Description

Psychological consultation service matching method, system, device and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of psychological consultation service matching, in particular to a psychological consultation service matching method, a psychological consultation service matching system, a psychological consultation service matching device and a psychological consultation service storage medium.
Background
Psychological consultation is a major professional approach to maintaining mental health of the people. Unlike biomedical science, psychological counseling mainly plays a role through good interpersonal communication between a counselor and a visitor, so that the ability of the visitor to participate in psychological counseling is evaluated, and a suitable counseling method and a counselor (hereinafter referred to as "psychological counseling decision evaluation") are evaluated and selected for the ability to directly influence the counseling effect, which is a core element of psychological counseling. The psychological consultation decision evaluation is beneficial to the selection of the most suitable psychological consultant by the consultation mechanism for the specific visitor, the selection of the most suitable consultation method and the most suitable consultation style by the psychological consultation mechanism for the visitor, and the occurrence of iatrogenic injury caused by mismatching of the consultation method and/or the consultation method and the damage of the consultation efficacy are avoided. Psychological consultation decision assessment is also an important supporting means for developing psychological health services in the precise medical era.
The current psychological consultation decision evaluation method and technology mainly have three types: (1) Simple evaluation and selection of basic demographic characteristics and preferences, which facilitate matching between visitors and consultants in terms of gender, region, job type, etc., is the simplest method of psychological consultation decision evaluation, but the reliability and effectiveness of such decision evaluation lacks scientific verification; (2) The problem-intervention method evaluation and selection of visitors are currently popular 'evidence-based psychological treatment' modes, namely, a psychological intervention method with most sufficient supporting evidence is selected for specific psychological problems according to existing research evidence, but the decision evaluation mode is limited to psychological disorders which can be diagnosed, cannot be used for more extensive psychological consultation to ask the masses, and the selectable consultation methods are limited and have low practical application value; (3) The visitor characteristic-intervention method is evaluated and selected based on laboratory research, so that scientificity of the selection evaluation is ensured, but visitor characteristics related to the method comprise demographic characteristics, clinical characteristics and psychological characteristics, the number is extremely complex, the relationship among the visitor characteristics in the method is not verified by the actual research, and the method is mostly single and scattered, so that only a very small number of visitor characteristics are converted into practical application, and the application range is mainly limited to guiding clinical practice of professionals, and the clinical application is also limited.
In general, the existing psychological consulting decision evaluation method and the technical means of psychological consulting service matching have the following disadvantages: (1) The existing method is based on matching of the visitor and the consultant in the demographic characteristics, or based on matching of the visitor problem and the consultant using method, or based on matching of the visitor characteristic and the consultant using method, and because the factors considered in matching are not comprehensive and the association among the matching factors is not considered, the matching result is inaccurate and cannot be effectively applied to psychological consultation service matching; (2) The existing method relates to three variables of visitor characteristics, consultant characteristics and intervention methods, researchers count the variables, the possibility of selecting and combining the variables is up to 150 tens of thousands, the labor, material resources and time cost for evaluating and matching are huge, and the psychological consultation methods or psychological consultants suitable for the visitors cannot be obtained through quick and effective matching.

Furthermore, unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a psychological consulting service matching method, including the steps of:
s101, acquiring first information of a user, and acquiring psychological consultation suitability indexes of the user according to the first information;
specifically, the psychological consultation suitability index is determined mainly according to the index of 5 dimensions of the user: counseling motivation, counseling acceptance, openness, adherence, and psychological perceptibility. The counseling motivation refers to the motive force of the user to participate in psychological counseling activities and make changes for the psychological counseling activities; the consultation and identification means that the user agrees with the help effect of psychological consultation on the user; openness refers to the willingness of a user to share his own experience and ideas to a consultant; persistence refers to psychological and behavioral characteristics of a user's effort to achieve a goal of change; psychological perceptibility refers to the user's ability to perceive, feel, and interests in behavior and insight. The step S101 specifically includes the following steps:
S1011, acquiring a consultation motivation index, a consultation acceptance index, an openness index, a persistence index and a psychological feeling index of a user, and carrying out weighted summation according to the consultation motivation index, the consultation acceptance index, the openness index, the persistence index and the psychological feeling index to obtain a first weighted sum;
s1012, obtaining psychological consultation suitability indexes of the user according to the first weighted sum.
