In step S4, after the user clicks the mail sending button in the interface of the mobile device, the mobile device generates a mail sending request and sends the mail sending request to the server, and then the mail sending operation executed by the server specifically includes:
firstly, the server controls the mobile equipment to jump to an order information input interface, and second unpacking information is generated according to the mail sending information and the payment information which are input in the order information input interface; the method comprises the steps that a user selects a cooperative express company in an order information input interface, inputs personal or unit information of a sender and personal or unit information of a receiver, inputs express delivery attribute, weight and other information to generate order posting information, a server charges an order according to the posting information after receiving the posting information, corresponding expenses are fed back to the order information input interface to facilitate online payment of the user, corresponding payment information is generated after payment of a mobile device is completed and sent to the server, and then the server generates second unpacking information;
then, the server sends the second unpacking information to the express cabinet, so that the express cabinet opens a storage box according to the second unpacking information and prints and outputs an express waybill for a user to paste the express waybill in a to-be-posted express; the express cabinet comprises a printer, the printer is controlled to print and output an express waybill to a user according to the mailing information, and the user can paste the express waybill in the to-be-mailed express;
and when receiving the information of closing the storage box sent by the express cabinet, the server changes the state of the storage box into the state of being in a non-empty box and waiting for sending the express. Furthermore, the server changes the order corresponding to the courier stored in the storage box into the state of the to-be-sent courier.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic flow chart of another embodiment of the method for controlling express cabinet access according to the present invention is shown.
The method for controlling the express cabinet to access the express not only provides the services of picking up and sending the express for the user, but also provides the services of sending and receiving the express for the courier, and specifically comprises the following steps from S5 to S9:
s5, receiving a management access request of a courier through the communication connection established by the mobile data acquisition terminal; the management access request comprises a login account and a login password.
It should be noted that, the courier holds the mobile data acquisition terminal, and the mobile data acquisition terminal is linked to the courier-dedicated access entry link through the browser to access the server.
And S6, verifying the login account and the login password, and controlling the interface of the mobile data acquisition terminal to jump to the management interface of the express delivery cabinet after the verification is successful.
And S7, receiving the serial number of the express cabinet recorded by the courier through the express cabinet management interface, and controlling the express cabinet management interface to display the state of the storage box in the express cabinet corresponding to the recorded serial number of the express cabinet, wherein the state of the storage box in the express cabinet comprises a state of being in an empty box, a state of being in a non-empty box and waiting for delivery and a state of being in a non-empty box and waiting for delivery but overtime delivery.
It should be noted that, after the server verifies that the login account and the login password are correct, the interface of the mobile data acquisition terminal is skipped to the express cabinet management interface, and the courier inputs the identification number of the express cabinet on the interface to operate all storage boxes of the express cabinet. The state of each storage box of the express cabinet is displayed in the management interface of the express cabinet, so that a courier can conveniently select a corresponding empty box to dispatch or select a non-empty box which is in a non-empty box state and is to be dispatched and a non-empty box which is in a non-empty box state and is to be dispatched overtime to dispatch, namely the courier inputs the number of the corresponding storage box in the management interface of the express cabinet or clicks the empty box on the interface to be fully opened by one key, clicks the storage box which is in the non-empty box state and is to be dispatched to be fully opened by one key or clicks the storage box which is in the non-empty box state and is to be dispatched and overtime to be fully opened by one key, and a corresponding dispatch request or an express receiving request is generated.
S8, when a delivery request of the courier is received through the express cabinet management interface, executing delivery operation; wherein the dispatch request comprises the number of the express cabinet and the number of the storage box which are requested to be opened.
When the delivery request is generated by opening the empty boxes one key, the server screens out the boxes in the empty boxes in the express cabinet according to the states of the boxes, and updates the numbers of the boxes included in the delivery request to the numbers of the boxes in the screened out empty boxes in the express cabinet.
S9, when receiving an express receiving request of the courier through the express cabinet management interface, executing an express receiving operation; the receiving request comprises the number of the express cabinet and the number of the storage box which are requested to be opened.
