Description

Psychological consultation service matching method, system, device and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of psychological counseling service matching, in particular to a psychological counseling service matching method, a psychological counseling service matching system, a psychological counseling service matching device and a psychological counseling service matching storage medium.
Background
Psychological counseling is a major professional way to maintain the mental health of the masses. Unlike biomedicine, psychological counseling mainly works through good interpersonal communication between a counselor and a visitor, so that the ability of the visitor to participate in psychological counseling is evaluated, and a proper counseling method and counselor (hereinafter referred to as "psychological counseling decision evaluation") are evaluated and selected to directly influence the counseling effect, and are the core elements of psychological counseling. Psychological consultation decision evaluation is beneficial to a consulting organization to select the most suitable psychological consultant for a specific visitor, the psychological consultant is beneficial to select the most suitable consultation method and style for the visitor, and iatrogenic injury and damage to consultation effect caused by mismatching of the consultant and/or the consultation method are avoided. Psychological consultation decision evaluation is also an important support means for developing mental health services in the accurate medical age.
There are three main psychological counseling decision evaluation methods and techniques: (1) simple assessment and selection of basic demographic characteristics and preferences, which facilitate matching between visitors and consultants in terms of gender, region, work type and the like, is the simplest method for psychological consultation decision assessment, but the reliability and effectiveness of the decision assessment lack scientific verification; (2) the evaluation and selection of the question-intervention method of the visitor are the popular mode of 'evidence-based psychotherapy', namely, the psychological intervention method which can support the evidence most fully is selected for the specific psychological question according to the existing research evidence, but the decision evaluation mode is limited to the psychological barrier which can be diagnosed, can not be used for inquiring people by wider psychological consultation, the selectable consultation method is limited, and the practical application value is not high; (3) visitor characteristics-intervention method evaluation and selection, which is based on laboratory research, thereby ensuring the scientificity of selection evaluation, but the visitor characteristics involved in the method include demographic characteristics, clinical characteristics and psychological characteristics, the number is very large, and the relationship among the visitor characteristics in the method is not proved by empirical research and is mostly single and scattered characteristics, so that only few visitor characteristics are converted into practical application, the application range is mainly limited to guiding professional clinical practice, and the clinical application is also limited.
In summary, the existing psychological counseling decision evaluation method and technical means for matching psychological counseling service have the following disadvantages: (1) the existing method is based on the fact that a visitor and a consultant match in demographic characteristics, or the visitor problem and a consultant use method, or the visitor characteristic and the consultant use method, and because the matching considered factors are not comprehensive and the correlation among all the matching factors is not considered, the matching result is not accurate, and the method cannot be effectively applied to psychological consultation service matching; (2) the existing method relates to three variables of visitor characteristics, consultant characteristics and an intervention method, and is counted by researchers, more than 150 possible combinations are selected among the variables, the cost of manpower, material resources and time required for evaluation and matching is huge, and a psychological consultation method or a psychological consultant suitable for visitors cannot be obtained through quick and effective matching.

Furthermore, unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a psychological counseling service matching method, including the following steps:
s101, obtaining first information of a user, and obtaining a psychological consultation suitability index of the user according to the first information;
specifically, the psychological counseling suitability index is determined mainly according to 5-dimensional indexes of the user: counseling motivation, counseling acceptance, openness, adherence, and psycho-sensory. The counseling motivation is the motivation of the user to participate in and change the psychological counseling activity; consultation identification means that a user identifies the help of psychological consultation on the user; openness refers to the willingness of a user to share own experience and opinions with a consultant; adherence refers to the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the user's continuous effort to achieve changing goals; psycho-perceptibility refers to the user's interest and insight into cognition, emotion, behavior. Step S101 specifically includes the following steps:
s1011, obtaining a consultation motivation index, a consultation approval index, an openness index, a persistence index and a psychological susceptibility index of the user, and carrying out weighted summation according to the consultation motivation index, the consultation approval index, the openness index, the persistence index and the psychological susceptibility index to obtain a first weighted sum;
and S1012, obtaining a psychological consultation suitability index of the user according to the first weighted sum.