Specifically, the psychological consultation suitability index is used for indicating the degree to which the user is suitable for receiving psychological consultation, and the index of each dimension of the user can be obtained through a human-computer interaction mode, namely, the psychological consultation suitability evaluation scale is shown to the user through the human-computer interaction mode, and the user selects the options which are most suitable for the situation one by one: if option 1 is very non-conforming, option 2 is less conforming, option 3 is uncertain, option 4 is conforming, and option 5 is very conforming.
In the embodiment of the invention, the evaluation scale comprises 5 dimensions: counseling motivation, counseling acceptance, openness, adherence, and psychology, each dimension includes 4 assessment entries, with 5 points scores of 1 (very non-compliance) to 5 (very compliance). The scores of the 5 dimensions are calculated respectively, and the specific algorithm is as follows: the scores of the evaluation items in each dimension are added to obtain dimension scores, the score range of 5 dimensions is 4-20, and the higher the score is, the higher the suitability degree of the user in the corresponding dimension is. Demarcation of the individual dimension scores is detailed in table 1 below.
Figure BDA0002938741930000061
TABLE 1
And then calculating the total score of the psychological counseling suitability index. The total score is obtained by adding the 5 dimension scores, the score range of the total score is 20-100, and the higher the score is, the higher the suitability degree of the user in the overall psychological consultation is.
S102, determining that the user is suitable for psychological consultation services according to psychological consultation suitability indexes, acquiring second information of the user, and matching the second information in a preset psychological consultation method library according to the second information to obtain a first psychological consultation method;
specifically, whether the user is suitable for psychological consultation services is judged according to the psychological consultation adaptability index obtained in the step S101, in the embodiment of the invention, the user corresponding to the psychological consultation adaptability index with the score in the middle, higher or very high range is suitable for psychological consultation services, the problem solving style scale can be further shown to the user in a man-machine interaction mode, and the user selects the options which are most suitable for the situation one by one, so that the second information of the user is obtained, and the psychological consultation method is matched.
Further as an optional implementation manner, the second information includes a thinking tendency index, a feeling tendency index and an action tendency index, the second information of the user is obtained, and the first psychological consulting method is obtained by matching in a preset psychological consulting method library according to the second information, which specifically includes:
S1021, acquiring thinking trend indexes, feeling trend indexes and action trend indexes of a user;
specifically, the matching of psychological consultation methods mainly involves 3-dimensional indexes: thinking, feeling, and mobility. Thinking refers to the behavior style that an individual preferentially reacts with thinking in the process of proceeding to make life functions and solving problems, and prefers to use thinking to cope with the problems, which is expressed as rational, objective and analytical; susceptibility refers to the behavior style of individuals who react with sense preferentially in the process of making life functions and solving problems, and prefer to respond to the problems in a sensitive manner, which is expressed as sensitivity and emotion orientation; mobility refers to the behavior style in which an individual preferentially reacts with actions in the process of engaging in life functions and problem solving, and prefers to deal with problems in the manner of acting and participating in activities, in terms of resolution, targeting, and initiative to initiate actions.
As described above, the problem solving style of the user is evaluated using the problem solving style evaluation scale, which is divided into three dimensions (thinking-type problem solving style, feeling-type problem solving style, action-type problem solving style), and a score of 5 points from 1 (very non-conforming) to 5 (very conforming) is adopted, and the higher the score, the more obvious the characteristic of the user in the behavior tendency is represented. In the embodiment of the present invention, the thinking tendency index has 12 entries, the feeling tendency index and the action tendency index have 13 entries, and the thinking-feeling-action tendency of the user is evaluated, and the grade demarcation of each index is shown in the following table 2.
Figure BDA0002938741930000071
TABLE 2
S1022, acquiring a second psychological consultation method from the psychological consultation method library, and determining thinking intervention orientation indexes, feeling intervention orientation indexes and action intervention orientation indexes of the second psychological consultation method;
specifically, the psychological consultation method library comprises a plurality of psychological consultation methods and corresponding relevant indexes thereof, which are acquired in advance. And selecting a second psychological consultation method from the psychological consultation method library, and determining corresponding thinking intervention orientation indexes, feeling intervention orientation indexes and action intervention orientation indexes.
