In practical application, when receiving a prompt application of a ticket exchange, the ticket management server can divide services according to the mechanism to which the member unit belongs, and pushes a to-be-handled task to be prompted for payment signing to the corresponding service mechanism after dividing the services. The service personnel can log in the bill management terminal, enter the service to be handled to pick up the bill and receive the bill, and can quickly pick up the bill to be signed according to the screening conditions of the name of the person to be surrogated, the name of the accepting person, the bill number, the clearing mode and the like. After the selection is finished, the selection is approved through an internal business process, after approval is agreed, if online clearing is carried out, the operation of preparing money can be carried out, the payment fund is transferred to a fund account of a ticket bank through a bank account of a financial company, ECDS is sent to prompt payment and receipt after the fund account is successfully transferred, the settlement account of a receiver can be frozen when offline clearing is carried out, and ECDS is sent to prompt payment and receipt after the completion of the freezing. The business person can inquire the state of the bill transaction. After the receipt is finished, the bill completes bill cashing, so that the in-line system billing information can be synchronized by linkage billing, and the operation risk of business personnel is reduced.
In the embodiment, when the bill management server receives the payment prompting notice, the bill management server acquires a payment prompting bill corresponding to the payment prompting notice and sends the payment prompting bill to the bill management terminal; the bill management terminal receives the payment prompting bill to clear the payment prompting bill, and feeds back a clearing completion notice to the bill management server when the payment prompting bill completes clearing, so that the operation complexity of the payment signing service prompted by an agent can be reduced, and the bill management efficiency is improved.
To facilitate a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the present application by those skilled in the art, the following description will be made with reference to specific examples in fig. 3-7.
In order to efficiently manage the bill service which is receivable and payable, the member unit of the financial company entrusts the bill service to the financial company for unified management, and the financial company helps the member unit to efficiently complete the services of bill receipt signing, endorsement application, maturity settlement, clearing and the like. After signing a contract with an enterprise agency pool of a financial company, receipt and payment bills and bill due clearance of member units are processed by the financial company in a unified way, bill risks are controlled according to blacklist enterprises set by the member units when the bills are signed, and the bill due clearance is initiated or signed by business personnel of the financial company. Through the bill management system, the integration of settlement and accounting can be realized in the bill management process of a financial company, the settlement and the accounting management are automatically operated by the system, the risk of off-line money transfer settlement is reduced, and the risk of financial errors can be reduced by generating the accounting information in real time. The functional modules of the bill management system can comprise agent receipt signing, agent endorsement application, agent endorsement signing, agent prompt payment application and agent prompt payment signing.
FIG. 3 provides a timing diagram of an agent ticketing sign-off process. The bill system can be a bill management server, and the employee workbench can be a bill management terminal. When the bill system receives the prompt ticket collecting application of the ticket exchange, the business division can be carried out according to the affiliated mechanism of the receiving member unit. And pushing the tasks to be signed and received to be handled to the corresponding business mechanism after the business division. The introduction of the endorsement simulating bill can also be carried out through a batch introduction mode. After the selection is finished, the corresponding endorsee information is input to carry out service submission, the ECDS are sent after the approval of the internal service process and approval agreement, and after the endorsee signs, service personnel can inquire the electronic bill information and inquire the bill transaction state. And after the receipt is finished, the bill finishes the proxy pool outlet.
Fig. 5 provides a timing diagram of an agent endorsement receipt flow. And when the bill system receives the endorsement application of the bill exchange, performing business division according to the affiliated mechanism of the receiving member unit. And after the service division, pushing the tasks to be processed to be signed and received by the endorsements to the corresponding service mechanism. FIG. 6 provides a timing diagram of the process of an agent prompting a payment application. The bill system searches the bills with the due T-1 date from the bill information of the agent entering the pool, and then pushes the to-be-handled service according to the mechanism of the agent. The business personnel logs in the staff workbench, selects the pushed bills from the tasks to be handled, can quickly screen according to the screening conditions such as the names of the surrogated persons, the numbers of the bills, the names of the acceptance persons and the like, selects a clearing mode after screening, can only select online clearing in line, and can clear online clearing or offline clearing. After the internal business process is approved and approved, the ECDS is sent after approval agreement, and after the acceptance of the acceptance person, the settlement is finished according to a clearing mode. The business personnel can inquire the transaction state of the bill in the electronic bill information. And after the receipt is finished, the bill finishes the proxy pool outlet.
The system can set the parameters of automatic accounting, and after the system sets the automatic accounting, the system automatically completes the operation of payment accounting. The online clearing is carried out through the financial company outside the bank account opened by the ticket transaction, the financial company bank account receives the bank cash of the ticket by the bank after the bank signs, and then the financial company carries out the internal clearing through the bank account. The settlement system of the offline clearing financial company receives the payment information of the acceptor, and then the financial company completes bill collection through internal settlement. The system automatically accounts to synchronize the accounting information of the systems in the row, thereby reducing the system operation risk of business personnel.
