In bank or third-party payment, the reconciliation is a process of confirming both parties of the transaction in a certain period, generally, the bank or third-party payment company carries out the clearing of the transaction in the previous day, generates a statement for the platform merchant to download, and settles the payment to be settled to the platform merchant. In the next layer, in the internet financial industry or the e-commerce industry, the reconciliation is to confirm the correctness of the transaction and the fund with the payment provider (bank and the second party for payment) in a fixed period, and ensure that the transaction and the fund of both parties are consistent and correct.
In the internet industry, as long as payment is involved, the demand of account checking is inevitable, almost all internet companies involve payment in business, and a larger company is provided with a third-party payment company, so that account checking is universal. The account checking system is the most important ring in a payment system and is the last line of defense for ensuring the safety of transactions and funds. Common reconciliation systems are generally pairwise reconciliation of systems in companies or reconciliation of companies and three parties, and financial problems caused by a plurality of systems can be discovered only when the financial reconciliation is carried out at the end of each month.

According to the account checking method disclosed by the invention, business data are regularly acquired from a business database and stored in a data warehouse; configuring account checking task parameters on the account checking center platform, wherein the account checking task parameters comprise: reconciliation data source and reconciliation rule; taking out target business data from the data warehouse according to the reconciliation data source; the mode of carrying out account checking processing on the target business data according to the account checking rule to generate an account checking result can follow the progress of an order, carry out account checking in real time and discover account problems in real time, and ensure fund safety; and the system logic problem can be found in time, and the correctness of order task processing is ensured.
It should be clearly understood that this disclosure describes how to make and use particular examples, but the principles of this disclosure are not limited to any details of these examples. Rather, these principles can be applied to many other embodiments based on the teachings of the present disclosure.
The whole order processing flow relates to a plurality of nodes, and the source data formats and comparison rules of the nodes are different. If all nodes access the reconciliation center in this disclosure, the access cost is the first issue. However, if the access steps are complicated, labor and time are wasted, and some nodes are unavailable for access, the accuracy of the whole account checking is affected.
In order to solve the problem, the application designs the function of a configuration center for the reconciliation center. As shown in fig. 3, in the reconciliation center of the present application, the common attribute of the reconciliation process is abstracted by a hierarchical data extraction manner and attributes related to the business are stripped one by one. For example, data classification, account checking task classification, where to take, an access rule, an effective interval of the account checking task, execution frequency, comparison content, a comparison rule (for example, whether the same order is combined and summarized, whether the same account is subjected to netting processing), whether to associate other task results, a responsible person, a difference processing rule, and the like, all of which can be configured in a configuration center, so that the effect of zero development access is achieved, and the effect is effective in real time.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart illustrating a reconciliation method according to another exemplary embodiment. The flow 40 shown in fig. 4 is a detailed description of "performing reconciliation processing on the target business data according to the reconciliation rule to generate a reconciliation result" in S208 in the flow shown in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 4, in S402, the service data is acquired by the service database. The business database stores business data, and the business database can be stored and sorted according to the order identification.
Regarding account checking of mass data, there are generally two ways for a data source in a common scheme: 1) the access side provides an account checking data file, and the account checking center analyzes the file content to the memory for comparison at one time. If the data volume is large and limited by the size of the memory, the contents of the file need to be read by the reconciliation center in a segmented manner for many times, or the access party splits one file into a plurality of files. The solution of dividing and checking the effect greatly improves the complexity of both the access party and the reconciliation center, and the stability and the accuracy can not be ensured. The problems of interruption, data loss and data repetition exist in the segmented reading; the file splitting can cause the problems that the file sequence and the same data are dispersed in different files. In addition, the real-time performance of the file form is not high, and the file can be used only by the reconciliation center after data is acquired and a file uploading file is generated. 2) The data to be compared is directly inquired in batches from the database of the access party, and compared with a data source in a file form, the scheme has better support and real-time performance for mass data. However, a serious problem exists in that the reconciliation center occupies database resources for a long time during the execution of the reconciliation task, so that a normal business system is influenced, the coupling degree between the reconciliation center and the business system is very high, and the system design rule is not met.
