Detailed Description
The application provides a data processing method and device, which are applied to a scene of the Internet of vehicles, and an intelligent automobile can predict the position of a vehicle in a rapid delivery arrival period, so that more accurate delivery of the express delivery is realized, more flexible express delivery service is provided for users, and user experience is improved.
The data processing method provided by the application can be applied to a scene of express delivery transportation, and an exemplary scene of a specific application of the data processing method provided by the application can be shown in fig. 1, wherein the scene can specifically comprise a terminal device, a server, a vehicle and at least one express delivery device.
The vehicle may be an automobile driven by a user, and the vehicle may include an in-vehicle terminal that may be used to predict a position of the vehicle, control a part of functions of the vehicle, and the like. In addition, the vehicle-mounted terminal can be arranged in a vehicle, namely, the vehicle can be a part of components of the vehicle, can be arranged independently of the vehicle and can be placed in the vehicle, and particularly can be adjusted according to actual application scenes.
The at least one express device, such as the unmanned plane shown in fig. 1 or the PDA (Personal Digital Assistant ) and other devices, of course, the express device may include other devices besides the unmanned plane and PDA shown in fig. 1, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a POS (Point of Sales), a vehicle-mounted computer, an intelligent robot and the like, which may be specifically adjusted according to the actual application scenario. The automatic delivery or the delivery of the express delivery can be realized by intelligent equipment such as an unmanned plane or an intelligent robot, manual participation is not needed, the express delivery can be also carried out by an express delivery person, and the express delivery person can track or manage the transportation progress of the express delivery according to handheld equipment such as a smart phone, a tablet personal computer, a vehicle-mounted mobile device, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant, a personal digital assistant) and the like.
The server can be used for providing corresponding services for the terminal equipment, managing at least one express delivery equipment, tracking the transportation progress of the express delivery and the like. For example, the server may send progress information of the express delivery, information of the express delivery device, and the like to the terminal device. For another example, the server may be further configured to distribute the express to be transported to a corresponding express device, where the express device or a corresponding courier transports the express. In the following embodiments of the present application, data transmitted between the express devices (for example, the first express device and the second express device) and the terminal device may be forwarded by the server, which will not be described in detail below.
The terminal device may include: terminal devices (terminal devices), PDAs, mobile phones (mobile phones), tablet computers (pads), personal computers, virtual Reality (VR) terminals, augmented reality (augmented reality, AR) terminals, wearable devices, terminals in industrial control (industrial control), terminals in unmanned (self driving), terminals in remote medical (remote medical), terminals in smart grid (smart grid), terminals in transportation security (transportation safety), terminals in smart city (smart city), terminals in smart home (smart home), and so forth. In the following embodiments of the present application, the terminal may be referred to as a terminal device, or the terminal may also be referred to as a client.
The terminal equipment and the vehicle or the terminal equipment and the server can communicate through communication networks such as wireless or wired networks, and the terminal equipment can communicate with the express delivery equipment through the server. The communication network is, for example, a vehicle-to-evaluation (V2X) communication network, LTE-V, V V, vehicle networking, MTC, ioT, LTE-M, M2M, internet of things, a fifth Generation mobile communication technology (5 th-Generation, 5G) system, a long term evolution (long term evolution, LTE) system, a global system for mobile communication (global system for mobile communication, GSM) or code division multiple access (code division multiple access, CDMA) network, a wideband code division multiple access (wideband code division multiple access, WCDMA) network, or the like, and other communication networks or communication systems such as a wireless fidelity (wireless fidelity, wiFi), a wide area network, or the like.

In one embodiment, operating system 161 includes kernel 23, hardware abstraction layer (hardware abstraction layer, HAL) 25, library and runtime (libraries and runtime) 27, and framework (29). Wherein the kernel 23 is used to provide underlying system components and services, such as: power management, memory management, thread management, hardware drivers, etc.; the hardware drivers include Wi-Fi drivers, sensor drivers, positioning module drivers, and the like. The hardware abstraction layer 25 is a package for kernel drivers that provides an interface to the framework 29, masking the implementation details of the lower layers. The hardware abstraction layer 25 runs in user space, while the kernel driver runs in kernel space.
