In this embodiment, the protruding portion of the upper surface of the channel turntable 603 is provided with a plurality of card pushing portions 6031, the distance between two adjacent card pushing portions 6031 is greater than the length of the playing card, one side of the card pushing portion 6031 is a card pushing face 6033 for forming a height difference to push the playing card, the other side of the card pushing portion 6031 is a slope 6032 for facilitating the sliding of the playing card, and the card pushing portion adopts a single-side card pushing to avoid the deadlocking of the playing card and improve the card arranging efficiency.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the card pushing portion 6031, the card pushing surface 6033 and the slope surface 6032 are integrally formed with the channel turntable 603, and in other embodiments, the card pushing portion 6031 may be a component fixedly or movably disposed on the channel turntable 603. In a further preferred embodiment, four card pushing portions 6031 are uniformly distributed on the upper surface of the channel turntable 603, and each card pushing portion 6031 comprises an inner portion and an outer portion, and the inner portion and the outer portion push the playing cards together from the inner side and the outer side to ensure that the playing cards are positioned on the channel turntable 603 in order. In a further preferred embodiment, a ring of annular recess 6034 is provided on the upper surface of the channel turntable 603, and the annular recess 6034 smoothly transitions to the top plane of the channel turntable 603. Thus, playing cards having a length that is not aligned with the direction of rotation of the channel carousel 603 will rest on the outside in the annular recess 6034 of the channel carousel 603 and on the inside on the center carousel 606 to facilitate relative rotational movement of the center carousel 606 and channel carousel 603 to improve card sorting efficiency.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 21 and 22, the card pushing part 6031 is hinged on the channel turntable 603 as a separate rotating part and is given a tendency to bulge upward by an elastic part, when the card pushing part 6031 bulges upward, one side of the card pushing part 6031 forms a card pushing face 6033 having a height difference for pushing the playing cards, and when the card pushing part 6031 retracts downward, the card pushing face 6033 is turned over to form a slope or is taken in the channel turntable 603 for the playing cards to pass through. Therefore, when the situation that the playing cards are jammed and the like is encountered, the playing cards push the card pushing part 6031 to rotate and retract downwards to avoid the card pushing fault, and the like. In this embodiment, preferably, a slope 6032 for facilitating the sliding of the playing cards is provided on the other side of the card pushing part 6031 and is integrally formed with the channel turntable 603. In this embodiment, the elastic member is preferably a torsion spring 6036. In this embodiment, preferably, a ring of annular protrusions 6035 is disposed on the upper surface of the channel turntable 603, the annular protrusions 6035 smoothly transition to the top plane of the channel turntable 603, and the card pushing portion 6031 and the slope surface 6032 are both disposed on the annular protrusions 6035. In this way, the outer side of the playing cards with the length direction inconsistent with the rotating direction of the channel turntable 603 can be placed on the inner side of the annular protrusion 6035 of the channel turntable 603, the inner side of the playing cards is placed on the central turntable 606, relative rotating motion of the central turntable 606 and the channel turntable 603 is facilitated to improve card arranging efficiency, and the card pushing part is arranged on the annular protrusion, so that the playing cards can be tiled on the channel turntable and pushed.
In this embodiment, the upper housing 601 and/or the card arranging base 602 are further provided with a position sensor for detecting a rotation position of the channel turntable 603 and a detection sensor for detecting whether there are playing cards on the channel turntable 603. Preferably, in this embodiment, the position sensor and the detection sensor are both photoelectric sensors, and the channel turntable 603 is provided with through holes corresponding to the photoelectric sensors.

In this embodiment, the central turntable 606 is sleeved outside the mounting seat 6021 of the playing card holder 602, the mounting seat 6021 is sleeved outside the guide seat 305, and the upper end of the lifting guide rod 304 extends out of the top of the central turntable 606.
