the matching store is displayed on the user side through step S400 for the user to select when ordering, therefore, the user does not need to manually judge the delivery range of the store and manually select the store, and the failure of commodity purchase caused by the fact that the user selects the merchant store beyond the delivery range is avoided.
In this embodiment, the user refers to a consumer ordering goods on an e-commerce platform. The user side refers to terminal equipment such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer and a notebook computer used by a user. The geo-fence-based store matching method can be deployed in a server at an e-commerce platform end, and can provide a service interface for commodity browsing and store information pushing for a user end. When the user browses the commodities at the E-commerce platform end through the user end, the steps from S100 to S400 are adopted to automatically match and recommend stores for the user. In another alternative embodiment, the geo-fence based store matching method may also be deployed in a separate server, which is capable of communicating with the e-commerce platform and the user terminal, acquiring operation data of the user, merchant data, store data of the merchant, and the like from the e-commerce platform, and sending information of the matching store to the user terminal after obtaining the matching store. In another alternative embodiment, the geo-fence based store matching method may also be deployed at the user end, where the user end directly monitors the commodity browsing request of the user, and after store matching, directly displays the information of the matching store in a commodity ordering page at the user end. In another alternative embodiment, steps S100 to S400 may also be respectively deployed at different ends, for example, S100 is deployed at the e-commerce platform end, S200 to S400 is deployed at the user end, or S100 and S200 are deployed at the e-commerce platform end, S300 and S400 are deployed at the user end, and so on. The geo-fence data of each store can be pre-stored in a database for query and invocation by a server or a client deployed with the geo-fence based store matching method.
In this embodiment, the step S100: monitoring a commodity browsing request of a user side, comprising the following steps:
monitoring a commodity browsing request of a user terminal aiming at a merchant, and determining the requested merchant according to the commodity browsing request; or
Monitoring a commodity browsing request of a user terminal aiming at a store, and determining a requested merchant to which a requested store corresponding to the commodity browsing request belongs.
For example, if the user selects a merchant a to request browsing of the merchandise or merchandise list thereof, it may be determined that the requested merchant is merchant a, and then the stores a1, a2, A3 corresponding to the requested merchant a are used as alternative stores through step S200. If the user directly selects one store a1 to request browsing of his/her merchandise, considering that this store a1 may not necessarily satisfy the distribution requirement of the user, or that this store a1 may not be the closest to the user among all stores included in the corresponding store a, the requested store a to which the requested store belongs may also be determined according to the store a1, and then the stores a1, a2, A3 corresponding to the requested store a are further used as alternative stores through step S200.
In this embodiment, the geographic location of the user may be a recipient address set by the user or a geographic location obtained by locating the user. The step S100: after monitoring the commodity browsing request of the user side, the method further comprises the step of acquiring the geographical position of the user, and specifically comprises the following steps:
judging whether the user side stores the addressee of the user;
if yes, determining the geographic position of the user according to the receiving address;
if not, positioning the user side, and determining the geographic position of the user according to the current positioning result of the user side.
In this embodiment, the step S300: selecting a matching store from the alternative stores according to the user geographic location and the geo-fence data of the alternative stores, comprising the steps of:
and calling a Location Based Service (LBS) to select a matching store from the alternative stores according to the geographic position of the user and the geo-fence data of the alternative stores. Here, the location-based service application is invoked, either by the user side or by the server side, so as to select a matching store from the alternative stores according to the user geographic location and the geo-fence data of the alternative stores.
When implemented by the user side in step S300, the user side invokes the location based service application to select a matching store. The user side can load at least part of the geo-fence data of the stores of the merchants into the memory of the user side in advance, construct an R-tree index, support coordinate query, and provide geo-fence matching service based on the application memory, so that matching of the stores in step S300 can be quickly realized. Therefore, the high-availability, low-time-delay and multi-concurrency online dispatching fence matching service can be realized.
In this embodiment, the step S300: selecting a matching store from the alternative stores according to the user geographic location and the geo-fence data of the alternative stores, comprising the steps of:
judging whether an alternative store with a geographic fence range covering the geographic position of the user exists or not;
if so, taking an alternative store with the geographic fence range covering the geographic position of the user as a matching store;
if not, it is determined that there is no matching store.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a store selected to match. For example, the user browses the merchandise of the merchant B. The merchant B sets three stores B1, B2 and B3 in the city where the user U is located, wherein a shadow area with the stores as the center is a corresponding geo-fence range. As can be seen in fig. 2, the geo-fenced extent of stores B1, B2 covers the geographic location of user U, and thus stores B1, B2 are the matching stores for user U, who may successfully purchase the item if placed an order at store B1 or store B2. While the geofence range of store B3 does not cover the geographic location of user U, i.e., store B3 cannot meet the dispatch needs of user U.
As shown in fig. 3, is a schematic diagram of another alternative matching store. Taking the example that the user browses the commodities of the merchant C, the merchant C is provided with two stores C1 and C2 in the city where the user U is located, wherein a shadow area with the stores as the center is a corresponding geo-fence range. As can be seen from fig. 3, the geo-fence ranges of stores C1 and C2 do not cover the geographic location of user U, that is, stores C1 and C2 cannot meet the delivery requirement of user U, and at this time, a matching store cannot be found, and the user may be notified that current merchant C does not have a matching store.
