In one embodiment, the distribution station can record the time length of the abnormal weight of the object carried by the target storage device; under the condition that the duration does not reach the set duration, if the weight of the object storage device is monitored to be recovered to be normal, stopping giving an alarm; and under the condition that the duration reaches the set duration, if the weight of the object carried by the object storage device is monitored to be still in an abnormal state, sending second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for notifying an administrator to alarm and recover.
After the distribution station determines that the weight change condition of the object carried by the object storage device is abnormal, starting to record the time when the weight change condition is abnormal, and stopping giving an alarm if the distribution station determines that the weight of the object carried by the object storage device is recovered to be normal within a certain time period, such as 30 seconds; and if the weight of the object carried by the object storage device is still in an abnormal state after 30 seconds, sending a second prompt message to the administrator, and carrying out alarm recovery on the delivery station by the administrator.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, after displaying the first prompt information, the method further includes:
and identifying the identification information of the item with the target delivery address based on the item identification operation of the courier, and obtaining the contact information of the item with the target delivery address input by the courier.
After the postman sees the second prompt message displayed by the terminal, the postman starts to deliver the article to be delivered, such as an article A, before the postman places the article A to be delivered on the target storage device, the terminal firstly identifies the identification information of the article, such as the bar code information of the waybill on the article, based on the article identification operation of the postman; and then, the postman further inputs the contact information of the addressee corresponding to the article at the terminal, so that the article information is further confirmed based on the identification information and the contact information of the article.
In one embodiment, in the case of obtaining partial information of the contact information input by a courier, at least one piece of contact information in a target contact information list, which is the same as the partial information, is searched, and at least one user associated with the at least one piece of contact information is determined;
determining a display order of the at least one contact information according to the item reception history information of the at least one user.
Specifically, because the historical addressee numbers corresponding to different addressees are different, in practical application, 20% of the addressees may account for 80% of the received article numbers, when a postman inputs the contact information of the addressees at a terminal of a distribution station, when the postman sequentially inputs the contact information of the addressees at the terminal, the terminal can dynamically search the contact information, display a plurality of pieces of contact information which are the same as part of the contact information input by the postman, and sort the contact information from high to low according to the historical addressee frequency, so that the postman can select the contact information as fast as possible.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, the step of performing the dispensing operation on the target storage device may be specifically implemented as follows:
and transmitting the target storage device to a distribution device, wherein the distribution device is used for distributing the target storage device to the target distribution address.
After the deliverer delivers all the articles to be delivered to the target storage device, the delivery station sends the target storage device to a delivery device, such as a delivery robot, through the confirmation operation executed on the terminal of the delivery station, and the delivery robot can deliver the whole target storage device to the corresponding target delivery address.
Here, after the delivery robot delivers the target storage device to the corresponding target delivery address, the robot or the delivery station sends the pickup notification to the recipient based on the contact information of the recipient associated with the article. In addition, if the distribution address corresponding to the target storage device is an office building or a floor of the office building, a manager (such as a foreground person) in the office building or the floor can collect all the articles in the target storage device.
According to the technical scheme, the goods with the same delivery address can be delivered to the same storage device by a delivery person, and when the delivery person delivers the goods to the storage device, the space utilization rate of the storage device can be improved through goods coding. After the deliverer delivers the articles with the same delivery addresses to the corresponding storage devices, the corresponding delivery addresses are conveyed by the delivery devices, so that the recipients of the delivery addresses can receive express delivery timely, and the phenomenon that the articles are retained in the delivery stations is avoided.
The following takes several specific operation scenarios as examples to supplement and explain the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an article distribution process provided by an embodiment of the present application, in fig. 2, a terminal cooperates with a distribution station to enable a courier to complete delivery of an article, as shown in fig. 2, the article distribution process includes the following steps:
a) and (5) identity authentication.
The postman operates at the terminal, and the terminal authenticates the identity of the postman through face authentication, fingerprint authentication, password authentication, two-dimensional code authentication and the like.

