Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention takes the fax as the plug-in form to connect the fax SDK interfaces corresponding to various fax types, therefore, the reflection is used for loading in the plug-in mode, the fax SDK is convenient to replace, the fax plug-in has unity and independence, once the corresponding interface is changed, the configuration file of the fax plug-in is only required to be modified according to the specific information, thereby providing the corresponding interface or SDK for the client, further realizing the fax receiving and sending mechanism, greatly facilitating the user, reducing the cost of the user and providing the resource utilization rate.
The technical scheme of the invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are as follows:
referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a fax sending method according to the present invention, it should be noted that the fax sending method according to the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the steps and the sequence in the flowchart shown in fig. 1, and the steps in the flowchart may be added, removed, or changed according to different requirements.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for sending a fax according to the present invention includes the following steps:
s10, after receiving a fax request sent by a client, the fax manager acquires fax file information corresponding to the fax request and sends the fax request to a fax plug-in; wherein the fax request carries a fax identifier.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the fax manager is also called a fax manager class, and is configured to call the fax plug-in and monitor the fax plug-in to execute a fax sending operation, which provides an interface for a client. That is, the fax manager includes initializing the fax plug-in, sending a fax, receiving a fax, releasing resources, etc., but its role is only declared, and no specific operation is performed, and its executor of the operation is the fax plug-in. The fax plug-in is also called as a fax service class and is used for calling a webservice interface or an SDK interface to execute fax sending operation or fax receiving operation, and feeding back a fax sending status message result carrying a fax identifier to the fax manager or feeding back a fax receiving status message result carrying a fax identifier to the fax manager.
It should be noted that the fax manager does not execute sendfax operation, but only calls a fax plug-in, and the fax plug-in executes sendfax operation, that is, executes a fax transceiving mechanism. That is, a series of fax requests sent by the client are routed to the fax manager (fax manager class) on the server side for processing, but it does not know how to send a fax, so it internally calls a fax plug-in (fax service class) to actually execute a service of sending a fax.
In specific implementation, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 illustrates a topology diagram of an embodiment of the fax sending method. As shown in fig. 2, when the client sends a fax request sendfax to the fax manager, a series of files corresponding to the fax request, i.e., fax file information, needs to be uploaded to an intermediate storage (also called user data manager, i.e., a local storage server, a local database). The facsimile document information includes, but is not limited to, facsimile document size, facsimile document format, and the like. The intermediate memory generates a file ID corresponding to the fax file information after receiving the fax file information, and then encapsulates the file ID and fax related items associated with the file ID into a specified file format with fax identification, namely a fax structure, namely a fax entity class, wherein the specified file format is to convert the file format into a Byte [ ] format. And then the intermediate storage feeds the fax identifier back to the client, where the FileRecord in fig. 2 is a file record corresponding to the specified file format, and is used to maintain information of the fax file, and carries the fax identifier corresponding to each piece of fax file information. The file record related state corresponding to each fax file information is represented by status, which is used for identifying that the file state is a normal state, a deleted state, a file lost state, and the like.
The fax manager acquires the fax identifier according to the received fax request sendfax; and the fax manager acquires the fax file information corresponding to the fax identifier through the intermediate storage according to the fax identifier, records the fax information to be sent in a fax table, namely a fax table, and records the fax information corresponding to the fax file information in the fax table in an initial state of present. That is, the fax manager receives the fax request sendfax, and calls the presendfax method, that is, the fax is in the state to be sent in the initial state.
Meanwhile, the fax manager sends the sendfax with the fax identifier to the fax plug-in.
And S20, the fax manager forwards the sending state message carrying the fax identifier, sent by the fax plug-in, to the client.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, after receiving filerecord fed back by the intermediate storage, the fax manager forwards a fax request sendfax carrying a fax identifier to a fax plug-in, and the fax plug-in invokes a fax sending method to execute a fax sending mechanism.
Specifically, the fax plug-in calls a webservice service interface to send a fax, writes fax information into a database, and stores the fax information in a local database. Because sending a fax requires a certain time, the fax plug-in needs to detect a task state of fax sending, that is, when a fax task id corresponding to the fax request is completed, and after the completion, the fax task is a sending success or a sending failure. That is, the fax plug-in notifies the fax manager of the fax task state through its sendfax event, that is, the fax service in fig. 2 reports a state change to the fax manager, and the fax manager receives the reported state and sends a corresponding fax condition to the client. The taskID is used for identifying a fax task record corresponding to the fax request.
Once the fax manager monitors the sendfax update event, the status of the fax record corresponding to the fax identifier in the fax request in the fax table is updated, that is, the fax record is updated to be completed or failed to be sent. And then the fax manager sends a sending state message carrying the fax identifier to the client. Also, the transmission status message is used to indicate the success or failure of the transmission of the fax request.
Once the status is updated, the fax manager on the server side notifies the client of the fax transmission condition, and then deletes the fax record.
Therefore, the fax initial state is a state to be sent, the fax plug-in is assigned to be successful in sending or failed in sending after being connected with various fax interfaces, so that the state of the fax at the server end is updated, the client is informed of the sending condition of the fax after the state is updated, the fax record is deleted, the space is saved, and the fax to be sent is cleared in time.
