Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a route information interaction interface of the related art. In a related method, as shown in fig. 1, a user needs to select or input a start location a and a destination B in a route search area 21 to search whether a corresponding opened route exists, and a terminal page of the user displays route information between the start location a and the destination B or prompt information that no opened route exists between the start location a and the destination B on a route display module 22 according to the user's selection. Therefore, the method can only display the selectable starting place or destination in an aging way when the user selects the starting place or destination, when no open route exists between the currently selected starting place and destination, if other starting places or destinations are searched, the user needs to search again, the operation is complicated, and the user may forget the searched starting place or destination after searching for many times, so that repeated searching is caused, and the user experience is poor. Therefore, the route information interaction method provided by the embodiment of the invention displays the starting place in the geographical area selected by the user and the destination corresponding to the selected starting place on the page through the interaction process, so that the user can intuitively acquire a plurality of route information to be inquired, and the route information interaction efficiency and the user experience are improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a route information interaction method according to an embodiment of the present invention. In an alternative implementation manner, in order to effectively interact with a user so that the user can simply and conveniently query required route information, the present embodiment guides the user to obtain effective information by embedding an operation control corresponding to the control in a user terminal page. As shown in fig. 2, the route information interaction method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
step S100, in response to the received route information query instruction, displaying a first page. The first page comprises a starting place of the opened route and a destination corresponding to the selected starting place. Optionally, the route information query instruction may be triggered by a route information query control embedded in a terminal page, or may be triggered by a voice keyword of a user, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In an alternative implementation, the first page includes a starting location of an opened route in a geographic area where the user is located and a destination corresponding to the starting location of the user. When a user inquires a route, the location of the user is generally used as a starting place, so that after a route information inquiry instruction is received, the first page is controlled to display the starting place where the route is opened in the geographic area where the user is located and the destination corresponding to the starting place where the user is located, and the user can conveniently and visually check whether the opened route meeting the requirement of the user exists on the first page.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a first page display method according to an embodiment of the present invention. In an alternative implementation, as shown in fig. 3, step S100 includes the following steps:
step S110, in response to the received route information query instruction, obtaining user location information. Optionally, if the positioning function of the user terminal is in an activated state and the permission to acquire positioning is granted, the real-time location information of the user terminal is acquired, and if the positioning function of the user terminal is in an inactivated state or the permission to acquire positioning is not granted, the address information in the common address of the user or the registration information of the user may be acquired, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step S120, determining the geographical area where the user location is located as the current area.
Step S130, controlling to display the starting location of each opened route in the current area and the destination corresponding to the starting location of the user position on the first page. In an optional implementation manner, the first page further includes resource consumption information of each selected opening route corresponding to the start place. Therefore, the user can intuitively know the resource consumption information of the route by taking a bus, and the user experience is improved.
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of a human-computer interaction interface including a query page according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of a human-computer interaction interface including a first page according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, for example, when the positioning function of the user terminal is in a starting state and the permission to acquire positioning is granted, when the user needs to use a vehicle or search for a route, the application software or the web page of the user terminal acquires the current position information of the user, and recommends a vehicle-booking taking position based on the current position information of the user. As shown in fig. 4, the inquiry page 4 includes a riding order area 41 and a route inquiry area 42. In the query page 4, a ride order area 41 displays a recommended network appointment ride location "xx cell-east gate" and provides a search box for the user to enter a destination, and a route query area 42 may include recommended route information and a route information query control. The route with the highest riding frequency among a large number of users may be used as the recommended route, and the route with the highest riding frequency of the user may also be used as the recommended route, which is not limited in this embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the route query area 42 includes recommended route information "from" xx "to B" and a route information query control 421.
