The reinforcement learning process can learn the rule that the information displayed in the information display area is matched with the user under two different conditions of displaying the information or not displaying the information, so that whether the target information is displayed in the first information display area or not is predicted based on the prediction model obtained through the training process, a more accurate prediction result can be obtained, the matching degree of the information displayed in the information display area and the user is further improved, the waste of display resources in the information display area is reduced, and the intelligence of information display is realized.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating another information presentation method according to an exemplary embodiment, and compared with the aforementioned embodiment shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment further includes the following steps S105 to S106.
In step S105, if the target information is displayed in the first information display area, display feedback of the user of the first information display platform on the target information is obtained.
After the target information is displayed in the first information display area, a user of the first information display platform may generate display feedback for the target information. In order to better track and understand the influence of the target information display in the first information display area on the display feedback, the display feedback of the user of the first information display platform on the target information can be periodically obtained.

In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the display feedback included in the target prediction parameter may be updated in combination with the sliding window. That is, the display feedback obtained as described above is accumulated on the display feedback included in the target prediction parameter, and the display feedback obtained earliest is subtracted, so that the time length corresponding to the display feedback included in the target prediction parameter is ensured to be constant.
As can be seen from the above, in the solution provided in this embodiment, after the target information is displayed in the first information display area, the display feedback included in the target prediction parameter is updated based on the display feedback of the user of the first information display platform on the target information. Therefore, real-time updating of display feedback contained in the target prediction parameters can be realized, whether information display is carried out or not is convenient to predict based on the updated target prediction parameters subsequently, the accuracy of prediction is improved, the matching degree of displayed information in the information display area and users is further improved, and the waste of display resources in the information display area is reduced.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, after a first information display area in a first information display platform is in an idle state, a plurality of demanders may expect to display information in the first information display area, and after determining that target information is displayed in the first information display area according to a prediction result, in order to improve a probability that the target information is successfully displayed in the first information display area, the electronic device may further calculate a display intention parameter, and then request to display the target information in the first information display area of the first information display platform based on the display intention parameter.
The display intention parameter may be used to indicate a degree of intention that the target information is desired to be displayed in the first information display area.
Taking the advertisement information display as an example, the willingness display parameter may be a bid for displaying the advertisement information by a demand party, and the higher the bid is, the higher the willingness degree is represented.
The following describes an information presentation scheme provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure based on an advertisement publishing and presentation system including ADX, DSP and SSP, with reference to a signaling diagram shown in fig. 4.
The signalling diagram shown in fig. 4 comprises the following steps S401-S410.
In step S401, when the SSP finds that there is a free first information presentation area, the SSP transmits a first free notification to the ADX.
In step S402, after receiving the first idle notification, the ADX generates a second idle notification, where the second idle notification carries the first area characteristic of the first information display area and the first user characteristic of the user of the SSP.
Specifically, the first idle notification may carry a first region characteristic of the first information display region and a first user characteristic of a user of the SSP. In this case, the second idle notification may be generated according to the first area feature and the first user feature carried in the first idle notification.
In addition, the ADX may locally store the area characteristics of each information presentation area and the user characteristics of the user of each SSP in advance. In step S404, the DSP determines a first prediction presentation feedback and a second prediction presentation feedback using a pre-trained prediction model with the first area characteristic, the first user characteristic, and the target prediction parameter as model inputs.

FIG. 5 is a block diagram illustrating an information presentation device according to an example embodiment, the device comprising:
a notification receiving module 501 configured to receive a notification for notifying that there is a free first information presentation area on the first information presentation platform;
a feature obtaining module 502 configured to obtain a first region feature of the first information presentation region, a first user feature of a user of the first information presentation platform;

As can be seen from the above, when the scheme provided in the above embodiments is applied to information display, after being notified that the first information display platform has the idle first information display area, it is not directly determined to display the target information on the first information display platform, but it is determined whether to display the target information on the first information display platform according to the characteristics of the first information display area, the characteristics of the user of the first information display platform, and the display feedback of the user of the second information display platform having the target information displayed thereon. That is, in the solutions provided in the above embodiments, it is determined whether to display the target information in the first information display area based on the user characteristic of the first information display platform where the idle first information display area is located, the characteristic of the first information display area, and the historical display feedback information of the target information to be displayed, instead of directly displaying the target information when the idle information display area appears. The characteristics of the information display area, the users of the information display platform and the information to be displayed are considered, so that target information which is obviously unmatched with the users of the information display area and the information display platform can be filtered, namely, information display operation is not carried out, the matching degree of the displayed information and the users of the information display area and the information display platform is improved, and the waste of display resources of the information display area is reduced.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the display determining module 504 may be specifically configured to:
determining whether the target information is displayed in the first information display area or not through the prediction model by taking the first area characteristic, the first user characteristic and the target prediction parameter as input parameters of a pre-trained prediction model;
wherein the prediction model is: the model is obtained by performing reinforcement learning by using sample area characteristics of a sample information display area, sample user characteristics of a user of a sample information display platform to which the sample information display area belongs, and sample prediction parameters of the sample information as a state of an environment in reinforcement learning, and by using whether to request to display the sample information in the sample information display area as an action executed in the environment, wherein the sample prediction parameters comprise: and the user of the information display platform with the sample information displayed gives feedback on the display of the sample information.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the information displaying apparatus may further include:
a model training module configured to train the predictive model by:

