Detailed Description
The following describes in detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the preferred embodiment of the invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a booting method for an assembly operation flow according to an embodiment of the present invention. The assembly operation process is divided into a plurality of steps (the overall process is divided into a plurality of steps by receiving user input according to actual operation requirements), and each step can be further divided into at least one sub-step for assembling electronic products or other products or semi-finished products. As shown in fig. 1, the booting method for the assembly operation flow may include the following steps S101-S104.
And S101, displaying a plurality of options corresponding to the steps of the assembling operation flow in a first presenting mode through a display device.
Options corresponding to the respective steps (hereinafter may be simply referred to as step options) may be displayed on a user interface of a guidance system software displayed on a display device (not shown). As shown in fig. 2, the various step options are presented in the form of buttons, but may also be presented graphically, textually, or otherwise. Further, the steps may be performed in a predetermined order of assembly, for example, step S1 may be performed before step S2, but may be performed simultaneously without any order relationship.
Step S102, receiving information that at least one option corresponding to at least one step in the plurality of steps is selected.
According to the actual situation, an execution object (such as an operator A) responsible for assembling a certain product can enter the work number and the password of the operator (of course, information such as an item, a line and a station can be input) and the product number on a user login interface (shown in FIG. 2) of a guidance system displayed by a display device nearby the operator A, and a confirmation button is clicked to log in, and after the login, the user interface presents all the steps of the assembly flow (such as steps S1-S11 shown in FIG. 3), and similarly, the operators B and C can also respectively log in the user interface displayed by the display device nearby the operator B and C; then, the operators A, B and C can simultaneously select and turn on the corresponding buttons of one step (e.g., operator A selecting step S1, operator B selecting step S4, and operator C selecting step S9).
Step S103, issuing a warning for the selected at least one option to avoid the selected at least one option being selected repeatedly.
Wherein said issuing a warning comprises: changing the presentation of the selected at least one option to display the selected at least one option in a second presentation, sounding a warning sound when the selected at least one option is repeatedly selected, and failing to turn on when the selected at least one option is repeatedly selected.
In order to avoid the situation that the same step is selected repeatedly by different or the same operator, the embodiment of the invention can also send out corresponding warning to prompt the operator to select other steps after the guiding system receives the information that the corresponding buttons of all the steps are selected, so that the manpower can be effectively distributed in different steps. In one embodiment, the button may be configured to be activated by changing its color as a warning, for example, from green to gray; or displaying the different state in other presentation modes, such as the size and the shape of the button are changed, so as to remind the same or other operators that the button and the corresponding step are started to be executed. In another embodiment, after the button is selected to be turned on, if the button is repeatedly selected, a warning sound is generated. Moreover, even if any operator attempts to repeatedly select the button that has been selected for activation, the button will not be repeatedly activated for execution. Of course, in other embodiments, there may be other warning manners, and the examples are not limited to the above examples.
Until the buttons corresponding to all steps are turned on (e.g., all buttons are turned green to gray), indicating that the assembly process has been assigned. Of course, after the operator a completes step S1, other steps (e.g., step S8) may be selected at other times to be executed, that is, all steps S1-S11 may also be selected and completed by the same operator through the display device (e.g., touch selection) and/or the common input selection device (e.g., keyboard), and need not be performed by multiple operators in a time sharing manner. When any of the buttons and corresponding steps have been completed by the operator, the buttons may be set to a different presentation, such as changing from grey to yellow or otherwise, again to alert and prevent the button and corresponding steps from being repeatedly selected.
Step S104, guiding the operation corresponding to the selected at least one option to be executed through the content displayed by the display device
Specifically, the operations corresponding to the respective steps in the flow may be displayed in one manner or a combination of text, video, and animation, thereby guiding the operations corresponding to the respective steps to be executed in parallel.
Taking the video shown in fig. 4 as an example, for an operator who is not familiar with specific operation steps, the operation of the corresponding step can be completed with reference to the operation details played by the video; for an operator familiar with a specific operation step, the operation of the corresponding step can be completed by referring to the content displayed by the text (not shown) or the animation (not shown). Further, the actual working time and the standard working time (which can be used to calculate the working efficiency of the operator and will be described later), and the specification parameters and the cautions of the components can be recorded and displayed below the text, video and/or animation area, as shown in fig. 4.
