Taking a service data monitoring scene as an example, the applicant finds that currently, when a data monitoring result is fed back, forms such as a mail, an instant messaging software message, a short message and the like are generally adopted. Taking the e-mail as an example, different types of e-mails need to be customized and developed for different monitoring requirements so as to feed back relevant data. For example, customized development mail styles, and forms of data feedback in mail, such as data report forms, data trend charts, and the like. However, the customized development scheme needs to be developed again for each type of mail, so that the realization period is long, the monitoring requirement is difficult to adapt to change, and the monitoring efficiency of the service data is influenced.
Therefore, how to adapt to different monitoring requirements and improve the service data feedback efficiency becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently.
In order to solve the above technical problems, embodiments of the present invention provide a data feedback method, apparatus, device, and medium, so as to adapt to different monitoring requirements and improve service data feedback efficiency. The basic idea of the data feedback scheme is specifically as follows:
in the data feedback scheme, configuration information fed back by the first user side in the mail configuration platform is received, so that a mail configuration file is generated according to the configuration information, and the mail configuration file comprises a data display style and a data feedback rule. Acquiring data to be fed back from a data warehouse according to a data feedback rule; and analyzing the mail configuration file through a mail analyzer to obtain a mail task corresponding to the mail configuration file, and executing the sending operation of the data feedback mail set in the mail task. The data feedback mail comprises data to be fed back, and the display style of the data to be fed back in the data feedback mail is consistent with the data display style indicated by the mail configuration file.
Therefore, flexible configuration for different types of mails can be realized through the configuration information fed back in the mail configuration platform. Furthermore, the mail configuration file is analyzed through the mail analyzer, and the customized data feedback based on different types of mails can be realized by combining the data to be fed back acquired from the data warehouse, so that the data feedback mails can adapt to different data monitoring requirements, the mail configuration steps are greatly simplified, the flexible configuration of a data feedback mode is facilitated, the working efficiency is improved in an auxiliary mode, and the service data feedback efficiency is improved.
Having described the basic concepts of the data feedback scheme, various non-limiting embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below.
The implementation of the data feedback scheme is described below with reference to the following embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a data feedback method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the data feedback method includes:
101. receiving configuration information fed back by a first user end in a mail configuration platform;
102. generating a mail configuration file according to the configuration information, wherein the mail configuration file comprises a data display style and a data feedback rule;
103. acquiring data to be fed back from a data warehouse according to a data feedback rule;
104. and analyzing the mail configuration file through a mail analyzer to obtain a mail task corresponding to the mail configuration file, and executing the sending operation of the data feedback mail set in the mail task.
The data feedback mail involved in the above steps includes data to be fed back. And the display style of the data to be fed back in the data feedback mail is consistent with the data display style indicated by the mail configuration file.
In the above steps, flexible configuration for different types of mails can be realized through configuration information fed back in the mail configuration platform.
In practical application, the mail configuration platform may be implemented in various forms, for example, a cloud service platform, a mail configuration page, a client loaded with a mail configuration system, and a hardware terminal having a mail configuration function. In any form, the mail configuration platform can generate a mail configuration file through configuration information input by a user, so that a corresponding mail configuration service is provided for the user.
The apparatus for implementing the data feedback method shown in fig. 1 described above is adaptively implemented as different types of execution bodies corresponding to the different types of mail configuration platforms described above. For example, assuming that the mail configuration platform is a cloud service platform, in this case, the execution subject may be a server or a server cluster on which the cloud service platform is installed. For another example, assuming that the mail configuration platform is a client loaded with a mail configuration system, in this case, the execution body may be a terminal device loaded with the mail configuration system.
The following is a continuous description of the implementation of the data feedback method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
First, in 101, configuration information fed back by a first user in a mail configuration platform is received.
Specifically, in some optional embodiments, the user inputs configuration information in the mail configuration platform through a first user end, where the first user end is a terminal device on the user side or a client installed in the terminal device. For example, the configuration information is input through various page controls, such as buttons, sliders, input fields, and the like associated with various parameters.
