Referring to fig. 1, a flow diagram of some embodiments of an information presentation method according to the present disclosure is shown. As shown in fig. 1, the information presentation method includes the following steps:
step 101, responding to the appointment operation of the first user to the target schedule, and sending a link generation request to a server.
In this embodiment, the first user may implement the reservation of the target schedule by performing a reservation operation on the target schedule.
The first user may be a user of the above-described multimedia conferencing application executing the subject installation. It will be appreciated that the multimedia conferencing application may be an application that provides multimedia conferencing. In practice, the multimedia conference may be an audio conference or a video conference.
Accordingly, the target schedule may be a schedule that the first user reserved in the above-described multimedia conference application. In practice, the target schedule may be various schedules. For example, the target schedule may be a meeting holding, meeting attending, personnel interviewing, etc. schedule.
Accordingly, the above-described reservation operation may be an operation of reserving a target schedule. In some scenarios, the appointment operation may be an operation in which a user fills in schedule information of a target schedule and submits the schedule information.
In the present embodiment, in response to an appointment operation of the first user for the target schedule, the execution subject of the information presentation method (for example, terminal devices 501, 502 shown in fig. 5) may transmit a link generation request to a server (for example, server 504 shown in fig. 5).
The link generation request may be a request to generate a conference link. In practice, the conference link is used for a user to join a multimedia conference.
In practice, upon receiving a conference link request, the server may generate a conference link for the multimedia conference. And, the server may return the generated conference link to the execution main body.
And 102, receiving a conference link returned by the server in response to the link generation request.
And 103, displaying the conference link in a display interface of the schedule information of the target schedule.
In this embodiment, the execution subject may display the meeting link in a display interface of schedule information of a target schedule.
It is understood that the schedule information may be information describing a target schedule. Accordingly, the display interface may be an interface displaying the schedule.
In some scenarios, the execution subject may present the conference link in a predetermined area included in the presentation interface.
In terms of a schedule reserved by a user, in the related art, schedule information of the schedule reserved by the user may be displayed. Thus, the schedule reserved by the user cannot be associated with the multimedia conference.
In the present embodiment, a link generation request is transmitted to the server in response to a reservation operation of the target schedule by the first user. Further, receiving a conference link returned by the server in response to the link generation request. In practice, the above-mentioned conference link is used for a user to join a multimedia conference. Thus, when the first user subscribes to the target schedule, a meeting link for joining the multimedia meeting may be returned to the first user. And further, displaying the conference link in a display interface of the schedule information of the target schedule. Thus, a new method of presenting conference links is provided. In addition, the conference link of the multimedia conference is displayed in the display interface, so that the target schedule reserved by the user can be associated with the multimedia conference.
In some embodiments, the execution body may further perform the following operations.
Specifically, in response to a sharing operation of the first user on the second user sharing the conference link, a third-party application is called to send the conference link to the second user.
It is understood that the sharing operation may be an operation of the first user sharing the conference link with the second user.
The third party application may be an application other than a multimedia conferencing application. In practice, the third-party application may be a pre-specified application or an application selected by the first user. In some scenarios, the execution principal may invoke a third party application. Further, the execution subject may send the conference link to a second user through a server corresponding to a third-party application.
Therefore, the conference link of the multimedia conference shared by the first user and the second user can be realized in a mode of calling the third-party application in the multimedia conference application.
In some embodiments, the terminal device of the second user may enable the second user to join the multimedia conference by performing the following operations.
In the first step, in the third-party application, in response to a trigger operation executed by the second user on the conference link, jumping from the third-party application to a landing page in a target browser.
In practice, the trigger operation of the conference link may be a single click, a double click, a long press, and the like performed by the second user on the conference link.
The target browser may be a browser that exposes a landing page. In practice, the target browser may be a pre-designated browser or a browser selected by the second user.
The landing page may be a transit page that jumps from the third-party application to the multimedia conferencing application.
In some scenarios, in response to a triggering operation performed by the second user on the conference link, the terminal device of the second user may jump from the third-party application to a landing page in the target browser.
And secondly, responding to the jump operation executed by the second user in the landing page, and determining whether the multimedia conference is initiated.
The jump operation may be an operation to cause a jump from the landing page to the multimedia conferencing application. In some scenarios, the landing page may contain controls that cause a jump to the multimedia conferencing application. Accordingly, the jump operation may be a single click, a double click, a long press, etc. operation performed by the second user on the control.
