Description

Information providing method and device and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of page information processing technologies, and in particular, to an information providing method and apparatus, and an electronic device.
Background
The commodity object information service system can provide online commodity purchasing service for users, the users can browse commodity object information issued by seller users through related websites or application programs (App), specific commodity objects of the seller users can be selected to perform ordering, payment and other operations, the seller users can also ship commodities for the commodities, and the commodities are distributed to a receiving address designated by a buyer user through a specific logistics service provider. By the mode, the buyer user can not go home to receive the required goods.
In the process of obtaining information or services related to specific commodity objects through the App, a situation that a path is long often occurs. For example, when a user has recently placed an order for a certain commodity object and wants to view logistics information, the user usually needs to enter a page corresponding to the "me" option, and select to view a specific order list in the "my orders" block in the page. Although the prior art can be divided into a plurality of categories according to the status of the orders, for example, including "payment for replacement", "to be delivered", "to be received", "to be evaluated", "refund/after-sale", etc., the user can select one of the categories to click in according to the own needs, can display the order list information of the corresponding category, then select the specific order to be viewed from the order list information, and click on the "logistics detail" information to view; however, the operation path that needs to be executed by the user is still long, for example, when the logistics detail information of an order needs to be checked, the order "me" and "to-be-received" need to be clicked in sequence, and then the order is clicked and selected in a specific to-be-received order list, and so on. In addition, the client may only provide the option of "me" in a partial page state, and the option may not exist in the detailed commodity object page or the specific subject layout page, and if the user generates an operation requirement related to the generated order in the process of browsing such a page, the user also needs to return to the page of the home page and the like, and then sequentially click on the options of "me", "pick up goods", and the like, so that the operation path is longer. Moreover, the 'I' page is mainly used for integrating information related to the user, can be used for viewing generated order information, and can also comprise various modules such as 'My benefits', 'essential tools', 'red package coupons' and the like. Although this makes the page more fully functional, the integration of multiple information makes the loading process of the entire page slower, and therefore, may require more waiting time when viewing order information.
Therefore, how to enable the user of the commodity object information service system to obtain the required information more conveniently and quickly becomes a technical problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the application, a specific solution is provided in order to help a user to obtain required information more conveniently and quickly, especially information related to an already generated order, including logistics details of a shipped order, or processing progress information of a reverse transaction order such as refund and return. In the scheme, a plurality of shortcut operation options can be added to a first page of the client provided by the commodity object information service system, and the shortcut operation options can be specifically added according to actual needs, for example, the shortcut operation options can include a first page of the client, pages of certain channels, a receiving page of certain theme sections, and even a detail page of the commodity object. In this way, if the user needs to obtain information related to an order and the like during browsing the first page, an operation request can be initiated through the operation option. The client may submit the operation request to the server after receiving the operation request, and the server may predict information that may be needed by the user according to a transaction order retention condition, state information, and the like of a specific user, and may determine a corresponding second page according to the predicted information, where the second page may be a page for displaying the predicted information, for example, if it is predicted that the user needs to obtain logistics detail information of a certain shipped order, the page for displaying the logistics detail information of the shipped order may be determined as the second page, and specific page data may be returned to the client and displayed by the second client. That is to say, in the embodiment of the application, since the shortcut operation option is added to the first page, the server can provide prediction on information that may be needed by the user, so that the user can enter the page specifically used for displaying the prediction result information directly through the shortcut operation option. Therefore, the operation path of the user can be shortened, and only information related to the predicted user requirement needs to be loaded, so that the loading speed is high, the efficiency is high, and the user can obtain the required information more conveniently, quickly and efficiently.
In specific implementation, the service may be provided in the form of a functional component, and the functional component may be divided into a front-end program and a back-end program, where, referring to fig. 1, the front-end program may be introduced into a specific page provided by a client in a commodity object information service system, and is used to display a specific shortcut operation option, and after receiving a specific operation request, interacts with the back-end program to obtain page data of a second page, and skips to display. The back-end program can be run in a service end of the commodity object information service system, and is mainly used for predicting information required by a user according to a specific operation request and providing corresponding page data according to a prediction result. During specific implementation, the server can run on the cloud server, and the client can exist in the form of an independent application program (App) and the like and be installed in the terminal device of the user, or can exist in the form of a webpage and be displayed through applications such as a browser in the terminal device, and the like. The page of the client into which the front-end program is introduced can be determined according to a developer of a specific client or a user such as a developer of specific services in the client, for example, the developer of the home page service can introduce the front-end program of the functional component into the home page, and after the home page is started, a specific shortcut operation option can be displayed in a form of creating a floating layer in the home page, so that the user can conveniently obtain the required information by clicking the operation option in the process of browsing the home page.
The following describes in detail specific implementations provided in embodiments of the present application.
