Video sharing method and system in network conference and readable storage medium
Technical Field
The embodiment of the application relates to the technical field of network conferences, in particular to a video sharing method and system in a network conference and a readable storage medium.
Background
The network conference system is a multimedia conference platform taking a network as a medium, breaks through the limitation of regions, enables personnel in different places to realize real-time conference communication through the Internet, and achieves the effect of face-to-face communication. The network conference system has a strong data sharing function, and can comprehensively meet various requirements of remote video conferences, data sharing, cooperative work, remote commerce, remote training, remote stock investment and the like, so that a new efficient and quick communication way is provided for users, the operation cost of a company is effectively reduced, and the operation efficiency of enterprises is improved.
In some network conferences, a speaker can share the desktop of the speaker, and the conference intercepts the desktop of the speaker through a certain frequency and then sends the desktop to a participant end through a server. In general, the image capturing frequency is generally 3-5 frames per second, which is enough for ordinary desktop sharing, but when the speaker opens the video file for sharing, the frame rate of the video needs to reach 24 frames per second to achieve the fluency of the video watching of the participant end. Therefore, in this case, the video file viewed by the participating end may have the problems of stutter, unsmooth and unclear, which results in poor user experience.
With the production of rich multimedia content and various finished course courseware, the requirement for explaining in combination with videos in a conference is more and more, and the video frame rate is seriously lost due to the fact that a host shares videos in a screen sharing mode, so that the conference quality is greatly influenced.

Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present application can be more clearly understood, the present application will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application, however, the present application may be practiced in other ways than those described herein, and therefore the scope of the present application is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
In a first aspect of the present application, a video sharing method in a web conference is provided, and it should be noted that the method is applied to a web conference system, where the web conference system includes a main speaking end, a service end, and a participating end, and the method is executed by the service end.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method for sharing video in a web conference according to a first embodiment of the present application, including:
s102, the server receives the video file sent by the main speaker;
s104, the server side uploads the video file to the CDN;
s106, after the server side obtains the playing instruction sent by the main speaking side, the server side sends the playing instruction to the participating side, so that the main speaking side and the participating side can conveniently and synchronously extract the video file from the CDN to play.
It should be noted that, the main speaker is a client used by the main speaker of the network conference, and when the main speaker needs to use the video file in the following conference process, the main speaker needs to upload the secondary video file to the server through the main speaker. It can be understood that if there are multiple video files, they can be uploaded together, and then the corresponding resources can be extracted according to the information of each video, which can be easily implemented by those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein again.
It should be noted that, after receiving the video file, the server uploads the video file to a CDN (Content Delivery Network). The CDN is an intelligent virtual network constructed on the basis of the existing network, and by means of edge servers deployed in various places and functional modules of load balancing, content distribution, scheduling and the like of a central platform, a user can obtain required content nearby, network congestion is reduced, and the access response speed and hit rate of the user are improved. The key technology of the CDN mainly includes content storage and delivery technology, so that the server sends the video file to the CDN for storage, so that the subsequent CDN delivers the video.
It should be noted that, after the conference starts, after the server obtains the play instruction of the video file sent by the main terminal, the server sends the play instruction to the participating terminals, and at this time, both the main terminal and the participating terminals have the play instruction, so that the main terminal and the participating terminals can extract the video file from the CDN according to the play instruction to play the video file.
It can be understood that, because the CDN has a basic principle of widely adopting various cache servers, the cache servers are distributed in a region or a network where user access is relatively concentrated, when a user accesses a website, the user access is directed to a cache server that is closest to the working cache server by using a global load technology, and the cache server directly responds to a user request. The speaker opens the shared audio-video file in the conference, the shared audio-video file can be quickly synchronized to the conference server, each participating end acquires the playing signaling sent by the speaker in real time, and the audio-video file is quickly opened through the audio-video player customized by each end and the nearby cloud CDN. Therefore, the main speaking end and the participating end receive video files distributed by the CDN, the transmission speed is high, the participating end directly plays the original high-definition video uploaded by the main speaking end, the desktop sharing of the main speaking end is directly watched, the fluency and the definition are greatly improved, and the problems that the video frame rate is seriously lost and the conference quality is poor due to the fact that the main speaking end directly shares the desktop are solved.
The second embodiment of the present application provides a method for sharing video in a network conference, where the method is applied to a network conference system, the network conference system includes a main speaker, a server and a participant, and the method is executed by the server.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method for sharing video in a web conference according to a second embodiment of the present application, including:
s202, the server side generates corresponding conference information according to the conference reservation request of the main speaker side, so that the participant side can participate in the conference according to the conference information;
s204, the server receives the video file sent by the main speaker;
s206, the server side uploads the video file to the CDN;
and S208, after the server side obtains the playing instruction sent by the main speaking side, the server side sends the playing instruction to the participating side, so that the main speaking side and the participating side synchronously extract the video file from the CDN to play.
S210, after acquiring a video state adjustment instruction sent by a main speaking end, a server end sends the video state adjustment instruction to a participating end;
and S212, the server acquires the video state of the main speaking end every preset time and sends the video state of the main speaking end to the participating end.
It should be noted that, the main speaker may also make a conference reservation before performing the network conference, the server may generate corresponding conference information according to the main speaker conference reservation request, and the participating terminal may participate in the network conference through the conference information and/or extract a corresponding video file from the CDN according to the conference information when the network conference starts. The conference information may specifically be a conference ID.