In the identity authentication interface, after a postman inputs a correct password, skipping to a function selection interface;
on the function selection interface, a postman selects a 'delivery' function and starts to deliver the delivery; after the 90s countdown time for the interface expires, if the courier does not perform any operation, the interface is exited.
c) The delivery point is preselected.
The delivery points are delivery addresses, and the deliverer can pre-select all the delivery points on the terminal according to the addresses associated with all the items to be delivered at this time.
Interfaces 4 to 6 in fig. 4 are interfaces for the delivery person to perform delivery point preselection operation (i.e., address preselection operation).
d) And (6) scheduling and opening the door.
And the terminal sends all the distribution points selected by the postman to the distribution station, the distribution station dispatches the boxes corresponding to the distribution points, namely the storage devices, and the boxes are opened.
e) Target delivery point-drop thread.
This step is performed by the distribution station receiving the item delivered by the courier using the called compartment and by the terminal receiving the courier input.
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of the process of delivering an item to the current compartment dispatched by the deliverer to the delivery station, and as shown in FIG. 5, step e mainly comprises the following steps:

The postman inputs the mobile phone number at the terminal, and the mobile phone number can be input manually or by voice, and the interface 11 (comprising the interface 11-1 or the interface 11-2) in the figure 6 is a mobile phone number input interface.
In the process of inputting the mobile phone number, the mobile phone number is compliant and jumped; the mobile phone number is not compliant: the window prompts 'mobile phone number input error'; the mobile phone number searching process can carry out fuzzy search on the mobile phone tail numbers.
e7) And confirming the information.
And the postmen executes the verification, and confirms the article to be delivered again based on the express bill number and the mobile phone number. Interface 12 in fig. 6 (including interface 12-1 or interface 12-2) is an information confirmation interface.
e8) And (5) placing the express into a delivery port.
Interface 13 in fig. 6 is a first prompt displayed at the terminal to prompt the courier to place an item into the currently opened compartment.
f) Whether there is a new bin.
After the boxes delivered by the deliverer are fully loaded, the distribution station confirms whether new boxes exist, and if so, the new boxes are called again; if not, executing the step h; and if so, executing the step g.
One distribution point can correspond to a plurality of boxes, after one box is full, the distribution station determines whether a new empty carrier capable of being called exists, namely a new box, and if the new empty carrier exists, the distribution station calls the new carrier; and if the goods do not exist, prompting the postman that the space is insufficient, and prompting the postman to deliver the goods of the next delivery point.
g) And still delivering for the target delivery point.
The delivery station continues to deliver items for the same targeted delivery station by the courier with the retrieval of a new bin.
h) Closing the door and submitting the order.
After the courier delivers the express for the same target delivery station, the delivery station closes the box delivery opening and submits order information related to all articles related to the target delivery station.
i) It is determined whether the point of completion delivery is the last one.
The delivery is executed by a distribution station, and if the delivery is finished, the delivery is finished; if not, executing step j.
j) And replacing the target distribution point.
And g, selecting the distribution points which are not used from all the distribution points preselected by the deliverer by the distribution station, and continuing to execute the step g until the deliverer finishes the delivery of the articles corresponding to all the distribution points.
k) And weighing and alarming threads.
The step is executed at any time after the distribution station opens the cell, and is used for judging whether the weight of the articles carried in the cell is abnormal or not and sending out an alarm prompt under the abnormal condition.
For example, if the weight of the article originally carried by the compartment is G, the weight of the newly delivered express is X, and if the distribution station detects that the compartment: if the weight is G + X, the express delivery of the new delivery is considered to be successful; if the weight is G, the delivery of the newly delivered express fails, and the newly delivered express is not finished; and if the weight is not equal to G/G + X, the express delivery weight loaded in the cell is considered to be abnormal, delivery alarm is carried out, and a short message is directly sent to an administrator for alarm.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an alarm process provided in the embodiment of the present application, and fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a display interface of an alarm process terminal provided in the embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 7, step k may specifically include the following steps:
k1) the delivery opening lasted X seconds of weight abuse.
After the cell is opened, the distribution station constantly monitors the weight change in the cell, once abnormal weight increase or decrease is detected within a period of time, an alarm is started, the alarm is counted down for 30s, and if the abnormal weight increase or decrease is not detected, an alarm is given to a manager. The terminal displays the interface 14 of fig. 8.
k2) And counting down whether the delivery port weight is legal or not.
The terminal displays the interface 15 of fig. 8.
Returning the weight of the delivery opening to the legal weight within 30s, canceling the pop-up window, turning to a step k4, and canceling the alarm;
at the end of the 30s countdown, the delivery port has not returned to the legal weight and step k3 is executed, entering "notify administrator".
k3) The administrator is notified.
The terminal displays the interface 16 of fig. 8. At this time, the popup cannot be closed, and the popup can be recovered by resetting in the administrator mode.
k4) And releasing the alarm to close the pop-up window.
And (4) within 30s, the weight of the delivery opening is recovered to the legal weight, the popup window of the interface 15 in the figure 8 is cancelled, and the alarm is released.
k5) And (4) intervention of an administrator.
The terminal displays an interface 17 in fig. 8, the administrator inputs the password at the terminal to perform alarm recovery,

The password input by the administrator is checked, and if the password does not pass the check, the process goes to step k 8.