In order to further improve the card arranging and playing efficiency and stability, a card playing mechanism is installed at the outlet end of the card channel and is installed on the card holder 602 or the upper shell 601. The card-playing mechanism comprises a card-playing baffle plate, a card-arranging channel outlet is formed between the card-playing baffle plate and the channel turntable 603, playing cards falling in front of the card-pushing part 6031 are sent out of the card-arranging channel outlet to the card-storing space 605, and the playing cards placed above the card-pushing part 6031 of the channel turntable 603 are blocked in the card-arranging channel by the card-playing baffle plate. In order to prevent redundant playing cards from being stuck between the card-out baffle and the card-pushing part 6031 of the channel turntable 603, friction wheels 615 and 616 for returning the playing cards to the card-arranging channel are arranged on one side of the card-out baffle, and the friction wheels 615 and 616 are in transmission connection with a friction wheel motor 611 arranged on the card holder 602. In this way, the friction wheel may retract excess playing cards above the card pushing portion 6031 along the sloped surface 6032 of the card pushing portion 6031 into the card arranging path. In the present embodiment, two friction wheels are provided, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the two friction wheels include a first friction wheel 615 and a second friction wheel 616, the second friction wheel 616 is in transmission connection with a friction wheel motor 611 through a first transmission gear 607 and a second transmission gear 608, the first friction wheel 615 is in transmission connection with the second friction wheel 616 through a third transmission gear 612, a fourth transmission gear 613 and a fifth transmission gear 614 to rotate synchronously, and the first friction wheel 615 and the second friction wheel 616 are mounted on the upper housing 601 and located between the card-out shutter and the card-placing space 604. Preferably, the first friction wheel 615 and/or the second friction wheel 616 are mounted with one-way bearings so that the two friction wheels can only rotate in one direction to avoid the playing card from being stuck at the exit of the card path. To accommodate the annular configuration of the channel carousel 603, the axes of the first friction wheel 615 and the second friction wheel 616 are disposed at an oblique angle. The friction wheel may be continuously rotated or intermittently rotated. In this embodiment, the upper housing 601 and/or the card arranging base 602 are further provided with a detection sensor for detecting whether the top of the card pushing part 6031 of the channel turntable 603 has playing cards, the detection sensor is a photoelectric sensor, the top of the card pushing part 6031 of the channel turntable 603 is provided with a through hole corresponding to the photoelectric sensor, and when the detection sensor detects the playing cards, the friction wheel motor 611 drives the friction wheel to rotate to withdraw redundant playing cards.
In the preferred embodiment, a sensing switch 618 for detecting whether the card pushing part 6031 of the channel turntable 603 is in place is disposed on one side of the card outlet, and when the sensing switch 618 detects that the card pushing part 6031 of the channel turntable 603 approaches or passes through the card arranging channel outlet, the channel turntable motor 610 controls the channel turntable 603 to stop rotating (stop rotating immediately and/or with a delay) so that the playing cards stay in the card storage space 605 for being picked up by the card feeding mechanism of the card dealing device 40. The inductive switch 618 may be a proximity switch, a photosensor, or a magnetic induction switch. Preferably, the card game machine further comprises a sensing member 617, the sensing member 617 is located on one side of the card discharge baffle close to the card arranging channel and movably connected to the upper housing 601, a plate-shaped main body of the sensing member 617 is located in the card arranging channel and is matched with a card pushing portion 6031 on the channel turntable 603, an extended end of the sensing member 617 is matched with the sensing switch 618, and when the card pushing portion 6031 on the channel turntable 603 passes through the plate-shaped main body of the sensing member 617, the sensing member 617 is driven to rotate so as to trigger the sensing switch 618. Thus, the structure is simple and reliable, and the cost is low.
In this embodiment, preferably, the upper housing 601 and/or the card arranging base 602 are further provided with a detection sensor for detecting whether playing cards are on the channel turntable 603 in the card storage space 605, the detection sensor is a photoelectric sensor, and the channel turntable 603 is provided with a through hole corresponding to the photoelectric sensor. If there are cards in the card storage space 605, the channel carousel motor 610 stops rotating, and if there are no cards, the channel carousel motor 610 continues to rotate until a card is detected.