For at least one sub-step in the above steps, the operations corresponding to the sub-step may be guided to be performed in the manner described above, and details are not described herein again.
In summary, the present invention creatively selects at least one step of the steps of the assembly operation flow according to the actual operation requirement, and when the option corresponding to the at least one step is opened, a warning for avoiding repeated selection can be issued for the opened option, and then the operation corresponding to the opened option is guided to be executed through the content displayed by the display device, thereby the present invention can effectively guide the operator to execute the selected at least one step in parallel on the basis of ensuring that the same step is not selected repeatedly, so that the manpower can be effectively distributed in different steps, and the efficiency of the assembly operation can be greatly improved.
In order to facilitate guiding the operator to perform the corresponding operation, the present invention may further provide a plurality of display devices in one embodiment, and display a plurality of steps of the assembly operation flow through each display device, whereby different operators may select respective nearby display devices to guide them to complete the selected steps.
Correspondingly, the invention further provides a guiding method for the assembling operation process. The booting method may include: displaying, by a plurality of display devices, a plurality of options corresponding to a plurality of steps of the assembly operation flow; receiving information that a first option corresponding to a first step of the plurality of steps is selected; directing, by content displayed by a first display device of the plurality of display devices, that an operation corresponding to the selected first option be performed; receiving information that an option corresponding to a second step of the plurality of steps is selected; and guiding the operation corresponding to the selected second option to be executed through the content displayed by the second display device in the plurality of display devices, and guiding the operation corresponding to the selected first option and the second option to be executed at the same time.
The operator a can log in the user interface displayed on the display device L in the vicinity thereof and then select to turn on a step button (step S1 button); the operator B can log in the user interface displayed on the display device M in its vicinity and then select to turn on a step button (step S4 button); the operator C can log in the user interface displayed on the display device N in the vicinity thereof and then select to turn on a step button (step S9 button). Then, the operator may be guided to perform step S1 through the display device L at the same time; guiding the operator through the display device M to perform step S4; and guiding the operator through the display device N to perform step S9.
For the detailed description and advantages of the guiding method for assembly operation flow provided in this embodiment, reference may be made to the detailed description and advantages of the guiding method for assembly operation flow provided in the above embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
In summary, the present invention creatively selects the first step and the second step of the multiple steps of the assembly operation flow according to the actual operation requirement, and when the first option corresponding to the first step and the second option corresponding to the second step are both turned on, the operations corresponding to the first option and the second option can be simultaneously guided to be executed through the contents displayed by different display devices, respectively.
In addition to the role of guiding the operator to perform the corresponding step, the guidance system may also record the working time of each operator (e.g., the working time to perform a step), whereby a department manager may determine grade promotion or annual final rewards of the operator by comparing the working times of different operators or the working efficiency calculated therefrom.
In an embodiment of the present invention, for assembly operation flows of different batches, the same step may be executed by the same or different execution objects (e.g., operators), so that information that a specific option corresponding to a specific step of the multiple steps is selected by multiple operators respectively can be received. Accordingly, the guiding method for the assembly operation flow may further include: recording time-related job information of a plurality of execution targets (i.e., operators) to execute a specific step, respectively, in a case of receiving information that a specific option corresponding to a specific step among the plurality of steps is selected by a plurality of operators, respectively; and simultaneously displaying the time-dependent job information in which the plurality of execution objects execute the specific step. Wherein the job information may include: at least one of an operation time, an effective operation time, an operation efficiency, and an effective operation efficiency.
Wherein, the working time refers to the time from the beginning of execution to the completion of a specific step; the effective working time is the time consumed for temporarily stopping the working is subtracted from the working time; the work efficiency may be calculated according to the work time and a standard work time required for executing the specific step (for example, work efficiency is standard work time/work time); and the effective operation efficiency can be calculated according to the operation time and the standard operation time (for example, effective operation efficiency is standard operation time/effective operation time).