Example one
In the first embodiment, an information providing method is provided from the perspective of a server, and referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s201: the method comprises the steps that a server receives an operation request submitted by a client, wherein the operation request is initiated through a shortcut operation option added in a first page of the client;
in the embodiment of the present application, the pages into which the front-end programs are introduced are collectively referred to as a first page, that is, in the process of accessing the first page, a user may find that a shortcut operation option is displayed in the page in the form of a floating layer or the like. Specifically, in order to facilitate the user to know the specific functions of the operation options, as shown at 31 in fig. 3, while the operation options are provided in the first page, corresponding prompt information may be provided near the operation options, for example, "to view order related information may be clicked to ask me", and so on, so that the user may initiate a request through the operation options if information related to an order needs to be obtained during browsing the first page, without going back to a page such as a home page and viewing by clicking on the "i" option. It should be noted that, in the example shown in fig. 3, the page corresponding to the option "i" in the first page, in practical applications, the above operation options may be more present in other first pages, such as the client top page.
S202: predicting information required by a related user according to a transaction order corresponding to the related user of a client and state information of the transaction order;
in practical applications, a user usually has a viewing requirement for some orders with special states, for example, if a certain commodity is recently ordered, the user may want to view specific logistics state information; alternatively, if a reverse transaction request such as a refund or return for an order has been recently applied, it may be necessary to view specific processing progress information, and the like. However, if the user has not recently purchased the merchandise object, has not initiated a refund, etc., the need to view the order information may not typically arise. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, particularly when predicting information that may be needed by a user, the user may mainly use the corresponding transaction order and the status information thereof. Specifically, the prediction may be performed by first determining whether a certain target state type of a transaction order exists in the transaction order associated with the current user, and if so, predicting information required by the associated user according to the target state type.
The specific target status type may be preset and may be various, and for example, may include a to-be-received status, or a reverse transaction status, etc. Specifically, when prediction is performed, if the associated user corresponds to a trade order in a to-be-received state, the information to be obtained may be predicted to be logistics related information of the trade order, and then a page for displaying the logistics related information corresponding to the trade order may be determined to be the second page. For example, a user has recently purchased a commodity object, and an order of the commodity object is in a shipped but undelivered state, and the user suddenly wants to view logistics details of the order in a process of browsing a certain page in the client, so that the user can quickly view the commodity object by using the functions provided by the embodiment of the present application as long as the front-end program of the foregoing functional components is added to the page. Specifically, a specific shortcut operation option can be clicked on the page, after receiving a specific operation request, the server finds that the user corresponds to an order to be received through inquiry, and in addition, no other order possibly having a viewing demand exists, so that it can be predicted that the user may need to view the logistics detail information of the order, and then the page showing the logistics detail information can be directly determined as a second page and returned to the client for showing. Therefore, a user can directly check the logistics detail information of the order currently in the to-be-received state by clicking the shortcut operation button in the first page, and compared with the prior art, the method saves a plurality of steps of operation.
In addition, if the associated user corresponds to a trade order in a reverse trade state, it may be predicted that the information to be obtained is processing progress information of the reverse trade, and at this time, a page for displaying the reverse trade processing progress information corresponding to the trade order may be determined as the second page. For example, a user has recently purchased an item, has found dislike or quality problems after receiving the item, etc., and has initiated a return request within the system; then, in the process of browsing a certain page in the client, the user suddenly wants to check the return processing progress of the order, and as long as the front-end program of the functional component is added to the page, the user can quickly check the return processing progress by using the function provided by the embodiment of the application. Specifically, a specific shortcut operation option can be clicked on the page, after receiving a specific operation request, the server finds that the user corresponds to an order of a reverse transaction through query, and in addition, no other order possibly having a viewing demand exists, it can be predicted that the user may need to view processing progress information of the order, so that the page showing the processing progress information can be directly determined as a second page, and returned to the client for showing. Therefore, a user can directly check the processing progress information of the order currently in the reverse transaction state by clicking the shortcut operation button in the first page, and compared with the prior art, the method can save the operation of a plurality of steps.
In addition, the target status type of the specific transaction order may further include to-be-shipped, to-be-evaluated, and the like, and the corresponding required information may be information for performing an order urging operation on the to-be-shipped order, or information for performing an evaluation operation on the order, and the like. Therefore, the processing can be performed in the same manner as described above, and the detailed description is omitted here.
Furthermore, in a specific implementation, a plurality of orders with special status types may exist in the same user. For example, a user may have an order to be shipped, a reverse trade order, etc. For this situation, logistics state information, processing progress information, and the like of orders corresponding to a plurality of state types may be integrated together to generate one second page. At this time, for the case in the above example, the logistics detail information of the to-be-issued order and the processing progress information of the reverse trade order may be integrated together, a second page may be generated, and so on. In the concrete implementation, priority information corresponding to various different state types can be preset, and prediction information corresponding to various different order state types can be sequenced according to the priority information. For example, to-receive > reverse transaction > to-ship, in the foregoing example, the physical distribution detail information may be preferentially displayed. If a user has three types of orders of to-be-delivered, to-be-received, reverse transaction and the like, the corresponding prediction result information can be displayed respectively according to the sequence of to-be-received, reverse transaction and to-be-delivered, and even the information to be delivered is set not to be displayed, so that the detailed logistics information and/or the processing progress information of reverse transaction can be preferentially transmitted to the user.
