the mobile terminal runs an intelligent operating system, the intelligent operating system is preinstalled with an electronic inspection application program, and the electronic inspection application program is used for inputting inspection data of equipment; creating a WR in a PM module of an ERP system for a device with a problem, and synchronizing repaired device data to the PM module;
and the inspection management background system is used for the inspection task management and the equipment data management of the mobile terminal and carrying out statistical analysis on the inspection task execution condition and the equipment condition.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the electronic routing inspection application, when used to create WRs in the PM module of the ERP system for the problematic device, is specifically configured to:
the electronic inspection application program generates a request message for the equipment with problems according to a preset request message interface specification; the request message interface specification comprises ERP PM fields for expressing maintenance factories, function positions, function position description, equipment numbers, equipment descriptions, WR identifications, titles, priorities, whether the priorities are changed or not, work order types, required dates, proposed parts, examination and approval departments, problem description, equipment states, parking types, failure dates, plan types, work types, required permission and autonomous maintenance;
the electronic inspection application program sends the request message to the ERP system, and establishes WR in the PM module;
the electronic inspection application program receives a response message of the ERP system which accords with a preset response message interface specification; the reply message interface specification includes ERP PM fields that express a return code, a return message, and a WR entry.

The system of claim 1, wherein the electronic inspection application is further configured to obtain device basis information of the PM module before entering inspection data of the device, and provide a corresponding standard data collection template and a fault code list according to the device basis information to complete entry of the inspection data; and establishing the association management of the equipment and the spare parts, and establishing the association information of the equipment and the standard file package.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the patrol management background system is configured to, when performing statistical analysis on patrol task execution conditions and equipment conditions, specifically:
generating an equipment statistical report, an equipment monitoring chart and a personnel statistical report according to the equipment data and the routing inspection task data;
the equipment statistics report comprises abnormal statistics of at least one dimension;
the staff statistics report comprises in-place statistics, missing inspection statistics and time consumption statistics of maintenance of at least one dimension.
5. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
and the pump online monitoring system is used for monitoring the state of the pump and synchronizing the equipment data of the pump to the inspection management background system and the mobile terminal.
6. The system of claim 1 or 5, wherein the system further comprises a management terminal;
and the patrol management background system is also used for sending an alarm to the management terminal when determining that the numerical value of the appointed item of any equipment reaches a preset threshold according to the pump state data or the patrol data of the equipment.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the management terminal is further configured to receive an alarm corresponding to the problematic device reported by the mobile terminal, and to approve the WR.
8. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
the mobile detection device is used for acquiring equipment data and transmitting the equipment data to the mobile terminal through Bluetooth or NFC.
9. The system according to claim 5 or 8, wherein the device data is collected by means of a vibration sensor and/or a temperature sensor.
10. A mobile terminal, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory; and
one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors to:
inputting inspection data of the equipment;
creating a WR in a PM module of the ERP system for the device with the problem; and synchronizing the repaired device data to the PM module.
