In an alternative embodiment, the service code is a two-dimensional code or barcode associated with the housekeeping staff for the user to enter the service list presentation page by scanning the service code.
As shown in fig. 3, the home agent server further includes: communication components 33 and power components 34, among other components. Only some of the components are schematically shown in fig. 3, and it is not meant that the home server includes only the components shown in fig. 3.
Accordingly, the present application further provides a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, where the computer program is capable of implementing the steps that can be executed by the home server in the foregoing method embodiments when executed.
The communication component of fig. 3 described above is configured to facilitate communication between the device in which the communication component is located and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device where the communication component is located can access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as a WiFi, a 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G and other mobile communication networks, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component may further include a Near Field Communication (NFC) module, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and the like.
The power supply assembly of fig. 3 described above provides power to the various components of the device in which the power supply assembly is located. The power components may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device in which the power component is located.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present application is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the application. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in the process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.

Claims (11)

1. A method for acquiring household services, comprising:
responding to the operation of collecting service code information by a user, and acquiring information of housekeeping personnel associated with the service code;
inquiring a plurality of services which have the same and similar service types as the housekeeping personnel and can be provided by the housekeeping personnel according to the information of the housekeeping personnel, and displaying the information of the housekeeping personnel and the plurality of services to the user;
and receiving a service request sent by the user to a target service, and assigning an order corresponding to the target service to the housekeeping personnel according to the service request and the information of the housekeeping personnel under the condition that the housekeeping personnel are judged to be in accordance with the condition of providing the target service.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the service request includes an identifier, a service location, and a service time corresponding to the target service; the information of the housekeeping staff comprises: the family member's avatar, name, serviceable type, service scope, and serviceable time.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising at least one of the following:
judging whether the type of the target service is consistent with the service types available by the housekeeping staff;
judging whether the service place in the service request is within the service range of the housekeeping staff or not;
judging whether the service time in the service request is within the serviceable time of the housekeeping staff;
and if the result of the at least one judgment operation is yes, determining that the housekeeping personnel meet the target service providing condition.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and inquiring information of other housekeeping personnel capable of providing the services, and displaying the information of the other housekeeping personnel to the user.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
under the condition that any judgment condition is not satisfied, sending prompt information to the user to prompt the user to select other housekeeping personnel to provide the target service for the user;
and when responding to the operation that the user selects other household personnel, assigning orders corresponding to the target services to the other household personnel.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
under the condition that all judgment conditions are met, displaying a function of giving up the housekeeping staff to provide the target service for the user to the user; and
and responding to the operation that the user abandons the operation of the housekeeping personnel and selects other housekeeping personnel capable of providing the target service, and assigning the order corresponding to the target service to the other housekeeping personnel.
7. The method of any one of claims 1-6, further comprising:
the service code is a two-dimensional code or a bar code associated with the housekeeping staff, so that the user can enter a service list display page by scanning the service code.
8. An housekeeping server, comprising: a processor and a memory storing a computer program;
the processor to execute the computer program to:
responding to the operation of collecting service code information by a user, and acquiring information of housekeeping personnel associated with the service code;
inquiring a plurality of services which have the same and similar service types as the housekeeping personnel and can be provided by the housekeeping personnel according to the information of the housekeeping personnel, and displaying the information of the housekeeping personnel and the plurality of services to the user;
and receiving a service request sent by the user to a target service, and assigning an order corresponding to the target service to the housekeeping personnel according to the service request and the information of the housekeeping personnel under the condition that the housekeeping personnel are judged to be in accordance with the condition of providing the target service.
9. The server of claim 7, wherein the processor is further configured to:
and inquiring information of other housekeeping personnel capable of providing the services, and displaying the information of the other housekeeping personnel to the user.
10. The server of claim 9, wherein the processor is further configured to:
and under the condition that the housekeeping personnel are judged not to be in accordance with the condition for providing the target service, responding to the operation of selecting other housekeeping personnel by the user, and assigning the order corresponding to the target service to the peculiar housekeeping personnel.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
