The card dealing device 42 comprises a card distributing mechanism, a conveying mechanism and a card turning mechanism, wherein a passage for playing cards to pass in the card dealing device 42 comprises a card inlet passage, a conveying passage, a first card outlet 43, a card turning passage 44 and a second card outlet 45, a card turning part 424 for opening or closing the card turning passage 44 or the first card outlet 43 is arranged near the first card outlet 43, when the card turning part 424 closes the card turning passage 44 or opens the first card outlet 43, the card inlet passage, the conveying passage and the first card outlet 43 are sequentially communicated, and when the card turning part 424 opens the card turning passage 44 and closes the first card outlet 43, the card inlet passage, the conveying passage, the card turning passage 44 and the second card outlet 45 are sequentially communicated. The card distributing mechanism is arranged at the card inlet channel of the card dealing device 42, the conveying mechanism is arranged at the position of the conveying channel, and the card turning mechanism is arranged at the position of the card turning channel 44.

The specific structure and method of the card distribution mechanism and the transport mechanism may be the structure and method disclosed in patent publication No. CN110812827A and other series. A plurality of first conveying wheels 422 for conveying the playing cards are arranged in the conveying channel, a plurality of second conveying wheels 426 for conveying the playing cards are arranged in the card turning channel 44, the first conveying wheels 422 are in transmission connection with a card dealing motor 427, and the second conveying wheels 426 and the card turning wheels 423 are in transmission connection with a card turning motor 428.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the card shoe has a recognition element 429 for recognizing the front and back sides of the playing card and a plurality of detection elements for detecting the playing card in the transportation path. As a specific structure and method for identifying the front and back sides of the playing cards, those disclosed in patent documents CN110812827A series can be used.

As shown in fig. 3 to 4, the card flipping mechanism includes a card flipping wheel 423, a card flipping pressing wheel and a card flipping component 424, the card flipping wheel 423 is a driving wheel and is driven by a card flipping motor 428 to rotate, the card flipping pressing wheel is a driven wheel and is in rolling contact with the card flipping wheel 423, the first card outlet 43 is located below the card flipping wheel 423, a card flipping path 44 is formed between the card flipping wheel 423 and the card flipping pressing wheel, the card flipping wheel 423 is installed on the inner side of the card flipping path 44 and is located between the first card outlet 43 and the second card outlet 45, the card flipping path 44 extends from one side of the card flipping wheel 423 close to the first card outlet 43 to the other side of the card flipping wheel 423 far from the first card outlet 43 along a part of the arc circumference of the card flipping wheel 423, the card flipping component 424 for opening or closing the card flipping path 44 or the first card outlet 43 is arranged on the outer side of the card turning path 44 close to the first card outlet 43, the one end of the card path 44 far from the first card outlet 43 is provided with the second card outlet 45, the second card outlet 45 is communicated with the card storage box 41, so that the first card outlet 43 and the second card outlet 45 respectively discharge cards in opposite directions, and the playing cards discharged from the first card outlet 43 do not need to be turned over, so that the playing cards are directly sent to the card receiving device; if the identification element identifies that the playing card needs to be turned over, the playing card is turned over through the card turning passage and then returned to the card storage box 41 through the second card outlet 45. The card-turning driving mechanism drives the card-turning member 424 to swing so as to open or close the card-turning passage 44 or the first card-outlet 43. As shown in fig. 3, when the card-turning component 424 closes the card-turning passage 44 or opens the first card-outlet 43, the card-inlet passage, the conveying passage and the first card-outlet 43 are communicated in sequence, and the playing cards are delivered from the first card-outlet 43 to the card-receiving position of the card-receiving base 2; as shown in fig. 4, when the card turning component 424 opens the card turning channel 44 and closes the first card outlet 43, the card feeding channel, the conveying channel, the card turning channel 44 and the second card outlet 45 are sequentially communicated, the playing cards are blocked by the card turning component 424 after coming out of the conveying channel, are turned to enter the card turning channel 44 and are clamped and conveyed by the card turning wheel 423 and the card turning pressing wheel, the passing playing cards are turned back and forth through the card turning channel for 180 degrees so as to realize the turning of the front and back sides of the playing cards, and then enter the card storage box 41 through the second card outlet 45 for dealing again, so that the playing cards are continuously conveyed, and the dealing speed is increased.

The card turning wheel 423, the card turning pressing wheel, the first conveying wheel 422 and the second conveying wheel 426 can be roller-type parts or a plurality of wheel-type parts arranged on the same shaft. In this embodiment, the card turning wheel 423, the card turning pressing wheel, the first conveying wheel 422 and the second conveying wheel 426 respectively comprise a plurality of wheels arranged on respective shafts, the card turning part 424 also comprises a plurality of parts arranged on the same rotating shaft, and the card turning part 424 and the card turning wheel 423 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the structure is simple, and the installation and the matching are convenient. Rubber rings can be arranged on the card turning wheel 423, the card turning pressing wheel, the first conveying wheel 422 and the second conveying wheel 426 to increase the friction force with the playing cards.

In this embodiment, the card turning channel 44 includes the card turning channel inside wall, and the swing center of the card turning part 424 is located its intermediate position to be formed with two swing ends in the both sides of its swing center, the inboard of the card turning part 424 is the arc corresponding with the periphery of the card turning wheel 423, and the card turning part 424 not only can play better effect of blocking and turning, but also the card turning part 424 can play the effect of the card turning channel outside wall, and the card turning channel outside wall does not need to be specially set up. In other embodiments, the swing center of the card turning member 424 is located at one end thereof, and the outer side wall of the card turning path is specially provided to ensure smooth passage of the playing cards in the card turning path 44.