In some scenarios, the terminal device of the second user may send a request to a server (e.g., server 504 shown in fig. 5) corresponding to the multimedia conferencing application to jump from the landing page to the multimedia conferencing application. Further, the server corresponding to the multimedia conference application may return initiation information indicating whether the multimedia conference is initiated to the terminal device of the second user. Still further, the terminal device of the second user may determine whether the multimedia conference is initiated according to the received initiation information.
And thirdly, responding to the initiated multimedia conference, and jumping to a conference interface in the multimedia conference application from the landing page.
The conference interface may be an operation interface for a user to join the multimedia conference.
And fourthly, adding the second user into the multimedia conference based on the adding operation executed by the second user in the conference interface.
The joining operation may be an operation performed by the second user to join the multimedia conference. In some scenarios, the conferencing interface may include an input control for inputting a conferencing code of the multimedia conference. Accordingly, the joining operation may be an operation in which the second user inputs a conference code of the multimedia conference in the input control.
In some scenarios, the terminal device of the second user may join the second user to the multimedia conference in response to the second user performing the join operation.
In other scenarios, in response to the second user performing the join operation within the preset duration of jumping to the conference interface, the terminal device of the second user may join the second user to the multimedia conference.
In summary, if the first user shares the conference link with the second user through the third-party application, the terminal device of the second user can join the second user in the multimedia conference by jumping to the multimedia conference application from the third-party application.
In some embodiments, the presentation interface further includes a second initiation control for initiating the multimedia conference. It will be appreciated that the second initiating control may be a control that initiates the multimedia conference described above.
Accordingly, the execution main body described above may also perform the following operations.
Specifically, the multimedia conference is initiated in response to a trigger operation performed by the first user on the second initiation control.
In practice, the triggering operation of the second initiating control may be a single click, a double click, a long press, and the like performed by the first user on the second initiating control.
Therefore, if the first user reserves the target schedule, the second initiating control for initiating the multimedia conference can be displayed in the display interface of the schedule information of the target schedule. Further, the first user may execute a trigger operation on a second initiation control displayed in the display interface to initiate the multimedia conference.
In some embodiments, a server corresponding to the multimedia conference application may generate a conference link for the multimedia conference as follows.
First, a conference code uniquely identifying the multimedia conference is generated.
In some scenarios, the server may generate the conference code of the multimedia conference according to a preset generation logic.
And secondly, generating the conference link based on the conference code.
In some scenarios, the server may combine the general portion that generates the conference link with the conference code to generate the conference link for the multimedia conference.
For example, the general portion that generates the conference link may be "https:// vc. abcd. cn/j/", and the conference code for the multimedia conference may be "123456". Accordingly, the final generated conference link may be https:// vc. Here, the conference code takes the form of a number. In practice, conference coding includes, but is not limited to, at least one of: numbers, letters, etc.
In other scenarios, the server may encrypt the conference code according to a preset encryption manner. Further, the server may combine the general part for generating the conference link with the encrypted conference code to generate the conference link for the multimedia conference.
Thereby, a conference link for the multimedia conference is generated on the basis of the conference code for the multimedia conference. Because the conference code can uniquely identify the multimedia conference, the generated conference link can also uniquely identify the multimedia conference.
In some embodiments, the conference link is copied in response to a copy operation performed by a user.
The copy operation may be an operation of copying the conference link.
Therefore, the user can realize the copying of the conference link by executing the copying operation on the conference link of the multimedia conference. Further, the user can share the copied conference link with other users, so that the sharing of the conference link of the multimedia conference is realized.
In some embodiments, the second user may be a user of a multimedia conferencing application. In practice, in the multimedia conference application, in response to a sharing operation of the first user for sharing the conference link with the second user, the execution main body may send the conference link of the multimedia conference to the second user.
In some scenarios, the executing entity may send a conference link for the multimedia conference to the second user via a server (e.g., server 504 shown in fig. 5) corresponding to the multimedia conference application.
Therefore, the first user can share the conference link of the multimedia conference for the second user in the multimedia conference application.
Referring to fig. 2, an application scenario of the information presentation method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is shown. In practice, the terminal device 201 may install a multimedia conference application. The first user a may reserve a target schedule 202 in the multimedia conferencing application. Also, the first user a may join the multimedia conference in the multimedia conference application.
