A science and technology service transaction system based on alliance block chain is characterized in that: the system comprises a scientific and technological service institution alliance updating module (1) and a scientific and technological service transaction module (2) based on a blockchain system, wherein the scientific and technological service institution alliance updating module (1) is used for issuing an intelligent entering-chain contract by using a blockchain sub-chain creation institution, when other scientific and technological service institutions initiate an intelligent entering-chain application to the intelligent entering-chain contract, the scientific and technological service institutions send qualification certificates to the blockchain intelligent contract, and the intelligent entering-chain contract checks the authority on the qualification certificates to determine whether to agree to add the scientific and technological service institutions to the blockchain sub-chain; the scientific and technological service transaction module (2) based on the blockchain system is used for receiving a demand service request sent by a scientific and technological service demand party by using the blockchain system and sending the demand service request of the scientific and technological service demand party to a corresponding scientific and technological service provider;
the scientific and technological service transaction module (2) based on the blockchain system is used for creating a supervision account according to the request of a supervisor, so that a scientific and technological service demander transfers payment funds to the supervision account, the supervision account informs a scientific and technological service provider of balance information of the supervision account, and the scientific and technological service provider provides corresponding scientific and technological services;
the block chain system-based scientific and technological service trading module (2) is used for creating a transfer contract according to a request of a scientific and technological service provider and inviting trading participants to participate in the transfer contract, wherein the trading participants comprise the scientific and technological service provider, a scientific and technological service demander and a supervisor, and the transfer contract is stored in a block chain main chain.

A federation-based block-chain technology services transaction system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the scientific and technological service transaction module (2) based on the blockchain system is used for collecting the signature of the transaction participant on the transfer contract after the scientific and technological service demand side confirms that the service is completed.

A federation-based block-chain technology services transaction system as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the scientific and technological service transaction module (2) based on the blockchain system is used for transferring payment funds of a scientific and technological service demand party from a supervision account to a scientific and technological service provider account after the signatures of transfer contracts of the collective transaction participants are completed.

A federation-based block-chain technology services transaction system as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the technical service transaction module (2) based on the blockchain system is used for returning payment funds of the technical service demander to an account of the technical service demander from the supervision account under the condition that the technical service demander closes service transactions independently.

A federation-based block-chain technology services transaction system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: each scientific and technological service organization has an account block chain belonging to the scientific and technological service organization, data stored in the chain of the scientific and technological service organization cannot be directly read by nodes of other chains, and only when transactions are generated among the scientific and technological service organizations, the transaction data are shared to the block chain system for transaction and storage.

A federation-based block-chain technology services transaction system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the block chain main chain stores all scientific and technological service transaction information, the block chain sub-chain represents a scientific and technological service institution alliance, different institutions and different alliance modes, by means of the mechanism, user data and transaction data are subjected to shunting processing through the double-chain structure, under the structure, each scientific and technological service institution can own an account block chain belonging to the scientific and technological service institution, data stored in the sub-chain belonging to the scientific and technological service institution cannot be directly read by nodes of other sub-chains, only when transactions are generated among the scientific and technological service institutions, the transaction data are shared on the main chain for transaction and storage, and the mechanism means that after the transactions are completed, data of a bottom client can only be seen by related institutions and supervision institutions of the sub-chain.
7. A method for block chain technology services transaction based on the system of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
step 1: a scientific and technological service institution alliance updating module (1) utilizes a block chain sub-chain creation institution to issue an intelligent contract of an incoming chain;
step 2: when other scientific and technological service organizations initiate an incoming chain application to the incoming chain intelligent contract, the scientific and technological service organizations send qualification certificates to the blockchain intelligent contract, and the blockchain intelligent contract checks the authority on the qualification certificates to determine whether to agree to the scientific and technological service organizations to add the blockchain sub-chain;
and step 3: if the block chain intelligent contract passes the authority authentication on the qualification certificate, responding to the entering chain application, and if the block chain intelligent contract does not pass the authority authentication on the qualification certificate, refusing the entering chain application;
and 4, step 4: the technical service transaction module (2) based on the blockchain system receives a demand service request sent by a technical service demand party by using the blockchain system and sends the demand service request of the technical service demand party to a corresponding technical service provider;
and 5: the scientific and technological service transaction module (2) based on the blockchain system creates a supervision account according to the request of a supervisor, so that a scientific and technological service demander transfers payment funds to the supervision account, the supervision account informs a scientific and technological service provider of balance information of the supervision account, and the scientific and technological service provider provides corresponding scientific and technological services;
step 6: the technical service trading module (2) based on the blockchain system creates a transfer contract according to a request of a technical service provider and invites trading participants to participate in the transfer contract, wherein the trading participants comprise the technical service provider, a technical service demander and a supervisor, and the transfer contract is stored in a blockchain main chain;
and 7: after a scientific and technological service demand side confirms that the service is finished, a scientific and technological service transaction module (2) based on a block chain system collects signatures of transaction participants on the transfer contracts;
and 8: after the scientific and technological service transaction module (2) based on the blockchain system collects signatures of transaction participants on transfer contracts, transferring payment funds of scientific and technological service demanders from a supervision account to a scientific and technological service provider account;
and step 9: the technical service transaction module (2) based on the blockchain system is used for returning payment funds of the technical service demander to an account of the technical service demander from the supervision account under the condition that the technical service demander closes service transactions independently.