Specifically, the psychological consultation suitability index is used for representing the degree of the user suitable for receiving psychological consultation, and indexes of all dimensions of the user can be obtained in a man-machine interaction mode, namely, a psychological consultation suitability assessment scale is shown to the user in a man-machine interaction mode, and the user selects options most suitable for the user one by one: if option 1 is very bad, option 2 is relatively bad, option 3 is uncertain, option 4 is relatively good, and option 5 is very good.
In the embodiment of the invention, the assessment scale comprises 5 dimensions: counseling motivation, counseling acceptance, openness, adherence, and psycho-perceptibility, with 4 assessment items in each dimension, scored with 5 points from 1 (very non-conforming) to 5 (very conforming). And respectively calculating scores of 5 dimensions, wherein a specific algorithm is as follows: the scores of the evaluation items under all dimensions are added to obtain the dimension degrees, the score range of 5 dimensions is 4-20, and the higher the score is, the higher the suitability degree of the user in the corresponding dimension is. The demarcation of the scores for each dimension is detailed in table 1 below.
Figure BDA0002938741930000061
TABLE 1
And then calculating the total score of the psychological counseling suitability index. And adding the 5 dimensionality scores to obtain a total score, wherein the score range of the total score is 20-100 scores, and the higher the score is, the higher the suitability degree of the user in the overall psychological consultation suitability is represented.
S102, determining that the user is suitable for psychological counseling service according to the psychological counseling suitability index, acquiring second information of the user, and matching in a preset psychological counseling method library according to the second information to obtain a first psychological counseling method;
specifically, whether the user is suitable for the psychological consulting service is judged according to the psychological consulting adaptability index obtained in the step S101, in the embodiment of the invention, the user corresponding to the psychological consulting adaptability index with the score range of medium, relatively high or very high is suitable for the psychological consulting service, the problem solving style table can be further shown to the user in a man-machine interaction mode, and the user selects the option which best meets the situation one by one, so that the second information of the user is obtained, and the psychological consulting method is matched.
As a further optional implementation manner, the second information includes a thinking tendency index, a feeling tendency index and a movement tendency index, the second information of the user is obtained, and the first psychological consultation method is obtained by matching the second information in a preset psychological consultation method library, which specifically includes:
s1021, acquiring a thinking tendency index, a feeling tendency index and an action tendency index of the user;
specifically, the matching of the psychological counseling method mainly involves indexes of 3 dimensions: thinking, feeling and mobility. Thinking means that an individual gives priority to thinking to make a response in the process of making life functions and solving problems, and prefers to use thinking to deal with the problems, and the thinking is expressed in a rational, objective and analytic behavior style; the sensibility refers to that the individual preferentially reacts with the sensibility in the process of leading the life function and solving the problem, and prefers to deal with the problem in a sensibility mode, and the individual is expressed as a sensibility and emotion-oriented behavioral style; mobility refers to the behavioral style in which an individual preferentially reacts with an action in the process of engaging in lifestyle functions and problem resolution, and prefers to deal with a problem in the form of an action and participation in the activity, manifested as a decision, targeting, and proactively initiating an action.
As described above, the problem solution style of the user is evaluated using the problem solution style evaluation scale, which is divided into three dimensions (thought type problem solution style, feeling type problem solution style, and action type problem solution style), and 5-point scores ranging from 1 (very non-conforming) to 5 (very conforming) are used, and the higher the score is, the more obvious the characteristic is in the behavior tendency of the representative user. In the embodiment of the invention, the thinking tendency indexes have 12 items in total, and the feeling tendency indexes and the action tendency indexes have 13 items, so that the thinking-feeling-action tendency of the user is evaluated, and the grade demarcation of each index is shown in the following table 2.
Figure BDA0002938741930000071
TABLE 2
S1022, acquiring a second psychological consultation method from the psychological consultation method library, and determining a thinking intervention orientation index, a feeling intervention orientation index and a movement intervention orientation index of the second psychological consultation method;
specifically, the psychological consulting method library comprises a plurality of psychological consulting methods and corresponding relevant indexes thereof which are acquired in advance. And selecting a second psychological consultation method from the psychological consultation method library, and determining a thinking intervention orientation index, a feeling intervention orientation index and a motion intervention orientation index corresponding to the second psychological consultation method.