S1023, calculating to obtain a thinking tendency matching degree index, a feeling tendency matching degree index and an action tendency matching degree index according to the thinking tendency index, the feeling tendency index, the action tendency index, the thinking intervention orientation index, the feeling intervention orientation index and the action intervention orientation index;
specifically, the calculation of the thought tendency matching degree index, the feeling tendency matching degree index and the action tendency matching degree index is completed in two steps, firstly, the optimal psychological consultation intervention orientation is calculated according to the thought tendency index, the feeling tendency index and the action tendency index of the user, and then the thought tendency matching degree index, the feeling tendency matching degree index and the action tendency matching degree index of the user and each psychological consultation method are calculated based on the optimal psychological consultation intervention orientation. The specific process is as follows:
The user's thought tendency index, feeling tendency index and action tendency index are respectively represented by T, F, A and are converted into scores of 1 TO 5, 1 represents very low, 2 represents relatively low, 3 represents medium, 4 represents relatively high, 5 represents very high, TO represents optimal thought intervention orientation, FO represents optimal feeling intervention orientation, AO represents optimal action intervention orientation, and scores of 1 TO 5 are also used, and the following intermediate parameters TT1, AT1, TT2, FT2 and AT2 are defined as follows in the same sense:
TT1=3+(T-3);
AT1=IF(T>3,3,IF(T=3,3.5,IF(T=2,4,IF(T=1,5))));
TT2=IF(F>3,TT1,IF(F=3,TT1+0.5,IF(F=2,TT1+1,IF(F=1,TT1+2))));
FT2=IF(F=5,4.5,IF(F=4,4,IF(F=3,3,IF(F<3,2.5))));
AT2=IF(F=5,AT1+2,IF(F=4,AT1+1,IF(F=3,AT1,IF(F<3,AT1))));
the best thought intervention orientation, best feeling intervention orientation, and best action intervention orientation can be calculated as follows:
TO=IF(A>3,TT2,IF(A=3,TT2+0.5,IF(A=2,TT2+1,IF(A=1,TT2+2))));
FO=IF(A=5,FT2+2,IF(A=4,FT2+1,IF(F=3,FT2,IF(A=2,FT2-0.5,IF(A=1,FT2-1)))));
AO=AT2;
then calculating the optimal thinking intervention orientation, the optimal feeling intervention orientation and the matching degree between the optimal action intervention orientation and the thinking intervention orientation index, the feeling intervention orientation index and the action intervention orientation index of the second psychological consultation method as follows:
thinking tendency matching degree index= |to-thinking intervention orientation index|;
perceptual tendency matching degree index= |fo-thinking intervention orientation index|;
action trend matching degree index= |ao-action intervention orientation index|;
where || denotes taking absolute value.
It can be appreciated that the lower the matching index, the higher the matching of the user to the psychological consulting method in the corresponding dimension.
S1024, carrying out weighted summation according to the thought tendency matching degree index, the feeling tendency matching degree index and the action tendency matching degree index to obtain a second weighted sum, and obtaining a first matching degree index of the second psychological consultation method and the user according to the second weighted sum;
specifically, the comprehensive matching degree index of the user and the specific psychological consultation method, namely the first matching degree index, is calculated, and the algorithm is as follows:
user-psychological counseling method fitness index (first fitness index) =thought tendency fitness index+sense tendency fitness index+action tendency fitness index.
S1025, selecting a second psychological consultation method with the first matching degree index smaller than or equal to a preset first threshold value as a first psychological consultation method.
As shown in fig. 2, which is a schematic diagram illustrating a matching process of a psychological consulting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, it can be appreciated that in the embodiment of the present invention, by calculating a matching degree index between a user's thinking-feel-action tendency and a specific psychological consulting method's thinking-feel-action intervention orientation, the matching degree between the user and the specific psychological consulting method is comprehensively determined, and when the first matching degree index is smaller, the matching degree is indicated to be higher, so that the matching accuracy of the psychological consulting method is further improved.
Further as an optional implementation manner, the psychological consulting service matching method further comprises a step of constructing a psychological consulting method library, which specifically comprises the following steps:
a1, acquiring a thinking intervention orientation index, a feeling intervention orientation index and a behavior intervention orientation index of a preset psychological consultation method;
a2, marking the preset psychological consultation method according to the thinking intervention orientation index, the feeling intervention orientation index and the action intervention orientation index to obtain a second psychological consultation method, and adding the second psychological consultation method into a psychological consultation method library.