It should be noted that, when the receiving request is that the storage box in the non-empty box and to-be-sent state is clicked to be fully opened, the server screens out the storage box in the non-empty box and to-be-sent state in the express cabinet according to the state of the storage box, and updates the number of the storage box included in the receiving request to the number of the screened storage box in the non-empty box and to-be-sent state in the express cabinet. When the express receiving request is that the storage box in the non-empty box state and the to-be-dispatched overtime state is clicked to be opened in a one-key mode, the server screens out the storage box in the non-empty box state and the to-be-dispatched overtime state in the express cabinet according to the state of the storage box, and the number of the storage box contained in the express receiving request is updated to the number of the screened storage box in the non-empty box state and the to-be-dispatched overtime state in the express cabinet.
In step S8, when the courier has input the number of the empty box or clicks the empty box to open fully, the specific process of the dispatch operation executed by the service is as follows:
firstly, according to the number of a storage box requested to be opened by a delivery request, a server sends the number of the storage box requested to be opened to an express cabinet corresponding to the number of the express cabinet requested to be opened, so that the express cabinet opens the storage box for a courier to deliver the delivery in the storage box;
then, the courier scans an express item to be delivered by using a bar code scanning module of the mobile data acquisition terminal, so that the mobile data acquisition terminal acquires an identification number of the express item and sends the identification number to the server, the server receives the identification number of the express item to be delivered, then the courier puts the express item into an opened storage box and closes the storage box, the express cabinet sends the information that the storage box is closed to the server, and the server receives the closing information of the currently closed storage box sent by the express cabinet, namely the information that the storage box is closed; wherein the closing information comprises the number and closing time of the closed storage box, and the number of the closed storage box is the number of the storage box storing the courier; the serial number of the express cabinet requested to be opened is the serial number of the express cabinet in which the storage box for storing the express delivery is located; it should be noted that, after the courier finishes scanning a courier, the courier must store the courier into the storage box and close the storage box, and then continue to scan and describe the next courier after completing the delivery operation of the courier, so that the server associates the identification number of the courier with the number of the storage box in which the identification number is stored, and confusion is avoided.
Then, the server inquires a database of an express company corresponding to the identification number according to the identification number of the express delivery, and obtains the mobile phone number of the receiver corresponding to the express delivery; calculating a pickup time period of the express delivery according to the closing time and the duration threshold;
the server sends the express delivery time period of the express delivery, the number of an express cabinet where a storage box for storing the express delivery is located and the number of the storage box for storing the express delivery to the mobile equipment of the receiver according to the mobile phone number of the receiver;
the server changes the state of the storage box for storing the express delivery into the state of a non-empty box and a to-be-dispatched piece; furthermore, the server changes the order corresponding to the courier stored in the storage box into the state of the to-be-taken courier.
In step S9, when the courier has input a number of a box in a state of being not empty and having a mail to be sent or has clicked a box key in a state of being not empty and having a mail to be sent to be fully opened, or when the courier has input a number of a box in a state of being not empty and having a mail to be sent overtime or has clicked a box key in a state of being not empty and having a mail to be sent to be overtime to be fully opened, the receiving operation performed by the server is specifically:
firstly, according to the number of a storage box requested to be opened by a receiving request, a server sends the number of the storage box requested to be opened to an express cabinet corresponding to the number of the express cabinet requested to be opened, so that the express cabinet opens the storage box for a courier to take a parcel from the storage box;
then, when the courier finds that the storage box is opened, taking out the courier in the storage box, closing a box door of the storage box, sending information of closing the storage box to the server by the express cabinet, and receiving closing information of the currently closed storage box sent by the express cabinet corresponding to the serial number of the express cabinet requested to be opened by the server; wherein the closure information includes a number and a closure time of the closed storage box; it should be noted that, after taking out one express delivery, the courier needs to close the storage box corresponding to the express delivery to complete the receiving operation of the express delivery, so that the server can record the sent or recycled information of the stored express delivery in the storage box when receiving the closing information of the storage box.
Further, the server changes the state of the storage box of the closed storage box to the state of being in an empty box.
