The functional modules of the bill management system can comprise agent receipt signing, agent endorsement application, agent endorsement signing, agent prompt payment application and agent prompt payment signing.
FIG. 3 provides a timing diagram of an agent ticketing sign-off process. The bill system can be a bill management server, and the employee workbench can be a bill management terminal. Fig. 5 provides a timing diagram of an agent endorsement receipt flow. The online clearing is carried out through the financial company outside the bank account opened by the ticket transaction, the financial company bank account receives the bank cash of the ticket by the bank after the bank signs, and then the financial company carries out the internal clearing through the bank account. The settlement system of the offline clearing financial company receives the payment information of the acceptor, and then the financial company completes bill collection through internal settlement. The system automatically accounts to synchronize the accounting information of the systems in the row, thereby reducing the system operation risk of business personnel.
FIG. 7 provides a timing diagram of an agent prompt payment sign-off process. The system linkage accounting makes the accounting information of the systems in the row synchronous, and reduces the operation risk of business personnel.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, a method for ticket management is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the ticket management server 110 in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:

In a specific implementation, the ticket management server may add all the ticket services of all the member units to the ticket agent pool, the ticket management server may find the to-be-expired tickets in the ticket agent pool according to the ticket expiration date, and select the candidate tickets from the to-be-expired tickets according to the organization to which the member units belong, for example, may screen the tickets of the designated member unit from all the to-be-expired tickets as the candidate tickets. The bill management server can send the candidate bills to the bill management terminal, the bill management terminal can screen target bills from the candidate bills according to screening conditions such as names of surrogates, names of acceptors, bill numbers and the like after receiving the candidate bills, after a clearing mode is selected, if internal examination and approval agree, the target bills can be sent to the ECDS through the bill management server, the acceptors sign for the bills through the accepting end, the acceptors can also settle the target bills according to the clearing mode, a clearing completion notice can be fed back to the bill management server after settlement, and when the bill management server receives the clearing completion notice, the bill management server can delete the target bills from the bill agent pool and send the target bills out of the pool from the bill agent pool.
Since the processing procedure of the ticket management server has been described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, it is not described herein again.
In the embodiment, the bill agent pool is obtained, the candidate bills are selected from the bill agent pool according to the first bill information, the candidate bills are pushed to the bill management terminal, the candidate bills meeting the pushing rule in the bill agent pool can be pushed to the bill management terminal, the bill management terminal is enabled to select the target bills needing to be cleared, the target bills are automatically cleared, manual operation is reduced, bill management efficiency is improved, when the clearing completion notice is received, the target bills are taken out of the pool in the bill agent pool, the cleared bills can be deleted from the bill agent pool, operation complexity is reduced, and bill management efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, a bill management method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the bill management terminal 120 in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step S910, receiving a candidate bill; the candidate bill is selected and sent in the bill agent pool by the bill management server according to the first bill information;
step S920, selecting a target bill from the candidate bills according to the second bill information to clear the target bill;
step S930, sending a clearing completion notification to the ticket management server when the target ticket is cleared.

In the embodiment, the target bills to be cleared can be selected by the bill management terminal by receiving the candidate bills and selecting the target bills from the candidate bills according to the second bill information, so that the target bills can be automatically cleared, manual operation is reduced, bill management efficiency is improved, clearing completion notification is sent to the bill management server when the target bills are cleared, the target bills can be sent out of the bill agent pool by the bill management server when the bill management server receives the clearing completion notification, operation complexity is reduced, and bill management efficiency is improved.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 8-9 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 8-9 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
In one embodiment, there is provided a ticket management apparatus including: the pool system comprises an acquisition module, a selection module, a push module and a pool outlet module, wherein:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the bill agent pool;
the selecting module is used for selecting candidate bills from the bill agent pool according to the first bill information;
the pushing module is used for pushing the candidate bills to the bill management terminal so that the bill management terminal can select target bills from the candidate bills according to second bill information after receiving the candidate bills and feed back a clearing completion notice when the target bills are cleared;
and the pool outlet module is used for discharging the target bill out of the pool in the bill agency pool when the clearing completion notice is received.
In one embodiment, there is provided a ticket management apparatus including: receiving module, selection module and notice module, wherein:
the receiving module is used for receiving the candidate bills; the candidate bill is selected and sent in the bill agent pool by the bill management server according to the first bill information;
the selecting module is used for selecting a target bill from the candidate bills according to the second bill information so as to clear the target bill;
and the notification module is used for sending a clearing completion notification to the bill management server when the target bill is cleared.
For specific definition of the bill management device, reference may be made to the above definition of the bill management method, which is not described herein again. The modules in the bill management device can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 10. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a ticket management method.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 11. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a ticket management method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.

In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: acquiring a bill agent pool; selecting candidate bills from the bill agent pool according to the first bill information; the candidate bills are pushed to the bill management terminal, so that the bill management terminal selects target bills from the candidate bills according to second bill information after receiving the candidate bills, and feeds back a clearing completion notice when the target bills are cleared; upon receiving the clearing completion notification, pooling the target ticket in the ticket agent pool.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: receiving a candidate ticket; the candidate bill is selected and sent in the bill agent pool by the bill management server according to the first bill information; according to the second bill information, selecting a target bill from the candidate bills to clear the target bill; and sending a clearing completion notice to the bill management server when the target bill is cleared.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: acquiring a bill agent pool; selecting candidate bills from the bill agent pool according to the first bill information; the candidate bills are pushed to the bill management terminal, so that the bill management terminal selects target bills from the candidate bills according to second bill information after receiving the candidate bills, and feeds back a clearing completion notice when the target bills are cleared; upon receiving the clearing completion notification, pooling the target ticket in the ticket agent pool.

the bill management terminal is used for receiving the candidate bills, selecting target bills from the candidate bills according to second bill information so that a receiving end can clear the target bills, and feeding back a clearing completion notice to the bill management server when the target bills are cleared;
the bill management server is further used for taking the target bill out of the pool in the bill agency pool when the clearing completion notice is received.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the ticket management server is further configured to, when receiving a ticket collecting notification sent by a ticket issuing end, obtain a to-be-pooled ticket corresponding to the ticket collecting notification, and identify whether the to-be-pooled ticket is a member unit ticket;
the bill management server is further configured to identify whether the bill to be entered into the pool is a blacklist bill or not when the bill to be entered into the pool is the member unit bill, and enter the bill to be entered into the pool in the bill agency pool if the bill to be entered into the pool is not the blacklist bill.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the ticket management terminal is further configured to select an endorsement ticket from the ticket agent pool according to the ticket information, and send the endorsement ticket to the ticket management server;
the bill management server is also used for forwarding the endorsement simulating bill to the endorsement end so as to allow the endorsement end to sign and receive the endorsement simulating bill and feed back a signing and receiving notice;
and the bill management server is also used for sending the endorsement bill out of the pool in the bill agency pool when receiving the sign-in notice.

The system according to claim 3, wherein the ticket management server is further configured to, when receiving an endorsement application sent by an endorsement end, obtain an endorsement ticket corresponding to the endorsement application, and send the endorsement ticket to the endorsement end, so that the endorsement end signs the endorsement ticket and feeds back a sign-in notification;
and the bill management server is also used for putting the endorsement bill into the pool in the bill agency pool when receiving the sign-in notice.

the bill management terminal is also used for receiving the prompt payment bill to settle the prompt payment bill and feeding back a settlement completion notice to the bill management server when the prompt payment bill completes settlement.

acquiring a bill agent pool;
selecting candidate bills from the bill agent pool according to the first bill information;