The library and runtime 27, also called a runtime library, provides the executable with the required library files and execution environment at runtime. Library and Runtime 27 includes Android Runtime (ART) 271, library 273, and the like. ART 271 is a virtual machine or virtual machine instance capable of converting the bytecode of an application into machine code. Library 273 is a library that provides support for executable programs at runtime, including browser engines (such as webkit), script execution engines (such as JavaScript engines), graphics processing engines, and the like.
Framework 27 is used to provide various underlying common components and services for applications in application layer 31, such as window management, location management, and the like. The framework 27 may include a phone manager 291, a resource manager 293, a location manager 295, and the like.
The functions of the respective components of the operating system 161 described above can be realized by the application processor 101 executing programs stored in the memory 105.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that terminal 100 may include fewer or more components than are shown in fig. 1, and that the terminal device shown in fig. 1 includes only components that are more relevant to the various implementations disclosed in embodiments of the present application.
As can be seen from fig. 2, an Application (APP) may be installed on the terminal device, which may also be referred to as "application" hereinafter, for example, shopping software, express software, etc., and the user may place an order on an application interface of the shopping software or the express software, select a delivery period of the express, schedule the delivery via the server, and deliver the express to a vehicle designated by the user through the express device in the delivery period.
According to the data processing method provided by the application, the terminal equipment initiates an express task request, and the express task request is used for requesting first position information of a vehicle in a first preset period; the method comprises the steps that terminal equipment receives first confirmation information, wherein the first confirmation information comprises first position information of a vehicle in a first preset period; the terminal equipment sends first express delivery distribution information to the server, so that the server distributes first express delivery equipment according to the first express delivery distribution information, and the first express delivery equipment is used for processing the express delivery in a first preset period. Therefore, the position of the vehicle can be predicted, the server can distribute corresponding express delivery equipment according to the predicted position, express delivery is delivered to the vehicle through the express delivery equipment, or the express delivery equipment is taken out from the vehicle, the vehicle is not required to be parked at a designated position in a fixed period, delivery or pickup of the express delivery can be realized more flexibly, and user experience is improved.
Based on the application scenario, the method for processing data provided by the application is described below.
Referring to fig. 3, a flow chart of a method for data processing according to the present application is shown below.
301. And the terminal equipment sends an express task request to the vehicle.
The express task request can carry information of a first preset period, a position request and the like, and the express task request is used for requesting first position information of the vehicle in the first preset period.
The first preset time period may be a posting time period or a delivery time period of the express. The first preset time period can be determined by the terminal device according to the input data, for example, the terminal device is a mobile phone, a user can order in an APP interface of the mobile phone, the user manually selects a delivery time period of the express delivery, namely the first preset time period, and then the terminal device determines information of the first preset time period according to the input data of the user. Or, for example, the user can order a mail in the mobile phone APP interface, and the user can manually select a mail taking period of the express, that is, a first preset period, and then the terminal device determines information of the first preset period according to input data of the user.
In a possible implementation manner, the express task request may further include one or more of the following: identification information of terminal equipment, logistics identification information, information of a first preset period or information of express delivery, and the like. The identification information of the terminal device may include an identification number, a name, or a user identification of the terminal device. When the logistics identification information is distributed to the server, the logistics identification information may not be carried in the express task request. The information of the express delivery can comprise information such as the size of the express delivery, the type of the article in the express delivery and the like. The logistics identification information comprises a logistics identification number, a logistics number and the like for transporting the rapid progression, and the logistics identification information can be distributed by a terminal device or a server. For example, after the user places an order on the APP display interface, the terminal device may send order information of the user to the server, and the server may allocate the logistics identification information according to the order information of the user and send the logistics identification information to the terminal device.
In addition, the express task request may be understood as a request to deliver the express to the vehicle, or a request to take the express from the vehicle, etc. The express task request can be an express delivery request or an express pickup request, and can be specifically adjusted according to actual application scenes.
