Abstract
The invention provides a method and a device for generating an accounting entry, wherein the method comprises the following steps: reading target cash running water data in a database; matching the target cash flow data with a stored entry configuration rule to obtain a matched entry configuration rule; generating corresponding accounting entry data according to the target cash flow data and the matched entry configuration rule; performing difference checking on the accounting entry data; and outputting the accounting entry data after the difference checking. The problem of by the conversion mapping process of cash transaction data to accounting entry, need rely on manual input's mode record, efficiency is very low and take place the mistake easily and lack the check-up process to the entry, highly rely on artifical check-up operation, waste time and energy, the closed loop is not enough to the flow is solved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of data processing, in particular to a method and a device for generating an accounting entry.
Background
Financial work is one of the most important parts in enterprise management, and in normative financial work, all transaction cash flows finally need to record financial accounts according to professional accounting modes, such as compound accounting. To improve efficiency, most companies now put financial accounting work into computers and use professional financial management software for accounting management. The most important point in the account management is the maintenance of accounting documents and accounting entries, and the economic business can be clearly and accurately classified and analyzed according to the maintained documents and entries, so that the financial value is very high. The existing financial management software still has the defects that the conversion mapping process from cash transaction data to accounting entries is lacked, manual input is needed for recording, the efficiency is very low, errors are easy to occur, and once errors occur, the financial audit work of a company is greatly influenced; some methods and systems for automatically generating accounting entries exist in the market at present, but the methods and systems also need to perform natural language conversion on the flow of transactions, perform classification training to obtain accounting subject information, and prolong the time period for inputting accounting accounts; the existing accounting entry generation process at present lacks the check-up process to the entry, highly relies on artifical check-up operation, wastes time and energy, and the flow is closed loop inadequately.

The invention provides a method and a device for generating an accounting entry, which are used for solving the problems of automatic generation of the accounting entry and verification of the accounting entry in cash transaction pipelining.

reading target cash running water data in a database;
matching the target cash flow data with a stored entry configuration rule to obtain a matched entry configuration rule;
generating corresponding accounting entry data according to the target cash flow data and the matched entry configuration rule;
performing difference checking on the accounting entry data;
and outputting the accounting entry data after the difference checking.
Optionally, before matching the cash flow data with the stored entry configuration rule, the method further includes: and acquiring and storing the recorded entry configuration rule.
Optionally, the entry configuration rule includes at least one of the following: the transaction type, accounting subject, accounting voucher serial number, transaction direction, transaction party, amount calculation mode and summary information of both transaction parties.
Optionally, the cash flow data includes at least one of: information of both parties of the transaction, transaction amount of both parties of the transaction, transaction type, transaction bank number and cash running serial number.
Optionally, the performing difference checking on the accounting entry data includes:
reading cash flow data in a database, summarizing transaction types of both transaction parties, and acquiring corresponding transaction amount;
summarizing the accounting subjects of both transaction parties in the accounting entry data, and acquiring corresponding transaction amount;
comparing the transaction amount corresponding to the target transaction type in the cash flow data with the transaction amount corresponding to the target accounting subject in the accounting entry data;
and determining final accounting entry data according to the comparison result.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides an apparatus for generating an accounting entry, including:
the flow reading module is used for reading target cash flow data in the database;
the first processing module is used for matching the target cash flow data with stored entry configuration rules to obtain matched entry configuration rules;

