Abstract

Claims (10)
1. A overseas trademark registration method is applied to an overseas trademark registration platform, and comprises the following steps:
receiving registration information of a target trademark input by a user;
if a one-key registration instruction of the registered trademark is received, determining a registration channel of the target trademark according to the registration information;
and registering the target trademark on a third-party trademark registration platform corresponding to the registration channel according to the registration information.
2. The overseas trademark registering method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining a registration passage of the target trademark based on the registration information includes:
determining an application country corresponding to the target trademark according to the trademark basic information in the registration information;
and determining a registration channel of the target trademark according to the application country.
3. The overseas trademark registration method of claim 1, wherein the step of registering the target trademark on a third-party trademark registration platform corresponding to the registration channel according to the registration information includes:
determining an external service interface corresponding to the registration channel according to the registration channel;
and registering the target trademark on a third-party trademark registration platform corresponding to the external service interface according to the registration information.
4. The overseas trademark registering method of claim 1, wherein the registration information includes applicant information, trademark basic information, and trademark category information, and the step of receiving the registration information of the target trademark input by the user includes:
receiving the applicant information input by a user, and detecting whether the applicant information is completely input;
and if the applicant information is completely input, receiving the trademark basic information and the trademark category information input by the user.
5. The overseas trademark registering method of claim 4, wherein the step of receiving the trademark basic information and the trademark category information input by the user comprises:
receiving the trademark basic information input by a user, and detecting whether the trademark basic information is completely input;
and if the trademark basic information is completely input, receiving the trademark category information input by a user.
6. The overseas trademark registering method of claim 5, wherein the trademark basic information includes:
the trademark type to which the target trademark belongs comprises a character trademark, a graphic trademark and a combined trademark;
a brand name of the target brand;
the application country corresponding to the target trademark; and the number of the first and second groups,
application information of the target trademark in other countries.
7. The overseas trademark registration method of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the step of registering the target trademark on a third-party trademark registration platform corresponding to the registration channel according to the registration information includes:
auditing the registration information, wherein the registration information comprises applicant information, trademark basic information and trademark category information;
and when the registration information is approved, registering the target trademark on a third-party trademark registration platform corresponding to the registration channel according to the registration information.
8. An overseas trademark registration apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving registration information of the target trademark input by a user;
the determining module is used for determining a registration channel of the target trademark according to the registration information if a one-key registration instruction of the registered trademark is received;
and the registration module is used for registering the target trademark on a third-party trademark registration platform corresponding to the registration channel according to the registration information.
9. An overseas trademark registration apparatus, characterized by comprising: memory, a processor and a foreign trademark registration program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the foreign trademark registration program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the foreign trademark registration method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon an overseas trademark registration program, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the overseas trademark registration method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