If the administrator password is correct and the delivery port weight is legal, the postman can continue to execute the subsequent process.
After the postman finishes delivering all the articles to be delivered, the terminal can display second prompt information for prompting the postman to close the port of the delivery door on the page, and the delivery port can be automatically closed. In the process, if the courier takes away the express delivery, the distribution station starts to give an alarm.
Embodiments of the present application also provide an article dispensing device, which is applied to a dispensing station, as shown in fig. 9, and includes:
an obtaining unit 901, configured to obtain N delivery addresses based on address preselection operation of a courier, and determine a storage device corresponding to each of the N delivery addresses; n is an integer greater than or equal to 1;
the first calling unit 902 is configured to sequentially select one delivery address from the N delivery addresses as a target delivery address according to a preset manner, and call a target storage device corresponding to the target delivery address to a delivery port;
the display unit 903 is configured to display, for each selected target delivery address, first prompt information for prompting a courier to deliver an article with the target delivery address to a target storage device corresponding to the target delivery address, and perform a delivery operation on the target storage device after determining that the courier finishes delivering the article to the target storage device.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the first retrieving unit 902 is specifically configured to: determining a ranking of the N delivery addresses based on historical usage information of the N delivery addresses; and sequentially selecting one delivery address as a target delivery address according to the sequence.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, before determining that a courier completes delivery of an item to the target storage device, the device further comprises:
a second retrieving unit 904, configured to select a next delivery address of the target delivery addresses from the N delivery addresses according to the preset manner, and retrieve a storage device corresponding to the next delivery address to the waiting area;
correspondingly, after determining that the courier finishes delivering the articles to the target storage device, the device further comprises:
and a third calling unit 905 configured to call the next delivery address as a target delivery address, and call a storage device corresponding to the next delivery address from the waiting area to the delivery port as a target storage device.
In an optional implementation manner of this application, after displaying the first prompt message, the apparatus further includes:
a monitoring unit 906 for determining the weight of the item having the target delivery address based on the courier's weighing operation; monitoring the change condition of the weight of the object carried by the target storage device; determining whether the target storage device carries the object with the target delivery address or not based on the change condition and the weight of the object with the target delivery address.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further comprises:
a first prompting unit 907 for determining whether the weight of the object carried by the object storage device is abnormal or not based on the change condition and the weight of the object with the target delivery address; and if the weight of the object carried by the target storage device is abnormal, giving an alarm.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further comprises:
the second prompting unit 908 is used for recording the time length of the abnormity of the weight of the object carried by the target storage device; under the condition that the duration does not reach the set duration, if the weight of the object storage device is monitored to be recovered to be normal, stopping giving an alarm; and under the condition that the duration reaches the set duration, if the weight of the object carried by the object storage device is monitored to be still in an abnormal state, sending second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for notifying an administrator to alarm and recover.
In an optional implementation manner of this application, after displaying the first prompt message, the apparatus further includes:
an acquiring unit 909 is configured to acquire picture information of the item having the target delivery address and store the picture information.
In an optional implementation manner of this application, after displaying the first prompt message, the apparatus further includes:
an identifying unit 910, configured to identify identification information of the item with the target delivery address based on an item identifying operation of the courier, and obtain contact information of the item with the target delivery address input by the courier.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further comprises:
a searching unit 911, configured to, in a case that partial information of the contact information input by the courier is obtained, search for at least one piece of contact information in the target contact information list that is the same as the partial information, and determine at least one user associated with the at least one piece of contact information; determining a display order of the at least one contact information according to the item reception history information of the at least one user.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, before the obtaining N delivery addresses based on the address preselection operation of the courier, the apparatus further includes:
a verification unit 912 for verifying the identity information of the courier based on the identity verification operation of the courier; and if the identity information of the postman is verified to pass, displaying an address preselection interface, wherein the address preselection interface is used for the postman to execute the address preselection operation.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the display unit 903 is specifically configured to transmit the target storage device to a dispensing device, where the dispensing device is configured to dispense the target storage device to the target dispensing address.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the functions performed by the various elements of the article dispensing apparatus shown in fig. 9 may be understood with reference to the description of the article dispensing method previously described. The functions of the units in the article dispensing device shown in fig. 9 may be implemented by a program running on a processor, or may be implemented by specific logic circuits.
An embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device, which includes a memory and a processor, where the memory stores a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by the processor, the processor executes the article distribution method.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored on the computer storage medium, and the computer program is executed by a processor to realize the article distribution method.
The technical solutions described in the embodiments of the present application can be arbitrarily combined without conflict.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed method and intelligent device may be implemented in other ways. The above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only a logical functional division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the coupling, direct coupling or communication connection between the components shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, and the indirect coupling or communication connection between the devices or units may be electrical, mechanical or other forms.