Specifically, the psychological consulting method library is constructed by considering three dimensional indexes: think about intervention orientation, feel intervention orientation, and action intervention orientation. The thinking intervention orientation means that the intervention of a consultant takes the cognition of a user as a focus, mainly activates the thinking function in the behavior of the user, promotes the user to carry out various thinking processes such as recall, judgment, analysis, thinking back, association and the like in the conversation, and takes cognition exploration, cognition insight and cognition change as main intervention strategies; the feeling intervention orientation means that the intervention of a consultant takes the feeling (including physiological feeling, emotion and emotion) of a user as a focus, and mainly activates the feeling function in the user behavior, emphasizes the supporting and warm cooperative relationship, and helps the user to explore, wake up and transform work emotion supporting, emotion exploration, emotion insight and emotion change on the feeling level, which are main strategies for feeling intervention orientation; the action intervention orientation refers to consultation intervention taking actions of a user as a focus, promoting the user to participate in a certain activity, changing a certain behavior, taking encouraging, promoting, culturing and developing active action functions as main directions, and comprises a behavior motivation strategy, a behavior exploration strategy and a behavior guidance strategy. The evaluation was as follows: the mental-perceived-action intervention orientation of the mainstream psychological consultation method is rated by using a psychological consultation intervention orientation scale, the rating of each intervention orientation is expressed by t-f-a, and the rating is also from 1 to 5, wherein 1 represents that the intervention orientation is very low in the method, 2 represents low, 3 represents medium, 4 represents high and 5 represents very high. The specific scoring process may refer to the index scoring process of the user's thinking-feeling-action tendency, and will not be described in detail herein.
And S103, obtaining third information of the user, and matching the third information with a preset psychological consultant library to obtain a first psychological consultant.
Specifically, after the first psychological consulting method suitable for the user is determined, the psychological consulting style preference list can be further shown to the user in a man-machine interaction mode, and the user selects the options which are most suitable for the situation one by one, so that third information of the user is obtained to match psychological consultants.
Further, as an optional implementation manner, the third information includes a guiding preference index, an affinity preference index and a planning preference index, the third information of the user is obtained, and the step of matching the third information and the first psychological consultation method in a preset psychological consultant base to obtain the first psychological consultant specifically includes:
s1031, acquiring a guiding preference index, an affinity preference index and a planning preference index of a user;
specifically, psychological consultants match an index that mainly considers 3 dimensions of the user: instructional, affinity, and planning preferences. The guiding preference reflects the preference of the user on the status of the user/consultant in the consultation and the control condition of the consultant on the progress of the consultation, the user with high guiding preference can wish the consultant to give some explanation and suggestion to the user, the user with low guiding preference can rarely wish the consultant to show the behavior, and the consultant can wish to 'follow' the user; the proximity preference is related to the consultation distance, the user with high proximity preference likes the consultant to respond timely, accurately and deeply to the emotion of the user, and the user with low proximity preference likes the consultant to have a certain distance; the planning is related to psychological consultation structure and progress rhythm, users with high planning preference like consultants to solve which problems in each step clearly, the consultation is structured, and users with low planning preference like the progress of the consultation to be natural.
As before, the psychological counseling style preference evaluation scale is used for evaluating the psychological counseling style preference of the user, the scale is divided into three dimensions (instructional preference, affinity preference, planning preference), and 5 points from 1 (very non-conforming) to 5 (very conforming) are used for scoring, and the higher the score, the stronger the dimension preference is represented by the user. In the embodiment of the invention, the guiding preference index, the affinity preference index and the planning preference index all have 5 entries, so that psychological consultation style preference of the user is assessed, and the grade demarcation of each index is shown in the following table 3.
Figure BDA0002938741930000101
TABLE 3 Table 3
S1032, acquiring a second psychological consultant from the psychological consultant library, and determining the guiding index, the proximity index and the planning index of the second psychological consultant;
specifically, the psychological consultant library includes a plurality of psychological consultants and corresponding related indexes thereof, and a second psychological consultant is selected from the psychological consultant library, and corresponding guiding indexes, proximity indexes and planning indexes are determined.