The method for controlling the express delivery cabinet to access the express delivery provided by the embodiment further comprises the following steps:
receiving an advertisement maintenance request of an administrator through a management monitoring center;
and updating and modifying the advertisement content fed back to the interface on the mobile equipment according to the advertisement maintenance request.
It should be noted that the management monitoring center is used for providing a management interface for an administrator to enable the administrator to grasp the operation condition of the server and the allocation condition of the system resources in real time, and can detect, troubleshoot and solve the emergency or failure in time.
According to the method for controlling the express cabinet to access the express items, each storage box of the express cabinet corresponds to one two-dimensional code, the mobile device of a user only needs to be connected to the network or the internet of an operator and is provided with a browser with a function of identifying the two-dimensional codes, the user accesses the server after scanning the two-dimensional codes, and the user enables the server to send control information to the express cabinet according to the pick-up request or the mail sending request of the user through data exchange between the mobile device and the server, so that the server can control the storage boxes of the express cabinet in a one-to-many mode, a plurality of users can pick up or send mails to one express cabinet at the same time, and pick-up efficiency is improved. Moreover, the substantial control of the express cabinet is completed in the server, the universality and the working efficiency of the express cabinet system are improved, the mobile equipment of the user is only used for displaying data input and feedback results, the requirements on the mobile equipment of the user are reduced, the universality is further improved, and the server can provide advertisement content for display on an interface when the mobile equipment is accessed, so that the maximum benefit is realized.
Referring to fig. 3, which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the device for controlling an express cabinet to access an item, which is a soft system, is disposed inside a server provided in the embodiment, and specifically includes:
the user access request module 10 is configured to receive a user access request sent by a mobile device through a communication connection established by scanning a two-dimensional code displayed on a surface of a storage box on an express cabinet by the mobile device; wherein the user access request comprises a number of the express delivery cabinet and a number of the storage box; the surface of each storage box in the express cabinet is displayed with an independent two-dimensional code, and the two-dimensional code of each storage box is associated with the number of the storage box and the number of the express cabinet in which the storage box is positioned;
the feedback interface module 20 is configured to query the state of the storage box according to the number of the express delivery cabinet and the number of the storage box, and feed back the number of the express delivery cabinet, the number of the storage box, and the state of the storage box to an interface on the mobile device; when the state of the storage box is in an empty box state, the interface further comprises a mail button; when the storage box is in a state of not being empty and waiting for dispatching, the interface further comprises a pickup button;
and the pickup operation module 30 is configured to, when a pickup request sent by the mobile device is received, determine whether a duration that a courier is stored in the storage box is greater than a duration threshold, stop the pickup operation if the duration is greater than the duration threshold, and continue to execute the pickup operation if the duration is not greater than the duration threshold.
And a sending operation module 40, configured to execute a sending operation when receiving a sending request sent by the mobile device.
Referring to fig. 4, which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a pickup operation module of the apparatus for controlling pickup of an express delivery cabinet provided in the present invention, as a further improvement of the implementation of the present invention, the pickup request includes a pickup password, and the pickup operation module 30 specifically includes:
the pickup verification unit 31 is configured to verify a pickup password in the pickup request with a standard pickup password corresponding to the storage box, and if the verification is successful, generate first unpacking information;
the first sending unit 32 is configured to send the first box opening information to the express cabinet, so that the express cabinet opens the storage box according to the first box opening information; wherein the first box opening information includes a number of the storage box;
a first state changing unit 33 configured to change the state of the storage box to a state of being an empty box when receiving information that the storage box is closed, the information being sent from the express delivery cabinet;
referring to fig. 5, which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a sending operation module of the apparatus for controlling an express cabinet to access an item, where the sending operation module 40 specifically includes:
the information input unit 41 is configured to control the mobile device to jump to an order information input interface, and generate second unpacking information according to the mail sending information and the payment information input in the order information input interface;
the second sending unit 42 is configured to send the second unpacking information to the express cabinet, so that the express cabinet opens a storage box according to the second unpacking information and prints out an express waybill for a user to paste the express waybill on a to-be-posted express;
and a second state changing unit 43, configured to change the state of the storage box to a state that the storage box is not empty and a parcel is to be sent when receiving the information that the storage box is closed, which is sent by the express delivery cabinet.