In one possible scenario, before step 301, the terminal device may further obtain the express task information, where the express task information includes information for transporting the express, so that the terminal device determines a corresponding vehicle, express information, and the like according to the express task information, and then the express task information in china sends an express task request to the vehicle. The express task information specifically may include information of a first preset period, service identification, information of express, and the like, where the service identification may be used to identify a type of a logistics for transporting express, for example, may be a car-to-express, or may be a car-to-express, and the like; the information of the express delivery can comprise information of the type of the article included in the express delivery, the weight, the size and the like of the express delivery. The express task information is used for indicating that the express is taken out of the vehicle in a first preset period, or the express is delivered to the vehicle in the first preset period, and the like. The express task information can be obtained by the terminal equipment according to the input data of the user, or can be directly generated by the terminal equipment. For example, the user may order on the e-commerce website, select the express delivery service and the delivery time of the express delivery, and the terminal device determines to deliver the express delivery to the vehicle in the delivery time period according to the express delivery service, the delivery time period and the information of the commodity selected by the user, and generate an express delivery task request and send the express delivery task request to the vehicle. For another example, the user may place an order on the express delivery platform, select a vehicle-sending express delivery service, and select a sending time period, and the terminal device determines, according to the vehicle-sending express delivery service and the sending time period input by the user, to take out the express delivery from the vehicle in the sending time period, generate an express delivery task request, and send the express delivery task request to the vehicle.
302. The vehicle determines first location information within a first preset period.
After the vehicle receives the express task request sent by the terminal device, determining that the terminal device requests the position of the first preset period, the vehicle can predict the position in the first preset period to obtain first position information.
Specifically, the vehicle may determine, according to a preset algorithm, first location information of the vehicle in a first preset period according to one or more of a schedule of a user, current navigation information of the vehicle, historical location record information of the vehicle, and the like. The preset algorithm may include: linear regression (linear regression), ARIMA (autoregressive integrated moving average model), differential integrated moving average autoregressive model, also known as integrated moving average autoregressive model), and the like. The current navigation information of the vehicle may include a driving route of the vehicle, a predicted road condition, and the like.
More specifically, the first location information may include information of one or more specific locations of the vehicle predicted in the first preset period, or may be path information of the vehicle in the first preset period, or the like, which may be specifically adjusted according to an actual application scenario.
In a possible implementation manner, before step 302, the vehicle may further determine whether to allow delivery of the express delivery to the vehicle or take the express delivery from the vehicle according to the identification of the terminal device sent by the terminal device, for example, APP identification, user ID, etc. If the vehicle determines that delivery of the courier to the vehicle is allowed or the courier is removed from the vehicle, the vehicle may proceed to step 302. It may be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the vehicle may perform verification according to the request for the express delivery task sent by the terminal device, if the verification is passed, the vehicle may continue to perform the following steps related to delivery or pickup of the express delivery, and if the verification is not passed, a rejection message may be returned to the terminal device, or a message may not be returned to the terminal device, thereby improving the security of delivering the express delivery or pickup of the express delivery.
303. The vehicle sends a first acknowledgement message to the terminal device.
After the vehicle determines first position information of a first preset period, the vehicle generates a first confirmation message according to the first position information, and sends the first confirmation message to the terminal device, wherein the first confirmation message is a reply message aiming at the express task request.
Specifically, the first acknowledgement message includes first location information. The terminal device can acquire the first position information of the vehicle in the first preset period.
In one possible embodiment, the vehicle may also be sent to the terminal device after confirmation by the user after the first location information has been determined. The vehicle is provided with a vehicle-mounted terminal, the first position information can be displayed on a display screen of the vehicle-mounted terminal, the user is reminded of confirming the first position information, and if the user confirms the first position information, the vehicle sends the first position information to the terminal device. Alternatively, the vehicle may send the first location information to the terminal device, and the terminal device displays the first location information on the display screen and reminds the user to confirm, and after receiving the location confirmation information input by the user, the vehicle may confirm that the first location information is available, so as to perform the subsequent step 304.
In addition, if the user determines that the first location information is not available, the vehicle may be re-predicted, or specific location information may be input by the user, and the location information re-predicted by the vehicle or the location information input by the user may be used as the first location information.
