The personnel and asset positioning management system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the personnel positioning tag and asset positioning tag can be built in a satellite positioning module, and can be positioned by Beidou/GPS satellite positioning system in the outdoor area not covered by the positioning base station.

The personnel and asset positioning management system according to claim 1, wherein the management software system is capable of actively performing personnel and asset management and event reminding in real time according to the spatial position correlation change of the personnel positioning tags and asset positioning tags in the same area range or in the area range of the preset rule of the system and in combination with the preset management rule of the system.

A personnel and asset positioning management method is characterized in that, for being applied to the personnel and asset positioning management system of claim 1, the method for positioning assets and asset users and asset management personnel in real time, acquiring the spatial position relationship between the assets and asset users and asset management personnel, and confirming the identities of the current asset users and asset management personnel so as to carry out the full-flow management of the asset use process specifically comprises the following steps:
a) When the assets are put in storage, the personnel and asset positioning management system positions asset positioning tags installed on the assets and personnel positioning tags carried by asset management personnel; when assets and asset management personnel reach the specified warehousing positions, the personnel and asset positioning management system confirms the identities of the asset management personnel and the asset storage positions according to the asset and asset management personnel position information collected in real time and then automatically performs asset input, wherein the asset input comprises warehousing time, storage positions, warehousing handling personnel, asset information statistics and the like;
b) when the assets are used, the asset management personnel and the asset claimants respectively carry personnel positioning tags to reach the range of an asset storage area, the personnel and asset positioning management system positions the asset positioning tags arranged on the assets and the personnel positioning tags carried by the asset management personnel and the asset claimants, and confirms the identity of the site asset claimants, the identity of the asset management personnel and the assets which are used for claimant to be in an authorized claimant state according to the real-time collected personnel and asset position information, so that the asset claimant is completed;