FIG. 7 provides a timing diagram of an agent prompt payment sign-off process. And when the bill system receives the prompt application of the bill exchange, performing business division according to the affiliated mechanism of the receiving member unit. And after service division, pushing a task to be processed to be prompted for payment signing to a corresponding service mechanism. The business personnel can inquire the transaction state of the bill in the electronic bill information. And after the receipt is finished, the bill completes bill cashing. The system linkage accounting makes the accounting information of the systems in the row synchronous, and reduces the operation risk of business personnel.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, a method for ticket management is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the ticket management server 110 in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step S810, acquiring a bill agent pool;
step S820, selecting candidate bills from the bill agent pool according to the first bill information;
step S830, the candidate bills are pushed to the bill management terminal, so that the bill management terminal selects the target bills from the candidate bills according to the second bill information after receiving the candidate bills, and feeds back a clearing completion notice when the target bills are cleared;
step 840, when receiving the clearing completion notification, the target ticket is pooled in the ticket agent pool.
In a specific implementation, the ticket management server may add all the ticket services of all the member units to the ticket agent pool, the ticket management server may find the to-be-expired tickets in the ticket agent pool according to the ticket expiration date, and select the candidate tickets from the to-be-expired tickets according to the organization to which the member units belong, for example, may screen the tickets of the designated member unit from all the to-be-expired tickets as the candidate tickets. The bill management server can send the candidate bills to the bill management terminal, the bill management terminal can screen target bills from the candidate bills according to screening conditions such as names of surrogates, names of acceptors, bill numbers and the like after receiving the candidate bills, after a clearing mode is selected, if internal examination and approval agree, the target bills can be sent to the ECDS through the bill management server, the acceptors sign for the bills through the accepting end, the acceptors can also settle the target bills according to the clearing mode, a clearing completion notice can be fed back to the bill management server after settlement, and when the bill management server receives the clearing completion notice, the bill management server can delete the target bills from the bill agent pool and send the target bills out of the pool from the bill agent pool.
Since the processing procedure of the ticket management server has been described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, it is not described herein again.
In the embodiment, the bill agent pool is obtained, the candidate bills are selected from the bill agent pool according to the first bill information, the candidate bills are pushed to the bill management terminal, the candidate bills meeting the pushing rule in the bill agent pool can be pushed to the bill management terminal, the bill management terminal is enabled to select the target bills needing to be cleared, the target bills are automatically cleared, manual operation is reduced, bill management efficiency is improved, when the clearing completion notice is received, the target bills are taken out of the pool in the bill agent pool, the cleared bills can be deleted from the bill agent pool, operation complexity is reduced, and bill management efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, a bill management method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the bill management terminal 120 in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step S910, receiving a candidate bill; the candidate bill is selected and sent in the bill agent pool by the bill management server according to the first bill information;
step S920, selecting a target bill from the candidate bills according to the second bill information to clear the target bill;
step S930, sending a clearing completion notification to the ticket management server when the target ticket is cleared.

In the embodiment, the target bills to be cleared can be selected by the bill management terminal by receiving the candidate bills and selecting the target bills from the candidate bills according to the second bill information, so that the target bills can be automatically cleared, manual operation is reduced, bill management efficiency is improved, clearing completion notification is sent to the bill management server when the target bills are cleared, the target bills can be sent out of the bill agent pool by the bill management server when the bill management server receives the clearing completion notification, operation complexity is reduced, and bill management efficiency is improved.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 8-9 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 8-9 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
In one embodiment, there is provided a ticket management apparatus including: the pool system comprises an acquisition module, a selection module, a push module and a pool outlet module, wherein:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the bill agent pool;
the selecting module is used for selecting candidate bills from the bill agent pool according to the first bill information;
the pushing module is used for pushing the candidate bills to the bill management terminal so that the bill management terminal can select target bills from the candidate bills according to second bill information after receiving the candidate bills and feed back a clearing completion notice when the target bills are cleared;
and the pool outlet module is used for discharging the target bill out of the pool in the bill agency pool when the clearing completion notice is received.
In one embodiment, there is provided a ticket management apparatus including: receiving module, selection module and notice module, wherein:
the receiving module is used for receiving the candidate bills; the candidate bill is selected and sent in the bill agent pool by the bill management server according to the first bill information;
the selecting module is used for selecting a target bill from the candidate bills according to the second bill information so as to clear the target bill;
and the notification module is used for sending a clearing completion notification to the bill management server when the target bill is cleared.