According to the method, data are directly acquired from the data warehouse, so that the limitation of the size of a file data source is avoided, a service system is not affected, and timeliness can be guaranteed.
In S404, an order identifier and at least one corresponding order processing information are extracted from the service data. The order state corresponding to the order identification can be extracted, for example; acquiring a data acquisition rule corresponding to the order state; and extracting the at least one order processing information from the business data based on the access rule, wherein each order processing information corresponds to one order state.
In S406, multi-party information corresponding to the at least one order processing information is acquired. And extracting the upper and lower level information of order processing according to the extracted data.
In S408, reconciling the at least one order processing information based on the multi-party information, the reconciliation comprising: transaction reconciliation, multi-party reconciliation, financial reconciliation. More specifically, order processing information is obtained based on the order state so as to carry out transaction reconciliation; extracting a plurality of order processing information based on the correlation between the at least one order status for transaction reconciliation; acquiring order processing information based on a plurality of participants to carry out multi-party reconciliation; order processing information is obtained for financial reconciliation.
In one embodiment, a reconciliation processing flow of a home service platform is taken as an example for detailed description, and the home service platform includes: the customer, aunt home affairs and home affairs service platform can also comprise: aunt home services belong to a home services company (the aunt home services can not belong to a certain company and take tasks on a home services platform as an independent user form).
The basic flow for a common transaction may be as follows:
after the client places an order, order and bill information can be generated, at this time, the order-bill reconciliation can be configured in the reconciliation center, the information such as the amount and the state corresponding to the same order ID can be checked, and whether the records of the order system and the bill system are consistent or not can be checked. Coupons, membership cards may be used when placing orders, and reconciliation between order-coupon and order-membership card may also need to be configured.
After the customer pays (taking the pay pal as an example), the business system and the pay pal generate corresponding payment information (the granularity is generally at a bill level). Therefore, payment record-payment reconciliation needs to be configured, and the reconciliation with three parties (WeChat, Payment treasured, bank and the like) is limited to the three parties, and the time efficiency is generally T +1 (payment information also needs to be reconciled with order information).
After the home administration service company to which aunt belongs enters account and the order is finished (the user confirms that the service is finished), the order enters a clearing system to calculate the amount of money to be cleared to the merchant according to preset clearing and settlement rules, and synchronously change the balance of an internal account, supervise the balance of the account (bank account) and record the running of the account. The reconciliation center at this stage needs to be configured: clearing-settlement, settlement-internal accounts (orders, third parties, etc.), internal accounts-checking accounts that govern the flow of accounts involved.
Aunt home administration carries out cash, and the aunt home administration can see the corresponding balance in the account of the aunt home administration. After the cash withdrawal is selected, the cash withdrawal system, the internal account and the supervision account have corresponding running records and account balance deduction. The reconciliation center at this stage needs to be configured: reconcile between cash-internal account, internal account-administrative account.
In one embodiment, further comprising: and when the account checking result is consistent, allowing the user order to enter the next transaction link. For example, the order state is a state in which third-party payment is to be performed, if an account checking problem is found at this time, the next processing flow is tentatively performed, and the order is manually checked according to the warning information at the current stage. So as to avoid bringing more accounting problems when the order enters the next process and expand the influence range.
Furthermore, all the source data and comparison results participating in reconciliation can be stored in a database. And comparing the errors, and sending alarm information to the corresponding responsible person. The checking and processing are carried out by a person in charge, after the problem is processed, if correct data can be regenerated, the checking task needs to be executed again, and the checking center can automatically repair the previous wrong checking result. If the correct data cannot be repaired, the account checking center also supports special processing of account checking results, so that subsequent account checking tasks can be smoothly executed.
Fig. 5 is a flow chart illustrating a reconciliation method according to another exemplary embodiment. The flow 50 shown in fig. 3 is a detailed description of "reconciling the at least one order processing information based on the multi-party information" in S408 in the flow shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 5, in S502, reconciliation is performed on the at least one order processing information based on the multi-party information.
