Step S504, judging whether the component x is out of stock according to a guiding process; if so, go to step S505, otherwise, go to step S506.
Step S505, mark that the component x is out of stock.
Step S506, the component x is installed on the PCB, and the serial number of the component x is recorded.

In step S509, the component y is mounted on the PCB, and the serial number of the component y is recorded.
Step S510, judging whether the goods shortage exists or not, if so, executing step S511; otherwise, step S514 is executed.
In step S511, the authorization action to S4 in response to the reception of the authorization request by the department authority temporarily ends this S4, and temporarily stops recording the job time of S4.
In step S512, the flag S4 indicates a starved feeding incomplete state.
In step S513, when all the other steps are completed and the missing component is supplied, the operation of recording S4 is resumed, and the installation of the missing component is executed according to the boot flow.
In step S514, it is determined that the execution is completed, and the recording of the job time of S4 is stopped.
In summary, the present invention creatively receives the authorization message to temporarily end the execution of the specific step in case that the assembly process of the specific step cannot be executed due to the lack of the specific component, and stores the mark that the specific step is in the incomplete material shortage state; and then, the operation corresponding to the other steps is directed to be performed, whereby the completion of the specific step can be redirected in case that the specific part is supplied by restocking, and thus, the present invention can improve the completion efficiency of the assembly work by reasonably distributing manpower and material resources.
Accordingly, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a guiding method for an assembly operation process, where the guiding method may include: displaying, by at least one display device, a plurality of options corresponding to a plurality of steps of the assembly process; guiding an operation corresponding to the selected at least one of the plurality of options to be performed through the content displayed by the at least one display device, and not repeatedly guiding the operation corresponding to the selected at least one option to be performed; and receiving information that the operation corresponding to the selected at least one option is performed.
In summary, the present invention creatively can accomplish all steps independently by a single operator or by a plurality of operators working together according to the actual work distribution. Each of the plurality of steps includes at least one sub-step, and then the operation corresponding to the sub-step may be directed to be performed in parallel, whereby the present invention may direct the operator to perform the plurality of sub-steps in parallel, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of the assembly work.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of a guidance system for an assembly operation flow according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the guide system includes: a storage device 10 for storing a plurality of steps associated with the assembly operation flow; and a plurality of display devices 20 for displaying a plurality of options corresponding to the plurality of steps; and a guide means 30 for guiding an operation corresponding to the selected one of the plurality of options to be performed through contents simultaneously and respectively displayed by the plurality of display devices. For example, a plurality of steps into which a user (e.g., a plant process manager) divides an overall process according to actual operational requirements may be received and stored, wherein each step may include at least one sub-step.
The display device is further used for displaying the operation corresponding to each step in the plurality of steps in a text, video and/or animation mode. Wherein the display device 20 may be a display screen of a data terminal 60 (e.g., a computer, a laptop, a Pad, etc.), as shown in fig. 7. In addition, text, video and/or animation data may be configured in the database 55, and real-time data and historical data related to the operation flow, etc. are also configured in the database 55, as shown in fig. 7.
Preferably, the guide device 30 may further include: a first receiving module (not shown) for receiving information that at least one option corresponding to at least one of the plurality of steps is selected; and a warning module for issuing a warning for the selected at least one option to avoid the selected at least one option being repeatedly selected.
Preferably, the guide device 30 may further include: an authorization module for authorizing a specific step to temporarily end execution of the specific step in response to an authorization request in a case where the specific step cannot be executed due to lack of a specific component; and the marking module is used for marking the specific step as a material shortage incomplete state. Accordingly, the guide device 30 may further include: a second receiving module (not shown) for receiving authorization information to temporarily end the execution of the specific step; and a storage module (not shown) for storing a flag that the specific step is a starved uncompleted state.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the guidance system further includes: and a judging means 40 for judging whether or not there is a specific step marked as the starved uncompleted state after the plurality of steps are all executed, and accordingly, the guiding means 30 is further configured to guide an operation corresponding to the specific step to be executed based on the specific component in a case where there is a specific step marked as the starved uncompleted state and the specific component that is lacking is restocked.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the guide system may further include: determination means 50 for determining that the assembling operation flow is performed completely in the case where there is no specific step marked as the starved uncompleted state.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the guidance system further includes: first recording means 70 for recording the identification of the predetermined critical components in each step so as to track the source of the fault.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the guidance system further includes: second recording means 80 for recording time-related job information on which the plurality of execution targets perform operations corresponding to the specific option, respectively, and accordingly, the plurality of display devices simultaneously display the time-related job information on which the plurality of execution targets perform operations corresponding to the specific option.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the storage device 10 is further configured to store a plurality of identifications corresponding to the plurality of execution objects, and accordingly, the second recording device 80 is configured to record time-dependent job information that the plurality of execution objects corresponding to the plurality of identifications perform operations corresponding to the specific option, respectively. The storage device 10 is also used for storing real-time data such as operation flow of the assembled product, identification and number of the missing parts, identification of key parts, and time-related work information required by different operators to execute the same step. Also, the storage device 10 may interact with a database 55.
Of course, the first recording device 70 and the second recording device 80 can be separate devices, and the functions performed by the first recording device 70 and the second recording device 80 can also be performed by the guiding device 30. In addition, the storage device 10, the display device 20, the guidance device 30, the judgment device 40, the determination device 50, the first recording device 70, and the second recording device 80 may be separate devices, or may be components integrated in the data terminal 60, as shown in fig. 7.
For details and benefits of the guidance system for assembly operation procedures provided by the present invention, reference may be made to the above description of the guidance method for assembly operation procedures, which is not described herein again.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a machine-readable storage medium, wherein the machine-readable storage medium is stored with instructions, and the instructions are used for enabling a machine to execute the guiding method for assembling the operation flow.
Additional features and advantages of the invention will be set forth in the detailed description which follows.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a processor, configured to run a program, where the program is used to execute the above-mentioned boot method for assembling the operation flow when the program is run.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more machine-readable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, etc.) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present application is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the application. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a machine-readable storage medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). The memory is an example of a machine-readable storage medium.
Machine-readable storage media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement any method or technology for target information storage. The target information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, means of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store target information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a machine-readable storage medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in the process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more machine-readable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, etc.) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