For specific definition of the bill management device, reference may be made to the above definition of the bill management method, which is not described herein again. The modules in the bill management device can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 10. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing bill management data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a ticket management method.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 11. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a ticket management method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the configurations shown in fig. 10 and 11 are block diagrams of only some of the configurations relevant to the present disclosure, and do not constitute a limitation on the computing devices to which the present disclosure may be applied, and that a particular computing device may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: acquiring a bill agent pool; selecting candidate bills from the bill agent pool according to the first bill information; the candidate bills are pushed to the bill management terminal, so that the bill management terminal selects target bills from the candidate bills according to second bill information after receiving the candidate bills, and feeds back a clearing completion notice when the target bills are cleared; upon receiving the clearing completion notification, pooling the target ticket in the ticket agent pool.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: receiving a candidate ticket; the candidate bill is selected and sent in the bill agent pool by the bill management server according to the first bill information; according to the second bill information, selecting a target bill from the candidate bills to clear the target bill; and sending a clearing completion notice to the bill management server when the target bill is cleared.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: acquiring a bill agent pool; selecting candidate bills from the bill agent pool according to the first bill information; the candidate bills are pushed to the bill management terminal, so that the bill management terminal selects target bills from the candidate bills according to second bill information after receiving the candidate bills, and feeds back a clearing completion notice when the target bills are cleared; upon receiving the clearing completion notification, pooling the target ticket in the ticket agent pool.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: receiving a candidate ticket; the candidate bill is selected and sent in the bill agent pool by the bill management server according to the first bill information; according to the second bill information, selecting a target bill from the candidate bills to clear the target bill; and sending a clearing completion notice to the bill management server when the target bill is cleared.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Claims (10)
1. A document management system, the system comprising: the bill management system comprises a bill management server and a bill management terminal;
the bill management server is used for acquiring a bill agent pool, selecting a candidate bill from the bill agent pool according to first bill information, and pushing the candidate bill to the bill management terminal;
the bill management terminal is used for receiving the candidate bills, selecting target bills from the candidate bills according to second bill information so that a receiving end can clear the target bills, and feeding back a clearing completion notice to the bill management server when the target bills are cleared;
the bill management server is further used for taking the target bill out of the pool in the bill agency pool when the clearing completion notice is received.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the ticket management server is further configured to, when receiving a ticket collecting notification sent by a ticket issuing end, obtain a to-be-pooled ticket corresponding to the ticket collecting notification, and identify whether the to-be-pooled ticket is a member unit ticket;
the bill management server is further configured to identify whether the bill to be entered into the pool is a blacklist bill or not when the bill to be entered into the pool is the member unit bill, and enter the bill to be entered into the pool in the bill agency pool if the bill to be entered into the pool is not the blacklist bill.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the ticket management terminal is further configured to select an endorsement ticket from the ticket agent pool according to the ticket information, and send the endorsement ticket to the ticket management server;
the bill management server is also used for forwarding the endorsement simulating bill to the endorsement end so as to allow the endorsement end to sign and receive the endorsement simulating bill and feed back a signing and receiving notice;
and the bill management server is also used for sending the endorsement bill out of the pool in the bill agency pool when receiving the sign-in notice.
4. The system according to claim 3, wherein the ticket management server is further configured to, when receiving an endorsement application sent by an endorsement end, obtain an endorsement ticket corresponding to the endorsement application, and send the endorsement ticket to the endorsement end, so that the endorsement end signs the endorsement ticket and feeds back a sign-in notification;
and the bill management server is also used for putting the endorsement bill into the pool in the bill agency pool when receiving the sign-in notice.
5. The system according to claim 1, wherein the ticket management server is further configured to push the candidate ticket to the ticket management terminal when a ticket expiration time limit is lower than a preset time limit threshold;
and the bill management terminal is also used for determining a target bill according to the candidate bill and sending a settlement notice of the target bill to a receiving end so as to enable a receiving person to settle the target bill.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the bill management server is further configured to, when receiving a notification of prompted payment, obtain a payment-prompting bill corresponding to the notification of prompted payment, and send the payment-prompting bill to the bill management terminal;
the bill management terminal is also used for receiving the prompt payment bill to settle the prompt payment bill and feeding back a settlement completion notice to the bill management server when the prompt payment bill completes settlement.
7. A method for ticket management, the method comprising:
acquiring a bill agent pool;
selecting candidate bills from the bill agent pool according to the first bill information;
the candidate bills are pushed to the bill management terminal, so that the bill management terminal selects target bills from the candidate bills according to second bill information after receiving the candidate bills, and feeds back a clearing completion notice when the target bills are cleared;
upon receiving the clearing completion notification, pooling the target ticket in the ticket agent pool.
8. A method for ticket management, the method comprising:
receiving a candidate ticket; the candidate bill is selected and sent in the bill agent pool by the bill management server according to the first bill information;
according to the second bill information, selecting a target bill from the candidate bills to clear the target bill;
and sending a clearing completion notice to the bill management server when the target bill is cleared.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor realizes the steps of the method of any one of claims 7 to 8 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 7 to 8.