S1033, calculating to obtain an instructional match degree index, an affinity match degree index and a planned match degree index according to the instructional preference index, the affinity preference index, the planned preference index, the instructional index, the affinity index and the planned index;
Specifically, centralizing each dimension data score of the user psychological consultation style preference and the consultation style of the consultant, and representing the matching degree index by the distance of the corresponding dimension score after centralization, namely:
the index of the degree of instructional match= |instructional index-instructional preference index|;
affinity matching degree index= |affinity index-affinity preference index|;
planeness matching index= |planeness index-planeness preference index|;
where || denotes taking absolute value.
It will be appreciated that the lower the match index score, the higher the match of the user to the consultant in the corresponding dimension.
S1034, carrying out weighted summation according to the guiding matching degree index, the affinity matching degree index and the planning matching degree index to obtain a third weighted sum, and obtaining a second matching degree index of a second psychology consultant and a user according to the third weighted sum;
specifically, the comprehensive matching degree (i.e., the second matching degree index) of the user psychological consulting style preference and the consultant psychological consulting style is calculated, and the algorithm is as follows:
user psychological counseling style preference-counselor psychological counseling style match index (i.e., second match index) = [0.7 x instructional match index 2 +0.5×affinity matching index 2 +0.4×planed match index 2 ] 1/2
It can be appreciated that. The lower the second match index, the higher the match of the user with the psychological consultant.
S1035, selecting a second psychological consultant with the second matching degree smaller than or equal to a preset second threshold value as the first psychological consultant.
As shown in fig. 3, which is a schematic diagram of a matching process of psychological consultants provided by the embodiment of the present invention, it can be appreciated that the matching accuracy of the psychological consultants is further improved by calculating the matching degree index between the preference of the psychological consultation style of the user and the psychological consultation style of the specific psychological consultant, and comprehensively judging the matching degree between the user and the specific psychological consultant.
Further as an optional implementation manner, the psychological consultation service matching method further includes a step of constructing a psychological consultant base, which specifically includes:
b1, acquiring a guiding index, an affinity index and a planning index of a preset psychological consultant;
and B2, marking the preset psychological consultants according to the guiding index, the affinity index and the planning index to obtain second psychological consultants, and adding the second psychological consultants into the psychological consultant library.
Specifically, the construction of the psychological consultant base mainly considers the 3-dimensional indexes of the psychological consultant: instructional, affinity, and planning. The guiding consultants mainly refer to behavior trends and characteristics of the consultants in the aspects of guiding the direction, the task and the process of the consultation, the consultants with high guiding performance tend to control the consultation, show more explanation to the user, tell the user how to do so as to solve the problems and other behaviors, otherwise, the consultants with low guiding performance tend to not go to control the consultation, and the corresponding guiding behavior is less; affinity mainly refers to the behavior tendency of consultants in establishing consultation relation distances, consultants with high affinity tend to establish more similar consultation relation distances and show more behaviors which pay attention to and respond to emotion of a user, while consultants with low affinity show less behavior tendency and have relatively far user relation distances; the planeness reflects the behavior tendency of the consultant in forming the consultation plan and structure, the high planeness consultant is relatively clear of what each step is done in the consultation, while the low planeness psychological consultant tends to follow the user, and the consultation structure is relatively less clear. The obtaining of each index can be evaluated by an evaluation scale, and details are not described here.
Further as an alternative embodiment, the psychological consulting service matching method further includes the steps of:
s104, outputting the first psychological consultation method and the first psychological consultation operator to the user as a matching result;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
s105, outputting the ID of the user and the first psychological consultation method to a first psychological consultant as a matching result.
Specifically, after determining a psychological consultation method and a psychological consultation operator suitable for the user, the psychological consultation method and the name or ID of the psychological consultation operator can be output to the user, and the name or ID of the user and the psychological consultation method can also be output to the psychological consultation operator, so that the subsequent psychological consultation can be conveniently developed.
The foregoing describes steps of a method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and a specific implementation procedure of the present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 4, which is a specific flowchart of a psychological consulting service matching method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, it can be appreciated that the embodiment of the present invention evaluates the suitability of psychological consulting of a user, and then further determines, according to the suitability degree of psychological consulting of the user, a psychological consulting method matched with the user, and further determines a psychological consulting engineer matched with the user.
