Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical catheters, and particularly relates to a stomach tube with a visual function.
Background
Gastric tubes are used to help patients who cannot swallow the stomach to deliver the necessary moisture, food, and medication in special cases. And may act to attract gastric contents. Gastric tubes are generally composed of a catheter, a connector, a guide wire, and the like. Currently, a nasogastric tube is commonly used in the market, and is inserted through a nostril, passes through a pharynx and enters a stomach through an esophagus. When in intubation, the patient needs to be placed in the body position, the nasal cavity is cleaned and lubricated, the head of the patient is tilted backwards, the stomach tube and the nostril form an angle of 60 degrees and are inserted, and the patient continues to be inserted into the nasopharynx; when the stomach tube is inserted to 15CM (meeting throat), 1-2ml of lubricant is instilled along the outer wall of the stomach tube, then the head of the patient is supported, and the lower jaw of the patient is tightly attached to the chest wall, so that the radian of the throat is increased, the stomach tube conveniently slides along the rear wall and smoothly enters the esophagus through the throat. At this moment, the stomach tube is slowly inserted to the required length and then fixed while the patient is ordered to swallow. It can be said that the gastric tube needs to go through a long and complicated procedure when being inserted into the human body. The current market adopts a blind insertion method, medical workers need to have abundant intubation experience, and the condition that a gastric tube enters the internal tissues of the body of a human stomach cannot be seen in the insertion process. Generally, doctors need to observe the pathological changes of stomach tissues and need to take devices such as gastroscopes and the like. The lower gastroscope is an extra work for medical staff and a pain for patients. In addition, the stomach lesion is treated by adopting a minimally invasive interventional catheter in clinic. And at present, the stomach tube is fixed clinically, and has certain problems, and the stomach tube falls off because of insecure fixation, so that the development of a stomach tube capable of observing the pathological changes of stomach tissues is necessary. And the visual stomach tube with the balloon is matched with the laryngeal mask for use, so that the risk of backflow and aspiration can be prevented.