Claims (10)

1. A guidance method for an assembly operation flow, characterized in that the guidance method comprises:
displaying, by a display device, a plurality of options corresponding to a plurality of steps of the assembly process in a first presentation;
receiving information that at least one option corresponding to at least one of the plurality of steps is selected;
issuing a warning with respect to the selected at least one option to avoid repeated selection of the selected at least one option, wherein the issuing of the warning includes: changing the presentation mode of the selected at least one option to display the selected at least one option in a second presentation mode, sounding a warning sound when the selected at least one option is repeatedly selected, and failing to be turned on when the selected at least one option is repeatedly selected; and
directing, by the content displayed by the display device, an operation corresponding to the selected at least one option to be performed.
2. The boot method according to claim 1, wherein operations corresponding to respective steps of the plurality of steps are performed in parallel.
3. The guidance method according to claim 1, wherein each of the plurality of steps comprises at least one sub-step,
accordingly, the directing of the operation corresponding to the selected at least one option is performed includes: directing that operations corresponding to sub-steps included in the at least one step be performed.
4. The guidance method of claim 1, wherein the changing a presentation of the selected at least one option comprises: changing the color of the selected at least one option.
5. The guidance method of claim 1, wherein the changing a presentation of the selected at least one option comprises: changing the shape and/or size of the selected at least one option.
6. The guidance method of claim 1, wherein said issuing a warning further comprises: and displaying the selected at least one option in a third presentation mode after the operation corresponding to the selected at least one option is executed.
7. A guidance method for an assembly operation flow, characterized in that the guidance method comprises:
displaying, by a plurality of display devices, a plurality of options corresponding to a plurality of steps of the assembly process;
receiving information that a first option corresponding to a first step of the plurality of steps is selected;
directing, by content displayed by a first display device of the plurality of display devices, that an operation corresponding to the selected first option be performed;
receiving information that an option corresponding to a second step of the plurality of steps is selected; and
and guiding the operation corresponding to the selected second option to be executed through the content displayed by the second display device of the plurality of display devices, and guiding the operation corresponding to the selected first option and the selected second option to be executed at the same time.
8. A guidance method for an assembly operation flow, characterized in that the guidance method comprises:
displaying, by at least one display device, a plurality of options corresponding to a plurality of steps of the assembly process;
guiding an operation corresponding to the selected at least one of the plurality of options to be performed through the content displayed by the at least one display device, and not repeatedly guiding the operation corresponding to the selected at least one option to be performed; and
receiving information that an operation corresponding to the selected at least one option is performed.
9. A guidance system for an assembly operation procedure, the guidance system comprising:
a storage device for storing a plurality of steps associated with the assembly operation flow;
a plurality of display devices for displaying a plurality of options corresponding to the plurality of steps; and
and a guide means for guiding an operation corresponding to the selected one of the plurality of options to be performed through contents simultaneously and respectively displayed by the plurality of display devices.
10. A machine-readable storage medium having stored thereon instructions for causing a machine to perform the method of booting an assembly operational flow of any one of the preceding claims 1-6, claim 7 and/or claim 8.
