Taking a service data monitoring scene as an example, the applicant finds that at present, when a data monitoring result is fed back, the form of mail, instant messaging software message, short message and the like is generally adopted. Taking mail as an example, for different monitoring requirements, different types of mail need to be customized and developed so as to feed back related data. For example, custom development of mail styles, and forms of data feedback in mail, such as datagram tables, data profiles, and the like. However, the customized development scheme needs to be customized developed again for each type of mail, has long implementation period, is difficult to adapt to continuously changing monitoring requirements, and affects the monitoring efficiency of service data.
Therefore, how to adapt to different monitoring requirements and improve the feedback efficiency of service data becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently.
In order to solve the technical problems, the embodiment of the invention provides a data feedback method, a device, equipment and a medium, which are used for adapting to different monitoring requirements and improving service data feedback efficiency. The basic idea of the data feedback scheme is specifically as follows:
in the data feedback scheme, configuration information fed back by the first user side in the mail configuration platform is received, so that a mail configuration file is generated according to the configuration information, and the mail configuration file comprises a data display style and a data feedback rule. According to the data feedback rule, obtaining data to be fed back from a data warehouse; analyzing the mail configuration file through a mail analyzer to obtain a mail task corresponding to the mail configuration file, and executing a sending operation of the data feedback mail set in the mail task. The data feedback mail comprises data to be fed back, and the display style of the data to be fed back in the data feedback mail is consistent with the data display style indicated by the mail configuration file.
Therefore, the flexible configuration for different types of mails can be realized through the configuration information fed back in the mail configuration platform. Furthermore, by analyzing the mail configuration file by the mail analyzer and combining the data to be fed back acquired from the data warehouse, customized data feedback based on different types of mails can be realized, so that the data feedback mails can be suitable for different data monitoring requirements, mail configuration steps are greatly simplified, flexible configuration of a data feedback mode is facilitated, and the work efficiency is assisted to be improved, and the business data feedback efficiency is improved.
Having described the basic idea of a data feedback scheme, various non-limiting embodiments of the present invention are specifically described below.
The implementation of this data feedback scheme is described below in connection with the following embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a data feedback method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the data feedback method includes:
101. receiving configuration information fed back by a first user side in a mail configuration platform;
102. generating a mail configuration file according to the configuration information, wherein the mail configuration file comprises a data display style and a data feedback rule;
103. according to the data feedback rule, obtaining data to be fed back from a data warehouse;
104. analyzing the mail configuration file through a mail analyzer to obtain a mail task corresponding to the mail configuration file, and executing a sending operation of the data feedback mail set in the mail task.
The data feedback mail referred to in the above steps includes data to be fed back. The display style of the data to be fed back in the data feedback mail is consistent with the data display style indicated by the mail configuration file.
In the steps, the flexible configuration for different types of mails can be realized through the configuration information fed back in the mail configuration platform.
In practical applications, the mail configuration platform may be implemented in various forms, for example, a cloud service platform, a mail configuration page, a client loaded with a mail configuration system, and a hardware terminal with a mail configuration function. In any form, the mail configuration platform can generate a mail configuration file according to configuration information input by a user, so as to provide corresponding mail configuration service for the user.
Corresponding to the different types of mail configuration platforms described above, the device for implementing the data feedback method shown in fig. 1 described above is adaptively implemented as different types of execution bodies. For example, it is assumed that the mail configuration platform is a cloud service platform, in which case the execution subject may be a server or a server cluster on which the cloud service platform is mounted. For another example, it is assumed that the mail configuration platform is a client loaded with a mail configuration system, in which case the execution body may be a terminal device loaded with the mail configuration system.
The following describes the execution process of the data feedback method provided by the embodiment of the invention.
Firstly, in 101, configuration information fed back by a first user side in a mail configuration platform is received.
Specifically, in some alternative embodiments, the user inputs configuration information in the mail configuration platform through the first user side, that is, the terminal device of the user side or the client mounted in the terminal device. For example, configuration information is input through various page controls, such as buttons, sliders, input fields, etc. associated with various parameters.
It is understood that the "first" is only used to distinguish from the "second" user terminal described below, and does not have a limited user terminal name. In fact, in some application scenarios, the first ue and the second ue may be the same ue, for example, when the user inputs configuration information according to own service requirement, the data feedback mail is also required to be sent to the second ue.
Further, after receiving the configuration information, a mail configuration file is generated 102 according to the configuration information, wherein the mail configuration file includes a data presentation style and a data feedback rule. For example, the mail configuration file may be implemented as an extensible markup language (Extensible Markup Language, XML) configuration file. Alternatively, because XML configuration files have escape problems, the can be used! [ CDATA [ SQL statement ] ] ] is used for the data feedback configuration statement.
