Claims (18)

1. A method of replacing a live shopping, comprising:
receiving a payment transaction request sent by a merchant terminal, wherein the payment transaction request comprises order information, a shopping site photo and a payment identifier; wherein, the payment identification is obtained by applying for payment in advance by a payment client;
determining a mobile phone number and a payment account number corresponding to the payment identification according to the payment identification, and generating verification information and payment information according to the shopping site photo and the order information;
sending payment request information to a mobile terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number, wherein the payment request information comprises the verification information and the payment information;
if the payment-replacing confirmation information is received and the verification confirmation information included in the payment-replacing confirmation information is matched with the verification information, performing order payment processing according to the order information and the payment account number to complete payment-replacing transaction; wherein the payment confirmation information is returned by the mobile terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining, from the payment identifier, a cell phone number and a payment account number corresponding to the payment identifier comprises:
if the payment identifier belongs to an acquirer, obtaining a first generation payment inquiry result by local inquiry, wherein the first generation payment inquiry result comprises a mobile phone number and a payment account number corresponding to the payment identifier.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining, from the payment identifier, a cell phone number and a payment account number corresponding to the payment identifier comprises:
if the payment identification does not belong to the acquirer, sending a payment substitute inquiry request to a third party server; wherein the payment inquiry request includes the payment identification;
and receiving a second generation payment query result returned by the third party server, wherein the second generation payment query result comprises a mobile phone number corresponding to the payment identifier, a payment account number and an account opening row of the payment account number.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the first generation query result or the second generation query result further comprises a payment operation range corresponding to the payment identifier; accordingly, the method further comprises:
Inquiring and obtaining the business scope of the merchant corresponding to the merchant identification according to the merchant identification included in the order information;
and if judging that the business scope of the merchant corresponding to the merchant identifier exceeds the payment business scope corresponding to the payment identifier, terminating the payment transaction corresponding to the payment transaction request.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating verification information from the shopping site photograph and the order information comprises:
generating a graphic verification code according to the order information and a preset password generation algorithm;
and taking the shopping site photo as a picture background, and taking the order information and the graphic verification as picture contents to generate a verification picture.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the sending payment request information to the mobile terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number comprises:
if the payment identification belongs to an acquirer, the verification picture is carried in the payment request information and is sent to the mobile terminal in a multimedia message mode, and payment interface information is pushed to the mobile terminal through a mobile phone banking channel, wherein the payment interface information comprises the shopping site photo and the order information.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the sending payment request information to the mobile terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number comprises:
if the payment identifier does not belong to an acquirer, the verification picture is carried in the substitute payment request information through a server of an account opening party of the payment account, the verification picture is sent to the mobile terminal in a multimedia message mode, and payment interface information is pushed to the mobile terminal from a mobile phone banking channel through the server of the account opening party of the payment account, wherein the payment interface information comprises the shopping site picture and the order information.
8. An acquirer server, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a payment transaction request sent by the merchant terminal, wherein the payment transaction request comprises order information, a shopping site photo and a payment identifier; wherein, the payment identification is obtained by applying for payment in advance by a payment client;
the determining unit is used for determining a mobile phone number and a payment account number corresponding to the payment identification according to the payment identification, and generating verification information and payment information according to the shopping site photo and the order information;
the sending unit is used for sending payment request information to the mobile terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number, wherein the payment request information comprises the verification information and the payment information;
The payment processing unit is used for carrying out order payment processing according to the order information and the payment account number to complete payment transaction after receiving payment confirmation information, wherein the payment confirmation information comprises verification confirmation information matched with the verification information; wherein the payment confirmation information is returned by the mobile terminal.

if the payment identifier belongs to an acquirer, obtaining a first generation payment inquiry result by local inquiry, wherein the first generation payment inquiry result comprises a mobile phone number and a payment account number corresponding to the payment identifier.

the receiving subunit is configured to receive a second-generation payment query result returned by the third-party server, where the second-generation payment query result includes a mobile phone number corresponding to the payment identifier, a payment account number, and an account opening row of the payment account number.
11. The acquirer server of claim 10, wherein the first generation payment query result or the second generation payment query result further comprises a payment operation range corresponding to the payment identifier; correspondingly, the acquirer server further comprises:
the inquiry unit is used for inquiring and obtaining the business scope of the merchant corresponding to the merchant identifier according to the merchant identifier included in the order information;
and the termination unit is used for terminating the payment transaction corresponding to the payment transaction request if the business scope of the merchant corresponding to the merchant identifier exceeds the payment business scope corresponding to the payment identifier.

the mobile terminal is in wireless communication connection with the payment-instead-of-customer account opening server, and the acquirer server, the payment-instead-of-customer account opening server and the third party server are connected through a financial clearing network.
