It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
In one typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer-readable medium, random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of computer-readable media.
Computer readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of storage media for a computer include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), static Random Access Memory (SRAM), dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), read Only Memory (ROM), electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium, which can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. Computer-readable media, as defined herein, does not include transitory computer-readable media (transmission media), such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article or apparatus that comprises an element.

Claims (9)

1. A home service acquisition method, comprising:
responding to the operation of collecting service code information by a user, and obtaining information of household personnel associated with the service code;
inquiring a plurality of interesting services which can provide services of the same type as the housekeeping staff and are similar to the services which can be provided by the housekeeping staff and information of other housekeeping staff which can provide the interesting services according to the information of the housekeeping staff, and displaying the information of the housekeeping staff, the information of the other housekeeping staff, the services of the same type as the services which can be provided by the housekeeping staff and the interesting services to the user;
if the user is provided with the household service before the household personnel associated with the service code and the user requests to reuse the household personnel to provide the same or similar service, generating a service request for the user to specify the household personnel to provide the target service; the target service is at least one service of a plurality of interesting services which can provide the same service type for the household staff and is similar to the service type provided by the household staff;
receiving a service request sent by the user to a target service, and assigning an order corresponding to the target service to the household personnel according to the service request and the information of the household personnel under the condition that the household personnel are judged to be in accordance with the condition of providing the target service.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the service request includes an identifier, a service location, and a service time corresponding to the target service; information of the household personnel, including: the head portrait, name, serviceable type, service scope, and serviceable time of the household personnel.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising at least one of the following:
judging whether the type of the target service is consistent with the type of the service which can be provided by the household staff;
judging whether the service location in the service request is within the service range of the household personnel;
judging whether the service time in the service request is within the serviceable time of the household personnel;
and if the at least one judging operation results are yes, determining that the household personnel accord with the condition for providing the target service.
4. A method according to claim 3, further comprising:
under the condition that any judging condition is not met, prompt information is sent to the user so as to prompt the user to select other household personnel to provide the target service for the user;
and assigning orders corresponding to the target service to other household personnel when responding to the operation of selecting the other household personnel by the user.
5. A method according to claim 3, further comprising:
under the condition that all judging conditions are met, displaying the function of giving up the home personnel to provide the target service for the user; and
and assigning orders corresponding to the target service to other housekeeping staff in response to the user giving up the operation of the housekeeping staff and selecting other housekeeping staff capable of providing the target service.
6. The method of any one of claims 1-5, further comprising:
the service code is a two-dimensional code or bar code associated with the household personnel, so that the user can enter a service list display page by scanning the service code.
7. A home server, comprising: a processor and a memory storing a computer program;
the processor is configured to execute the computer program for:
responding to the operation of collecting service code information by a user, and obtaining information of household personnel associated with the service code;
inquiring a plurality of interesting services which can provide services of the same type as the housekeeping staff and are similar to the services which can be provided by the housekeeping staff and information of other housekeeping staff which can provide the interesting services according to the information of the housekeeping staff, and displaying the information of the housekeeping staff, the information of the other housekeeping staff, the services of the same type as the services which can be provided by the housekeeping staff and the interesting services to the user;
if the user is provided with the household service before the household personnel associated with the service code and the user requests to reuse the household personnel to provide the same or similar service, generating a service request for the user to specify the household personnel to provide the target service; the target service is at least one service of a plurality of interesting services which can provide the same service type for the household staff and is similar to the service type provided by the household staff;
receiving a service request sent by the user to a target service, and assigning an order corresponding to the target service to the household personnel according to the service request and the information of the household personnel under the condition that the household personnel are judged to be in accordance with the condition of providing the target service.
8. The server of claim 7, wherein the processor is further configured to:
and under the condition that the housekeeping staff does not meet the condition of providing the target service, responding to the operation of selecting the other housekeeping staff by the user, and assigning orders corresponding to the target service to the other housekeeping staff.
9. A computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1-6.