In other embodiments, a card-distributing cam may be further disposed on a side of the card-distributing pressure wheel 403 close to the card-storing space 605, the card-distributing cam is rotatably mounted on the adjusting bracket 422 or the card-dealing base 415, the card-distributing cam is preferably a driving wheel driven by a motor, a rotation axis of the card-distributing cam is parallel to a rotation axis of the card-distributing wheel 404, and a rotation direction of the card-distributing cam is identical to a rotation direction of the card-distributing wheel 404. Therefore, the card distributing cam can be filled between the card distributing device and the card arranging device to prevent the playing cards from being clamped into the gap, and the redundant playing cards can be pushed out of the card inlet of the card distributing device, so that the entering number of the playing cards is limited to achieve the effect of pre-distributing the playing cards. Further preferably, the card-distributing cam and the card-distributing wheel 404 are connected to rotate synchronously through a synchronous belt drive.
Further preferably, the card dealing seat 415 is provided with a plurality of card feeding ribs at the card feeding port, and the card feeding ribs, the card distributing wheel 404 and the card distributing pressing wheel 403 are arranged at intervals in a staggered manner, so that a continuous and efficient card rubbing and separating effect can be realized.
Further preferably, the card distributing pressing wheel and the card distributing wheel are designed to be staggered front and back and overlapped up and down (namely, the axes of the card distributing pressing wheel and the card distributing wheel are staggered by a horizontal distance, the card distributing pressing wheel is closer to the card storage space of the card storage box than the axis of the card distributing wheel, and the bottommost part of the card distributing pressing wheel is lower than the highest part of the card distributing wheel).
Each of the parts of the card distributing wheel, the card distributing cam and the card distributing pressing wheel can be a roller-type part or a plurality of wheel-type parts arranged on the same shaft. Each card distributing wheel comprises a supporting frame with certain rigidity strength and a rubber ring sleeved and fixed on the supporting frame, and part or all of the arc circumference of the rubber ring is provided with protruding rubber sawteeth used for contacting with the playing cards, so that the friction force is large when the rubber sawteeth part of the card distributing wheel contacts with the playing cards, and the playing cards are easily driven to move to be beneficial to separating the two playing cards.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 11, one end of the adjusting bracket 422 is hinged to the card dealing seat 415, the other end of the adjusting bracket 422 is sleeved on the adjusting bolt 420, the adjusting bolt 420 is further sleeved with a spring 421, the upper end of the spring 421 abuts against the card dealing seat 415, the lower end of the spring 421 abuts against the adjusting bracket 422, the adjusting bolt 420 is in threaded connection with the adjusting bracket 422 or a nut installed on the adjusting bracket 422, and thus the gap between the card distributing pressing wheel 403 and the card distributing wheel 404 can be adjusted by adjusting the adjusting bolt 420 to limit the number of cards to be fed.
The card shoe 415 may be an integrally formed part, or a plurality of independent forming parts may be fixed together by a fixing connection manner such as a fastener, clamping, riveting or welding, as shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, in this embodiment, the card shoe 415 at least includes a card shoe main body (shown in fig. 9) and a card inlet side portion (shown in fig. 8) fixedly connected by a fastener, and may further include an outer cover plate and other parts. Thus, the installation, debugging and part replacement are convenient.
In this embodiment, a card feeding mechanism is further provided, as shown in fig. 6 to 11, which includes a card feeding wheel 401 and a card blocking member 414, the card feeding wheel 401 is rotatably mounted on the card feeding support 402, the card feeding support 402 is movably connected (preferably hinged) with the card dealing base 415, the card feeding wheel 401 is a driving wheel, the card blocking member 414 is mounted on the card dealing base 415 in a manner of sliding up and down and is driven by a card blocking motor 417 to slide up and down, the card blocking member 414 is located below the card feeding support 402 and between the card storing space 605 of the card arranging device 6 and the card feeding port of the card dealing device 40, the card feeding wheel 401 extends into the card storing space 605, the card feeding support 402 and the card feeding wheel 401 are lifted when the card blocking member 414 is lifted up, so that the card feeding wheel 401 does not contact with the playing cards in the card storing space 605 and thus does not feed the playing cards, and the card blocking member 414 blocks outside the card storing space 605 to prevent the playing cards from falling out, when the card blocking member 414 is lowered, the card feed wheel 401 presses the top playing card in the card storage space 605 and pushes the playing card into the space between the card dispensing wheel 404 and the card dispensing wheel 403 as the card feed wheel 401 rotates.