As shown in fig. 3, the device for controlling the express delivery cabinet to access the package further includes:
a management access request module 50, configured to receive a management access request of a courier through a communication connection established by the mobile data acquisition terminal; the management access request comprises a login account and a login password;
the login verification module 60 is used for verifying the login account and the login password and controlling the interface of the mobile data acquisition terminal to jump to the management interface of the express delivery cabinet after the login account and the login password are successfully verified;
the control interface display module 70 is configured to receive, through the express cabinet management interface, a serial number of an express cabinet recorded by a courier, and control the express cabinet management interface to display a state of a storage box in the express cabinet corresponding to the recorded serial number of the express cabinet, where the state of the storage box in the express cabinet includes a state of being in an empty box, a state of being in a non-empty box and waiting for dispatch, and a state of being in a non-empty box and waiting for dispatch but overtime;
a delivery operation module 80, configured to execute a delivery operation when receiving a delivery request of the courier through the express cabinet management interface; the delivery request comprises the number of an express cabinet requested to be opened and the number of a storage box;
the express delivery system comprises an express delivery cabinet management interface, an express receiving operation module 90 and a control module, wherein the express delivery cabinet management interface is used for receiving express delivery requests of express deliveries; the receiving request comprises the number of the express cabinet and the number of the storage box which are requested to be opened.
Referring to fig. 6, which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a dispatch operating module of the apparatus for controlling an access item of an express cabinet, the dispatch operating module 80 specifically includes:
a third sending unit 81, configured to send the number of the storage box requested to be opened to the express cabinet corresponding to the number of the express cabinet requested to be opened, so that the express cabinet opens the storage box for the courier to dispatch in the storage box;
the information receiving unit 82 is configured to receive an identification number of an express item to be delivered, and receive closing information of a currently closed storage box sent by the express cabinet; wherein the closing information comprises the number and closing time of the closed storage box, and the number of the closed storage box is the number of the storage box storing the courier; the serial number of the express cabinet requested to be opened is the serial number of the express cabinet in which the storage box for storing the express delivery is located;
a recipient information obtaining unit 83, configured to query, according to the identifier number of the express delivery item, a database of an express company corresponding to the identifier number, and obtain a mobile phone number of a recipient corresponding to the express delivery item; calculating a pickup time period of the express delivery according to the closing time and the duration threshold;
a pickup information sending unit 84, configured to send, according to the mobile phone number of the recipient, a pickup time period of the express delivery, a number of an express cabinet in which a storage box storing the express delivery is located, and a number of a storage box storing the express delivery to a mobile device of the recipient;
a third state changing unit 85 configured to change a state of a storage box storing the courier to a state of a non-empty box and a to-be-dispatched box;
referring to fig. 7, which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an express receiving operation module of the apparatus for controlling express cabinet to access an item, where the express receiving operation module 90 specifically includes:
a fourth sending unit 91, configured to send the number of the storage box requested to be opened to the express cabinet corresponding to the number of the express cabinet requested to be opened, so that the express cabinet opens the storage box for the courier to take a parcel from the storage box;
a closing information receiving unit 92, configured to receive closing information of a currently closed storage box sent by an express cabinet corresponding to the number of the express cabinet requested to be opened; wherein the closure information includes a number and a closure time of the closed storage box;
a fourth state changing unit 93 for changing the state of the storage box of the closed storage box to be in an empty state.
As shown in fig. 3, the device for controlling the express delivery cabinet storage and pickup further includes:
an advertisement maintenance request module 100, configured to receive an advertisement maintenance request of an administrator through a management monitoring center;
and an advertisement content modification module 110, configured to update and modify the advertisement content fed back to the interface on the mobile device according to the advertisement maintenance request.