Also, before the step of recording the time-dependent job information of the specific step performed by the plurality of execution targets (i.e., operators), respectively, is performed, the booting method may further include: storing different identifications (e.g., job numbers) of the plurality of execution objects that execute the specific step, and accordingly, recording time-dependent job information that the plurality of execution objects execute the specific step includes: recording the time-dependent job information that the plurality of execution objects corresponding to the different identifications perform the specific sub-step.
For the execution of the above-described step S1, first, the operator a logs in a guidance system that stores the job number of the operator; then, when the operator a turns on the step S1 button, recording of the work time of the operator a is started; finally, after completing step S1, operator a selects an end button (not shown) on the guidance system page to represent that step S1 is completed, and the guidance system receives the completion information and ends recording the work hours of operator a.
Of course, in the process of executing step S1, operator a may pause the job due to meeting, training, eating, resting, etc., at which point operator a may click a pause button (not shown) on the page and select a corresponding demand option on the popped-up pause page to record the pause time of the job for operator a. In a preferred embodiment, the recorded job time may be subtracted by the job pause time to obtain the effective job time actually used in assembling the product.
The work time of the operator a may be determined from the sum of the work times for the operator a to install the components in step S1.
Table 1 job information table for different operators to perform the same step S4
Figure BDA0002352346430000101
After the working time for the operator a to perform the step S1 is obtained, the working efficiency (or effective working efficiency) of the operator a may be calculated in combination with the working time (or effective working time) and the standard working time for performing the step S1. Similarly, in another operation flow, when the operator B performs the completion step S1, similar time-dependent job information of the operator B may also be calculated. Moreover, the job numbers of different operators and the job information related to the time for executing step S1, that is, the job time, the effective job time, the job efficiency (obtained from the job time and the standard job time) and the effective job efficiency (obtained from the effective job time and the standard job time) can be provided in the same table (as shown in table 1) and displayed simultaneously through the display device. Therefore, the department supervisor can visually see the operation information of different operators, which contains operation efficiency and is relevant to time, and can simply and conveniently make some reward and punishment decisions. In summary, the present invention creatively records time-related work information of different operators performing the same step, and simultaneously displays the time-related work information corresponding to the different operators, so that a higher leader such as a department leader can determine grade promotion or annual reward of the operators simply by comparing the work information (e.g., time or work efficiency calculated therefrom) of the different operators.
When the existing product is assembled according to the standard operation flow, the situation that the operation flow is interrupted due to the lack of a certain component a in a certain step is often encountered, and in this situation, the corresponding step is restarted only after the component a is re-supplied, so that a large amount of manpower and material resources are wasted, and the completion efficiency of the assembly operation is seriously influenced. In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the guidance system provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be configured to, when a certain step is not completed due to lack of a specific component, send an authorization request to a department administrator through the guidance system by an operator, authorize the department administrator to skip the step and continue other unexecuted steps, and specifically mark the state of the step so as to find the step after the specific component is supplied.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the guiding method for the assembly operation process may further include: in the case where information corresponding to a specific step (for example, a first step, which may be any step in the assembly operation flow) is received and the specific step cannot be performed due to the absence of a specific component during the assembly process, authorization information about the specific step may be received to temporarily end the execution of the specific step; storing the indication that the specific step is in a starved unfinished state.
The guiding method for the assembling operation flow can further comprise the following steps: determining whether there is a particular step marked as the starved uncompleted state after all of the steps have been performed; and in a case where there is a specific step marked as the starved uncompleted state and the specific part that is missing has been supplied by restocking, directing that an operation corresponding to the specific step be performed for completion based on the specific part. Alternatively, in a case where there is no specific step marked as the starved uncompleted state, it is determined that the assembly operation flow is performed completely.
Specifically, if the step S1 cannot be executed due to the component a being out of stock, the department administrator may authorize to temporarily end the step S1 and temporarily stop recording the operation time of the step S1; meanwhile, the step S1 may be marked as a material shortage incomplete state and stored, at this time, the button corresponding to the step S1 is set to, for example, green, and, for example, "material shortage" or other characters or icons are additionally displayed below the button as a warning. After all the respective steps are performed, it is confirmed that step S1 is marked as out-of-stock incomplete, and when component a is found to be supplied, the job of mounting component a in step S1 may be continued and the recording of the job time of step S1 may be resumed. After the completion step S1 is performed, whether there is another step marked as the starved uncompleted state is reconfirmed, and if it is not, it is determined that the entire assembly job is performed completely.
