Referring to fig. 1, a flow of one embodiment of a presentation method according to the present disclosure is shown. The display method is applied to the terminal equipment. The demonstration method as shown in fig. 1 comprises the following steps:
step 101, in response to receiving a discussion group switching request for a target member in a multimedia conference, switching the target member from a first discussion group to which the member belongs to a second discussion group indicated by the discussion group switching request.
In this embodiment, an executing entity (for example, a terminal device and/or a server) of the presentation method may switch, in response to receiving a discussion group switching request for a target member in a multimedia conference, the target member from a first discussion group to which the member belongs to a second discussion group indicated by the discussion group switching request.
In this embodiment, the multimedia conference may be an online conference performed by using a multimedia method. The multimedia may include, but is not limited to, at least one of audio and video. The multimedia conference interface can be a related interface of the multimedia conference.
In this embodiment, the application for starting the multimedia conference may be any kind of application, and is not limited herein. For example, the application may be an instant video conference application, a messaging application, a video playing application, a mail application, and the like.
In this embodiment, the multimedia conference may include several discussion groups.
In some application scenarios, the multimedia conference may include conference member a, conference member b, conference member c, and conference member d. Conference member a, having grouping rights in the multimedia conference, may assign conference members of the multimedia conference to at least one discussion group, e.g., conference member b and conference member c may be assigned to discussion group number one. In this example, the conference member D and the conference member A are not allocated to the discussion group, and the conference member D and the conference member A are left in the main meeting place; discussion group one may be considered a breakout location. It is understood that the main meeting place and the branch meeting place can be both considered as independent discussion groups.
In this embodiment, the discussion group switching request may indicate that the target member is to be moved to the discussion group.
Here, the group switching request may be to move the target member from the main meeting place to the branch meeting place, or to move the target member from one branch meeting place to another branch meeting place.
In this embodiment, for convenience of explanation, the discussion group where the target member is located before the discussion group switching request may be referred to as a first discussion group; the discussion group (to which the target member is moved) indicated by the discussion group switch request is referred to as a second discussion group.
In this embodiment, the discussion group switching request may be a predefined request for switching groups of conference members that can trigger the multimedia conference. Here, the target member may be subject to a change of groups based on various requests. For example, a disaggregation of the discussion group in which the target member is located may cause the target member to exit the first discussion group and enter the main meeting place. As another example, the target member may actively apply for a group change, which may cause the target member to change from the first discussion group to a discussion group other than the first discussion group. As another example, a conference member with grouping privileges to regroup a target member may cause the target member to switch from one discussion group to another discussion group indicated by the regrouping.
It should be noted that the discussion group switching request may be a preset generic term of various requests.
In this embodiment, the discussion group switching request may include at least one of, but is not limited to: a first type of request and a second type of request.
In this embodiment, the specific request content of the first type request may be set according to an actual application scenario, and is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the specific request content of the second type request may be set according to an actual application scenario, and is not limited herein.
In some application scenarios, the basis for dividing the first type of request and the second type of request may include whether the user who issued the discussion group switching request has a grouping right.
And 102, determining whether to update the discussion group identifier associated with the target member or not based on the initiator operation authority of the discussion group switching request.
Here, the initiator of the discussion group switching request may include a user sending the discussion group switching request to the server.
For example, target member A sends a group change request to conference member B, and conference member B has a grouping right. And the conference member B agrees with the group change application of the target member A, and then the conference member B can send a discussion group switching request to the server. The server can verify whether the conference member B has the grouping authority; if so, determining to update the discussion group identification associated with the target member, and if not, determining not to update the discussion group identification associated with the target member.
As another example, conference member B may send a grouping request to the server, which may be used to request that target member A be assigned to the second discussion group. The server can verify whether the conference member B has the grouping authority; if so, determining to update the discussion group identification associated with the target member, and if not, determining not to update the discussion group identification associated with the target member.
In other words, once the target member is assigned to the first discussion group, in case no conference member with the associated operation right (e.g. grouping right) sends the discussion group switching request, the first discussion group identity will always be left exposed, regardless of whether the target member is currently in the first discussion group or not.
And 103, displaying the member identification and the discussion group identification of the target member in an associated manner.
As an example, please refer to fig. 2 and 3. In fig. 2, in the multimedia conference interface of the terminal device, a lunch group identifier "lunch" may be displayed in association with the target member wang. The server may then receive a discussion group switch request. The server may be based on whether the originator of the group switch request has the grouping right in question. If not, the discussion group identification presented in association with the target member wang five may not be updated. For example, in the application scenario of fig. 3, the target member is changed to the dinner group based on the discussion group switch request, but in the multimedia conference interface, a continuation reservation of the lunch group identification "lunch" is shown in association with the target member wang.
