Background
Mulberry (Fructus Mori), fruit of Morus Linn (Moraceae) Morus, is also known as Fructus Mori, and Fructus Mori. The mulberry resource is abundant in China and is distributed in 26 provinces and cities and autonomous regions.
The mulberry is a woody plant growing for many years, fruits are hung in the second year after planting, the service life is more than 50 years, the mulberry has high economic value and medicinal value, the mulberry fruit is rich in nutritive value and contains rich glucose, sucrose, fructose, carotene, vitamins, malic acid, succinic acid, tartaric acid, mineral calcium, phosphorus, iron, copper, zinc and the like, the mulberry can be eaten as well as used as a medicine, and the mulberry is considered by traditional Chinese medicine to be sweet and sour, has slightly cold nature and enters heart, liver and kidney channels, so that the mulberry fruit is a good fruit for nourishing and strengthening, nourishing heart and promoting intelligence. Has the effects of enriching blood and nourishing yin, promoting the production of body fluid to quench thirst, moistening intestine and the like, and is mainly used for treating symptoms such as dizziness, tinnitus, palpitation, dysphoria, insomnia, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, early white beard and hair, diabetes, dry mouth, dry stool and the like caused by yin blood deficiency. Modern pharmacological research also shows that the mulberry can supplement the lack of gastric juice when entering the stomach, promote the digestion of the gastric juice, stimulate the gastric mucosa when entering the intestine, promote the secretion of intestinal juice and promote the gastrointestinal peristalsis, thereby having the effects of tonifying and strengthening.
The main compounds in the mulberry are mulberry polysaccharide, polyphenol, flavone and phenolic acid. The diversity of the chemical composition of Morus results in a diversity of activities. In order to further improve the nutritive value of the mulberries, the invention provides a planting method of high-quality mulberries.