In the preferred embodiment, the swing center (card turning shaft) of the card turning part 407 is located in the middle of the card turning part 407, so that two swing ends are formed on two sides of the swing center, and the inner side of the card turning part 407 is in an arc shape corresponding to the periphery of the card turning wheel 410, so that the card turning part 407 can not only play a role in blocking and turning, but also play a role in turning the outer side wall of the card turning channel without specially setting the outer side wall of the card turning channel. To ensure delivery pressure and avoid slippage, the first card-handling wheel 406 and/or the flipping wheel 411 is preferably given a tendency to press against the card-flipping wheel 410 by respective energizing mechanisms, and the second card-handling wheel 412 is preferably given a tendency to press against the card-flipping wheel 411 by energizing mechanisms. The card turning driving mechanism for driving the card turning component 407 to open or close the first card outlet channel (open the card turning channel) may be realized by a motor through a speed reducing mechanism or a transmission mechanism, in this embodiment, preferably, the card turning driving mechanism is driven by an electromagnet, a crank is fixed at one end of a card turning shaft of the card turning component 407, and a swinging end of the crank is connected with a movable end of the electromagnet through a connecting rod, so that when the card turning component 407 needs to move, the electromagnet pulls the card turning component 407 to swing through the connecting rod and the crank. Because the card turning action is carried out according to the result that the front side and the back side of the playing card are identified by the identification element, the card turning action is selective and intermittent, the electromagnet of the embodiment has a more reasonable structure and is low in manufacturing cost.
The card pushing member 413 may be an elastic member such as a spring, a spring plate, or an elastic rubber band, or may be an elastic energizing mechanism composed of a plurality of members. Preferably, the card pushing member 413 is a plurality of springs disposed at the end of the passage. Thus, the structure is simple and the installation is convenient.
In another alternative embodiment of the card turning mechanism, the card turning channel is directly connected to the card placing space or the card storing space of the card arranging device, the second card outlet channel 4213, the second card outlet wheel 412 and the card pushing component 413 are not arranged, and the turned playing cards directly return to the card arranging device to be sent again. Namely, the card turning mechanism comprises a first card discharging pressing wheel, a card turning wheel and a card turning pressing wheel, the card turning wheel is a driving wheel and is driven by a card turning motor to rotate, the first card discharging pressing wheel and the card turning pressing wheel are driven wheels, the first card discharging pressing wheel and the card turning pressing wheel are respectively in rolling contact with the card turning wheel, a first card discharging channel is formed between the card turning wheel and the first card discharging pressing wheel, a card turning channel is formed between the card turning wheel and the card turning pressing wheel, the card turning wheel is arranged on the inner side of the card turning channel, the card turning channel extends from one side of the card turning wheel close to the first card discharging channel to the other side of the card turning wheel far away from the first card discharging channel along part of the arc circumference of the card turning wheel, the tail end of the card turning channel is communicated with the card placing space or the card storing space of the card, the card turning component is used for opening or closing the card turning channel or the first card outlet channel and is arranged at one end, close to the first card outlet channel, of the outer side of the card turning channel, and the card turning component is driven by the card turning driving mechanism to swing so as to open or close the card turning channel or the first card outlet channel. When the card turning part closes the card turning channel or opens the outlet of the first card outlet channel, the card inlet, the conveying channel and the first card outlet channel are sequentially connected, and the playing cards are sent out from the first card outlet channel to the card receiving box; when the card turning component opens the card turning channel and closes the outlet of the first card outlet channel, the card inlet, the conveying channel, the first card outlet channel and the card turning channel are sequentially connected, and the playing cards are stopped by the card turning component after coming out of the first card outlet channel and then turn to enter the card turning channel, and are conveyed to the tail end of the card turning channel by the card turning wheels and the card turning pressing wheels to enter a card placing space or a card storing space of the card arranging device (a plurality of conveying wheels and pressing wheels thereof can be arranged between the card arranging device and the card turning wheels to convey the playing cards). Therefore, the front and the back of the passing playing cards are turned back through the card turning channel, so that the front and the back of the playing cards are turned over. The other structures are the same as the foregoing. The structural scheme can make the depth of the card storage box shallow and the height of the poker machine low, but the card dealing efficiency is relatively low and the manufacturing cost is high.
