7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the contract completion determination module comprises:
a payment operation generation judging unit for judging whether the user generates a payment operation for the reserved amount in the reserved order;
a contract completion determining unit, configured to determine that the reserved contract is completed and store the reserved amount to a platform account associated with the target cross-border house source if the payment operation generation determining unit determines that the contract is completed; and determining the reserved money according to the user position information, the position information of the target cross-border house source and the exchange rate information.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the contract fulfillment determination module comprises:
the feedback acquisition judging unit is used for judging whether the house source information of the target cross-border house source acquired by the user is inconsistent with feedback within the preset time;
and the contract fulfillment determining unit is used for determining whether to fulfill the booking contract according to the inconsistent feedback of the house source information if the feedback acquisition judging module judges that the contract fulfillment is yes.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the cross-border source booking method of any one of claims 1-5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a cross-border premises booking method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