In S504, order processing information is acquired based on the order status to perform a transaction reconciliation. Order processing information may be obtained based on the order status, the order processing information including: the method comprises the steps of obtaining order information and bill information, wherein the order information and the bill information comprise order amount, transaction state and order quantity; and performing transaction reconciliation according to the order information and the bill information.
The obtaining of order processing information based on the order state includes: acquiring the order information by an order system according to the order state; and acquiring the bill information by a bill system according to the order state.
In one embodiment, order information and billing information may be generated from a customer's user order, wherein the order information and the billing information each include an order amount, a transaction status, and an order quantity; storing the order information in an order system; storing the billing information in a billing system; extracting the order information and the bill information based on the order identification of the user order, and checking; and when the inconsistency is checked, generating warning information.
In S506, a plurality of order processing information is extracted for the trade reconciliation based on the correlation between the at least one order status. Order processing information corresponding to the current order state can be extracted; extracting order processing information corresponding to the previous order state; and performing transaction reconciliation according to the order processing information corresponding to the current order state and the previous order state.
In one embodiment, after the transfer operation for paying aunt home administration is completed, the cash withdrawal information and the running record can be generated according to the cash withdrawal operation of aunt home administration, and the cash withdrawal information and the running record comprise the order amount; storing the cash-out information in a service system; storing the flow record in a regulatory account system; checking the withdrawal information and the running record; checking the cash-out information with the administrative account, the payment information, the order information and the bill information; and when the inconsistency is checked, generating warning information.
In S508, order processing information is acquired based on a plurality of participants to conduct multiparty reconciliation. Order information and payment information corresponding to order processing information can be acquired through payment channels of a plurality of participants, wherein the payment information comprises order amount; obtaining payment return information corresponding to the payment information through payment channels of a plurality of participants, wherein the payment return information comprises order amount; and carrying out multi-party reconciliation according to the order information, the payment information and the payment return information.
In one embodiment, the payment operation of the user can be processed through a third-party payment channel to generate payment information, wherein the payment information comprises an order amount; storing the payment information in a business system; obtaining payment return information returned by the third party payment channel, wherein the payment return information comprises order amount; checking the payment information and the payment return information; and when the inconsistency is checked, generating warning information.
In one embodiment, the order information and the billing information of the first user may be obtained; checking the payment information with the order information and the bill information; and when the inconsistency is checked, generating warning information.
In S510, order processing information is acquired for financial reconciliation. Financial data of each stage corresponding to the order processing information can be obtained, wherein the financial data comprises order information, bill information, payment information, clearing information, settlement information, supervision accounts, cash withdrawal information and flow records; classifying the financial data according to preset categories, wherein the preset categories comprise: collecting money, refunding money, recharging and withdrawing cash; and performing financial reconciliation according to the financial data among the preset categories.
Wherein, obtain order processing information in order to carry out financial reconciliation, still include: acquiring initial balance, final balance and third party account running water in the third party payment channel within a preset time range; and checking accounts according to the initial balance, the final balance and the third party account running water.
Different services may have different accounts for collection and payment, and each account may be divided into different financial subjects according to the service scene. Such as collecting money, refunding money, recharging, drawing cash, etc. The financial affairs have the requirement of accounting according to the financial subjects, at the moment, the total data are required to be acquired from the corresponding business system, and after a series of operations such as sorting and summarizing are carried out according to the financial subjects, the amount of money of each subject is compared. For example, the reconciliation items of the cleaning service-Paibao account 123-collection subject can be configured in a reconciliation center. The account reconciliation can be associated with a cleaning bill of the transaction type reconciliation, namely a Paibao cleaning account, and whether the transaction type reconciliation is executed and whether difference exists can be checked before the reconciliation task is executed. Subject reconciliation is performed without difference.
All accounts mentioned above will have an initial and final balance. The balance at the end of the period can be calculated according to the balance at the beginning of the period and the running water in the period.