As shown in fig. 2, in response to the first user a reserving the target schedule 202, the terminal apparatus 201 may transmit a link generation request 204 to the server 203. Further, the terminal device 201 may receive the conference link 205 returned by the server 203 in response to the above-described link generation request 204. In practice, the conference link 205 is used for a user to join a multimedia conference. Still further, the terminal device 201 may display the meeting link 205 in the display interface 207 of the schedule information 206 of the target schedule 202. Thus, when the first user a reserves the target schedule 202, the conference link 205 of the multimedia conference can be presented in the presentation interface 207 of the schedule information 206.
Continuing to refer to fig. 3, a flow chart of still further embodiments of information presentation methods according to the present disclosure is shown. As shown in fig. 3, the information presentation method includes the following steps:
step 301, responding to the appointment operation of the first user to the target schedule, and sending a link generation request to the server.
Step 302, receiving a conference link returned by the server in response to the link generation request.
And 303, displaying the conference link in a display interface of the schedule information of the target schedule.
Step 301, step 302, and step 303 may be performed in a similar manner as step 101, step 102, and step 103 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and the above description for step 101, step 102, and step 103 also applies to step 301, step 302, and step 303, and is not repeated here.
Step 304, in response to the sharing operation of the first user on the second user to share the conference link, sending a sharing request of the conference link to a server, so that the server performs the following operations: determining a rendering style of a conference card of the multimedia conference based on whether the multimedia conference is initiated; and sending the rendering style information of the rendering style to the first user and the second user.
In this embodiment, the first user may share the conference link with the second user by performing a sharing operation on the conference link.
In this embodiment, in response to a sharing operation of the first user for sharing the conference link with the second user, an execution subject of the information presentation method (for example, the terminal devices 501 and 502 shown in fig. 5) may send a sharing request of the conference link to a server (for example, the server 504 shown in fig. 5).
It is understood that the sharing request may be a request of the first user to share the conference link with the second user.
In this embodiment, after receiving the sharing request, the server may execute steps S1 and S2 as shown below.
Step S1, determining a rendering style of a conference card of the multimedia conference based on whether the multimedia conference is initiated.
In some scenarios, multiple rendering styles for a conference card are preset for an uninitiated multimedia conference. Accordingly, a plurality of second rendering styles of the conference card are preset for the initiated multimedia conference. In practice, in response to the non-initiation of the multimedia conference, the server may randomly determine one rendering style from among a plurality of rendering styles set for the non-initiated multimedia conference as the rendering style of the conference card. In response to the multimedia conference being initiated, the server may randomly determine one rendering style from among a plurality of rendering styles set for the initiated multimedia conference as a rendering style of the conference card.
Step S2, sending rendering style information of the rendering style to the first user and the second user.
The rendering style information is used for presenting a conference card of the multimedia conference to the first user and the second user. That is, the terminal device of the first user and the terminal device of the second user may render a conference card of the multimedia conference based on the received rendering style information and present the rendered conference card.
And 305, presenting the conference card based on the rendering style information returned by the server.
In this embodiment, the execution main body may present the conference card based on the rendering style information returned by the server.
In some scenarios, the execution body may render the conference card of the corresponding rendering style according to the received rendering style information. Further, the execution subject may present the rendered conference card.
In this embodiment, in response to a conference link of a multimedia conference shared by a first user to a second user, a sharing request of the conference link may be sent to a server corresponding to a multimedia conference application. Further, the server may determine a rendering style of the conference card based on whether the multimedia conference is initiated, and transmit rendering style information of the determined rendering style to the first user and the second user. Still further, the terminal device of the first user and the terminal device of the second user may render a conference card of the multimedia conference based on the received rendering style information, and present the rendered conference card. Therefore, the conference cards of the multimedia conference can be displayed to the first user and the second user according to whether the multimedia conference is initiated or not. Thus, the flexibility of displaying the conference card to the first user and the second user can be improved.
In some embodiments, the conference card is presented in a conversation interface including the first user and the second user.
In some scenarios, the above-described conversation interface may be an interface in which the first user and the second user separately conduct a conversation. Therefore, if the first user shares the conference link in the interface for independently carrying out the conversation with the second user, the conference card of the multimedia conference can be rendered in the interface for independently carrying out the conversation with the first user and the second user. Therefore, the conference cards of the multimedia conference are displayed to the first user and the second user.
In another scenario, the session interface may be an interface for a member of a group in which the first user and the second user are co-located to perform a session. Therefore, if the first user shares the conference link in the interface where the members in the group have a conversation, the conference card of the multimedia conference can be rendered in the interface where the members in the group have a conversation. Therefore, the conference card of the multimedia conference is displayed to each member in the group.