Optionally, if the calculation finds that the psychological consultation suitability of the user is higher, the user is considered to be suitable for receiving the psychological consultation to a higher degree, and the subsequent evaluation of 2 factors is further performed; if the suitability of psychological consultation of the user is low, the user is recommended to select other treatment methods such as drug treatment, physical treatment and the like, and the subsequent evaluation of factor 2 is not performed.
Optionally, if the assessment finds that the user's thinking is high, feeling is high, and mobility is high, selecting a consultant with a high thinking intervention orientation, a high feeling intervention orientation, and a high mobility intervention orientation; otherwise, a consultant with low thinking intervention orientation, low feeling intervention orientation, low action intervention orientation is selected. A user of high thinking type can choose a psychological treatment method of thinking orientation; a user with low thinking may choose a psychological treatment method with high action orientation; a user with high sensitivity can select a psychological treatment method with high sensitivity orientation and action orientation; a user with low feeling can choose a psychological treatment method with high thinking orientation; a user of high mobility type can select a psychological treatment method with high sense orientation; a user of a low mobility type can select a psychological treatment method of a high thinking orientation in combination with a mobility orientation.
Optionally, if the evaluation finds that the user has high guiding preference, high affinity preference and high planning preference, selecting a consultant with corresponding high guiding, high affinity and high planning consultation styles; otherwise, a consultant with low guidance, low affinity, and low planning counseling style is selected.
According to the embodiment of the invention, whether the user is suitable for psychological consultation service is determined according to the first information of the user, then the psychological consultation method suitable for the user is obtained through matching according to the second information of the user, and then the psychological consultant suitable for the user is matched according to the third information of the user. According to the embodiment of the invention, on one hand, the secondary matching is carried out through the preset psychological consultation method library and the psychological consultation operator library, so that the variables required to be considered for each matching are greatly reduced, the matching efficiency of psychological consultation services is improved, and on the other hand, whether the psychological consultation is suitable, which psychological consultation method is suitable and which psychological consultation operator is suitable are adopted through a progressive matching framework, so that the matched psychological consultation operators can provide suitable psychological consultation methods for users, and the accuracy of the matching results of the psychological consultation services is improved. Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:
1) The prior art only can evaluate the suitability of a user for a specific type of psychological consultation, and the embodiment of the invention considers the consultation suitability evaluation which can judge whether the user is matched with the psychological consultation activity, thereby helping professionals to provide powerful decision support when the psychological consultation and the medicine and other intervention methods are selected; the prior art can only evaluate the matching between a specific user and part of psychological consultation methods, and the invention can evaluate the matching between the user and a wider consultation method by judging the matching between the TFA tendency of the user and the psychological consultation intervention orientation based on a thinking-feeling-action framework (TFA); in the prior art, selection between users and consultants is attempted in terms of demographics and personality characteristics, but research shows that the result of the evaluation method is unstable, and the invention judges the matching degree between the users and the consultants by evaluating the consistency between the preference of the users for specific consultation styles and the consultation styles of the consultants, so that the result is more stable and reliable.
2) The prior art can only evaluate a certain aspect of psychological consultation decision evaluation, cannot comprehensively evaluate the matching of users and psychological consultation modes, the matching of psychological consultation methods and the matching of specific consultants at the same time, and because the prior art lacks a unified theoretical framework, it is difficult to integrate evaluation results from different psychological consultation decisions into consistent and reliable results. Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a progressive matching framework for psychological consultation decision evaluation, indexes in the framework are progressive layer by layer and are mutually buckled, the logic and the systematicness are strong, three core aspects of psychological consultation decision evaluation can be evaluated simultaneously, and consistent and effective matching results are output, so that the method has important guiding value for psychological health services.
3) Compared with the prior art, the invention has wider application range. Most of the prior art comes from laboratory studies, only a very small part of which has been converted into practical use, and the scope of application is mainly limited to guiding the clinical practice of professionals. Compared with the prior art, the invention not only can help professionals select better intervention modes and working styles for users, but also can help psychological service institutions select most suitable psychological consultants for pollers, thereby promoting standardized management of professionals, improving working efficiency and reducing the falling rate of users. In addition, the invention can also be used for training and supervising psychological consultants, and improves the professional competence of practitioners. The invention has important reference value for the masses seeking mental health services, can help the masses to reduce blindness in the polling process, avoid useless energy, financial resources and time indication, and prevent iatrogenic injury caused by mismatching of consultation methods and/or consultants.