According to the device for controlling the express cabinet to access the express, each storage box of the express cabinet corresponds to one two-dimensional code, the mobile device of a user only needs to be connected to the network or the internet of an operator and is provided with a browser with the function of identifying the two-dimensional codes, the user accesses the server after scanning the two-dimensional codes, and the user enables the server to send control information to the express cabinet through data exchange between the mobile device and the server according to the pick-up request or the sending request of the user, so that the server can control the storage boxes of the express cabinet one to many, a plurality of users can pick up or send the express cabinet at the same time, and pick-up efficiency is improved. Referring to fig. 8 and 9, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a background control module of an express delivery cabinet provided by the present invention, and fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a cabinet body of an express delivery cabinet provided by the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides an express delivery cabinet, which comprises a cabinet body 10 and a background control module 20, wherein the cabinet body 10 comprises a plurality of storage boxes, a box door of each storage box comprises a two-dimensional code 12 used for accessing a server when being scanned by mobile equipment, and the two-dimensional code 12 corresponds to a uniform resource positioning clause link;
the background control module 20 is disposed in the cabinet 10, and the background control module 20 is configured to receive a control request of the server, and control the opening or closing of the storage box of the cabinet 10 according to the control request.
In the express delivery cabinets provided by the embodiment of the invention, each express delivery cabinet has a unique number and is used for different express delivery cabinets, and taking a cabinet body 10 as an example in fig. 9, each express delivery cabinet is divided into 28 storage boxes, each storage box is provided with an independent box door, and each storage box is provided with an electronic lock. Each box door is provided with a unique storage box number 11 and a two-dimensional code 12 corresponding to the storage box number, the number 11 of each storage box is used for identifying different storage boxes in the same express cabinet, a URL link is hidden in each two-dimensional code 12, and after the user mobile phone scans the two-dimensional code 12, the user mobile phone accesses a server to obtain information of the storage box where the two-dimensional code 12 is located and information of the express cabinet where the storage box is located.
Further, the background control module 20 includes a main control unit 21 and a wireless communication unit 22. The main control unit 21 is the core of the express delivery cabinet system, is responsible for processing and controlling the system operation of the whole express delivery cabinet, and can be implemented by an ARM processor with general performance. The wireless communication unit 22 is used for receiving and sending data, and realizes data exchange between the express delivery cabinet and the server.
Further, the background control module 20 further includes an electrically controlled lock unit 23. The electric control lock unit 23 is used for controlling to open or close one or more electronic locks therein according to the control request of the main control unit 21, so as to open or close one or more storage boxes.
Further, the door of each storage box further comprises a red indicator light 13 and a green indicator light 14, and the background control module 20 further comprises an indicator light unit for controlling the on and off of the red indicator light 13 and the green indicator light 14 of each storage box; the red prompt lamp 13 is used for indicating that the storage box has the express delivery, and the green prompt lamp 14 is used for indicating that the storage box is empty.
Still further, each storage box includes illumination lamps disposed in the case of the storage box, and the back-office control module 20 further includes an illumination unit 24 for controlling on or off of the illumination lamps of each storage box. When the electronic lock of a main control storage box is opened, the illuminating lamp in the storage box can be turned on, and when the door of the storage box is closed or the illuminating lamp is continuously turned on for one minute, the lamp can be automatically turned off.
Further, the background control module 20 further includes a power supply unit 25, and the power supply unit 25 includes a transformer and a storage battery. The power supply unit 25 supplies power to the express cabinet system, converts 220V commercial power into direct-current voltage suitable for the system by using a transformer, and is provided with a storage battery for storing electric quantity so as to ensure that the express cabinet can still normally work for a period of time when power is cut off.
Therefore, when the server sends a message for opening one storage box in a certain express cabinet, the wireless communication unit 22 of the express cabinet receives the message and transmits the message to the main control unit 21, the main control unit 21 analyzes the message and controls the electronic lock of the storage box to be opened through the electronic control lock unit 23, and the illumination unit 24 is controlled to enable the illumination lamp to be on. When the box door is closed, the lighting unit 24 of the main control unit 21 turns off the lighting lamp of the box, controls the warning lamp unit to reverse the state of the lamp, and feeds back a message of the closed box to the server through the wireless communication unit 22.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a system for accessing a courier, which includes at least one courier cabinet 100 and a server 200;
the courier cabinet 100 is the courier cabinet 100 of any of claims 1-6;
the background control module 20 of the express delivery cabinet 100 is wirelessly connected with the server 200.