It should be noted that the first card-playing channel and the second card-playing channel may be outlets directly connected to the card-receiving box (i.e. the card-turning mechanism has two card-playing outlets); in other embodiments, the first card-playing channel and the second card-playing channel may not directly connect the outlet of the card-receiving box, that is, one or more channels (or transport wheels/transport rollers) for continuously transporting the playing cards may be further disposed after the first card-playing channel and/or the second card-playing channel, and then the playing cards are transported to the card-receiving position, for example, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a second card-playing pressing wheel 408 and a first card-playing wheel 409 are disposed outside the outlet of the first card-playing channel, and a card-playing port for sending the playing cards from the first card-playing channel to the card-receiving box is formed between the second card-playing wheel 408 and the first card-playing wheel 409, so that the two card-playing ports are closer to each other, and the card-receiving of the card-receiving box is more convenient and stable. Of course, it is further preferable that the two card outlets of the original first card outlet channel and the original second card outlet channel are combined into one card outlet, so that the card dealing and receiving are more stable and reliable, and the card dropping position is accurate and does not drift.
In this embodiment, the rotational driving mechanism of the card receiving box 20 includes: the plurality of card receiving boxes 20 are fixed on a rotating ring 22, the rotating ring 22 is erected on the base 1 in a rotatable mode through a plurality of supporting rollers, the rotating ring 22 is driven to rotate by a rotating motor, when cards are dealt, one of the card receiving boxes 20 rotates to the outside of a card outlet of the card dealing device 40, and the playing cards are dealt into the card receiving boxes 20. In this embodiment, the plurality of support rollers are preferably mounted on the base and uniformly distributed on the inner side or the outer side of the rotating ring 22, rolling grooves are formed on the circumference of the support rollers, and the inner side or the outer side of the rotating ring 22 is embedded in the rolling grooves of the support rollers and can rotate. The rotating ring 22 is formed with gear teeth on its inner or outer side, and in a preferred embodiment, the rotating ring 22 is provided with an internal gear on its inner side, and the rotating motor is engaged with the internal gear on the rotating ring 22 through the gear.
Regarding the card raising device.
The base 1 is provided with a plurality of card lifting devices 21 used for lifting the playing cards in each card receiving box to the panel, and the card lifting devices 21 are arranged corresponding to the card receiving boxes 20. The card lifting devices may adopt the structures disclosed in patent documents with publication numbers CN108283800A, CN103055500A, CN111298424, etc., but these card lifting devices all need to provide a door opening plate structure and a corresponding driving motor on the face plate of the poker machine, resulting in high cost and unstable operation. The card lifting device disclosed in patent document No. CN103157271 is characterized in that a card blocking box is placed on a card receiving box, the card blocking box and playing cards are lifted upwards by a card supporting frame, the playing cards are pushed to a card lifting plate which is lowered from a table top by a card pushing piece, and then the playing cards are lifted to the table top by the card lifting plate, so that a plurality of parts have complex structures, and the card lifting device is large in size and high in cost.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the card raising device 21 and the card dealing device 40 are disposed inside the rotating ring 22, and they are both located between the card arranging device 6 and the rotating ring 22, the card dealing device 40 transports the playing cards along the radial direction of the rotating ring 22, the N card raising devices 21 and the card dealing device 40 are uniformly distributed along the rotating ring 22 and respectively correspond to the N +1 card receiving boxes 20 fixed on the rotating ring 22, the card dealing device 40 and the card raising devices 21 are located inside the card receiving boxes 20, and N is greater than 2. Therefore, the card dealing device 40 and the card lifting device 21 both enter and exit the playing