In this embodiment, the card turning channel 44 and the second card outlet channel are arranged above the conveying channel, so that the height of the card distributor and even the poker machine is more reasonable, the machine model is thinner, and the number of the stored cards is more. Of course, the card turning path 44 and the second card-out path may be provided below the transfer path, if space permits.

To ensure the delivery pressure and avoid slippage, the flipping wheel is preferably given a tendency to press against the flipping wheel 423 by an energizing mechanism. These energizing mechanisms may be elastic members such as springs, elastic pieces, elastic rings, elastic shafts, or the like, or may be elastic energizing mechanisms composed of a plurality of members. In the embodiment, the card turning pressing wheel is provided with the elastic rubber ring to be tightly pressed with the card turning wheel 423, so that the card turning pressing wheel is convenient to install and simple and reliable in structure.

The card turning driving mechanism for driving the card turning component 424 to open or close the first card outlet channel (open the card turning channel 44) can be realized by a motor through a speed reducing mechanism or a transmission mechanism, in the embodiment, the card turning driving mechanism is driven by an electromagnet 421, a crank is fixed at one end of a card turning shaft of the card turning component 424, and a swinging end of the crank is connected with a movable end of the electromagnet 421 through a connecting rod, so that when the card turning component 424 needs to move, the electromagnet 421 pulls the card turning component 424 to swing through the connecting rod and the crank. Because the card turning action is carried out according to the result that the front and the back of the playing card are identified by the camera, the card turning action is selective and intermittent, the electromagnet of the embodiment has more reasonable structure and low manufacturing cost.

The card shoe of claim 1, wherein a plurality of first transport wheels (422) are provided in the transport path for transporting the playing cards, a plurality of second transport wheels (426) are provided in the card turning path (44) for transporting the playing cards, the first transport wheels (422) are drivingly connected to the card shoe motor (427), and the second transport wheels (426) are drivingly connected to the card turning motor (428).

The card shoe of a playing card machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a detection sensor for detecting whether a playing card is put in and a card feeding wheel (411) for pushing the playing card to a card feeding passage of the card shoe (42) are installed at the bottom of the card storage box (41), a card blocking plate is formed on a side wall of the card storage box (41) close to the card feeding passage of the card shoe (42), a plurality of card feeding ribs are arranged on the card blocking plate, a card distributing wheel (415) of the card shoe (42) is arranged below the card feeding ribs, and a plurality of card feeding protrusions are formed on an inner wall of the bottom of the card storage box (41) between the card feeding wheel (411) and the card distributing wheel (415), so that the card feeding passages of the card shoe (42) are formed between the card feeding protrusions and the card feeding ribs.

The card shoe of a playing card machine as set forth in claim 1, wherein the card distribution mechanism is mounted at a card feed path of the card shoe device (42), the transport mechanism is mounted at a transport path position, and the card turning mechanism is mounted at a card turning path (44).

5. A card shoe for a playing card machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the card shoe has a transport path provided with an identification element (429) for identifying the front and back of the playing card and a plurality of detection elements for detecting the playing card.

The card shoe of a playing card machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that when the card-turning member (424) closes the card-turning passage (44) or opens the first card-outlet (43), the card-feeding passage, the conveying passage and the first card-outlet (43) are communicated in sequence, and playing cards are delivered from the first card-outlet (43) to the card-receiving position of the card-receiving base (2); when the card turning component (424) opens the card turning channel (44) and closes the first card outlet (43), the card feeding channel, the conveying channel, the card turning channel (44) and the second card outlet (45) are sequentially communicated, the playing cards are blocked by the card turning component (424) after coming out of the conveying channel to turn to enter the card turning channel (44) and are clamped and conveyed by the card turning wheel (423) and the card turning pressing wheel, the passing playing cards are turned back and forth through the card turning channel for 180 degrees, so that the front and back sides of the playing cards are turned over, and then the playing cards enter the card storage box (41) through the second card outlet (45) to be re-dealt.

The card shoe of a playing card machine as set forth in claim 1, wherein the card turning passage (44) includes a card turning passage inner side wall, the swing center of the card turning member (424) is located at a middle position thereof so as to form two swing end portions at both sides of the swing center thereof, and the inner side of the card turning member (424) is formed in an arc shape corresponding to the outer circumference of the card turning wheel (423).

8. The card shoe of a playing card machine as set forth in claim 1, wherein the swing center of the card-turning member (424) is located at one end thereof.

9. The card shoe of the poker machine according to claim 1, wherein the card turning driving mechanism for driving the card turning member (424) to open or close the first card outlet passage is an electromagnet (421), a crank is fixed to one end of a card turning shaft of the card turning member (424), and a swing end of the crank is connected with a movable end of the electromagnet (421) through a connecting rod.

A poker machine comprises a base (1) and a machine core, wherein the machine core is installed on the base or inside the base, the machine core comprises a card receiving seat (2) and a card distributor, the machine core is driven by a lifting driving mechanism to lift on the base (1), the card distributor is installed at the center of the card receiving seat (2) and is driven by a rotary driving mechanism to rotate relative to the card receiving seat (2), the card distributor comprises a card storage box (41) and a card distributing device (42), and a plurality of card receiving positions are arranged on the card receiving seat (2) and surround the card distributor.