Based on the above fax sending method, the present invention further provides a fax sending system, which includes:
the client is used for sending the fax to the server side; the server side comprises a fax manager and a fax plug-in;
the fax manager is used for calling the fax plug-in and monitoring the fax plug-in to execute fax sending operation;
and the fax plug-in is used for calling the webservice interface or the SDK interface to execute fax sending operation and feeding back a result of sending the fax state message carrying the fax identifier to the fax manager.
That is, the facsimile transmission system is configured to implement the facsimile transmission method described above, specifically, as described above.
In contrast, based on the above fax sending method, the present invention further provides a fax receiving method, as shown in fig. 3, where the fax receiving method includes the following steps:
s100, starting a second timer, and setting the second timer for a preset time.
In this embodiment, the second timer plays the same role as the first timer in the fax transmission method, i.e. the fax plug-in periodically polls the status of fax reception. Since during the process of receiving the fax, there are fax records that have been received but not pushed by the fax, and these fax records that are received but not pushed by the fax are also stored in the local database, in order to improve the efficiency of receiving the fax, it is necessary to periodically poll the second timer for querying the fax information that is received but not pushed. In specific implementation, the second timer periodically inquires the one-time inbox.
S200, when the preset time of the second timer is up, the fax manager acquires a received fax state message set which is sent by the fax plug-in and carries a fax identifier.
In this embodiment, the received fax status message set includes a plurality of received fax status messages, and the received fax status corresponding to each received fax status message is a status that the fax plug-in flag is successfully received but not pushed. The preset time of the second timer is 5-20 seconds. Preferably, the predetermined time is 10 seconds.
In specific implementation, as shown in fig. 4, the fax plug-in queries, every predetermined time, for example, 10 seconds, fax records in the inbox, which are marked as a state of being successfully received but not being pushed, forms a set of fax state receiving messages from the fax records marked as a state of being successfully received but not being pushed, and reports the state of the received fax to the fax manager. The fax manager transmits to the intermediate storage according to the status of the received fax. And after receiving the state of the fax, the intermediate storage stores the received fax file and feeds back filerecord to the fax manager so as to inform the fax manager of the access path corresponding to the fax file. And after receiving the access path, the fax manager stores the fax file in a local database so as to achieve a data persistence function.
S300, when the fax manager receives the inquiry request of the appointed fax identification, the fax receiving state information corresponding to the appointed fax identification is obtained from the obtained fax receiving state information set.
In this embodiment, since the received fax status message set stores the fax records for marking the status of successfully received but not pushed, and each fax record carries the fax identifier, the user can query the fax receiving condition corresponding to the designated fax identifier, which is a successful receiving or a failed receiving. In specific implementation, the fax manager receives an inquiry request of a specified fax identifier, wherein the inquiry request carries the specified fax identifier. And if the fax record corresponding to the specified fax identifier is stored in the acquired received fax state message set, acquiring the received fax state message corresponding to the specified fax identifier. And if the fax record corresponding to the specified fax identifier is not stored in the acquired received fax state message set, informing the client that the fax record is not inquired.
S400, the fax manager broadcasts the received fax state message corresponding to the designated fax identification to the client.
In this embodiment, based on step S300, once the fax record corresponding to the specified fax identifier is stored in the acquired set of received fax status messages, the acquired received fax status message corresponding to the specified fax identifier is sent to the Client in a broadcast manner.
Further, after the fax manager broadcasts the received fax status message corresponding to the designated fax identifier to the client, as shown in fig. 4, after the fax manager receives the fax read flag sent by the client, the fax manager stores the fax receiving record corresponding to the fax read flag to achieve a data persistence function; and the fax manager sends a fax receiving result to the client after storing.
As shown in fig. 4, before the fax manager receives the fax read flag sent by the client, the method includes: the fax manager determines an access path fileestream for downloading fax file information by the client through an intermediate memory; and when the fax file information is acquired through the access path filesteream, the fax manager receives the fax read mark sent by the client.
Based on the above fax receiving method, the present invention further provides a fax receiving system, including:
the client is used for receiving the fax sent by the server side; the server side comprises a fax manager and a fax plug-in;
the fax manager is used for calling the fax plug-in and monitoring the fax receiving operation executed by the fax plug-in;
and the fax plug-in is used for calling the webservice interface or the SDK interface to execute the fax receiving operation and feeding back the result of the fax receiving status message carrying the fax identifier to the fax manager.
That is, the facsimile receiving system is used to implement the facsimile receiving method, as described above in detail.
In summary, a fax sending method, a fax receiving method and a system thereof are disclosed, the fax sending method includes that a fax manager receives a fax request sent by a client and then obtains fax file information corresponding to the fax request, and sends the fax request to a fax plug-in; wherein the fax request carries a fax identifier; and the fax manager forwards the sending state message which is sent by the fax plug-in and carries the fax identifier to the client. The invention takes the fax as the plug-in form to connect the fax SDK interfaces corresponding to various fax types, when the corresponding interface is changed, only the configuration file of the fax plug-in is needed to be modified according to the specific information, thereby providing the corresponding interface or SDK for the client, further realizing the fax transceiving mechanism, greatly facilitating the user, reducing the user cost and providing the resource utilization rate.