It is understood that the "first" is used only for distinguishing from the "second" user terminal described below, and does not have a name for limiting the user terminal. In fact, in some application scenarios, the first user end and the second user end may be the same user end, for example, when the user inputs configuration information according to the service requirement of the user, the data feedback mail also needs to be sent to the second user end.
Further, after receiving the configuration information, in 102, a mail configuration file is generated according to the configuration information, and the mail configuration file includes a data presentation style and a data feedback rule. For example, the mail configuration file may be implemented as an Extensible Markup Language (XML) configuration file. Alternatively, because XML configuration files present an escape problem, <! [ CDATA [ SQL statement ] ] > is used for the data feedback configuration statement.
In practical application, the mail types are different according to different data display styles. Mail types include, for example, visual mail, pre-alert mail, data table mail. Taking the order quantity change trend showing mail shown in fig. 2 as an example, the order quantity change trend showing mail belongs to a visual mail, and the order quantity change trend showing mail includes various data change trend curves (such as a submitted signnumber change trend, a checked signnumber change trend, a thread number change trend, an offer number change trend and the like) and related explanatory words, such as comparison data, data types, data identifications and mail topics. Taking the data monitoring daily mail shown in fig. 3 as an example, the data monitoring daily mail belongs to a data table mail, the data monitoring daily mail includes various daily texts and related daily data tables, and the daily data tables include numbers, places, monitoring data and table subjects.
In fact, in an example, the parameter configuration may be performed through an XML configuration file based on the configuration information fed back in the mail configuration platform by the following codes, where the parameter is, for example, a mail title, a tag text (text), a title in a tag report (tile), and a date parameter of the SQL-supported runtime. The configuration code of the XML configuration file is specifically as follows:
Figure BDA0002927413410000071
if the sql is not added with the limit, the limit 1000 is automatically defaulted. When sql requires returning a data set greater than 1000, please add the limit row number by itself. (not more than 2w rows as much as possible)
Figure BDA0002927413410000081
And (3) index interpretation:
amount of service order: the service date is the amount of orders dispatched and orders completed on the same day
</text>
</mail>
Thus, the configuration of the XML configuration file can be realized through the codes.
Furthermore, in 103, data to be fed back is obtained from the data warehouse according to the data feedback rule.
In the above step, in an optional embodiment, it is assumed that the data feedback rule includes an early warning condition for each dimension data. Based on this, the data to be fed back is acquired from the data warehouse according to the data feedback rule in 103, which can be specifically realized as follows:
judging whether each dimension data in the data warehouse meets the corresponding early warning condition; and if any dimension data is judged to meet the corresponding early warning condition, extracting the data meeting the early warning condition from the data warehouse as the data to be fed back.
For example, whether each dimension data in the data warehouse meets the corresponding early warning condition is judged one by one. For example, assume that the type of the data a corresponds to the following warning conditions: the variation of the data a reaches an early warning threshold. Based on this, if the variable quantity of the data a is judged to reach the early warning threshold value, the data a meeting the early warning condition is extracted from the data warehouse and serves as the data to be fed back.
In practical application, the early warning condition may be set according to an actual situation, so as to monitor monitoring data that is mainly concerned by a business party in the data warehouse, which is not limited herein.
And 104, analyzing the mail configuration file through a mail analyzer to obtain a mail task corresponding to the mail configuration file, and executing the sending operation of the data feedback mail set in the mail task.
Specifically, in an optional implementation, the mail parser parses the mail configuration file, generates a mail task corresponding to the mail configuration file, and sends the mail task to the mailbox server. Therefore, the mailbox server is prompted to execute the sending operation of the data feedback mail set in the mail task so as to generate the data feedback mail containing the data to be fed back.
The mail parser is constructed by adopting a strategy mode and/or an abstract factory mode so as to improve the flexibility of mail configuration. Optionally, the abstract factory pattern is used for constructing corresponding mail resolvers based on the non-generic mail configuration of each type of mail in the mail configuration file, and constructing mail tasks of respective corresponding types of mails through different mail resolvers. Briefly, non-generic mail configuration logic in a mail parser may be created by abstracting a factory schema to avoid excessive conditional decisions. Optionally, the policy schema is used to extract common logic from the mail configuration file to construct a processing flow for the generic mail configuration in the mail parser.