In response to the route information query control 421 in query page 4 being triggered, jump to first page 5. The first page 5 includes respective origins in the current region and a destination corresponding to the selected origin. Optionally, in this embodiment, the geographic area may be a city area, such as beijing city and hangzhou city, the starting location may be a county belonging to a city, such as a happy area, a foggy area, a west-west city area, and the like of the beijing city, and the destination may be a county of the same city area or a county of a different city area. It should be understood that the geographic region may be other geographically divided regions, which are not divided by the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 5, after receiving a route information query request from a user, the user terminal obtains user location information, determines an X area where the user is located as a current area, and displays start places of all opened routes in the X area, such as a place, B place, C place, D place, and E place, on a start place display module 51. Moreover, since the user generally selects to trigger from the location, the present embodiment determines the location a where the user is located as the starting location selected by the user, and displays the destination corresponding to the route with the location a as the starting location in the X area, for example, the location B, the location C, and the location D in the X area, the location F and the location G in the Y area, the location H and the location I in the Z area, and the like in the destination display module 52. Thus, the user can intuitively obtain all the opened routes starting from the location of the user in the first page 5, such as the route a-B, a-F, and the like.
In an alternative implementation manner, the first page 5 further includes resource consumption information of each opened route, for example, the resource consumption information of the route a-B is "raxxstart". The user can select whether the resource consumption of the riding in the mode meets the requirement of the user or not based on the estimation, and when the resource consumption meets the expectation of the user, the user can carry out the network appointment reservation in the inquiry page 4. Therefore, the repeated reservation condition caused by the fact that the user can see the resource consumption estimated value when the user makes a reservation for the online taxi reservation can be avoided, and user experience is improved.
FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of another human-machine interface including a first page according to an embodiment of the present invention. In an optional implementation manner, step S100 further includes: and responding to the starting place switching instruction, and controlling the display of the selected starting place corresponding destination on the first page. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the user may generate the initial switching instruction by triggering any of the initial display modules 51. Taking the user-triggered initial switch command as an example, indicating that the initial switch to B is to be made, in response to the initial switch command, a transition is made to the first page 6. As shown in fig. 6, the start place display module 61 displays the currently selected start place as the place B, and the destination display module 62 displays the destinations corresponding to the route with the place B as the start place in the opened route, such as the places a, C, and E in the X area, the place F in the Y area, the place H in the Z area, and the like. Therefore, the user can intuitively obtain the display of the multi-region cross-country open routes through the first page, for example, the opened routes comprise a region A, a region B, a region A, a region C, a region B, a region C and other multi-region cross-country open routes, so that the user can select the corresponding routes according to the requirements.
In an alternative implementation, the first page further includes a region switching control. The route information interaction method of the embodiment further comprises the following steps: and displaying the third page in response to the triggering of the region switching control, and updating the first page in response to the received region selection instruction. And the third page comprises a geographical area with an opened route, and the current area of the updated first page is controlled to be switched into the selected geographical area.

The third page 7 includes a region search box 71, a cancel control 72, and a region display module 73. The user may search for a corresponding geographical area through the area search box 71, or may search for a corresponding geographical area through the sliding area display module 73. In this embodiment, in response to the cancel control 72 being triggered, a jump is made to the first page, where the first page is consistent with the pre-jump, or in response to a region selection instruction triggered by the user selecting the corresponding geographic region, a jump is made to the first page, where the first page is updated based on the geographic region selected by the user. Optionally, in the updated first page, the current region is updated to the user-selected geographic region, and the selected origin may default to the popular origin in the current region. It should be understood that other starting place selecting manners, such as using the first starting place of the pinyin initial as the selected starting place, may be applied to the present embodiment, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the geographical areas in the area display module 73 are sorted in the first letter order, and an initial directory is provided on the right side for the user to quickly reach a desired urban area. Therefore, the route in different places is checked by switching the geographical areas, and the route information interaction efficiency and the user experience are improved.
And step S200, responding to the received route detail inquiry instruction, and displaying a second page. Wherein the second page includes a fence range of a starting location of the viewed route, and/or a fence range of a destination of the viewed route, the fence range being used to characterize the vehicle reachable range. That is, if the starting position and the destination position of the user are located within the corresponding fence range, the user can receive and send the information through the network appointment car.
In an alternative implementation, step S200 includes: and responding to the fence viewing switching instruction, and controlling the second page to switch from displaying a first fence range to displaying a second fence range, wherein the first fence range is an initial fence range or a destination fence range, and the second fence range is a destination fence range or an initial fence range.