It should be noted that, in the presentation method provided in this embodiment, in response to receiving a discussion group switching request for a target member in a multimedia conference, the target member is switched from a first discussion group to which the member belongs to a second discussion group indicated by the discussion group switching request; determining whether to update the discussion group identifier associated with the target member based on the initiator operating authority of the discussion group switching request; and displaying the member identification and the discussion group identification of the target member in an associated manner.
Therefore, the discussion group switching request is verified based on the operation authority of the initiator to determine whether to replace the discussion group identifier displayed in association with the target member identifier, so that the discussion group identifier displayed in association with the target member can be realized, and the discussion group identifier displayed in association with the target member can be matched with a specific conference scene. For example, in a scenario where a participant temporarily switches discussion groups, it is avoided that improperly updating the discussion group identification causes the participant to be unable to know the discussion group to which the participant should belong. Alternatively, in a scenario where a user with administrative authority (e.g., a host, an organizer, etc. of a multimedia conference) changes the assignment of a discussion group of the multimedia conference, the participants are made aware of the changed discussion group to which they belong.
In this embodiment, the execution sequence among step 101, step 102 and step 103 may be adjusted according to the actual application, and is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the step 102 may include: and determining to update the discussion group identification associated with the target member in response to the initiator of the discussion group switching request having grouping authority. And, the step 103 may include: and presenting the second discussion group identification associated with the target member identification, and stopping presenting the first discussion group identification.
Here, the execution sequence is not limited to the two steps of presenting the second discussion group identifier and stopping presenting the first discussion group identifier.
As an example, please refer to fig. 4. In the application scenario of fig. 4, the initiator of the discussion group switching request has a grouping right, the target member can be switched to the dinner group based on the discussion group switching request, and in the multimedia conference interface, the lunch group identifier "lunch" displayed in association with the target member wang is not displayed any more, but replaced with the dinner group identifier "dinner".
It should be noted that, after the target members are regrouped based on the discussion group switching request, the newly-given conference identities of the target members can be quickly displayed, and the updating speed of the conference information is increased.
In some embodiments, the step 102 may include: and determining not to update the discussion group identification associated with the target member in response to the initiator of the discussion group switching request not having grouping permission. And, the step 103 may include: and reserving and displaying the first discussion group identification associated with the target member identification.
It can be understood that if the initiator of the discussion group switching request has the grouping right, the discussion group where the target member is located may be changed, and the discussion group identifier displayed in association with the target member identifier may also be changed; if the initiator of the discussion group switching request does not have the grouping authority, the discussion group where the target member is located can be changed, but the discussion group identifier displayed in association with the target member identifier cannot be changed.
Therefore, the conference identity of the target member is not changed after the group of the target member is changed based on the discussion group switching request, so that the interaction flexibility of the target member in the multimedia conference can be improved, and the conference efficiency is improved; and the basic conference identity of the target member in the multimedia conference can be prompted to the conference member, and the interference of the conference order caused by the multiple self-group change of the target member is avoided.
In some embodiments, the step 103 may include: and reserving and displaying the first discussion group identifier on a multimedia conference interface of the target member and/or the conference member with the grouping authority.
Here, the multimedia conference interface may be used to present multimedia conference related information. The multimedia conferencing interface includes, but is not limited to, at least one of: a display interface of the multimedia conference stream and a member list interface of the multimedia conference members.
It should be noted that, in the multimedia conference interface of the target member, the discussion group identifier assigned by the target member is displayed, so that the target member can be assisted to quickly acquire the discussion group to which the target member is assigned.
It should be noted that, the discussion group identifier assigned by the target member is displayed on the multimedia conference interface of the conference member with the grouping right (for example, the conference host), so that the conference member with the grouping right can quickly know the discussion group to which the target member has been assigned most recently. Therefore, conference members with grouping authority can conveniently know the action and the situation of the target members in the multimedia conference, for example, the conditions that whether the target members change groups or not can be determined by comparing the discussion groups where the target members are currently located with the discussion groups of the grouping labels, and the like.
In some embodiments, after the step 103, the method may further include: and in response to receiving a triggering instruction aiming at the first discussion group identifier of the reserved display, moving the target member to the first discussion group.
Here, the first discussion group identifier for preserving the presentation may indicate that the discussion group indicated by the presentation discussion group identifier associated with the target member is inconsistent with the discussion group in which the target member is currently located.