In some embodiments, the rendering style includes a first rendering style and/or a second rendering style.
The first rendering style is used for rendering a conference card containing the conference link and/or the first initiating control. It will be appreciated that the first initiating control may be a control for initiating the multimedia conference described above.
The second rendering style is used for rendering the conference card containing the conference link and the joining control. It will be appreciated that the join control may be a control for joining the multimedia conference.
Thus, the rendered conference card may contain a conference link of the multimedia conference and/or a first initiating control of the multimedia conference according to the first rendering style. And according to the second rendering style, the rendered conference card can contain a conference link of the multimedia conference and a joining control of the multimedia conference.
In some embodiments, a server corresponding to the multimedia conference application may determine a rendering style of the conference card by performing the following operations.
Specifically, in response to the multimedia conference not being initiated, the rendering style of the conference card is determined to be the first rendering style.
Thus, if the multimedia conference is not initiated, the server may send rendering style information of the first rendering style to the first user and the second user.
Accordingly, the execution main body (i.e., the terminal device of the first user) may present the conference card of the multimedia conference by performing the following operations.
And step one, determining whether the shared users linked with the conference have the initiating authority of the multimedia conference.
The shared users may be users linked to the shared conference. It will be appreciated that the second user may be a user who is shared with the conference link described above. Accordingly, the first user may be a user sharing the conference link described above with respect to the second user.
The initiating right may be a right to initiate the multimedia conference.
In some scenarios, the execution subject may query, from a server (e.g., the server 504 shown in fig. 5) corresponding to the multimedia conference application, whether the shared user of the conference link has the right information of the initiation right. Further, the execution subject may determine whether the shared user linked to the conference has an initiating right according to the queried right information.
And secondly, responding to the shared user of the conference link having the initiating authority, and presenting the conference card containing the conference link and the first initiating control based on the rendering style information.
In some scenarios, the execution subject may render a conference card containing the conference link and the first initiation control according to the rendering information. Further, the executing agent may present a conference card including the conference link and the first initiating control.
Therefore, when the shared users of the conference link have the initiating right of the multimedia conference, the conference card containing the conference link and the first initiating control is displayed to the first user.
It should be noted that, when the shared user of the conference link has the initiation right of the multimedia conference, the terminal device of the second user may also present the conference card including the conference link and the first initiation control in a similar manner. Therefore, the conference card containing the conference link and the first initiating control is displayed to the second user.
In some embodiments, the execution body may further perform the following operations.
Specifically, the multimedia conference is initiated in response to a trigger operation performed by the first user on the first initiation control.
In practice, the triggering operation of the first initiating control can be a single click, a double click, a long press, and the like.
Thus, the first user can initiate the multimedia conference by performing a triggering operation on the first initiation control contained in the conference card.
It should be noted that the second user may also initiate the multimedia conference by performing a trigger operation on the first initiation control contained in the conference card.
In some embodiments, the executing body may also present a conference card of the multimedia conference by performing the following operations.
Specifically, in response to that the shared user of the conference link does not have the initiating authority, the conference card including the conference link is presented based on the rendering style information.
In some scenarios, the execution subject may render a conference card containing the conference link according to the rendering information. Further, the executing agent may present a conference card including the conference link.
Therefore, when the shared users of the conference link do not have the initiating right of the multimedia conference, the conference card containing the conference link is displayed to the first user. In other words, the first user is not presented with the first originating control of the multimedia conference.
It should be noted that, when the shared user of the conference link does not have the initiation right of the multimedia conference, the terminal device of the second user may also present the conference card containing the conference link in a similar manner. Thereby, presentation of the conference card containing the conference link to the second user is achieved. That is, the first originating control of the multimedia conference is not presented to the second user.
In some embodiments, the initiation permission is set by the first user.
Therefore, if the first user reserves the target schedule, the first user can flexibly set the initiating authority of the shared user linked with the conference to the multimedia conference.
In some embodiments, the server may determine a rendering style of a conference card for the multimedia conference by performing the following operations.
Specifically, in response to the multimedia conference being initiated, the rendering style of the conference card is determined to be the second rendering style.
Thus, if the multimedia conference has been initiated, the server may send rendering style information of the second rendering style to the first user and the second user. Further, the terminal device of the first user and the terminal device of the second user may render the conference card of the second rendering style according to the received rendering style information, and present the rendered conference card.
