Furthermore, when the data approval result processing is performed on each approval node, the approval result of the data in the master document submitted by the current approver can be obtained from the first approver in the at least one approver in the current approval node; then processing the approval result of the row data in the main document submitted by the current approver through a preset row data approval mechanism, and determining the row data approved by the current approver; and repeating the operation by taking the next approver in the at least one approver as the current approver until the row data which is approved by the last approver in the at least one approver in the current approval node is obtained, so that the row data which is approved by the current approval node can be quickly obtained through standardized operation.
Furthermore, the master document to be examined and approved by the next approver in the at least one approver can be constructed by intercepting the data of the data which is approved by the current approver, so that the quantity of the data which is examined and approved by the next approver in the same examination and approval node is reduced, and the examination and approval efficiency is improved.

The foregoing embodiment describes an overall architecture of a data approval apparatus, and functions of the apparatus can be implemented by an electronic device, as shown in fig. 6, which is a schematic structural diagram of the electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and specifically includes: a memory 610 and a processor 620.

In addition to the programs described above, the memory 610 may also be configured to store other various data to support operations on the electronic device. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth.
The memory 610 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
A processor 620, coupled to the memory 610, for executing the program in the memory 610, the program executing the operating steps of the data approval method described in the foregoing embodiments.
Further, the processor 620 may also include various modules described in the foregoing embodiments to perform the processing operations of the data approval, and the memory 610 may be used, for example, to store data required by the modules to perform the operations and/or output data.
The above specific processing operations have been described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described again here.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the electronic device may further include: communication component 630, power component 640, audio component 650, display 660, and other components. Only some of the components are schematically shown in fig. 6, and the electronic device is not meant to include only the components shown in fig. 6.
The communication component 630 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the electronic device and other devices. The electronic device may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 630 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 630 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
A power supply component 640 provides power to the various components of the electronic device. The power components 640 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for an electronic device.
The audio component 650 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 650 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the electronic device is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 610 or transmitted via the communication component 630. In some embodiments, audio component 650 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
Display 660 comprises a screen, which may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation.

Fig. 7 is a flowchart of a method for displaying approval data according to an embodiment of the present invention, which explains a data approval method according to an embodiment from the perspective of implementing interaction on a terminal by using an operation interface in an actual application scenario, and includes the following steps:

According to the scheme, an operation interface for executing data approval is provided for each approval node in the approval process, and an approver can execute approval processing of data in the master document to be approved and submitted an approval result in the operation interface.

correspondingly, the process of executing the method shown in the present embodiment further includes: and responding to the operation that the approver triggers the control, and hiding/displaying the row data which are not approved by the prior approval node, so that the approver can selectively check or not check the row data which are not approved by the prior approval node according to own will.
And S720, processing the approval result of the row data in the master document through a preset row data approval mechanism, and determining the row data approved by the current approval node.
And S730, constructing a main document by using the row data approved by the current approval node, and providing the main document to an operation interface of the next approval node for approval.
And S740, repeating the operation by taking the next approval node as the current approval node until the master document formed by the row of data approved by the last approval node is obtained.
And S750, displaying the finally formed master document in an operation interface of each approval node.
Further, in the process of executing the display method of the approval data shown in this embodiment, a processing process of the data approval method shown in the first embodiment may also be executed.
According to the method for displaying the examination and approval data, on the basis of the data examination and approval method, the master document to be examined and approved is provided for each examination and approval node based on the operation interface, the master document formed by the row data approved by each examination and approval node is automatically provided for the operation interface of the next examination and approval node, and the examination and approval work of the subsequent examination and approval node is driven; and the finally formed master document is displayed in the operation interface of each examination and approval node, so that the examination and approval operation and the examination and approval result can be visible in the whole examination and approval process by utilizing the business scene of examining and approving the master document, and an examining and approving person can conveniently master the examination and approval result of each stage of the master document in the examination and approval process at any time.

As shown in fig. 8, which is a block diagram of an apparatus for displaying approval data according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method steps shown in fig. 7 can be controlled to be executed, and the method steps include:
the data providing module 810 is configured to provide a master document to be approved from a first approval node to an operation interface of a current approval node, and receive approval results of data in the master document, which are submitted by each approver of at least one approver in the current approval node;

the data construction module 830 is configured to construct a master document according to the row of data approved by the current approval node, and provide the master document to an operation interface of the next approval node for approval through the data providing module 810;
repeating the operation by taking the next approval node as the current approval node until a master document formed by the row of data approved by the last approval node is obtained;
and the data display module 840 is used for displaying the finally formed master document in the operation interface of each approval node.

In addition, the display apparatus for approval data shown in this embodiment may further include a functional module in the data approval apparatus shown in the second embodiment, for executing the method steps shown in the first embodiment.

The foregoing embodiment describes an overall architecture of an approval data display apparatus, and functions of the apparatus can be implemented by an electronic device, as shown in fig. 9, which is a schematic structural diagram of the electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and specifically includes: a memory 910 and a processor 920.

In addition to the programs described above, the memory 910 may also be configured to store other various data to support operations on the electronic device. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth.
The memory 910 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
A processor 920, coupled to the memory 910, for executing the program in the memory 910, wherein the program executes the operation steps of the presentation method of approval data described in the foregoing embodiments.
In addition, the processor 920 may also include various modules described in the foregoing embodiments to perform the presentation processing operation of the approval data, and the memory 910 may be used for storing data required for the modules to perform the operation and/or output data, for example.
The above specific processing operations have been described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described again here.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, the electronic device may further include: communication components 930, power components 940, audio components 950, display 960, and the like. Only some of the components are schematically shown in fig. 9, and the electronic device is not meant to include only the components shown in fig. 9.
The communication component 930 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the electronic device and other devices. The electronic device may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 930 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 930 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
A power supply component 940 provides power to the various components of the electronic device. The power components 940 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for an electronic device.
The audio component 950 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 950 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the electronic device is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 910 or transmitted via the communication component 930. In some embodiments, audio component 950 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The display 960 includes a screen, which may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application.