As an example, referring to fig. 3, the discussion group indicated by the first discussion group identifier "lunch" (lunch group) that remains exposed does not coincide with the discussion group (dinner group) in which the target member is currently located. If the first discussion group identification "lunch" presented in association with the target member identification wang is triggered, the target member may be quickly joined to the lunch group. The multimedia conferencing interface may then be as shown in fig. 2.
Optionally, the user triggering the first discussion group identifier may be the target member or a conference member with a grouping right.
In some embodiments, if the locally logged-in conference member is a target member or a conference member with grouping permissions, a grouping tag including a trigger control may be presented, and in response to detecting a trigger for the grouping tag, the target member may quickly jump back to the discussion group indicated by the grouping tag.
It should be noted that, by triggering the first discussion group identifier exposed in the reservation, joining the target member to the discussion group indicated by the discussion group switching request initiated by the initiator having the latest operation right is quickly achieved. Therefore, the target members can be quickly changed, and the operating efficiency and the interaction efficiency of the multimedia conference are improved.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and generating the trigger instruction in response to receiving trigger operation information of the target member aiming at the first discussion group identifier reserved for display.
Here, a triggering instruction may be generated based on the first discussion group identification of the target member triggering the reservation presentation.
As an example, the presentation first discussion group identification may be retained after step 102. The target member may click on the first discussion group identification. According to the action that the target member clicks the first discussion group identifier, the trigger operation information of the target member for the first discussion group identifier can be generated. Based on the trigger operation information, a trigger instruction may be generated. In response to the triggering instruction, the target member may be moved to the first discussion group.
It should be noted that, the target member triggers and retains the first discussion group identifier, and can realize the quick return to the first discussion group. Therefore, the target member expects to return to the discussion group indicated by the discussion group switching request initiated by the initiator with the operation authority, and the target member can quickly realize the switching without proposing a group switching application. Furthermore, the target member retains the discussion group indicated by the displayed discussion group identifier, which can be understood as a basic discussion group of the target member, and can maintain the open authority to the target member to a certain extent. And the user can realize quick group change between the discussion group identification which is reserved and displayed by the target member and the discussion group which is located at present, and the group change efficiency can be improved as much as possible under the condition of ensuring the group change authority control.
In some embodiments, the trigger instruction is generated in response to receiving trigger operation information of a conference member with grouping authority for a first discussion group identifier of a reserved display.
Here, the conference member with grouping right may trigger the reservation of the presented first discussion group identity. Thereby, a trigger instruction may be generated.
As an example, the presentation first discussion group identification may be retained after step 104. Conference members with grouping rights may click on the first discussion group identification. According to the action that the conference member with the grouping authority clicks the first discussion group identifier, the trigger operation information of the conference member with the grouping authority for the first discussion group identifier can be generated. Based on the trigger operation information, a trigger request may be generated. In response to the trigger request, the target member may be moved to the first discussion group.
It should be noted that, the conference member with the grouping right triggers and retains the first discussion group identifier, so that the target member can be quickly moved to the first discussion group. Therefore, the conference member with the grouping authority expects to move the target member to the discussion group indicated by the discussion group switching request initiated by the initiator with the operation authority, and the method can be quickly realized without carrying out a plurality of steps (for example, selecting the target member identifier, selecting the discussion group identifier to which the target member is moved, then executing the confirmation operation, and the like). Furthermore, the discussion group indicated by the displayed discussion group identifier is retained, which can be understood as a basic discussion group of the target member, and the open authority can be maintained to the target member to a certain extent. Between the discussion group identifier which is reserved and displayed by the target member and the discussion group where the target member is located, the user with the grouping authority can quickly change the group of the target member, and the conference operation efficiency of the conference member with the grouping authority can be improved as much as possible under the condition of ensuring the control of the group change authority.
In some embodiments, the discussion group switch request comprises at least one of: grouping requests of the second type, theoretical grouping dispute requests, quit requests and group change requests, wherein the group change requests are generated based on group change applications of target members, and the quit requests are generated based on group quit applications of the target members.
In some embodiments, discussing the group handover request may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: the first type of request and the second type of request are divided according to the method. The basis for dividing the first type of request and the second type of request may include whether the conference member that issued the discussion group switching request has a grouping right.
Here, the grouping authority may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: grouping authority, conference hosting authority, and assistance hosting authority.
As an example, the conference member who issues the discussion group switching request has the grouping right, and the discussion group switching request issued by the conference member can be understood as a first type request, has the effect of specifying a new grouping for the target member, and can update the discussion group identifier (newly endowing a new identity) presented by the target member in association. The conference user who issues the discussion group switching request does not have the grouping authority, the discussion group switching request issued by the conference member can be understood as a second type request, and has the efficacy of specifying a new grouping for the target member, but the discussion group identifier presented by the target member association cannot be updated (i.e. the identity cannot be changed).
