The invention provides a photographing and printing method, a computer device and a computer readable storage medium. The photographing printing method comprises the following steps: acquiring first image information shot by a camera device; converting the first image information into first character information; acquiring an editing instruction for editing the first character information, and editing the first character information according to the editing instruction to obtain second character information; and receiving a printing instruction and printing the second character information. The photographing and printing method can meet the diversified printing requirements of the printer, and also solves the problem that the conventional printer can only photograph and can not edit the photographed image information.