In the example of fig. 2, after determining stores B1 and B2 as matching stores, distances B1U and B2U of the matching stores from the user's geographic location may be further calculated and also displayed at the user's end. After the user sees the displayed store distance at the user side, the user can preferentially select the matching store closest to the user side so as to obtain faster delivery timeliness. In the example of fig. 3, the user may be notified that the current merchant C does not have a matching store because no matching store can be found.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the step S400: displaying the information of the matched store at a user side, comprising the following steps:
judging whether a matching store exists or not;
if the matching store exists, calculating the distance between the position of the matching store and the user geographic position, and displaying the distance between the matching store and the user geographic position on the user side; when the distance is displayed, the matching stores can be further displayed after being sorted according to the sequence from near to far, and a user can conveniently and quickly select the matching store closest to the distance; even if only one matching store exists, the distance between the matching store and the geographic position of the user can be displayed, so that the user can conveniently refer to the matching store;
if not, a no match store notification is presented to the user side and a suggestion to the user to change the recipient address or browse other merchant's merchandise may be displayed.
Therefore, the embodiment can provide high-availability, low-delay and multi-concurrency online delivery fence matching service, output stores and distances supporting delivery of the geographic position of the user, provide stores nearest to the user for the user to select reference, and timely feed back the user to select commodities of other merchants if stores providing delivery capability cannot be found.
As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the store matching method further includes pre-storing store data of each merchant, and specifically includes the following steps:
s510: the method comprises the steps that a server side obtains store data of a merchant, wherein the store data of the merchant comprises stores included by the merchant and geofence data of all stores; the service end can be a server of the e-commerce platform, or can be an independent server which can communicate with the e-commerce platform and the user end;
s520: the server side carries out verification and standardization processing on the store data, and concretely comprises the operations of verifying the geo-fence, converting longitude and latitude standards, correcting graphs and the like;
s530: and the server stores the store data of each merchant in a database for subsequent query of the store data and matching of the stores and the user.
The storage structure of the store electronic fence data may be, for example, in the form of table 1 below:
TABLE 1 electronic fence data Structure
In this embodiment, the step S510: the method for acquiring the store data of the merchant by the server comprises the following steps:
the server receives store information sent by a merchant end, wherein the store information comprises at least one of a store geographical position, a delivery radius and a delivery fence; specifically, a merchant can enter store information in an E-commerce platform background through a merchant terminal, and a server terminal obtains the store information entered by the merchant;
the server side judges whether the store information comprises a dispatching fence or not;
if the store information comprises a delivery fence, verifying the delivery fence by adopting a preset verification rule, and determining the geographic fence of the store according to the delivery fence which is verified successfully;
and if the store information does not comprise a delivery fence or the delivery fence fails to be verified, generating the geographic fence of the store according to the geographic position and the delivery radius of the store, namely, defining the delivery range of the store according to the geographic position and the delivery radius of the store and generating the geographic fence of the store according to the delivery range.
In this embodiment, the step S530: after the server stores the store data of each merchant in the database, the merchant can be further classified, specifically, the method includes the following steps:
and the server adds the labels of the first commercial tenants to the commercial tenants which accord with the first commercial tenant screening rule in the database according to a preset first commercial tenant screening rule, and adds the labels of the second commercial tenants to the commercial tenants which do not accord with the first commercial tenant screening rule in the database.
In this embodiment, the geofence-based store matching method further comprises the steps of:
the user side or the server side calls the location-based service application, the store data of the first merchant is obtained from the server side and stored in the memory of the user side, and an index is established for the store data of the first merchant in the memory of the user side.
Thus, as shown in fig. 5, the step S200 of acquiring the geo-fence data of each alternative store before store matching is performed includes the following steps:
s210: judging whether the memory of the user side stores the geo-fence data of each store in the requested merchant;
s220: if the memory of the user side stores the geo-fence data of each store in the requested merchant, acquiring the geo-fence data of the alternative store from the memory of the user side, and then performing online store matching based on the acquired geo-fence data of the alternative store, wherein the method has higher availability and lower time delay, and for the user, the waiting time is shorter and the experience is better;
s230: and if the memory of the user side does not store the geo-fence data of each store in the requested merchant, the user side acquires the geo-fence data of the alternative store from a database.
Therefore, by adopting this method, when the store is matched in step S300, the source of acquiring the geo-fence data may be different according to whether there is store geo-fence data of the merchant in the memory of the user side. For a first merchant, the geo-fence data of the store is not only stored in the database, but also loaded to the memory of the user side in advance, so that the access is more convenient, and the user side can more quickly acquire the geo-fence data and perform the action of store matching. For a second merchant, the geofence data for his store is only stored in the database, and therefore needs to be retrieved from the database.
In an embodiment, the first merchant screening rule is that the traffic volume and/or the data call volume of the merchant reaches a preset threshold value within a preset time range. The business volume is the order placing quantity or the deal order quantity of the commodity in the merchant, and the data call quantity is the number of times of the shop data call of the merchant. Therefore, the invention can adopt the position-based service application to load the geo-fence data of hot spot merchants with large business volume and/or large call volume to the user terminal memory in advance, construct R tree index and support coordinate query, thereby providing the geo-fence matching service based on the application memory. For cold data with small traffic and/or small call volume, a database-based geo-fence matching service is provided.