It should be noted that, after the video file has been played on the main terminal and the participating terminal, if the main terminal needs to repeatedly watch a certain section of video according to the conference content, or needs to adjust the video to a certain progress, or needs to change the video playing speed, or explains the need to adjust the video volume, change the pause/continue state of the video, etc. in combination with the video playing, the main speaker can adjust the video state of the main terminal, and the instruction of the state adjustment is sent to the server terminal in real time. After the server receives the video state adjustment instruction of the main speaking end, the server sends the instruction to the participating end, so that: and the participant end adjusts the state of the video file of the participant end according to the video state adjusting instruction, or extracts the video file in the corresponding state from the CDN to play according to the video state adjusting instruction. It should be noted that the video state of the participating end is adjusted to be consistent with that of the main speaking end, and the video state can be adjusted directly on the video player of the participating end according to the instruction, or the video file in the corresponding state can be extracted from the CDN for playing.
It should be noted that, because network bandwidths of the master speaker and each of the participant terminals may be different, video playing may be delayed, and in order to avoid that a conference effect is affected due to an excessively large difference between the schedules of the master speaker and each of the participant terminals, the server may obtain a video state of the master speaker every time, and send the video state of the master speaker to the participant terminals, when the video state of the participant terminals is inconsistent with the video state of the master speaker, the participant terminals adjust the state of the video files of the participant terminals according to the video state of the master speaker, or the participant terminals extract the video files in the corresponding state from the CDN according to the video state of the master speaker for playing.
The second aspect of the present application provides a video sharing method in a network conference, which is applied to a network conference system, wherein the network conference system includes a main speaking end, a service end and a participating end, and the method is executed by the participating end.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method for sharing video in a web conference according to a third embodiment of the present application, including:
s302, the participant end receives a play instruction of the main speaking end sent by the server end;
s304, the participating end extracts a pre-stored video file uploaded by the main speaking end through the server from the CDN;
s306, the participant terminal plays the video file.
The fourth embodiment of the present application provides a method for sharing a video in a network conference, where the method is applied to a network conference system, the network conference system includes a main speaker, a server and a participant, and the method is executed by the participant.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method for sharing video in a web conference according to a fourth embodiment of the present application, including:
s402, the participant terminal participates in the video conference initiated by the main speaker terminal according to the conference information generated by the server terminal according to the conference reservation request of the main speaker terminal;
s404, the participating end receives a playing instruction of the main speaking end sent by the server end;
s406, the participating end extracts a pre-stored video file uploaded by the main speaking end through the server from the CDN;
s408, the participant end plays a video file;
s410, the participating end receives a video state adjusting instruction of the main speaking end sent by the server end;
s412, the participant end adjusts the state of the video file of the participant end according to the video state adjusting instruction, or extracts the video file in the corresponding state from the CDN to play according to the video state adjusting instruction;
s414, the participating end receives the video state of the main speaking end sent by the server end every preset time;
s416, when the video state of the participant end is inconsistent with the video state of the main speaking end, the participant end adjusts the state of the video file of the participant end according to the video state of the main speaking end, or extracts the video file in the corresponding state from the CDN to play according to the video state of the main speaking end;
and S418, the participating end adjusts the code stream of the video file of the participating end according to the delay condition of the video state of the main speaking end.
It should be noted that, because network bandwidths of the master terminal and each of the participating terminals may be different, video playing may be delayed, in order to avoid that a conference effect is affected due to an excessively large difference between the progress of the master terminal and the progress of each of the participating terminals, the server may obtain the video state of the master terminal every time a preset time elapses, and send the video state of the master terminal to the participating terminals, that is, the participating terminals receive the video state of the master terminal sent by the server every time a preset time elapses, when the video state of the participating terminals is inconsistent with the video state of the master terminal, the participating terminals adjust the state of the video file of the participating terminals according to the video state of the master terminal, or the participating terminals extract the video file in the corresponding state from the CDN according to the video state of the master terminal to play.
It should be noted that, for each participant terminal with different bandwidths, the delay condition of the master terminal is determined, and when the video state of the participant terminal and the video state of the master terminal are too serious, the audio-video resource with the optimal code rate is selected for playing, so as to ensure that the content spoken by the master terminal and the content seen by the participants are consistent. By aiming at the code stream self-adaptive design and combining a multi-terminal customized video player, each participant terminal can quickly sense the accurate control of the main speaker on the video file in real time, the second-level progress synchronization is achieved, and the consistency of the multi-terminal progress is realized.
A third aspect of the present application provides a video sharing system in a network conference.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a system block diagram of a video sharing system in a web conference according to an embodiment of the present application, including: the memory 51, the processor 52 and the CDN53, where the memory 51 includes a program of a video sharing method in the web conference, and when the program of the video sharing method in the web conference is executed by the processor 52, the following steps are implemented:
receiving a video file sent by a main speaking end;
uploading the video file to the CDN;
after the playing instruction sent by the main speaking end is obtained, the playing instruction is sent to the participating end, so that the main speaking end and the participating end can conveniently and synchronously extract the video file from the CDN to play.
Preferably, before receiving the video file sent by the main speaker, the method further includes:
and generating corresponding conference information according to the conference reservation request of the main speaking end so that the participating end participates in the conference according to the conference information and/or extracts a corresponding video file from the CDN according to the conference information.
Preferably, after the playing instruction sent by the main speaking end is obtained, the method further includes, after the playing instruction is sent to the participating end:
after the video state adjustment instruction sent by the main speaking end is obtained, the video state adjustment instruction is sent to the participating end, so that: and the participant end adjusts the state of the video file of the participant end according to the video state adjusting instruction, or extracts the video file in the corresponding state from the CDN to play according to the video state adjusting instruction.