cards from the inner side of the card receiving box 20, so that the structure of the card receiving box 20 is simpler, the action and the structure of the card lifting device 21 are simpler and more reliable, the size is smaller, and the cost is lower; moreover, the card dealing device 40 and the card lifting device 21 are arranged in an annular shape, so that the problem that the height of the poker machine is high due to the fact that the two devices are vertically stacked (for example, the card arranging device is stacked above the card dealing device) in the prior art is solved, the card dealing device 40 can be arranged on one side of the card arranging device 6, the problem that the outer diameter of the poker machine is too large due to the fact that the card lifting device 21 is arranged outside the rotating ring 22 in the prior art is solved, the structural layout is more compact, the space utilization rate is higher, and the whole poker machine is smaller and thinner.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the card lifting device 21 includes a card lifting base 210, a card lifting motor 211, a card lifting plate 213, a card pushing member 215 and a card holding member 216; the card bearing piece 216 is arranged on one side (outer side) of the card lifting seat 210 close to the card receiving box 20 and driven by the card lifting motor 211 to slide up and down, the card bearing piece 216 extends into an opening at the bottom of the card receiving box 20, the opening at the bottom penetrates through the inner side wall of the card receiving box 20 from bottom to top so as to divide the inner side wall of the card receiving box 20 into a left part and a right part, the outer side wall of the card receiving box 20 is higher than the inner side wall of the card receiving box, and the left side wall and the right side wall of the card receiving box 20 are higher than the outer side wall of the card receiving box, so that the card bearing piece 216 can support the playing cards in the card receiving box; the card lifting plate 213 is arranged at the upper part of the card lifting seat 210 and is driven by the card lifting motor 211 to lift up and down, the card pushing piece 215 is arranged at one side (outer side) of the card lifting seat 210 close to the card receiving box 20 and is positioned above the card receiving piece 216, and the card pushing piece 215 is driven by the card lifting motor 211 to slide inwards and outwards; thus, when the card dealing device 40 deals cards, the plurality of card receiving boxes 20 rotate to randomly receive cards, and the card lifting device does not influence the card dealing; when the card lifting device lifts a card, as shown in fig. 14, the card receiving box 20 stays above the card holding member 216 of the card lifting device, the card pushing head on the card pushing member 215 is positioned at the upper outer side of the card receiving box 20, the card pushing position of the card pushing member 215 is higher than the outer side wall of the card receiving box 20 and lower than the left side wall and the right side wall of the card receiving box 20, as shown in fig. 15, the card holding member 216 is lifted upwards to lift the playing card from the bottom to the top in the card receiving box 20, meanwhile, the card lifting plate 213 descends from the table top, the inner side and the left side and the right side of the card lifting plate 213 are shielded by the side wall of the card lifting seat 210, the outer side of the card lifting plate 213 is the card holding member 216, as shown in fig. 16 and 17, and the playing card is pushed onto the card holding member 216 by the card pushing member 215, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, and then the card lifting plate 213 lifts the playing card on the table top of the playing card holding member 216, and the. Therefore, the playing cards are limited by the side wall of the card receiving box 20 or the side wall of the card lifting seat 210 in the lifting and pushing processes, the playing cards are prevented from moving and falling off in the action process, the card blocking box and the card supporting frame with a complex structure in the prior art are not required to be arranged, the structure is simple and compact, the action is reasonable, the operation is reliable, and the manufacturing cost is low.

In the present embodiment, a sensor 219 for detecting the rotational positions of the first cam 214 and the second cam 217 is preferably disposed on the card lifting holder 210, and a sensing member 2191 for triggering the sensor 219 is fixed on the cam shaft 2171.