Claims (16)

1. A method of data approval, comprising:
starting from the first examination and approval node, obtaining examination and approval results of the data in the master document, which are submitted by each of at least one examination and approval person in the current examination and approval nodes;
processing the examination and approval result of the data of the main document through a preset data of data examination and approval mechanism, and determining the data of the current examination and approval node;
constructing a master document to be examined and approved of the next examination and approval node by using the data of the data passing the examination and approval of the current examination and approval node;
and repeating the operation by taking the next approval node as the current approval node until the master document formed by the row of data approved by the last approval node is obtained.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the processing of the approval result of the row data in the master document through a preset row data approval mechanism, and determining the row data approved by the current approval node comprises:
and determining the data of the row data which passes the examination and approval of all the examination and approval persons in the at least one examination and approval person in the current examination and approval node as the data of the row data which passes the examination and approval of the current examination and approval node.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the processing of the approval result of the row data in the master document through a preset row data approval mechanism, and determining the row data approved by the current approval node comprises:
and determining the data of the row data which passes the approval of any one of the at least one approver in the current approval node as the data of the row data which passes the approval of the current approval node.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the approval results of the row data in the master document submitted by each of at least one approver in the current approval nodes are obtained; and processing the approval result of the data of the main document through a preset data of data approval mechanism, and determining the data of the data which pass the approval of the current approval node comprises the following steps:
obtaining an approval result of the data in the master document submitted by the current approver from a first approver in the at least one approver in the current approval node;
processing the approval result of the row data in the master document submitted by the current approver through a preset row data approval mechanism, and determining the row data approved by the current approver;
and repeating the operation by taking the next approver in the at least one approver as the current approver until the row data which is approved by the last approver in the at least one approver in the current approval node is obtained.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
and constructing a master document to be approved by the next approver in the at least one approver according to the row data approved by the current approver.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the constructing the master document to be approved by the next approval node according to the row of data approved by the current approval node comprises:
and constructing the master document to be approved by the next approval node according to the row data which is approved by the last approval person in the at least one approval person in the current approval node.
7. The method of any of claims 1-6, wherein the method further comprises:
and if the data of the data passing the examination and approval of the current examination and approval node does not exist, ending the examination and approval process.
8. The method according to any one of claims 4-6, wherein the method further comprises:
and if the data of the data which is approved by the current approver does not exist in the current approve node, ending the approval process.
9. A data approval apparatus comprising:
the approval result acquisition module is used for acquiring approval results of the data in the master document, which are submitted by each approver in at least one approver in the current approval nodes, from the first approval node;
the data determining module is used for processing the approval result of the row data in the master document through a preset row data approval mechanism and determining the row data approved by the current approval node;
the approval data construction module is used for constructing a master document to be approved of the next approval node by using the data of the current approval node approved;
and repeating the operation by taking the next approval node as the current approval node until the master document formed by the row of data approved by the last approval node is obtained.
10. A display method of approval data comprises the following steps:
providing a master document to be examined and approved to an operation interface of a current examination and approval node from a first examination and approval node, and receiving examination and approval results of row data in the master document, which are respectively submitted by each approver in at least one approver in the current examination and approval node;
processing the examination and approval result of the data of the main document through a preset data of data examination and approval mechanism, and determining the data of the current examination and approval node;
establishing a master document by using the row data approved by the current approval node, and providing the master document for an operation interface of the next approval node for approval;
repeating the operation by taking the next approval node as the current approval node until a master document formed by the row of data approved by the last approval node is obtained;
and displaying the finally formed master document in an operation interface of each examination and approval node.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the providing of pending master document intermediate data into the operator interface of the current approval node comprises:
and the row data for the current approval node to approve, or the row data for the current approval node to approve and the row data which cannot pass the previous approval node to approve and display inoperable row data.
12. The method according to claim 10, wherein a control for performing partial and/or complete operation on the line data is provided in the operation interface of the approval node, and the operation includes: at least one of approval is passed, approval is not passed, and a label is set;
the method further comprises the following steps: responding to the operation that the approver triggers the control, and executing at least one operation of approval passing, approval failing and label setting on part or all of the data currently selected by the approver.
13. The method according to claim 11, wherein a control for hiding/displaying the row data which are not approved by the previous approval node is arranged in the operation interface of the approval node;
the method further comprises the following steps: and responding to the operation that the approver triggers the control, and hiding/displaying the row data which cannot be approved by the previous approval node.
14. A presentation device of approval data, comprising:
the data providing module is used for providing a master document to be examined and approved from a first examination and approval node to an operation interface of the current examination and approval node and receiving examination and approval results of line data in the master document, which are submitted by each of at least one examination and approval person in the current examination and approval node;
the data approval module is used for processing the approval result of the data in the master document through a preset data approval mechanism to determine the data of the data which pass the approval of the current approval node;
the data construction module is used for constructing a main document by using the row data approved by the current approval node, and providing the main document to an operation interface of the next approval node for approval through the data providing module;
repeating the operation by taking the next approval node as the current approval node until a master document formed by the row of data approved by the last approval node is obtained;
and the data display module is used for displaying the finally formed master document in the operation interface of each approval node.
15. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing a program;
a processor coupled to the memory for executing the program, the program when executed performing the data approval method of any one of claims 1-8.
16. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing a program;
a processor, coupled to the memory, for executing the program, which when executed performs the method for presenting approval data of claim 10.