S1023, calculating a thinking tendency matching degree index, a feeling tendency matching degree index and a movement tendency matching degree index according to the thinking tendency index, the feeling tendency index, the movement tendency index, the thinking intervention orientation index, the feeling intervention orientation index and the movement intervention orientation index;
specifically, the calculation of the thinking tendency matching degree index, the feeling tendency matching degree index and the action tendency matching degree index is completed in two steps, firstly, the best psychological consultation intervention orientation is calculated according to the thinking tendency index, the feeling tendency index and the action tendency index of the user, and then the thinking tendency matching degree index, the feeling tendency matching degree index and the action tendency matching degree index of the user and each psychological consultation method are calculated based on the best psychological consultation intervention orientation. The specific process is as follows:
the thinking tendency index, the feeling tendency index and the action tendency index of the user are respectively represented by T, F, A and are converted into 1-5 scores, 1 represents very low, 2 represents relatively low, 3 represents medium, 4 represents relatively high, 5 represents very high, TO represents optimal thinking intervention orientation, FO represents optimal feeling intervention orientation, AO represents optimal action intervention orientation, and 1-5 scores are also used, the meaning is the same, and the following intermediate parameters TT1, AT1, TT2, FT2 and AT2 are defined:
TT1=3+(T-3);
AT1=IF(T>3,3,IF(T=3,3.5,IF(T=2,4,IF(T=1,5))));
TT2=IF(F>3,TT1,IF(F=3,TT1+0.5,IF(F=2,TT1+1,IF(F=1,TT1+2))));
FT2=IF(F=5,4.5,IF(F=4,4,IF(F=3,3,IF(F<3,2.5))));
AT2=IF(F=5,AT1+2,IF(F=4,AT1+1,IF(F=3,AT1,IF(F<3,AT1))));
the optimal thought intervention orientation, the optimal perceived intervention orientation, and the optimal action intervention orientation can be calculated as follows:
TO=IF(A>3,TT2,IF(A=3,TT2+0.5,IF(A=2,TT2+1,IF(A=1,TT2+2))));
FO=IF(A=5,FT2+2,IF(A=4,FT2+1,IF(F=3,FT2,IF(A=2,FT2-0.5,IF(A=1,FT2-1)))));
AO=AT2;
then, calculating the matching degrees between the optimal thinking intervention orientation, the optimal feeling intervention orientation and the optimal action intervention orientation and the thinking intervention orientation index, the feeling intervention orientation index and the action intervention orientation index of the second psychological consultation method as follows:
a thinking tendency matching degree index is a TO-thinking intervention orientation index;
the feeling tendency matching degree index is | FO-thinking intervention orientation index |;
action tendency matching degree index | AO-action intervention orientation index |;
where, | | represents taking the absolute value.
It can be appreciated that the lower the matching degree index, the higher the matching degree of the user with the psychological counseling method in the corresponding dimension.
S1024, carrying out weighted summation according to the thinking tendency matching degree index, the feeling tendency matching degree index and the action tendency matching degree index to obtain a second weighted sum, and obtaining a first matching degree index of a second psychological consultation method and the user according to the second weighted sum;
specifically, a first matching degree index, which is a comprehensive matching degree index of the user and a specific psychological consultation method, is calculated, and the algorithm is as follows:
the user-psychological consultation method matching degree index (first matching degree index) is a thinking tendency matching degree index, a feeling tendency matching degree index and an action tendency matching degree index.
S1025, selecting a second psychological consultation method with the first matching degree index smaller than or equal to a preset first threshold value as a first psychological consultation method.
As shown in fig. 2, which is a schematic diagram illustrating a matching process of a psychological consulting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, it can be appreciated that the matching degree between a user's thinking-feeling-behavior tendency and the thinking-feeling-behavior intervention orientation of a specific psychological consulting method is comprehensively determined according to the embodiment of the present invention, and when the first matching degree index is smaller, it indicates that the matching degree is higher, so as to further improve the matching accuracy of the psychological consulting method.
