determining a mobile phone number and a payment account corresponding to the payment identifier according to the payment identifier, and generating verification information and payment information according to the shopping site picture and the order information;
sending payment withholding request information to a mobile terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number, wherein the payment withholding request information comprises the verification information and the payment information;
if the order payment generation confirmation information is received and the verification confirmation information included in the order payment generation confirmation information is matched with the verification information, performing order payment processing according to the order information and the payment account number to complete the order payment transaction; wherein the payment withholding confirmation information is returned by the mobile terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the mobile phone number and the payment account number corresponding to the payment identifier according to the payment identifier comprises:
and if the payment identifier belongs to an acquirer, locally inquiring to obtain a first generation payment inquiry result, wherein the first generation payment inquiry result comprises a mobile phone number and a payment account number corresponding to the payment identifier.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining the mobile phone number and the payment account number corresponding to the payment identifier according to the payment identifier comprises:
if the payment identifier does not belong to the acquirer, sending a payment withholding inquiry request to a third-party server; wherein the payment agent inquiry request comprises the payment identifier;
and receiving a second-generation payment inquiry result returned by the third-party server, wherein the second-generation payment inquiry result comprises a mobile phone number corresponding to the payment identifier, a payment account and an account opening bank of the payment account.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the first generation payment inquiry result or the second generation payment inquiry result further comprises a payment scope corresponding to the payment identifier; accordingly, the method further comprises:
inquiring and acquiring the operation range of the merchant corresponding to the merchant identifier according to the merchant identifier included in the order information;
and if the operation range of the merchant corresponding to the merchant identification is judged and obtained to exceed the payment operation range corresponding to the payment identification, terminating the payment-instead transaction corresponding to the payment-instead transaction request.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein generating validation information from the shopping venue photograph and the order information comprises:
generating a graphic verification code according to the order information and a preset password generation algorithm;
and taking the shopping site photo as a picture background, and taking the order information and the graphic verification as picture content to generate a verification picture.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the sending the payment withholding request message to the mobile terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number comprises:
and if the payment identifier belongs to an acquirer, carrying the verification picture in the payment withholding request information, sending the verification picture to the mobile terminal in a multimedia message mode, and pushing payment interface information to the mobile terminal through a mobile banking channel, wherein the payment interface information comprises the shopping site picture and the order information.

if the payment identifier does not belong to the acquirer, the verification picture is carried in the payment withholding request information by a server of an issuer of the payment account and is sent to the mobile terminal in a multimedia message mode, and payment interface information is pushed to the mobile terminal from a mobile banking channel by the server of the issuer of the payment account, wherein the payment interface information comprises the shopping site picture and the order information.
8. An acquirer server, comprising:

the payment withholding processing unit is used for carrying out order payment processing according to the order information and the payment account number to complete payment withholding transaction after receiving payment withholding confirmation information and verification confirmation information included in the payment withholding confirmation information is matched with the verification information; wherein the payment withholding confirmation information is returned by the mobile terminal.
9. The acquirer server of claim 8, wherein the determining unit is specifically configured to:
and if the payment identifier belongs to an acquirer, locally inquiring to obtain a first generation payment inquiry result, wherein the first generation payment inquiry result comprises a mobile phone number and a payment account number corresponding to the payment identifier.