the card receiving boxes 20 are used for receiving playing cards, a plurality of card receiving boxes 20 are fixed on a rotating ring 22, and the rotating ring 22 is driven by a rotating motor to rotate around the card dealing device 40;
a card lifting device 21 for lifting the playing cards in the card receiving box 20 to the table surface, a plurality of card lifting devices 21 and a card dealing device 40 are distributed on the inner side of the rotating ring 22 along the circumference and correspond to the plurality of card receiving boxes 20 fixed on the rotating ring 22.
The playing card sorting method of the playing card machine comprises the following steps:
1) the control panel is lifted, and the control panel is descended after the playing cards are placed in the card arranging device;
2) the card arranging device arranges the playing cards into the same orientation and sends the playing cards out to the card storage box; the card arranging device arranges the cards into cards and sends the cards out to the card storage space along the length direction of the cards through the rotation of the central turntable and the rotation of the channel turntable;
3) a card feeding mechanism of the card dealing device extends into the card storage space to pick up the playing cards;
3) the playing cards are separated into one card by the card distributing mechanism and are sent to the conveying mechanism;
4) the conveying mechanism identifies the front and the back of the playing cards and conveys the playing cards to the card turning mechanism;
5) the card turning mechanism turns the playing cards according to the needs and sends the playing cards to each card receiving box;
6) when the dealing and the card loading are finished, the card lifting devices of all the parties lift the playing cards in the corresponding card receiving boxes to the tabletop of the poker machine.
Specifically, according to the playing method set by the player, the control panel motor rotates to drive the control panel to rise, played cards can be pushed in from different directions of the table top, and the player pushes the cards in the machine in different states; the cards that have been dealt inside the machine then rise to the table according to the player's settings and the player continues with the next game. The cards pushed into the machine by the player are sent to the card dealing device in a sorted order at a certain angle through the card arranging device, the card dealing device detects a card signal, and the single card dealing is started according to the playing method set by the player. The playing cards passing through the card dealing device are all turned into one direction, and according to a set rule, the rotating motor rotates at random for a certain angle to drive the rotation and the card receiving box fixedly connected with the rotating ring to rotate, so that the playing cards are randomly sent to the set card receiving box until the set number is finished. Waiting for the player to start the next play. When the next round begins, the card lifting plate at the card feeding port on the panel of the poker machine descends, and the card lifting devices of all parties lift the playing cards in the corresponding card receiving boxes to the tabletop of the poker machine. A card lifting device of a poker machine is characterized by comprising a card lifting seat (210), a card lifting motor (211), a card lifting plate (213), a card pushing piece (215) and a card bearing piece (216); the card bearing piece (216) is arranged on one side, close to the card receiving box (20), of the card lifting seat (210) and driven by the card lifting motor (211) to slide up and down, the card bearing piece (216) extends into an opening at the bottom of the card receiving box (20), the opening at the bottom penetrates through the inner side wall of the card receiving box (20) from bottom to top so as to divide the inner side wall of the card receiving box (20) into a left part and a right part, the outer side wall of the card receiving box (20) is higher than the inner side wall of the card receiving box, and the left side wall and the right side wall of the card receiving box (20) are higher than the outer side wall of the card receiving box, so that the card bearing piece (216) can lift the playing cards in the card receiving box (20) from; the card lifting plate (213) is arranged at the upper part of the card lifting seat (210) and driven by the card lifting motor (211) to lift up and down, the card pushing piece (215) is arranged at one side of the card lifting seat (210) close to the card receiving box (20) and positioned above the card bearing piece (216), and the card pushing piece (215) is driven by the card lifting motor (211) to slide inwards and outwards; when the card lifting device lifts cards, the card receiving box (20) stays above the card bearing piece (216) of the card lifting device, the card pushing head on the card pushing piece (215) is positioned at the outer side above the card receiving box (20), the card pushing position of the card pushing piece (215) is higher than the outer side wall of the card receiving box (20) and lower than the left side wall and the right side wall of the card receiving box (20), the card bearing piece (216) rises upwards to lift the playing cards from the bottom to the top in the card receiving box (20), meanwhile, the card lifting plate (213) descends from the table top, the inner side and the left and right sides of the card lifting plate (213) are shielded by the side wall of the card lifting seat (210), the outer side of the card lifting plate (213) is provided with a card bearing piece (216), and then the card pushing piece (215) pushes the playing cards from the card bearing piece (216) to the card lifting plate (213), then the card lifting plate (213) lifts the playing cards on the card lifting plate to the tabletop of the poker machine, and the card bearing piece (216) and the card pushing piece (215) are reset.