Claims (14)

1. A method for dispensing items, said method being applied to a dispensing station, said method comprising:
n delivery addresses are obtained based on address preselection operation of a courier, and a storage device corresponding to each delivery address in the N delivery addresses is determined; n is an integer greater than or equal to 1;
sequentially selecting one delivery address from the N delivery addresses as a target delivery address according to a preset mode, and calling a target storage device corresponding to the target delivery address to a delivery port;
and aiming at each selected target delivery address, displaying first prompt information for prompting a courier to deliver the articles with the target delivery address to the target storage device corresponding to the target delivery address, and executing delivery operation on the target storage device after determining that the courier finishes delivering the articles to the target storage device.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said sequentially selecting one of the N delivery addresses as the target delivery address in a preset manner comprises:
determining a ranking of the N delivery addresses based on historical usage information of the N delivery addresses;
and sequentially selecting one delivery address as a target delivery address according to the sequence.
3. The method of claim 1,
the method further comprises, before determining that a courier is finished delivering the item to the target storage device:
selecting a next delivery address of the target delivery addresses from the N delivery addresses according to the preset mode, and calling the storage device corresponding to the next delivery address to a waiting area;
correspondingly, after determining that the courier finishes delivering the articles to the target storage device, the method further comprises:
and taking the next delivery address as a target delivery address, and taking the storage device corresponding to the next delivery address as a target storage device from the waiting area to the delivery port.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein after presenting the first prompt, the method further comprises:
determining the weight of the item having the target delivery address based on the courier's weighing operation;
monitoring the change condition of the weight of the object carried by the target storage device;
determining whether the target storage device carries the object with the target delivery address or not based on the change condition and the weight of the object with the target delivery address.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
determining whether the weight of the object carried by the object storage device is abnormal or not based on the change condition and the weight of the object with the target delivery address;
and if the weight of the object carried by the target storage device is abnormal, giving an alarm.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
recording the time length of the abnormal weight of the object carried by the target storage device;
under the condition that the duration does not reach the set duration, if the weight of the object storage device is monitored to be recovered to be normal, stopping giving an alarm;
and under the condition that the duration reaches the set duration, if the weight of the object carried by the object storage device is monitored to be still in an abnormal state, sending second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for notifying an administrator to alarm and recover.
7. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein after presenting the first prompt, the method further comprises:
and collecting picture information of the object with the target distribution address, and storing the picture information.
8. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein after presenting the first prompt, the method further comprises:
and identifying the identification information of the item with the target delivery address based on the item identification operation of the courier, and obtaining the contact information of the item with the target delivery address input by the courier.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
under the condition of obtaining partial information of the contact information input by a courier, searching at least one piece of contact information which is the same as the partial information in a target contact information list, and determining at least one user associated with the at least one piece of contact information;
determining a display order of the at least one contact information according to the item reception history information of the at least one user.
10. The method of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein before obtaining N delivery addresses based on the courier's address preselection operation, the method further comprises:
verifying the identity information of the postman based on the identity verification operation of the postman;
and if the identity information of the postman is verified to pass, displaying an address preselection interface, wherein the address preselection interface is used for the postman to execute the address preselection operation.
11. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said performing a dispensing operation of said target storage device comprises:
and transmitting the target storage device to a distribution device, wherein the distribution device is used for distributing the target storage device to the target distribution address.
12. An article dispensing device for use in a dispensing station, the device comprising:
the system comprises an obtaining unit, a storage device and a control unit, wherein the obtaining unit is used for obtaining N delivery addresses based on address preselection operation of a courier and determining the storage device corresponding to each delivery address in the N delivery addresses; n is an integer greater than or equal to 1;

and the display unit is used for displaying first prompt information for prompting a postman to deliver the articles with the target delivery addresses to the target storage devices corresponding to the target delivery addresses according to each selected target delivery address, and executing delivery operation on the target storage devices after determining that the postman finishes delivering the articles to the target storage devices.
13. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein a computer program is stored in the memory, which computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 11.
14. A computer storage medium on which a computer program is stored, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of any one of claims 1 to 11.