In a preferred embodiment, the identity (e.g., serial number) of the missing part a and the number of missing parts may also be marked for ease of review. Accordingly, after all the respective steps are performed, it is confirmed that step S1 is marked as the starved incomplete state, and when it is found that the component a is supplied and the supply number is greater than or equal to the starved number, the operation of mounting the component a in step S1 may be continued.
In addition, in order to quickly trace the source of the failed component (i.e. find the supplier of the failed component) when the product fails, in the embodiment of the present invention, the identifier (for example, serial number) of the critical component installed in each assembly step may also be recorded.
In an embodiment, the booting method may further include: and recording the identification of the preset key component in each step so as to track the fault source. The predetermined key components may refer to components having a value greater than or equal to a predetermined value (the predetermined value may be defined according to actual requirements), such as components like a CPU and a heat sink on a PCB product, or define the predetermined key components according to components that are recorded to be prone to failure in the past, or define other defining manners.
Specifically, the guiding process for the assembly operation flow provided by the present invention is explained and illustrated in detail by taking the example that the operator a performs step S4 (step S4 includes mounting components x and y) in assembling the PCB product. Hereinafter, the button corresponding to step S4 is simply referred to as the S4 button.
As shown in fig. 5, the booting process for the assembly operation flow may include the following steps S501 to S514.
Step S501, responding to the action of the operator A for inputting the job number, the password and the PCB product number, and logging in a user interface.
In step S502, in response to the operator a' S action of selecting the S4 button, recording of the assembly job time of S4 is started.
In step S503, in response to the action of operator A clicking S4, the flow page of S4 is entered.
Step S504, judging whether the component x is out of stock according to a guiding process; if so, go to step S505, otherwise go to step S506.
Step S505, mark that the component x is out of stock.
Step S506, the component x is installed on the PCB, and the serial number of the component x is recorded.
Step S507, judging whether the component y is out of stock according to the guiding process; if so, go to step S508, otherwise, go to step S509.
And step S508, marking that the component y is out of stock.
And step S509, mounting the component y on the PCB, and recording the serial number of the component y.
Step S510, judging whether the goods shortage exists or not, if so, executing step S511; otherwise, step S514 is executed.
In step S511, the authorization action to S4 in response to the reception of the authorization request by the department authority temporarily ends this S4, and temporarily stops recording the job time of S4.
In step S512, the short-charge incomplete state is marked by S4.
In step S513, when all the other steps are completed and the missing component is supplied, the operation of recording S4 is resumed, and the installation of the missing component is executed according to the boot flow.
In step S514, it is determined that the execution is completed, and the recording of the job time of S4 is stopped.
In summary, the present invention creatively receives the authorization message to temporarily end the execution of the specific step in case that the assembly process of the specific step cannot be executed due to the lack of the specific component, and stores the mark that the specific step is in the incomplete material shortage state; and then, the operation corresponding to the other steps is directed to be performed, whereby the completion of the specific step can be redirected in case that the specific part is supplied by restocking, and thus, the present invention can improve the completion efficiency of the assembly work by reasonably distributing manpower and material resources.
Accordingly, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a guiding method for an assembly operation process, where the guiding method may include: displaying, by at least one display device, a plurality of options corresponding to a plurality of steps of the assembly operation flow; guiding an operation corresponding to the selected at least one of the plurality of options to be performed through the content displayed by the at least one display device, and not repeatedly guiding the operation corresponding to the selected at least one option to be performed; and receiving information that the operation corresponding to the selected at least one option is performed.
In summary, the present invention creatively can accomplish all steps independently by a single operator or by a plurality of operators working together according to the actual work distribution. Each of the plurality of steps includes at least one sub-step, and then the operation corresponding to the sub-step may be directed to be performed in parallel, whereby the present invention may direct the operator to perform the plurality of sub-steps in parallel, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of the assembly work.