As a further optional implementation manner, the method for matching psychological counseling service further includes a step of constructing a psychological counseling method library, which specifically includes:
a1, acquiring a thinking intervention orientation index, a feeling intervention orientation index and a motion intervention orientation index of a preset psychological consultation method;
a2, labeling the preset psychological counseling method according to the thinking intervention orientation index, the feeling intervention orientation index and the action intervention orientation index to obtain a second psychological counseling method, and adding the second psychological counseling method into the psychological counseling method library.
Specifically, the construction of the psychological consulting method library considers indexes of three dimensions: a thought intervention orientation, a sensory intervention orientation, and a behavioral intervention orientation. The thinking intervention orientation means that the intervention of the consultant focuses on the cognition of the user, mainly activates the thinking function in the user behavior, prompts the user to carry out various thinking processes such as recall, judgment, analysis, thinking resistance, association and the like in the conversation, and changes the thinking processes into a main intervention strategy by cognitive exploration, cognitive comprehension and cognition; the orientation of the sensory intervention refers to the main strategy that the intervention of the consultant focuses on the feelings (including physiological feelings, emotions and emotions) of the user, mainly activates the sensory function in the behavior of the user, emphasizes the cooperative relationship of support and warmth, and helps the user to explore, wake up and convert the work on the sensory level, namely emotional support, emotional exploration, emotional comprehension and emotional change are the orientations of the sensory intervention; the action intervention orientation is consultation intervention which takes the action of the user as a focus, promotes the user to participate in certain activity, changes certain behavior and takes the functions of encouraging, promoting, cultivating and developing positive actions as main directions, and comprises an action motivation strategy, an action exploration strategy and an action guidance strategy. The evaluation was as follows: the mental advisory intervention orientation scale was used to rate the thought-sense-act intervention orientation of the mainstream mental advisory process, with t-f-a representing the rating of each intervention orientation, again with scores from 1 to 5, with 1 representing the intervention orientation being very low in the process, 2 being relatively low, 3 representing medium, 4 representing relatively high, and 5 representing very high. The specific scoring process may refer to the user's thought-feeling-action tendency index scoring process, which is not described herein.
S103, obtaining third information of the user, and matching the third information with a preset psychological consultant library to obtain a first psychological consultant.
Specifically, after the first psychological consultation method suitable for the user is determined, a psychological consultation style preference table can be further shown to the user in a man-machine interaction mode, and the user selects options most suitable for the user one by one, so that third information of the user is obtained, and the psychological consultant is matched.
As a further optional implementation manner, the third information includes an instructive preference index, a proximity preference index, and a planning preference index, the third information of the user is obtained, and the first psychological consultant is obtained by matching the third information and the first psychological consultant method in a preset psychological consultant library, which specifically includes:
s1031, obtaining guiding preference indexes, closeness preference indexes and planning preference indexes of the user;
specifically, the psychological consultant matching mainly considers the user's 3-dimensional indices: instructive, proximity, and programmatic. The instructive preference reflects the status of the user/the consultant in consultation and the preference of the consultant for the control condition of the consultation progress, the user with high instructive preference can hope the consultant to give some explanation and suggestion to the user to guide the user to do, the user with low instructive preference rarely hopes the consultant to show the behavior, and the consultant can hope to follow the user; the affinity preference is related to the consulting relation distance, a user with high affinity preference likes a consultant to respond to the user emotion timely, accurately and deeply, and is relatively close, and a user with low affinity preference likes the consultant to have a certain distance; the planning is related to the psychological consultation structure and the progress rhythm, the user with high planning preference likes a consultant to solve specific problems at each step, the consultation is structured, and the user with low planning preference likes the consultation progress to follow the nature.
As before, the psychological counseling style preference assessment scale is used for assessing the psychological counseling style preference of the user, the scale is divided into three dimensions (instructive preference, affinity preference and planning preference), 5-point scores ranging from 1 (which is not very compliant) to 5 (which is very compliant) are adopted, and the higher the score is, the stronger the preference of the dimension is represented by the user. In the embodiment of the invention, 5 items are provided for the instructive preference index, the closeness preference index and the planning preference index, the psychological consulting style preference of the user is evaluated, and the grade demarcation of each index is shown in the following table 3.