determining a training benchmark according to the maximum value of the third prediction display feedback and the fourth prediction display feedback and the first feedback;
inputting the first initial state into an initial prediction model, and obtaining display feedback of the sample information, which is obtained by prediction of the initial prediction model and is obtained by a user of the sample information display platform after the first action is executed when the environment is in the first initial state, as second feedback;
and training the initial prediction model based on the second feedback and the training reference until a training end condition is met, and taking the trained initial prediction model as the prediction model.
The reinforcement learning process can learn the rule that the information displayed in the information display area is matched with the user under two different conditions of displaying the information or not displaying the information, so that whether the target information is displayed in the first information display area or not is predicted based on the prediction model obtained through the training process, a more accurate prediction result can be obtained, the matching degree of the information displayed in the information display area and the user is further improved, the waste of display resources in the information display area is reduced, and the intelligence of information display is realized.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a block diagram of another information display apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment, and compared with the foregoing embodiment shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the information display apparatus may further include:
a feedback obtaining module 505, configured to obtain display feedback of the target information from the user of the first information display platform if the target information is displayed in the first information display area;
a feedback update module 506 configured to update the exhibition feedback comprised in the target prediction parameter according to the obtained exhibition feedback.
As can be seen from the above, in the solution provided in this embodiment, after the target information is displayed in the first information display area, the display feedback included in the target prediction parameter is updated based on the display feedback of the user of the first information display platform on the target information. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a block diagram of an electronic device is provided as shown in fig. 7, the electronic device includes a processor 701, a communication interface 702, a memory 703 and a communication bus 704, wherein the processor 701, the communication interface 702, and the memory 703 are communicated with each other via the communication bus 704,
a memory 703 for storing a computer program;
the processor 701 is configured to implement any of the message display methods described in the foregoing method embodiments when executing the program stored in the memory 703.
The communication bus 704 mentioned in the above electronic device may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The communication bus 704 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown, but this does not mean that there is only one bus or one type of bus.

Claims (10)

1. An information presentation method, the method comprising:
receiving a notification for notifying that a first information display area which is idle exists on a first information display platform;
obtaining a first region characteristic of the first information display region and a first user characteristic of a user of the first information display platform;
obtaining target prediction parameters of target information, wherein the target prediction parameters comprise: the user of the second information display platform which displays the target information displays feedback of the target information;
and determining whether the target information is displayed in the first information display area or not according to the first area characteristic, the first user characteristic and the target prediction parameter.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether to display the target information in the first information display area according to the first area feature, the first user feature and the target prediction parameter comprises:
predicting first prediction display feedback of the target information, users of the second information display platforms and users of the first information display platform if the target information is displayed in the first information display area, and predicting second prediction display feedback of the target information, users of the second information display platforms and users of the second information display platforms if the target information is not displayed in the first information display area according to the first area characteristic, the first user characteristic and the target prediction parameter;
and determining whether the target information is displayed in the first information display area or not according to the first prediction display feedback and the second prediction display feedback.
3. The information presentation method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether to present the target information in the first information presentation area according to the first area feature, the first user feature, and the target prediction parameter comprises:
determining whether the target information is displayed in the first information display area or not through the prediction model by taking the first area characteristic, the first user characteristic and the target prediction parameter as input parameters of a pre-trained prediction model;
wherein the prediction model is: the model is obtained by performing reinforcement learning by using sample area characteristics of a sample information display area, sample user characteristics of a user of a sample information display platform to which the sample information display area belongs, and sample prediction parameters of the sample information as a state of an environment in reinforcement learning, and by using whether to request to display the sample information in the sample information display area as an action executed in the environment, wherein the sample prediction parameters comprise: and the user of the information display platform with the sample information displayed gives feedback on the display of the sample information.
4. The information presentation method of claim 3, wherein the predictive model is trained by:
obtaining a training sample, wherein the training sample comprises a first initial state, a first action, a first feedback, and a second initial state, the first initial state comprising: the sample region characteristic, the sample user characteristic, the sample prediction parameter, the first action representing: whether to request the sample information to be displayed in the sample information display area, wherein the first feedback is: a user of the sample information display platform displays feedback on the sample information, wherein the second initial state is a state of the environment after the first action is executed in the first initial state;
predicting third prediction display feedback of the sample information by all users of the information display platform which has displayed the sample information when the environment is in the second initial state, after the sample information is displayed in the sample information display area, and predicting fourth prediction display feedback of the sample information by all users of the information display platform which has displayed the sample information when the environment is in the second initial state, when the sample information is not displayed in the sample information display area;
determining a training benchmark according to the maximum value of the third prediction display feedback and the fourth prediction display feedback and the first feedback;
inputting the first initial state into an initial prediction model, and obtaining display feedback of the sample information, which is obtained by prediction of the initial prediction model and is obtained by a user of the sample information display platform after the first action is executed when the environment is in the first initial state, as second feedback;
and training the initial prediction model based on the second feedback and the training reference until a training end condition is met, and taking the trained initial prediction model as the prediction model.
5. The information presentation method according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the target prediction parameters further include: available presentation resources of the target information.
6. The information presentation method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the method further comprises:
