The on-line and digital office modes of enterprises become new trends, and more enterprises begin to conduct daily office by utilizing intelligent office platforms or intelligent office software particularly along with the occurrence of new epidemic situations. One application scenario in daily office is: it is often desirable to organize and invite multiple employees in an enterprise to participate in a related meeting for a certain meeting topic.
Current intelligent office platforms or intelligent office software, such as outlook, enable meeting organizers to conveniently send meeting invitations to multiple employees in an enterprise and add to the employees' schedules. The conference organized in this manner primarily unilaterally considers the time and place preferences of the conference organizer and cannot consider the time and place preferences of the conference participants. In order to give consideration to the time and place of each conference participant, the conference organizer needs to communicate and coordinate with each conference participant after initiating the conference invitation, and finally determines the time and place of the conference, so that the conference recommendation is not accurate enough, the recommended conference may conflict with the daily work or plan of the conference participant, thereby not meeting the requirements of users, and the execution efficiency of conference management is low.
By adopting the method and the system, under the scenes of meeting organization, meeting recommendation, meeting invitation and the like of meeting management, the preferences of meeting organization and meeting participants in two aspects can be fully considered based on the geographic position preference and idle time preference of enterprise staff, so that the recommended meeting does not conflict with daily work or plans of the meeting participants, the requirements of users are met, and the execution efficiency of meeting management is improved.
The application is applicable to the fields of intelligent office, data interaction, conference management and the like besides the artificial intelligence field. The application can be applied to the fields of bidirectional information collection, meeting recommendation and the like of meeting participants and meeting organizers related to a meeting.
According to an embodiment of the present application, a conference recommending method is provided, and fig. 1 is a schematic flow diagram of a conference recommending method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method may be applied to a conference recommending apparatus, for example, where the apparatus may be deployed in a terminal or a server or other processing device for execution, and may perform information collection, information analysis, comprehensive analysis of time preference information, geographic location preference information and meeting organization information, and so on. The terminal may be a User Equipment (UE), a mobile device, a cellular phone, a cordless phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a handheld device, a computing device, a vehicle mounted device, a wearable device, etc. In some possible implementations, the method may also be implemented by way of a processor invoking computer readable instructions stored in a memory. As shown in fig. 1, the conference recommendation method may be executed at a service node for recommending a conference, where the service node may be disposed at a terminal side or may be disposed at a server, as long as a conference participant and a conference participant can be accessed through the service node, and a process flow of the conference recommendation method includes:
s101, meeting preference information input by a first user and meeting organization information input by a second user are acquired.
In one example, the first user may be a conference participant with a conference; the second user may be a meeting organizer with the meeting.
In one example, meeting preference information may include time preference information and geographic location preference information for meeting participants. The meeting organization information at least comprises meeting topics and meeting duration.
In one example, the meeting organization information may include: conference theme, conference participant as the first user, conference organizer as the second user, conference duration, conference room location and/or number scheduled for off-line conference, access conference identification scheduled for on-line remote multimedia conference, and desired recommended conference period, etc. The remote multimedia conference can be a conference accessed through ZOOM, tencel conference and other applications, and the access conference identifier can be a link address for inviting to join the conference, a conference number for inviting to join the conference, a login password and the like. The conference organization information of the present application is not limited to this example, and the conference organization information may be less than the information in the example, or may be configured as needed, other than the necessary conference subject and conference duration, and is within the scope of the present application.
S102, analyzing time preference information and geographic position preference information from the conference preference information.
S103, obtaining a recommended meeting arrangement result according to the meeting organization information, the time preference information and the geographic position preference information.
In one example, the meeting schedule results include at least one of an offline meeting schedule, an online remote multimedia meeting schedule, and a meeting schedule result.
It is noted that the off-line conference arrangement is a conference with a fixed conference room, unlike the on-line remote multimedia conference arrangement, which is an off-line conference, and is therefore referred to as an off-line conference arrangement. The online teleconference is arranged as a teleconference without a conference room (e.g., a fixed conference room has been reserved for full capacity), or where enterprise employees or clients in a plurality of different regions, areas, countries need to be organized together.
S104, sending the conference arrangement result to the terminal corresponding to the second user.
In an example, the recommended conference scheduling result may be sent to the terminal corresponding to the second user, and then the terminal corresponding to the second user may initiate a conference invitation to the terminal corresponding to the first user according to the conference scheduling result, and the terminal corresponding to the first user may organize the conference after receiving the conference invitation, thereby implementing conference organization work in conference management.
In the related art, a meeting organizer can communicate and coordinate with each meeting participant according to the time and place preference of the meeting organizer, so as to finally determine the time and place of the meeting, for example, intelligent office software such as outlook or an intelligent office platform can be utilized to send meeting invitations to each meeting participant.
According to the application, under the scene of organizing conferences among enterprise staff, the preferences of conference organizers and conference participants are fully considered, information input by the conference organizers and conference participants can be collected in a two-way manner, according to preference information which is input by all conference participants and represents geographic positions and idle time, calculation is carried out by combining conference organizing information input by the conference organizers, a recommended conference arrangement result (such as online conference arrangement or online remote multimedia conference arrangement-such as audio conferences and audio-video conferences) is obtained and returned to the conference organizers, so that the conference organizers can initiate conference invitations to all conference participants according to the conference arrangement result.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of an application scenario including a meeting organizer and a meeting participant according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, including a plurality of terminals (mobile phone terminal 21-mobile phone terminal 22, and PC terminal 23), where the meeting organizer may be the PC terminal 23, and the PC terminal 23 may obtain a processing interface of a corresponding intelligent office platform through a proprietary intelligent office platform or intelligent office software (such as outlook), and obtain, through processing logic in the intelligent office platform, a recommended meeting to be sent to the meeting participant (such as mobile phone terminal 21 and mobile phone terminal 22). The meeting organizer may be on the terminal side, or on the server side, that is, not limited to the PC terminal 23, or on the server 11 side, by accessing the intelligent office platform or intelligent office software (such as outlook) to obtain a processing interface of the corresponding intelligent office platform to implement the processing logic. Taking the PC terminal 23 as a meeting organizer as an example, the processing logic may include: 1) The PC terminal 23 may collect, by accessing the intelligent platform, respective meeting preference information (including respective time preference information and geographic position preference information of meeting participants) sent by the mobile phone terminal 21 and the mobile phone terminal 22, respectively, and collect meeting organization information (including time and geographic position of recommended meeting) sent by the PC terminal 23; 2) The PC terminal 23 can obtain a meeting arrangement result according to the collected meeting preference information and meeting organization information by accessing the intelligent platform; 3) The PC terminal 23 may send the conference scheduling result to the mobile phone terminal 21 and the mobile phone terminal 22 in a conference invitation manner by accessing the intelligent platform. Compared with the communication link that a great deal of time is wasted to communicate whether the meeting participants are feasible or not after the meeting is invited, the intelligent platform is accessed to analyze and calculate the time and geographic position preference information and the recommended meeting time and geographic position, so that the communication link is avoided, and the organization efficiency of the meeting organizer and the satisfaction of the meeting participants can be effectively improved.
In one embodiment, the above time preference and geographic preference are further refined as follows:
The time preference information of each time period in the time of the first user which can participate in the meeting every day can be obtained according to the time preference information, and the geographic preference information of the first user when the geographic position of the user is distant from the meeting room is obtained according to the geographic position preference information.
Correspondingly, the step of obtaining a recommended meeting arrangement result according to the meeting organization information, the time preference information and the geographic position preference information comprises the following steps: the meeting arrangement result can be obtained according to the meeting organization information, the time preference information of each time period and the geographic preference information when the geographic position of the user is at a distance from a meeting room.
Wherein, the time preference information of each time period in the time of each day of meeting participation of the first user can be simply called employee time preference. In one example of employee time preference, an employee (conference participant) may set a time to be able to participate in the conference each day and set a time preference value for each of the time periods (e.g., 15 minutes as a time period), such as a time preference value set to a value of 0-100, incremented by 10 at a time, to obtain a weight for the time preference.
The geographic preference information of the first user when the geographic position of the first user is away from the conference room may be simply referred to as employee geographic preference. In one example of employee geographic preferences, when the employee geographic location is a distance from the meeting room, the geographic preferences may be set, i.e., the employee (meeting participant) may be set to a geographic location preference value when the employee geographic location is a distance from the meeting room (e.g., distance <50m, distance 50-100m, distance 100-150m, etc.), such as a geographic location preference value may be set to a value of 0-100, incremented by 10 at a time, to obtain a weight for the geographic location preference.
In an embodiment, in order to obtain a more accurate meeting scheduling result according to the meeting organization information, the time preference information and the geographical location preference information, meeting preference information related to time and geographical location may be further refined to optimize the meeting scheduling result, for example, in an example, daily schedule information and location information related to a meeting room may be further used as meeting preference information refined in the above embodiment, and added to a comprehensive process for optimizing the meeting scheduling result, so as to comprehensively analyze the meeting organization information, the time preference information of each time period, and the geographical preference information when the user geographical location is at a distance from the meeting room, thereby obtaining an optimized meeting scheduling result.
Wherein, the daily schedule information may include: staff daily meeting schedules such as meeting start, end times, meeting room locations, meeting topics, etc.
Wherein, the meeting room related location information may include: location information of all conference rooms, and distance between every two conference rooms in all conference rooms.
In an embodiment, after the daily schedule information of the first user and the location information related to the conference room (the daily schedule information and the location information related to the conference room may be input by the first user or may be automatically acquired by an intelligent platform), a conference scheduling result may be optimized, for the above-mentioned offline conference scheduling scenario, for example, the offline conference is scheduled as a conference with a fixed conference room, and time and geographic location preference need to be considered at the same time, and a weighting operation may be performed according to the time and geographic location preference to implement an optimization process according to the weighting operation result, where the optimization process includes:
Analyzing expected recommended time periods and meeting time periods from the meeting organization information, and obtaining the first user meeting time period according to the time preference information of each time period, the daily schedule information and the expected recommended time periods. And obtaining a meeting arrangement result to be optimized according to the meeting time period and the meeting duration of the first user. And according to the time preference information of each time period and the comparison information obtained by comparing the geographical preference information when the geographical position of the user is at a distance from the conference room with the position information related to the conference room, carrying out weighting processing on the time and the geographical position preference to obtain a weighting processing result. And combining the weighted processing results aiming at the meeting scheduling result to be optimized to obtain an optimized meeting scheduling result, and taking the optimized meeting scheduling result as the offline meeting scheduling.
In an example, for the meeting scheduling result to be optimized, in combination with the weighted processing result, an optimized meeting scheduling result is obtained, including: and obtaining a score corresponding to each conference arrangement result described by the weighted processing result, and sorting all conference arrangements from high score to low score according to the score to obtain a sorting result. After sorting according to the score, the meeting with the highest score in the sorting result can be used as the optimized meeting arrangement result.
In an embodiment, after the daily schedule information of the first user and the location information related to the conference room (the daily schedule information and the location information related to the conference room may be input by the first user or may be automatically acquired by an intelligent platform), the conference scheduling result may be optimized, for the online remote multimedia conference scheduling scenario, for example, whether the online remote multimedia conference is scheduled as a conference in a fixed conference room or not, a summation operation may be performed according to the time preference, so as to implement an optimization process according to the summation operation result of the time preference, where the optimization process includes:
Analyzing expected recommended time periods and meeting time periods from the meeting organization information, and obtaining the first user meeting time period according to the time preference information of each time period, the daily schedule information and the expected recommended time periods. According to the meeting time period and the meeting duration of the first users, detecting that the meeting arrangement result to be optimized does not support off-line meeting arrangement, and carrying out summation processing according to the time preference of each first user described by the time preference information of each time period to obtain the time preference sum of all the first users. And combining the time preference sum of all the first users aiming at meeting arrangement results to be optimized to obtain the optimized meeting arrangement results, wherein the optimized meeting arrangement results are used as the online remote multimedia meeting.
In an example, for the meeting scheduling result to be optimized, combining the time preference sums of all the first users to obtain an optimized meeting scheduling result, including: and obtaining the scores corresponding to each conference arrangement result described by the time preference of all the first users, and sorting all the conference arrangements from high score to low score according to the scores to obtain a sorting result. After sorting according to the score, the meeting with the highest score in the sorting result can be used as the optimized meeting arrangement result.
It is noted that if the previous meeting schedule is the above-mentioned off-line meeting schedule scenario, the meeting schedule again finds that the meeting schedule for the meeting is not present, meaning that no suitable meeting room is available, i.e. the off-line meeting schedule scenario is not supported, a switch to the above-mentioned on-line remote multimedia meeting schedule scenario is required, i.e. the meeting may be continued to be organized by the audio meeting schedule for the meeting, or the audio-visual meeting schedule, in case no suitable meeting room is available, enabling a multimedia meeting schedule.
Application example:
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an architecture for implementing conference recommendation according to an embodiment of the present application, and a process flow according to an embodiment of the present application may be implemented based on the architecture shown in fig. 3, where the architecture is composed of an employee conference preference module, an employee schedule module, a conference room module, an employee station information module, a conference recommendation module, and a conference organization module, and includes the following contents:
1. The employee meeting preference module comprises the following main functions:
(1) Employee time preferences are managed. The employee can set the time that the meeting can be attended to each day through this function. The preference value (e.g., preference value 0-100, 10 increments each time) for each time period (e.g., 15 minutes as one time period) in the available conference time, thereby obtaining a weight for the time preference.
(2) Employee geographic preferences are managed. The employee can set a preference value (e.g., a preference value of 0-100, 10 increments each time) when the employee geographic location is spaced a distance from the meeting room (e.g., a distance <50m, a distance of 50-100m, a distance of 100-150m, etc.), thereby obtaining a geographic location preference weight.
The sum of the weights of the time preference and the geographic preference is 1.
2. The employee schedule module comprises the following main functions:
The daily schedule information of staff may be stored, daily meeting schedule of staff may include meeting start, end time, meeting room location, meeting topic, etc.
3. The conference room module comprises the following main functions:
the location information of all conference rooms, and the distance between every two conference rooms among all conference rooms may be stored.
4. Staff station information module includes following main functions:
Station location information for all employees of the enterprise may be stored.
5. The conference organization module comprises the following main functions:
Meeting organization information entered by meeting organizers may be received, which may include meeting topics, meeting organizers, meeting participants, meeting durations, desired recommendation periods, etc., and sent to a meeting recommendation module. And obtaining conference scheduling results (such as organizing the conference by adopting a fixed conference room in a conference scheduling scene under the online) or audio-video conference scheduling results (such as organizing the conference by adopting an audio-video conference in a remote multimedia conference scheduling scene under the online) of the recommended conference sent by the conference recommending module, and sending the conference scheduling results to all conference participants in a conference inviting mode.
6. The conference recommending module comprises the following main functions:
The meeting preference information input by the meeting participants can be calculated based on the geographic positions and the preference information of idle time of all meeting participants to obtain meeting arrangement results of recommended meetings (such as meeting is organized by adopting a fixed meeting room in an online meeting arrangement scene) or audio-video meeting arrangement results (such as meeting is organized by adopting an online remote multimedia meeting arrangement scene), and the meeting arrangement results are returned to the meeting organizer so that the meeting organizer can send the meeting arrangement results to all the meeting participants in a meeting invitation mode.
The method for calculating the meeting arrangement results according to the information (meeting preference information and meeting organization information) collected in two directions at the meeting recommendation module is as follows:
1. And calculating meeting time periods of all meeting participants according to the schedule information of all meeting participants, the meeting participatable time periods and the expected recommended time periods.
2. And calculating meeting arrangement of the meeting according to the meeting available time period and the meeting duration of all meeting participants. Each meeting schedule may include, among other things, meeting room location, meeting start time, meeting end time, meeting topic.
3. For each meeting schedule in 2 above, the time and geographic weighted preference sums for all meeting participants are calculated to obtain a score for each meeting schedule.
4. And ordering all the meeting arrangement according to the score from high to low to obtain an ordering result, and obtaining the meeting arrangement result according to the ordering result.
In each conference arrangement in step 3, taking one conference participant a as an example, the weighted calculation method for time and geographic position preference of the conference participant a is as follows:
(1) And determining the position of the meeting personnel A in a period of time before the meeting is arranged according to the schedule information of the meeting personnel A. The location of meeting participant a may be at a workstation or at a particular conference room.
(2) The distance between the location of meeting person a and the location of the meeting room of the secondary meeting schedule is calculated some time before the secondary meeting schedule.
(3) And calculating the geographic preference value P of the meeting schedule to the meeting personnel A according to the geographic preference setting information of the meeting personnel A.
(4) And calculating the time preference value T of the meeting schedule to the meeting personnel A according to the time preference setting information of the meeting personnel A.
(5) The total preference of the meeting schedule for meeting participant a is calculated based on the geographic preference weight and the temporal preference weight of meeting participant a.
The steps 1-4 and (1) - (5) for step 3 are the calculation process for the offline conference scheduling scenario, and in step 2 of the calculation method, if the calculated conference schedule capable of meeting does not exist, that is, no suitable conference room is available, the audio/video conference schedule capable of meeting is calculated, which is different from the description above for the online remote multimedia conference scheduling scenario. The meeting place of the meeting-capable audio-video meeting arrangement can be fixed as audio-video meeting software or a platform, and the calculation method is as follows:
for each audio-video conference schedule, the time preference sums of all the conference participants are calculated, thereby obtaining a score for each audio-video conference schedule. And ordering all the audio and video conference arrangements according to the scores from high to low to obtain an ordering result, and obtaining a conference arrangement result according to the ordering result.
By adopting the application example, the personalized intelligent conference organization method and device can be provided based on the geographic position preference and idle time preference of enterprise staff, and the organization efficiency of the enterprise conference organizer and the satisfaction degree of conference participants can be effectively improved.