Figure BDA0002938741930000101
TABLE 3
S1032, acquiring a second psychological consultant from the psychological consultant library, and determining an instructive index, a closeness index and a planning index of the second psychological consultant;
specifically, the psychological consultant library comprises a plurality of pre-acquired psychological consultants and corresponding related indexes thereof, a second psychological consultant is selected from the psychological consultant library, and the corresponding instructive indexes, proximity indexes and planning indexes thereof are determined.
S1033, calculating an instructive matching degree index, a closeness matching degree index and a planning matching degree index according to the instructive preference index, the closeness preference index, the planning preference index, the instructive index, the closeness index and the planning index;
specifically, the scores of the data of each dimension of the user psychological counseling style preference and the counselor psychological counseling style are centralized, and the distance of the centralized corresponding dimension score represents the matching degree index, namely:
an instructive matching degree index is | an instructive index-an instructive preference index |;
the index of closeness matching degree is | closeness index-closeness preference index |;
the planeness matching degree index is | planeness index-planeness preference index |;
where, | | represents taking the absolute value.
It will be appreciated that a lower match metric score indicates a higher degree of matching of the user with the consultant in the corresponding dimension.
S1034, carrying out weighted summation according to the guiding matching degree index, the closeness matching degree index and the planning matching degree index to obtain a third weighted sum, and obtaining a second matching degree index of the second psychological consultant and the user according to the third weighted sum;
specifically, a comprehensive matching degree (i.e. a second matching degree index) of the user psychological counseling style preference and the counselor psychological counseling style is calculated, and the algorithm is as follows:
user psychological counseling style preference-counselor psychological counseling style matching degree index (namely second matching degree index) < 0.7 x guiding matching degree index2+ 0.5X index of degree of closeness matching2+0.4 × index of degree of planned matching2]1/2
It can be appreciated. The lower the second match metric, the higher the degree of match between the user and the psychological consultant.
S1035, selecting a second psychological consultant with a second matching degree smaller than or equal to a preset second threshold as the first psychological consultant.
As shown in fig. 3, which is a schematic diagram of a matching process of psychological consultants according to an embodiment of the present invention, it can be appreciated that the matching degree between the user and the specific psychological consultant is comprehensively determined by calculating a matching degree index between the preference of the psychological consultant style of the user and the psychological consultant style of the specific psychological consultant, so as to further improve the matching accuracy of the psychological consultant.
As a further optional implementation manner, the method for matching psychological counseling service further includes a step of constructing a psychological counselor library, which specifically includes:
b1, acquiring guidance indexes, closeness indexes and planning indexes of preset psychological consultants;
and B2, labeling the preset psychological consultants according to the instructive indexes, the closeness indexes and the planning indexes to obtain second psychological consultants, and adding the second psychological consultants into the psychological consultant library.
Specifically, the construction of the psychologist library mainly considers indexes of 3 dimensions of the psychologist: instructive, close, and programmatic. The guidance mainly refers to behavior tendency and characteristics of the consultants in the aspects of direction, task and process of guidance consultation, the consultants with high guidance tend to control the consultation session, show more explanation to the user and tell the user how to do so to solve the own problems, and the like, otherwise, the consultants with low guidance tend not to control the consultation session, and the corresponding guidance behavior is less; the closeness mainly refers to the behavior tendency of the consultants in the aspect of establishing the consultation relationship distance, the consultants with high closeness tend to establish closer consultation relationship distance and show behaviors which pay more attention to and respond to the emotional emotion of the user, and the consultants with low closeness show less behavior tendency and have relatively longer user relationship distance; the planning nature reflects the behavior tendency of the consultant in forming the consultation plan and structure, the consultant with high planning nature is relatively clear about what each step in the consultation, the psychological consultant with low planning nature tends to "follow" the user, and the consultation structure is relatively less clear. The acquisition of each index can be evaluated through an evaluation scale, which is not described herein.
As a further optional implementation manner, the psychological counseling service matching method further includes the steps of:
s104, outputting the first psychological consultation method and the first psychological consultation operator to the user as matching results;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and S105, outputting the ID of the user and the first psychological consultation method as a matching result to the first psychological consultant.
