The electronic device is taken as a mobile phone for illustration. As shown in fig. 2, the mobile phone displays a first interface 10, where the first interface 10 includes at least one application identifier, for example, an application identifier 11 to an application identifier 13, and each application identifier includes a name of an application program, an icon of the application program, a download control of the application program, and the like; the user can perform a first input on a target application identifier (for example, the application identifier 11) in the at least one application identifier, so that the mobile phone displays at least one authority identifier (for example, an address book authority identifier, a location authority identifier, a camera authority identifier, and a storage authority identifier) corresponding to the target application program in an area corresponding to the target application identifier, so that the user can select from the authority identifiers (for example, the address book authority identifier, the location authority identifier, and the camera authority identifier) to set an application authority corresponding to the target application program.
Step 202, the electronic device responds to the first input, and downloads and installs the target application program based on the M application authorities.
In this embodiment of the present application, the M application permissions are application permissions that allow a target application to access in at least one application permission corresponding to the target application, the target application is an application indicated by a target application identifier, and M is a positive integer.
In this embodiment of the application, after receiving the first input, the electronic device may analyze the target application to obtain at least one application right corresponding to the target application, and determine, from the at least one application right, an application right allowing the target application to access, so as to download and install the target application based on the application rights.
It should be noted that, at least one application right corresponding to the target application program may be understood as: at least one application right that the target application can use.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the electronic device may determine the M application permissions in the following three ways:
in an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, when the electronic device displays at least one permission identifier corresponding to a target application, a user may select M permission identifiers from the at least one permission identifier before performing a download input (i.e., a first input), so that the electronic device sets M application permissions corresponding to the target application. Referring to fig. 1, as shown in fig. 3, before the "electronic device receives the first input of the user" in step 201, the application right management method provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes steps 301 and 302 described below.
In step 301, the electronic device receives a second input of the user while displaying the first interface of the application store.
In this embodiment of the application, the second input is input of M authority identifiers by a user, where the M authority identifiers are authority identifiers in at least one authority identifier corresponding to a target application identifier.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the second input is a selection input of the user to the M authority identifiers.
Step 302, in response to the second input, the electronic device sets M application permissions indicated by the M permission identifiers to: the target application is allowed to access the M application permissions.
It can be understood that, after the electronic device downloads the target application program based on the M application permissions, when the electronic device subsequently uses the target application program, and when the electronic device accesses a certain application permission, if the application permission is any application permission in the M application permissions, the electronic device may directly access the application permission.
When step 301 and step 302 are executed, step 201 is: the electronic device receives a first input from a user.
In the embodiment of the application, when the user selects the application program to install, the application permission corresponding to the application program can be selected, so that the user does not need to subsequently set the application permission corresponding to the application program, and the flexibility of prompting the permission of the application program by the electronic equipment and the efficiency of installing the application program are improved.
In another implementation manner of the embodiment of the application, after receiving the download input of the user, the electronic device may display a prompt message to prompt the user to set the application authority allowing the target application program to access. Referring to fig. 1, as shown in fig. 4, before "downloading and installing the target application based on M application authorities" in step 202, the application authority management method provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes the following steps 401 to 403.
Step 401, the electronic device displays a first prompt message in response to the first input.
In this embodiment of the application, the first prompt information includes L permission identifiers, where the first prompt information is used to prompt a user to set an application permission allowing a target application program to access, the L permission identifiers are permission identifiers in at least one permission identifier corresponding to the target application program, and L is an integer greater than or equal to M.
It can be understood that the L permission identifiers are partial permission identifiers or all permission identifiers in at least one permission identifier corresponding to the target application program.