It should be noted that the system illustrated in fig. 3 describes the courier cabinet 100 located at the same courier point, and different courier cabinets 100 at other courier points are shown in the drawing.
Further, the system for accessing the courier also comprises at least one network printer 300; the network printer 300 is disposed in the express delivery point where the express delivery cabinet 100 is placed.
It should be noted that the network printer 300 is mainly used for a user who needs to send a receipt to print a waybill to realize self-service sending of the receipt, the user who needs to send the receipt accesses the server 200 through the mobile phone terminal, and submits the order information to the server 200 after the mobile phone terminal is filled with the order information, the server 200 sends the order information to the network printer 300 through the wireless network, and the network printer 300 receives the information from the server 200 through the built-in wireless communication unit 22 and prints the order into an entity waybill. A plurality of express delivery cabinets of same express delivery point can share a network printer 300, can save hardware resources effectively when not hindering realization function, reduce cost.
Still further, the system for accessing couriers further includes a camera system 400 for recording events occurring at the courier cabinet 100.
It should be noted that the camera system 400 is mainly used for recording events occurring at the express cabinet, and the stored videos can be used as an evidence for a user to take a delivery, so that the security of the express cabinet can be effectively ensured. Because camera system 400 does not influence the integrality of express delivery cabinet system function, only as the guarantee safety function, so need not upload the video data to server 200, avoid increasing server 200 burden. Only a storage device with enough capacity is configured for the camera system 400 to store data, the camera is set to work continuously by a program, the data is stored for only 30 days, and the data exceeding 30 days is automatically covered by new data, so that the memory can store the video data of the last 30 days.
Further, the system for accessing the courier also comprises a mobile data acquisition terminal 500, wherein the mobile data acquisition terminal 500 comprises a bar code scanning unit for reading bar code information of the courier when the courier delivers the courier in the courier cabinet 100 and a browser for providing an access portal link to access the server 200.
It should be noted that the mobile data collection terminal 500 of the present invention is required to have access to a wireless communication network, a browser function, and a barcode scanning unit. The courier accesses the server 200 through a courier-dedicated access entry link provided by a browser in the mobile data acquisition terminal 500, enters a login interface, inputs a registered account and a correct password on the interface, sends information to the server 200, the server 200 checks that the account and the password are correct, then jumps to an express cabinet management interface from the interface of the mobile data acquisition terminal 500, and the courier inputs the serial number of an express cabinet on the interface to operate all storage boxes of the express cabinet. The barcode scanning unit of the mobile data acquisition terminal 500 is used for reading information of the courier when the courier sends the courier to a storage box in the express cabinet, scanning a barcode on the courier through a barcode scanner to obtain an identification number of the courier, uploading the identification number to the server 200, and searching a database of a cooperative express company through the server 200 to obtain detailed information of the courier.
Compared with the prior art, the express cabinet and the system for storing and taking the express items have the advantages that:
according to the express cabinet and the system for storing and taking the express items, each storage box of the express cabinet corresponds to one two-dimensional code, so that a mobile device of a user only needs to be connected to a network or the Internet of an operator and is provided with a browser with a function of identifying the two-dimensional codes, the user accesses the server after scanning the two-dimensional codes, and the user sends control information to the express cabinet through data exchange between the mobile device and the server according to a pickup request or a sending request of the user, so that the server can control the storage boxes of the express cabinet one to many, a plurality of users can pick up or send the items to one express cabinet at the same time, and pickup efficiency is improved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.