the second processing sub-module is used for summarizing the accounting subjects of both transaction parties in the accounting entry data and acquiring the corresponding transaction amount;
the third processing sub-module is used for comparing the transaction amount corresponding to the target transaction type in the cash flow data with the transaction amount corresponding to the target accounting subject in the accounting entry data;
and the fourth processing submodule is used for determining final accounting entry data according to the comparison result.
In a third aspect, an electronic device is provided, which comprises a processor, a memory and a program or instructions stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the program or instructions, when executed by the processor, implement the steps of the method for generating an accounting entry according to any one of the first aspect.
In a fourth aspect, a readable storage medium is provided, on which a program or instructions are stored, which when executed by a processor implement the steps of the method of generating an accounting entry according to any one of the first aspect.
In the embodiment of the invention, the accounting entry is generated by cash transaction flow directly without intervention of financial staff, so that multiple processing of transaction data is avoided; meanwhile, the manual checking work caused by the error of the accounting entry is effectively reduced by checking the accuracy of the accounting entry.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present invention. step 11: reading target cash running water data in a database;
step 12: matching the target cash flow data with a stored entry configuration rule to obtain a matched entry configuration rule;
step 13: generating corresponding accounting entry data according to the target cash flow data and the matched entry configuration rule;
step 14: performing difference checking on the accounting entry data;
step 15: and outputting the accounting entry data after the difference checking.
In the embodiment of the invention, the accounting document and the accounting entry are automatically generated by the cash flow data generated by the transaction system, and the accuracy and the integrity of the generated entry can be automatically verified, so that the follow-up financial analysis work is facilitated, the labor cost can be greatly reduced, the financial posting efficiency of a company is improved, and the error rate is reduced.

reading cash flow data in a database, summarizing transaction types of both transaction parties, and acquiring corresponding transaction amount;
summarizing the accounting subjects of both transaction parties in the accounting entry data, and acquiring corresponding transaction amount;
comparing the transaction amount corresponding to the target transaction type in the cash flow data with the transaction amount corresponding to the target accounting subject in the accounting entry data;
and determining final accounting entry data according to the comparison result.
In the embodiment of the invention, the accounting entry and the amount in the running water are collected according to the accounting subjects, the checking is carried out, and the accurate and error-free accounting entry is finally output.

and the output module 25 is used for outputting the accounting entry data after the difference checking.
In the embodiment of the invention, the accounting document and the accounting entry are automatically generated by the cash flow data generated by the transaction system, and the accuracy and the integrity of the generated entry can be automatically verified, so that the follow-up financial analysis work is facilitated, the labor cost can be greatly reduced, the financial posting efficiency of a company is improved, and the error rate is reduced.

reading target cash running water data in a database;
matching the target cash flow data with a stored entry configuration rule to obtain a matched entry configuration rule;
generating corresponding accounting entry data according to the target cash flow data and the matched entry configuration rule;
performing difference checking on the accounting entry data;
and outputting the accounting entry data after the difference checking.
2. The method of generating accounting entries of claim 1, wherein matching the cash flow data with stored entry configuration rules further comprises:
and acquiring and storing the recorded entry configuration rule.
3. The method of generating an accounting entry as claimed in claim 1,
the entry configuration rule includes at least one of: the transaction type, accounting subject, accounting voucher serial number, transaction direction, transaction party, amount calculation mode and summary information of both transaction parties.
4. The method of generating an accounting entry as claimed in claim 1,
the cash flow data includes at least one of: information of both parties of the transaction, transaction amount of both parties of the transaction, transaction type, transaction bank number and cash running serial number.
5. The method of generating an accounting entry as claimed in claim 1,
the performing difference checking on the accounting entry data comprises:
reading cash flow data in a database, summarizing transaction types of both transaction parties, and acquiring corresponding transaction amount;
summarizing the accounting subjects of both transaction parties in the accounting entry data, and acquiring corresponding transaction amount;
comparing the transaction amount corresponding to the target transaction type in the cash flow data with the transaction amount corresponding to the target accounting subject in the accounting entry data;
and determining final accounting entry data according to the comparison result.
6. An apparatus for generating accounting entries, comprising:
the flow reading module is used for reading target cash flow data in the database;
the first processing module is used for matching the target cash flow data with stored entry configuration rules to obtain matched entry configuration rules;
the generation entry module is used for generating corresponding accounting entry data according to the target cash flow data and the matched entry configuration rule;
