During actual work, the data storage module can be used for storing data information required to be stored by the illegal parking snapshot system, and the effective parking space calculation unit can determine the number of effective parking spaces of a proper parking area in different time periods on a road, so that the modification and planning of the road parking area in the later period are facilitated; meanwhile, the effective parking space calculating unit can enable a driver needing to park to clearly know the number of vehicles which can be accepted by different roads in the period; then, the parking prompt screen can conveniently and quickly guide the driver to a proper road parking section and inform the driver of which places are proper parking areas; finally, the illegal parking snapshot equipment and the picture comparison module are matched for use, so that the license plate number of the illegal parking vehicle can be captured, the illegal parking evidence of the vehicle can be tamped timely and accurately, and the illegal parking data statistics of the vehicle in the later period of the traffic control department is facilitated.

acquiring the real-time number of empty parking spaces in a proper parking area, and calculating and determining the number of effective parking spaces in different time periods in the proper parking area on a road according to the real-time number of empty parking spaces and the historical number of empty parking spaces;
installing a parking prompt screen at the upstream of the intersection of the road, wherein the parking prompt screen guides the vehicle of a user to an empty parking space suitable for parking according to the arrangement conditions of a no-parking area and a suitable parking area on the road and the number of effective parking spaces in different periods;
installing illegal parking snapshot equipment on a road, and snapshotting license plate numbers of illegal parking vehicles on the road through the illegal parking snapshot equipment for the first time;
after the illegal parking vehicles on the road exceed the limited time for allowing parking, the license plate numbers of the illegal parking vehicles on the road are captured through the illegal parking capturing equipment;
and comparing the license plate numbers of the illegal parking vehicles captured by the illegal parking capturing equipment, judging whether the captured illegal parking vehicles are the same vehicle, and uploading the illegal parking pictures determined to be the same vehicle to a traffic management department as evidence.

The method for capturing the illegal road condition according to claim 1, wherein the method for acquiring the real-time number of the vacant parking spaces in the suitable parking area and determining the number of the effective parking spaces in different time periods in the suitable parking area on the road according to the real-time number of the vacant parking spaces and the historical number of the vacant parking spaces comprises the following steps:
installing a high-speed dome camera in a proper parking area of a road, determining the real-time empty parking space number of the proper parking area through the high-speed dome camera, calculating the average value of the real-time empty parking space number and the historical empty parking space number of different periods of time on the road, and taking the average value as the effective parking space number of the proper parking area of the road in different periods of time.