Specifically, after determining a psychological counseling method and a psychological counselor suitable for a user, the psychological counseling method and the name or ID of the psychological counselor may be output to the user, and the name or ID of the user and the psychological counseling method may also be output to the psychological counselor, thereby facilitating the development of subsequent psychological counseling.
The method steps of the embodiments of the present invention are described above, and the following describes the specific implementation flow of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 4, which is a specific flowchart of a psychological counseling service matching method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, it can be appreciated that, in the embodiment of the present invention, psychological counseling suitability of a user is evaluated, and then a psychological counseling method matched with the user is further determined according to the psychological counseling suitability degree of the user, so as to determine a psychological counselor matched with the user.
Optionally, if the psychological consultation suitability of the user is found to be high through calculation, the degree that the user is suitable for receiving psychological consultation is considered to be high, and the follow-up 2 factors are further evaluated; if the psychological consultation suitability of the user is low, the user is advised to select other treatment methods such as drug treatment, physical treatment and the like, and the follow-up 2-factor evaluation is not performed any more.
Optionally, if the evaluation finds that the user's thinking is high, feeling is high, and mobility is high, selecting a consultant with a high thinking intervention orientation, a high feeling intervention orientation, and a high mobility intervention orientation; otherwise, the consultant with low thinking intervention orientation, low feeling intervention orientation and low action intervention orientation is selected. A high-thinking-type user can select a thinking-oriented psychotherapy method; a low-thinking type user, who can select a psychotherapy method of high action orientation; the high-experience user can select a psychotherapy method of combining high-experience orientation and action orientation; a user of low-perception type, can select a psychotherapy approach of high thinking orientation; a highly active user, who can select a psychotherapy approach with a high perceptual orientation; the low-action type user can select a psychotherapy method of combining high thinking orientation with action orientation.
Optionally, if the assessment finds that the user has high instructive preference, high affinity preference and high planning preference, selecting a consultant with a corresponding high instructive, high affinity and high planning consultation style; otherwise, selecting consultants with low instructiveness, low closeness and low planning consultation style.
The embodiment of the invention determines whether the user is suitable for psychological counseling service according to the first information of the user, then obtains a psychological counseling method suitable for the user according to the second information matching of the user, and then matches a psychological counselor suitable for the user according to the third information matching of the user. On one hand, the embodiment of the invention carries out secondary matching through the preset psychological counseling method library and the psychological counselor library, thereby greatly reducing the variables which need to be considered in each matching, and improving the efficiency of the psychological counseling service matching, on the other hand, through the progressive matching architecture of whether the psychological counseling is suitable, which psychological counseling method is suitable and which psychological counseling engineer is suitable, the matched psychological counselor is ensured to provide the appropriate psychological counseling method for the user, and the accuracy of the matching result of the psychological counseling service is improved. Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention also has the following advantages:

2) The prior art can only evaluate one aspect of psychological consultation decision evaluation, cannot comprehensively evaluate the matching of a user and a psychological consultation mode, the matching of the user and a psychological consultation method and the matching of the user and a specific consultant at the same time, and is difficult to integrate different psychological consultation decision evaluation results into a consistent and reliable result because the prior art lacks a uniform theoretical framework. Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a progressive matching frame for psychological consultation decision evaluation, indexes in the frame are progressively and annularly buckled, the logical performance and the systematicness are strong, three core aspects of the psychological consultation decision evaluation can be evaluated at the same time, consistent and effective matching results are output, and the method has important guiding value on the psychological health service.
3) Compared with the prior art, the invention has wider application range. The prior art is mostly derived from laboratory studies, only a few of which have been transformed into practical applications, and the scope of application is mainly limited to clinical practice of instructors. Compared with the prior art, the method and the system can help professionals to select better intervention modes and working styles for users, and can also help psychological service organizations to select the most appropriate psychological consultants for inquirers, so that the standardized management of the professional organizations is promoted, the working efficiency is improved, and the falling rate of the users is reduced. In addition, the invention can also be used for training and supervising of psychological consultants, and the professional competence of practitioners is improved. The invention also has important reference value for people seeking mental health service, can help the people to reduce blindness in inquiry process, avoid useless energy, financial resources and time indication, and prevent iatrogenic injury caused by mismatching of consultation method and/or consultant.
