Description

Conference schedule conflict management method and system, electronic equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of data processing, and particularly relates to a conference schedule conflict management method, a conference schedule conflict management system, electronic equipment and a storage medium.
Background
In a working environment, a large number of events such as meetings and activities are generated, and a large amount of time and energy are needed for scheduling. However, it is often encountered that when a new conference enters, it is found to conflict with the time of the original event, and the following scenario is often easy to happen:
(1) forgetting that other conferences exist at the moment before the moment, and finding that the time of the two conferences conflicts when the moment when the conference needs to start;
(2) other meetings are found in the schedule at this time, but it is more difficult to measure which of these conflicting meetings should be adjusted, with the least actual impact being achieved.
Therefore, when a conference conflicts, if the conference is not found and processed in time, the work efficiency of the user is greatly affected, and important events can be delayed, so that inevitable loss is caused. The intelligent reminding device for meeting conflicts can well detect conflicts in meeting arrangement, timely feed back the initiators and the participants of the meeting, and find out the reasons of the conflicts by backtracking and analyzing the conflict process. Based on the method, the participants of the conference can find the conflict of the conference at the first time and make certain adjustment to the conflicting conference. In the existing meeting scheduling and calendar synchronization system, only scheduled meetings are generally synchronized into our schedules, and whether the arrangement of the meetings per se is reasonable or not is not detected.