Or, in another implementation, the information required by the associated user may be predicted according to priority information corresponding to a plurality of different state types. For example, if the priority of the type to be received is set to be higher than the reverse transaction type in advance, then it can be determined that the information currently required by the user is more likely to be the logistics state information of the order to be received, and then the logistics state information of the order to be received is only displayed in the second page, and so on, as for the case in the foregoing example.
In addition, in the specific implementation, besides the state information of the orders held by the user, historical behavior record information of the user may be considered, and such historical behavior record information may specifically be information of the next operation performed in the current state of the transaction order corresponding to the associated user. That is, different users may have different required information for the same order status. For example, there are also a pick-up order and a reverse trade order, some users may view or preferentially view logistics information of the pick-up order after clicking the "me" page, and some users may view or preferentially view processing progress of the reverse trade order, and so on. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, historical behaviors of users may also be recorded, and information required by the associated user is predicted according to the transaction order corresponding to the associated user and the state information thereof, and the historical behavior recording information of the associated user. Such historical behavior records may include operations performed in a conventional manner, and may also include operations performed on historical recommendation results provided by embodiments of the present application.
For example, in the former case, each time the user accesses the "my order" function, the status distribution of the respective orders associated with the user and the operations actually performed by the user are recorded. For the latter, when prediction is performed according to the order distribution state of a certain user and prediction result information is displayed in a second page, further operation of the user in the second page can be recorded. For example, if the second page includes some options for specifically performing operations such as "urging" and the like, it may be recorded whether the user uses the function, and if so, the same prediction may be performed when similar situations are encountered next time, otherwise, other prediction results may be given next time. In addition, some second pages may be used only for displaying some logistics state information and the like, and no further operation option is included, so that in order to be able to judge the accuracy of the prediction result for such a situation, an option for evaluating whether the information is satisfactory or not and the like may be provided in the second pages. If the user chooses to be satisfied, it can be recorded that similar situations are encountered next time, still giving the same prediction result. If the user chooses not to be satisfied, or the second page is closed directly, other predicted results may be given next time, and so on.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, since there may be many different combinations of orders with different status types, and the historical behaviors of users may be very diverse, for convenience of implementation, the prediction may also be implemented by machine learning. That is, the historical behavior record information may be used as a training sample, input to a preset mathematical model for learning, and then, a specific prediction operation may be performed using the mathematical model.
Of course, in practical applications, there may be orders that the user does not have the target status type, and no transaction has been generated in the last period of time, for example, a certain user has not purchased a commodity in the last 7 days, and at this time, it may be difficult to determine the information specifically required by the user. However, in the embodiment of the present application, a response may also be made to the above situation, and specifically, the third page may be determined according to the first page. That is, it can be determined which third page is specifically shown to the user according to the specific situation of the current first page. Specifically, if the first page is an information aggregation page corresponding to a plurality of merchandise objects or store objects, the page for issuing the user right to the associated user may be determined as the third page. That is, if it is found that a certain user has not placed an order in the last 7 days, the user may be classified as a "coming and unpurchased" user, at this time, if the user clicks the operation option in the embodiment of the present application, and the currently displayed first page is a page of a comparative information aggregation class, the content of information included therein is relatively large and complicated, and it is difficult to predict which commodity object or shop object the user specifically needs to operate, and therefore, in this case, the user may be guided to perform operations such as purchasing and the like in a manner of sending a "red packet" and other user interests to the user.
In addition, if the first page where the commodity object is currently located is a detail information page of a single commodity object, a page related to the commodity object may be determined as a third page, for example, specifically, a page for displaying evaluation information of the commodity object may be determined as the third page, and so on. That is, if the user clicks the shortcut operation option in a certain commodity object detail page in the process of browsing the commodity object detail page, but the user does not have order information of a special state type, and does not place any commodity object recently, other pages corresponding to the currently browsed commodity object may be displayed to the current user, so that the current user may obtain more information about the commodity object.
S203: and determining a second page according to the predicted information, and returning the page data of the second page to the client so that the client jumps to the second page for display.
After the information required by the user is predicted and the second page is determined, the page data of the second page can be returned to the client, so that the client jumps to the second page for display.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, since the shortcut operation option is added to the first page of the client, the server can predict information that may be needed by the user according to the transaction order associated with the user and the status information thereof, so that the user can enter the page specifically used for displaying the predicted result information directly through the shortcut operation option. Therefore, the operation path of the user can be shortened, and only information related to the predicted user requirement needs to be loaded, so that the loading speed is high, the efficiency is high, and the user can obtain the required information more conveniently, quickly and efficiently.
