Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method for splitting a conference group according to an embodiment of the present application, which includes step S11 and step S12. In step S11, in response to the splitting request for the first conference group, the network device determines, according to the tag information corresponding to the multiple users in the first conference group, multiple second conference groups into which the first conference group is to be split and at least one user of the multiple users corresponding to each second conference group, where, for each second conference group, each user in the second conference group corresponds to only the second conference group; in step S12, the network device creates a plurality of second conference groups, and for each second conference group, joins at least one user corresponding to the second conference group into the second conference group.
In step S11, in response to the splitting request for the first conference group, the network device determines, according to the tag information corresponding to the multiple users in the first conference group, multiple second conference groups into which the first conference group is to be split and at least one user of the multiple users corresponding to each second conference group, where, for each second conference group, each user in the second conference group corresponds to only the second conference group. In some embodiments, the conference group includes, but is not limited to, a multi-person online audio conference group, a multi-person online video conference group, and a multi-person online audio video conference group. In some embodiments, the split request for the first conference group may be initiated by a particular user (e.g., creator or initiator) in the first conference group, and may also be initiated by any one of the users in the first conference group. In some embodiments, if the split request is initiated by a specific user in the first conference group, the split operation may be performed directly, or the split request may be sent to all users in the first conference group, each user may separately confirm whether to approve the split (the timeout is not confirmed and may be regarded as default approval or default rejection of the split), and the split operation may be performed only if a predetermined number or a predetermined proportion of users confirm that the split is approved. In some embodiments, if the split request is initiated by any one user in the first conference group, the split request may be first sent to a specific user in the first conference group, the specific user confirms whether the split is granted, and the split operation is performed only if the specific user confirms that the split is granted, or the split request may be first sent to all other users in the first conference group, each user confirms whether the split is granted, and the split operation is performed only if a predetermined number or a predetermined proportion of the users confirm that the split is granted. In some embodiments, the first conference group is merged from a plurality of second conference groups, the tag information corresponding to each user in the first conference group is identification information (e.g., a conference group name, a conference group ID, a link address of the conference group, etc.) of the second conference group in which the user is located before merging, and in response to the splitting request for the first conference group, the first conference group is split into the plurality of second conference groups, and the user corresponding to each second conference group is the user in the second conference group before merging. In some embodiments, the tag information corresponding to each user in the first conference group may be set for the user by a particular user (e.g., creator or originator) in the first conference group, or set for the user himself or herself. In some embodiments, the tag information corresponding to each user is automatically determined according to the personal user information (e.g., position information, department information of the company, etc.) of the user, or may also be automatically determined according to the audio input information of the user in the first conference group. In some embodiments, the same corresponding tag information or the corresponding tag information satisfies a predetermined similarity between at least one user corresponding to each second conference group. In some embodiments, for a user in the first conference group, the user can only be assigned to one of the plurality of second conference groups, but not to the plurality of second conference groups at the same time. In some embodiments, a user in the first conference group may not be assigned to any of the second conference groups, the user may remain in the first conference group, or the user may be removed from the first conference group following deletion of the first conference group.
In step S12, the network device creates a plurality of second conference groups, and for each second conference group, joins at least one user corresponding to the second conference group into the second conference group. In some embodiments, for each of the plurality of second conference groups, the second conference group is newly created, and at least one user corresponding to the second conference group is added to the second conference group. In some embodiments, after the splitting operation is performed, the first conference group is deleted directly, and the remaining users in the first conference group that are not allocated to any of the second conference groups are removed from the first conference group. In some embodiments, after the splitting operation is performed, it is determined whether there are remaining users in the first conference group that are not allocated to any of the second conference groups, and if not, the first conference group is directly deleted, otherwise, the first conference group is not deleted.
According to the method and the device, the splitting request for the first conference group can be responded, the first conference group is split into the second conference groups according to the label information corresponding to the users in the first conference group, each second conference group comprises at least one user in the users, therefore, when the users have the real-time splitting requirement for the conference groups, the automatic splitting of the conference groups can be rapidly realized to meet the user requirement, the users do not need to manually split, and great convenience can be provided for the users.
In some embodiments, if the first conference group is obtained by merging the plurality of second conference groups, the tag information corresponding to each user is identification information of the second conference group in which the user is located before merging, and at least one user corresponding to each second conference group is a user in the second conference group before merging. In some embodiments, for a new user who joins the first conference group after merging, the new user may be randomly allocated to one of the second conference groups, or the new user may be allocated to a second conference group with a larger number of people, or the new user may be allocated to a second conference group with a larger number of friends including the new user, or the new user may be allocated to a second conference group with a larger number of users including the same information about the department of the company where the new user corresponds to the new user.
In some embodiments, the tag information corresponding to each user is set for the user by a specific user in the first conference group or set by the user himself. In some embodiments, the particular user in the first conference group may be the creator or originator of the first conference group. In some embodiments, a specific user in the first conference group may directly set the tag information corresponding to the specific user for a certain user, or the specific user may be considered as successful setting after the specific user sets the tag information corresponding to the specific user for a certain user and the user confirms that the tag information passes, or the specific user may be considered as successful setting after the specific user confirms that the tag information satisfies a predetermined number or a predetermined proportion in the first conference group. In some embodiments, each user may set the corresponding tag information by himself, or after the tag information is set for himself, the setting is considered to be successful only after the specific user in the first conference group passes the confirmation, or the setting is considered to be successful only after the user in the first conference group that meets the predetermined number or the predetermined ratio passes the confirmation.
In some embodiments, the tag information corresponding to each user is determined based on the user's personal user information. In some embodiments, the personal user information for each user includes, but is not limited to, job title information, department of the company information, gender information, region information, age information, etc. of the user.