In an alternative embodiment, the basic functions in the mail task may be implemented through a generic mail configuration. In practice, common mail configurations include, but are not limited to: constructing a mail subject, constructing a mail body conversation part, filtering an invalid recipient address and notifying a global abnormal alarm. The mail tasks corresponding to various mail types can share the general mail configuration, so the parsers corresponding to various mail types can be configured with the general mail configuration logic.
In order to realize flexible configuration of customized contents in various mail types, non-general mail configuration is different according to different mail types in mail tasks corresponding to the various mail types. If the mail belongs to the type of visual mail or early warning mail, the non-generic mail configuration includes but is not limited to: querying a data warehouse, parsing a visual data image, checking for anomalous data information, constructing a visual mail body, or a combination thereof. If the mail belongs to the type of data table mail, the non-generic mail configuration includes but is not limited to: querying a data repository, constructing a preset type mail attachment, a preset type mail body, or a combination thereof.
Based on the mail parser introduced above, the mail tasks involved in the above steps include: and constructing a data feedback mail containing the data to be fed back, and sending the data feedback mail to the second user side. Optionally, a data source scheduling task may be generated according to the data feedback rule, and the data source scheduling task is used to execute a process of acquiring data to be fed back from the data warehouse.
Actually, in order to improve the mail configuration and generation efficiency, the dependency of the data source scheduling task on the mail task can be established through the python task. Thus, a linear concatenation is made from the underlying data warehouse to the upper mail task to provide the user with the monitoring data that the user intended to obtain via data feedback mail.
In the data feedback method provided in the above embodiment, flexible configuration for different types of mails can be realized through configuration information fed back in the mail configuration platform.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a data feedback apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the data feedback device includes a transceiver module 11 and a processing module 12, wherein

the data feedback mail comprises data to be fed back, and the display style of the data to be fed back in the data feedback mail is consistent with the data display style indicated by the mail configuration file.
Optionally, the data feedback apparatus further includes a verification module, specifically configured to:
before the obtaining module 11 obtains the query condition from the query request, user identity information shared by a plurality of service systems is obtained from the query request, and the user identity information is verified to execute the query request of the verified user.
Optionally, the mail parser is built using a policy schema and/or an abstract factory schema.
The abstract factory mode is used for constructing corresponding mail resolvers for the non-universal mail configuration of various types of mails in the mail configuration file, and constructing mail tasks of the respective corresponding types of mails through different mail resolvers. And/or the strategy mode is used for extracting the common logic from the mail configuration file so as to construct the processing flow of the general mail configuration in the mail resolver.
Optionally, the general mail configuration includes one or a combination of constructing a mail subject, constructing a mail body conversation part, filtering an invalid recipient address and notifying a global abnormal alarm.
Optionally, if the type of the email belongs to the visual email or the early warning email, the non-general email configuration includes one or a combination of querying a data warehouse, analyzing a visual data image, checking abnormal data information, and constructing a visual email body.
If the mail belongs to the type of data table mail, the non-general mail configuration comprises one or a combination of querying a data warehouse, constructing a preset type mail attachment and a preset type mail body.
Optionally, the data feedback rule includes an early warning condition for each dimension data.
Based on this, when the processing module 12 acquires the data to be fed back from the data warehouse according to the data feedback rule, the processing module is specifically configured to:
judging whether each dimension data in the data warehouse meets the corresponding early warning condition; and if any dimension data is judged to meet the corresponding early warning condition, extracting the data meeting the early warning condition from the data warehouse as the data to be fed back.
Optionally, the mail task includes constructing a data feedback mail containing data to be fed back, and sending the data feedback mail to the second user side.
Wherein, optionally, the processing module 12 is further configured to: and generating a data source scheduling task according to the data feedback rule, wherein the data source scheduling task is used for executing a process of acquiring data to be fed back from a data warehouse.
Optionally, the dependency of the data source scheduling task on the mail task is established through the python task.
In the data feedback device provided in the above embodiment, the data feedback e-mail is not only adapted to different data monitoring requirements, but also the e-mail configuration steps are greatly simplified, thereby facilitating flexible configuration of the data feedback mode, assisting in improving the working efficiency and improving the service data feedback efficiency.
