The cloud platform 82 is provided with a service reminding device 821. The service reminder device 821 is the service reminder device according to any one of the embodiments in fig. 5 to fig. 7.
The internet of things device 81 is configured to send the service reminding information to the service reminding device 821 in the cloud platform 82 when detecting that the remaining amount of the target item is smaller than the predetermined threshold value.
In some embodiments, the internet of things device performs detection by using a hardware method (for example, using a sensor device), generates service reminding information according to a detection result, and uploads the service reminding information to the cloud platform.
In other embodiments, a camera is arranged in the internet of things device, and the shot pictures are uploaded to the cloud platform. The cloud platform utilizes a visual analytic algorithm to realize detection and judgment. And sending service reminding information to the service reminding device when detecting that the residual quantity of the target object is less than a preset threshold value.
The user terminal 83 is configured to receive and present the service reminder information sent by the service reminder device 821.
In some embodiments, the user terminal 83 may be a mobile terminal used by the user, or may be a vehicle-mounted terminal in the vehicle of the user, and a client such as a PC terminal, a WeChat terminal, or the like.
In some embodiments, the user terminal 83 interacts with the business alert device 821 in the cloud platform 82 to obtain path information for the relevant shopping venue or to confirm an order automatically generated by the business alert device 821.
In some embodiments, the functional unit modules may be implemented as a general purpose Processor, a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable Logic device, discrete Gate or transistor Logic, discrete hardware components, or any suitable combination thereof for performing the functions described in this disclosure.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (15)

1. A service reminding method comprises the following steps:
after receiving service reminding information uploaded by Internet of things equipment, inquiring a user terminal associated with the Internet of things equipment, wherein the Internet of things equipment sends the service reminding information when detecting that the residual quantity of a target object is smaller than a preset threshold value;
and sending the service reminding information to the user terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, after querying the user terminal associated with the internet of things device, further comprising:
inquiring the current position of the user terminal;
inquiring a place closest to the current position of the user terminal from places capable of providing the target item to serve as a target place;
and sending the relevant information of the target place to the user terminal.
3. The method of claim 2, after sending the information related to the target location to the user terminal, further comprising:
after receiving a path planning request sent by the user terminal, generating path information from the current position of the user terminal to the target place;
and sending the path information to the user terminal.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising, after receiving the service reminder information uploaded by the Internet of things device:
inquiring an e-commerce platform user identification associated with the Internet of things equipment;
generating an order associated with the target item according to the e-commerce platform user identification;
sending the order to the user terminal;
and after receiving a confirmation instruction sent by the user terminal, submitting the order to the e-commerce platform for processing.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising, after receiving the acknowledgement indication sent by the user terminal:
judging whether the confirmation instruction comprises a specified address or not;
if the confirmation instruction does not comprise the specified address, directly submitting the order to the e-commerce platform for processing;
and if the confirmation instruction comprises a designated address, updating the order by using the designated address, and submitting the updated order to the e-commerce platform for processing.
6. A service reminder apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is configured to receive service reminding information uploaded by the Internet of things equipment, wherein the Internet of things equipment sends the service reminding information when detecting that the residual quantity of a target object is smaller than a preset threshold value;
the terminal query module is configured to query the user terminal associated with the Internet of things equipment after the receiving module receives the service reminding information;
and the sending module is configured to send the service reminding information to the user terminal.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the location query module is configured to query the current location of the user terminal after the terminal query module queries the user terminal associated with the internet of things device, and query a location closest to the current location of the user terminal as a target location from the locations capable of providing the target item;
the sending module is configured to send the relevant information of the target place to the user terminal.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
and the path planning module is configured to generate path information from the current position of the user terminal to the target place after receiving a path planning request sent by the user terminal, and send the path information to the user terminal.
9. The apparatus of any of claims 6-8, further comprising:
the order processing module is configured to query an e-commerce platform user identifier associated with the internet of things equipment after the receiving module receives service reminding information uploaded by the internet of things equipment, generate an order associated with the target object according to the e-commerce platform user identifier, send the order to the user terminal, and submit the order to the e-commerce platform for processing after receiving a confirmation instruction sent by the user terminal.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein,
the order processing module is further configured to determine whether a specified address is included in the confirmation instruction after receiving the confirmation instruction sent by the user terminal, if the confirmation instruction does not include the specified address, the order is directly submitted to the e-commerce platform for processing, and if the confirmation instruction includes the specified address, the order is updated by using the specified address, and the updated order is submitted to the e-commerce platform for processing.
11. A service reminder apparatus comprising:
a memory configured to store instructions;
a processor coupled to the memory, the processor configured to perform implementing the method of any of claims 1-5 based on instructions stored by the memory.
12. A cloud platform comprising a service reminder apparatus according to any one of claims 6 to 11.
13. A business alerting system comprising the cloud platform of claim 12, and
the Internet of things equipment is configured to send the service reminding information to a service reminding device in the cloud platform when detecting that the residual quantity of the target object is smaller than a preset threshold value;
and the user terminal is configured to receive and present the service reminding information sent by the service reminding device.
14. The system of claim 13, wherein,
the user terminal is a mobile terminal or a vehicle-mounted terminal.
15. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium stores computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the method of any one of claims 1-5.