It should be noted that the identity of the target member (corresponding to the identifier of the discussion group) may be updated according to the operation of the conference member with the grouping right. The identity of the target member is separate from the discussion group in which the target member is currently located. Under the condition that the target members can flexibly change groups, the basic identities of the target members are reserved, so that the interaction activity of the conference can be ensured, the effectiveness of conference management can be improved, the conference is prevented from being out of control, and the safety of the conference is improved.
In some embodiments, the first type of request comprises a packet request.
In some application scenarios, the first discussion group identifier may be understood as a tag that is marked on the target member by the conference member having the grouping right, that is, the tag may indicate the identity confirmation of the target member by the conference party, and always display the identity that the conference party gives to the target member, so that the conference information security of the multimedia conference may be improved.
By way of example, the multimedia conference comprises a host and company employees of two companies (for example, company a and company B), the conference host divides the two company employees into two discussion groups according to different companies in the multimedia conference, if the company employee of company a applies for joining the discussion group of company B, the company employee of company a has a grouping label given by the host, the employee can be obviously identified, and the importance degree of the company employee of company B in the discussion group of company B on information security is improved.
In some embodiments, the second type of request comprises at least one of: discussion group dissolve request, quit request, change group request.
Here, the change request is generated based on the change request of the target member. The target member sends out a group change request, and the content of the group change request is the request to change from the group A to the group B.
Alternatively, the change request may be approved by the moderator of group B. If the moderator of group B passes the approval, the target member may be moved to group B, and if the moderator of group B does not have group permissions (e.g., group permissions), the target member may remain exposed to group a identification.
Alternatively, the change request may be approved by the moderator of the multimedia conference. If the moderator of the multimedia conference passes the approval, the target member can be moved to the group B, and if the moderator of the multimedia conference has a grouping right (such as a grouping right), the target member can update the discussion group identification of the associated exhibition to the group B identification.
Here, the exit request is generated based on a group exit request of the target member. The target member successfully quits the group and can automatically return to the discussion group corresponding to the main meeting place.
Alternatively, the group resignation request may be issued by the target member. The quit request can be approved by a moderator of the discussion group where the target member is currently located, and the quit request can be generated through moderator approval. In this case, if the host of the discussion group has the grouping authority, the target member can replace the discussion group identifier displayed in association; if the moderator of the discussion group does not have grouping rights, the target member retains the presentation of the first discussion group identification.
Optionally, the group quitting request may also be directly triggered to generate the group quitting request, that is, the group quitting request sent by the target member may be generated without any human examination and approval. On such a request, if the target member does not have grouping rights (e.g., grouping rights), the target member retains the presentation of the first discussion group identification.
It should be noted that the first type of request includes a grouping request, and the second type of execution includes a discussion group dismissal request, an exit request, and a grouping change request. The method and the system can realize reasonable classification processing on the condition that the discussion group where the target member is located is possibly influenced, improve the separate management and identification of the current group and identity of the target member in the multimedia conference, and improve the interactive safety and efficiency of the scene of the discussion group of the multimedia conference.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: storing the target member identification in association with the first field; updating the discussion group identification in the first field in response to the originator of the discussion group switch request having grouping rights.
In some embodiments, the step 103 may include: and the target member identification and the discussion group identification in the first field are displayed in an associated mode.
Here, the first field is used to place a discussion group identification to which the initiator having grouping rights indicates the target member is assigned.
Here, updating the discussion group id in the field may include replacing a null value with the discussion group id, or may include replacing an original discussion group id with a new discussion group id.
It should be noted that, the first field is set to store the discussion group identifier corresponding to the initiator having the grouping right, so that the discussion group identifier displayed in association with the target member can be realized, and there is no binding relationship between the discussion group identifier and the discussion group identifier where the target member is currently located. Thereby accurately maintaining and presenting the discussion group identification assigned by the target member indicated by the initiator with the grouping right.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: storing the target member identification in association with the second field; updating the discussion group identification in the second field in response to receiving the discussion group handover request.
In some embodiments, the step 104 may include: and determining the discussion group indicated by the discussion group identifier in the second field as the discussion group in which the target member is currently positioned.
Here, the second field is used to place the discussion group identification of the discussion group in which the target member is currently located
Here, the second field may be used to place a discussion group identification of the discussion group in which the target member is currently located. Regardless of the reason why the target member changes group (e.g., changes from one discussion group to another or exits from the discussion group), the discussion group in which the target member is currently located may be considered changed.