In practical application, mail types are different according to different data display styles. Mail types include, for example, visualization mail, pre-alarm mail, and data form mail. Taking the order quantity change trend display mail shown in fig. 2 as an example, the order quantity change trend display mail belongs to a visual mail, and the order quantity change trend display mail comprises various data change trend curves (such as a submitted ticket number change trend, an audit passing ticket number change trend, a clue number change trend, an offer number change trend and the like) and related explanatory words, such as comparison data, data types, data identifications and mail topics. Taking the data monitoring daily mail shown in fig. 3 as an example, the data monitoring daily mail belongs to a data table mail, and the data monitoring daily mail comprises various daily texts and related daily data tables, wherein the daily data tables comprise numbers, places, monitoring data and table subjects.
In fact, in an example, the parameter configuration may be performed through an XML configuration file based on the configuration information fed back in the mail configuration platform through codes such as mail header, tag text (text), header in tag report (tile), and date parameter when SQL supports the runtime. The configuration codes of the XML configuration file are specifically as follows:
sql, if not added, will automatically default to limit 1000. When sql needs to return a dataset greater than 1000, please add limit line numbers by itself. (as little as 2w rows)
Index interpretation:
service order quantity: service date is the amount of orders dispatched and completed on the same day
</text>
</mail>
Thus, the configuration of the XML configuration file can be realized through the codes.
Further, 103, data to be fed back is obtained from the data warehouse according to the data feedback rule.
In the above steps, in an alternative embodiment, the data feedback rule is assumed to include pre-warning conditions of each dimension data. Based on this, 103, obtaining the data to be fed back from the data warehouse according to the data feedback rule may be specifically implemented as:
judging whether each dimension data in the data warehouse meets the corresponding early warning condition; and if any one of the dimension data meets the corresponding early warning condition, extracting the data meeting the early warning condition from the data warehouse as the data to be fed back.
For example, whether each dimension data in the data warehouse meets the corresponding pre-warning condition is judged one by one. For example, assume that the pre-warning condition corresponding to the type to which the data a belongs is: the variation of the data a reaches the early warning threshold. Based on the above, if it is determined that the variation of the data a reaches the early warning threshold, the data a satisfying the early warning condition is extracted from the data warehouse as the data to be fed back.
In practical application, the early warning condition can be set according to practical situations, so as to monitor the monitoring data focused by the service party in the data warehouse, which is not limited herein.
104, analyzing the mail configuration file by a mail analyzer to obtain a mail task corresponding to the mail configuration file, and executing a sending operation of the data feedback mail set in the mail task.
Specifically, in an alternative implementation, the mail configuration file is parsed by the mail parser, a mail task corresponding to the mail configuration file is generated, and the mail task is sent to the mailbox server. Thus, the mailbox server is caused to execute the sending operation of the data feedback mail set in the mail task so as to generate the data feedback mail containing the data to be fed back.
The mail parser is constructed by adopting a strategy mode and/or an abstract factory mode so as to improve the flexibility of mail configuration. Optionally, the abstract factory mode is used for constructing corresponding mail resolvers based on non-universal mail configuration of each type of mail in the mail configuration file, and constructing mail tasks of each corresponding type of mail through different mail resolvers. In brief, non-generic mail configuration logic in a mail parser may be created by abstracting factory patterns to avoid excessive conditional decisions. Optionally, the policy schema is used to extract common logic from the mail configuration file to build a process flow for generic mail configuration in the mail parser.
In an alternative embodiment, the basic functionality in the mail task may be implemented through a generic mail configuration. In practice, common mail configurations include, but are not limited to: constructing a mail subject, constructing a mail text cover part, filtering invalid recipient addresses and global abnormal alarm notification. The mail tasks corresponding to the various mail types can share the common mail configuration, so that the resolvers corresponding to the various mail types can be configured with the common mail configuration logic.
In order to realize flexible configuration of customized contents in various mail types, in mail tasks corresponding to various mail types, according to different mail types, non-general mail configurations are also different. If the mail belongs to the type of visual mail or early warning mail, the non-universal mail configuration includes but is not limited to: querying a data warehouse, parsing the visual data image, checking for abnormal data information, constructing a visual mail body text, or a combination thereof. If the mail belongs to the type of the data form mail, the non-universal mail configuration includes, but is not limited to: querying a data warehouse, constructing a preset type mail attachment, and one or a combination of preset type mail texts.
Based on the mail parser described above, the mail tasks involved in the steps described above include: and constructing a data feedback mail containing the data to be fed back, and sending the data feedback mail to the second user side. Optionally, a data source scheduling task may also be generated according to the data feedback rule, where the data source scheduling task is used to execute a process of acquiring the data to be fed back from the data warehouse.
Indeed, to facilitate improved mail configuration and generation efficiency, the dependency of the data source scheduling task on the mail task may also be established through the python task. Thus, the tasks are linearly concatenated from the underlying data warehouse to the upper mail to provide the user with the monitoring data intended by the user via data feedback mail.
In the data feedback method provided by the embodiment, the flexible configuration for different types of mails can be realized through the configuration information fed back in the mail configuration platform.