The card lifting device of the poker machine according to claim 1, further comprising a first cam (214), a second cam (217), a card lifting plate connecting rod (2131), a card pushing member connecting rod (2151) and a card holding member connecting rod (2161), wherein the first cam (214) and the second cam (217) are coaxially arranged and driven by the card lifting motor (211) to synchronously rotate; one end of a tile lifting plate connecting rod (2131) is hinged with the tile lifting seat (210), the other end of the tile lifting plate connecting rod (2131) is movably connected with a tile lifting plate (213), and the tile lifting plate connecting rod (2131) is movably connected with a first cam (214), so that the first cam (214) drives the tile lifting plate (213) to lift up and down; one end of a tile pushing piece connecting rod (2151) is hinged with the tile lifting seat (210), the other end of the tile pushing piece connecting rod (2151) is movably connected with the tile pushing piece (215), and the tile pushing piece connecting rod (2151) is movably connected with a second cam (217), so that the second cam (217) drives the tile pushing piece (215) to slide inwards and outwards; one end of the mahjong piece bearing connecting rod (2161) is hinged with the mahjong piece lifting seat (210), the other end of the mahjong piece bearing connecting rod (2161) is movably connected with the mahjong piece bearing part (216), the mahjong piece bearing connecting rod (2161) is movably connected with the first cam (214), and therefore the first cam (214) drives the mahjong piece bearing part (216) to lift up and down.

A card lifting device of a poker machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the first cam (214) and the second cam (217) are fixed to the same cam shaft (2171), and the cam shaft (2171) is fixedly connected to the output shaft of the card lifting motor (211) in the circumferential direction.

A card lifting device of a poker machine according to claim 2, wherein a sensor (219) for detecting the rotational positions of the first cam (214) and the second cam (217) is provided on the card lifting shoe (210), and a sensing member (2191) for activating the sensor (219) is fixed on the cam shaft (2171).
5. A card lifting device of a poker machine according to claim 2, wherein the card lifting plate link (2131) and the card holding member link (2161) are connected to the left and right sides of the first cam (214), respectively.

The card lifting device of a poker machine according to claim 2, wherein the first cam (214) and the second cam (217) are respectively provided at left and right sides of the card lifting shoe (210) and are located in spaces which are respectively shielded by the cam housing (212) and the cover plate (218), and the card lifting motor (211) is fixedly installed at the cam housing (212).

A card lifting device of a poker machine according to claim 1, wherein the card lifting plate (213) is slidably connected up and down by means of guide posts (2132) of the card lifting plate at the bottom and guide protrusions at both sides thereof respectively cooperating with guide sleeve holes and guide sliding grooves on the card lifting base (210).

The card lifting device of a poker machine according to claim 1, wherein the card receiving member (216) slides up and down by means of a card receiving member guide (2163) in cooperation with a card receiving member guide post (2162) fixed to the card lifting base (210), the two card receiving member guide posts (2162) are fixed to the outside of the card lifting base (210) and the distance between the two card receiving member guide posts (2162) is greater than the length of the playing card, so that the playing card can pass between the two card receiving member guide posts (2162) when the card pushing member (215) pushes the playing card.
9. The card lifting device of the poker machine according to claim 1, wherein the card pushing member (215) slides inside and outside along a card pushing member guide rod (2152) provided on the card lifting base (210), two card pushing member guide rods (2152) are fixed on the left side or the right side of the card lifting base (210), the card pushing member (215) is L-shaped, one side of the L-shape is connected with the card pushing member guide rod (2152), two card pushing heads are provided below the other side of the L-shape, and the distance between the two card pushing heads is greater than the width of a card bearing part on the card bearing member for bearing the playing cards.