inquiring the state of the storage box according to the number of the express cabinet and the number of the storage box, and feeding the number of the express cabinet, the number of the storage box and the state of the storage box back to an interface on the mobile device; when the state of the storage box is in an empty box state, the interface further comprises a mail button; when the storage box is in a state of not being empty and waiting for dispatching, the interface further comprises a pickup button;
when a pickup request sent by the mobile equipment is received, judging whether the time length of a courier in the storage box stored in the storage box is greater than a time length threshold value or not, if so, stopping pickup operation, and if not, continuing to execute pickup operation;
executing a mail sending operation when a mail sending request sent by the mobile equipment is received;
receiving a management access request of a courier through a communication connection established by a mobile data acquisition terminal; the management access request comprises a login account and a login password;
verifying the login account and the login password, and controlling the interface of the mobile data acquisition terminal to jump to an express cabinet management interface after the login account and the login password are successfully verified;
receiving a serial number of an express cabinet recorded by a courier through the express cabinet management interface, and controlling the express cabinet management interface to display a state of a storage box in the express cabinet corresponding to the recorded serial number of the express cabinet, wherein the state of the storage box in the express cabinet comprises a state of being in an empty box, a state of being in a non-empty box and waiting for delivery and a state of being in a non-empty box and waiting for delivery but overtime for delivery;
when a delivery request of the courier is received through the express cabinet management interface, executing delivery operation; the delivery request comprises the number of an express cabinet and the number of a storage box which are requested to be opened; the piece sending operation specifically comprises the following steps: sending the serial number of the storage box requested to be opened to the express cabinet corresponding to the serial number of the express cabinet requested to be opened, so that the express cabinet opens the storage box for the courier to dispatch in the storage box; receiving an identification number of an express to be delivered and receiving closing information of a storage box which is closed currently and sent by the express cabinet; wherein the closing information comprises the number and closing time of the closed storage box, and the number of the closed storage box is the number of the storage box storing the courier; the serial number of the express cabinet requested to be opened is the serial number of the express cabinet in which the storage box for storing the express delivery is located; inquiring a database of an express company corresponding to the identification number according to the identification number of the express delivery, and obtaining a mobile phone number of a receiver corresponding to the express delivery; calculating a pickup time period of the express delivery according to the closing time and the duration threshold; sending the express delivery time period of the express delivery, the number of an express cabinet where a storage box for storing the express delivery is located and the number of the storage box for storing the express delivery to the mobile equipment of the receiver according to the mobile phone number of the receiver; changing the state of a storage box for storing the express delivery into a state of being in a non-empty box and waiting for delivery;
when receiving an express receiving request of the courier through the express cabinet management interface, executing an express receiving operation; the receiving request comprises the number of an express cabinet and the number of a storage box which are requested to be opened; the receiving operation specifically comprises the following steps: sending the serial number of the storage box requested to be opened to the express cabinet corresponding to the serial number of the express cabinet requested to be opened so that the express cabinet opens the storage box for the courier to take the express from the storage box; receiving closing information of a currently closed storage box sent by the express cabinet corresponding to the serial number of the express cabinet requested to be opened; wherein the closure information includes a number and a closure time of the closed storage box; changing the state of the storage box of the closed storage box to be in an empty state.
2. The method for controlling the express delivery cabinet to access the delivery according to claim 1, wherein the delivery request includes a delivery password, and the delivery operation specifically comprises:
verifying the pickup password in the pickup request and the standard pickup password corresponding to the storage box, and if the verification is successful, generating first box opening information;
sending the first box opening information to the express delivery cabinet so that the express delivery cabinet opens the storage box according to the first box opening information; wherein the first box opening information includes a number of the storage box;
when information that the storage box is closed, which is sent by the express delivery cabinet, is received, the state of the storage box is changed into a state that the storage box is empty;
the sending operation specifically comprises the following steps:
controlling the mobile equipment to jump to an order information input interface, and generating second unpacking information according to the mail sending information and the payment information which are input in the order information input interface;
sending the second unpacking information to the express cabinet, so that the express cabinet opens a storage box according to the second unpacking information and prints and outputs an express waybill for a user to paste the express waybill in a to-be-sent express;
and when the information that the storage box is closed, which is sent by the express delivery cabinet, is received, the state of the storage box is changed into the state that the storage box is not empty and the article is to be sent.
3. The method of controlling courier cabinet access according to claim 1, further comprising:
receiving an advertisement maintenance request of an administrator through a management monitoring center;
and updating and modifying the advertisement content fed back to the interface on the mobile equipment according to the advertisement maintenance request.
4. A device for controlling express delivery cabinet access, comprising:
the system comprises a user access request module, a user access request module and a user access request module, wherein the user access request module is used for scanning communication connection established by two-dimensional codes displayed on the surface of a storage box on an express cabinet through mobile equipment and receiving a user access request sent by the mobile equipment; wherein the user access request comprises a number of the express delivery cabinet and a number of the storage box; the surface of each storage box in the express cabinet is displayed with an independent two-dimensional code, and the two-dimensional code of each storage box is related to the number of the storage box and the number of the express cabinet in which the storage box is located;
the feedback interface module is used for inquiring the state of the storage box according to the number of the express delivery cabinet and the number of the storage box and feeding the number of the express delivery cabinet, the number of the storage box and the state of the storage box back to an interface on the mobile equipment; when the state of the storage box is in an empty box state, the interface further comprises a mail button; when the storage box is in a state of not being empty and waiting for dispatching, the interface further comprises a pickup button;
the pickup operation module is used for judging whether the duration that the express delivery is stored in the storage box is greater than a duration threshold or not when a pickup request sent by the mobile equipment is received, stopping pickup operation if the duration is greater than the duration threshold, and continuing to execute pickup operation if the duration is not greater than the duration threshold;
the sending operation module is used for executing sending operation when receiving a sending request sent by the mobile equipment;
the management access request module is used for receiving a management access request of a courier through the communication connection established by the mobile data acquisition terminal; the management access request comprises a login account and a login password;
the login verification module is used for verifying the login account and the login password and controlling the interface of the mobile data acquisition terminal to jump to the management interface of the express delivery cabinet after the login account and the login password are successfully verified;
the control interface display module is used for receiving a serial number of the express cabinet recorded by a courier through the express cabinet management interface, and controlling the express cabinet management interface to display the state of a storage box in the express cabinet corresponding to the recorded serial number of the express cabinet, wherein the state of the storage box in the express cabinet comprises a state of being in an empty box, a state of being in a non-empty box and waiting for delivery and a state of being in a non-empty box and waiting for delivery but overtime delivery;
the express delivery operation module is used for executing the express delivery operation when receiving a express delivery request of the courier through the express cabinet management interface; the delivery request comprises the number of an express cabinet requested to be opened and the number of a storage box;
the dispatch operation module specifically comprises:
the third sending unit is used for sending the serial number of the storage box requested to be opened to the express cabinet corresponding to the serial number of the express cabinet requested to be opened so that the express cabinet is opened to be used by the courier to dispatch in the storage box;
the information receiving unit is used for receiving the identification number of the express delivery to be dispatched and receiving the closing information of the currently closed storage box sent by the express cabinet; wherein the closing information comprises the number and closing time of the closed storage box, and the number of the closed storage box is the number of the storage box storing the courier; the serial number of the express cabinet requested to be opened is the serial number of the express cabinet in which the storage box for storing the express delivery piece is located;
the recipient information acquisition unit is used for inquiring a database of the express company corresponding to the identification number according to the identification number of the express delivery, and acquiring the mobile phone number of the recipient corresponding to the express delivery; calculating a pickup time period of the express delivery according to the closing time and the duration threshold;
the pickup information sending unit is used for sending the pickup time period of the express delivery, the number of an express cabinet where a storage box for storing the express delivery is located and the number of the storage box for storing the express delivery to the mobile equipment of the receiver according to the mobile phone number of the receiver;
the third state changing unit is used for changing the state of a storage box for storing the express delivery into the state of a non-empty box and a to-be-dispatched piece;
the express delivery cabinet management interface is used for receiving express delivery requests of express delivery persons; the receiving request comprises the number of an express cabinet which is requested to be opened and the number of a storage box;
the receiving operation module specifically comprises:
the fourth sending unit is used for sending the serial number of the storage box requested to be opened to the express cabinet corresponding to the serial number of the express cabinet requested to be opened so that the express cabinet opens the storage box for the courier to take the express from the storage box;
a closing information receiving unit, configured to receive closing information of a currently closed storage box sent by an express cabinet corresponding to the number of the express cabinet requested to be opened; wherein the closure information includes a number and a closure time of the closed storage box;
a fourth state changing unit for changing the state of the closed storage box to the state of being in an empty box.