In a possible implementation manner, the first confirmation message may also carry an identifier of the vehicle, so that the terminal device identifies the vehicle according to the identifier information carried in the first confirmation message,
in addition, if the request for the express task is used for requesting to deliver the express to the vehicle or taking the express from the vehicle, the first confirmation message may further include a confirmation response for the request for the express task to indicate that the delivery of the express to the vehicle is allowed or taking the express from the vehicle.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal equipment can send the express task request to the vehicle, can send the task request to other equipment, and the other equipment forwards the express task request to the vehicle, or generates a new express task request according to the express task request, and sends the new express task request to the vehicle. The explanation will be given by taking an example that the terminal device sends an express task request to the server.
In one possible implementation, the aforementioned step 301 may be replaced with steps 3011-3012, and step 303 may be replaced with steps 3031-3032. 3011-3012 and 3031-3032 are described below.
3011. And the terminal equipment sends an express task request to the server.
The method for sending the express task request to the server by the terminal device is similar to the method for sending the express task request to the vehicle by the terminal device in the step 301, which is described in the related description in the step 301, and is not repeated here.

Or after receiving the express task request, the server can read information carried in the express task request, generate a new express task request and send the new express task request to the vehicle. Whether the server generates a new express task request or not can be adjusted according to the actual application scene, and the application is not limited to the method.
3031. The vehicle sends a first confirmation message to the server.
After the vehicle obtains the first position information of the first preset period, the vehicle generates a first determination message according to the first position information, and sends the first determination message to the server, wherein the first determination message is a reply message aiming at the express task request sent by the server.
3032. The server forwards the first acknowledgement message to the terminal device.
After the server receives the first acknowledgement message sent by the vehicle, the first acknowledgement message may be forwarded directly to the terminal device. Alternatively, after the server receives the first acknowledgement message sent by the vehicle, a new first acknowledgement message may be generated according to the first acknowledgement message and sent to the terminal device.
304. And the terminal equipment sends the first express delivery distribution information to the server.
After receiving the first confirmation message, the terminal device obtains first position information of the vehicle in a first preset period from the first confirmation message, generates first express delivery information according to the first position information, and sends the first express delivery information to the server.
The first express delivery distribution information has different indication meanings in different application scenes, and can specifically indicate that the express is delivered to the vehicle or taken out from the vehicle in a first preset period. For example, if the request for the express delivery task is an express delivery request, that is, the request for delivering the express to the vehicle, the first express delivery distribution information is used for indicating to distribute the express device according to the first position information and delivering the express to the vehicle; if the express task request is an express pickup request, namely, an express is requested to be taken out of the vehicle, the first express distribution information is used for indicating that express equipment is distributed according to the first position information, and the express is taken out of the vehicle.
Specifically, the first express delivery distribution information may include information of a first preset period, information of a vehicle, express delivery information, and the like. The information of the vehicle may include, in addition to the first position information of the vehicle in the first preset period, information such as identification information of the vehicle, a vehicle name, a network protocol (internet protocol, IP) address, or other communication addresses, and may specifically be adjusted according to an actual application scenario.
305. The server allocates a first express device.
After the server receives the first express delivery distribution information, the server distributes the first express delivery equipment according to the first position information.
In one possible implementation manner, the first express delivery information may carry first position information of the vehicle in a first preset period, so that the server may directly read the first position information from the first express delivery information.
In another possible embodiment, if the foregoing steps 3031-3032 are performed, that is, the server forwards the first acknowledgement information to the terminal device, the server may save the first location information carried in the first acknowledgement information. The first express delivery distribution information can carry information of a vehicle, and after the server receives the first express delivery distribution information, the server can search corresponding position information from locally stored data according to the information of the vehicle carried in the first express delivery distribution information, such as information of a vehicle identifier, a vehicle address and the like, so as to obtain the first position information.
Specifically, the server may allocate the first express device according to the first location information and a preset rule. The first preset rule may be to determine, as the first express device, an express device having a region distance smaller than a threshold value corresponding to the first location information, or determine, according to a preset mapping relationship, an express device corresponding to a region included in the first location information, as the first express device. For example, after the server receives the first express delivery distribution information, the first express delivery distribution information carries first position information, and the server may allocate an express delivery device closest to the area corresponding to the first position information as the first express delivery device, or the server may allocate an express delivery device responsible for express delivery transportation in the area corresponding to the first position information as the first express delivery device.
In a possible implementation manner, after the server allocates the first express device, the server may further send the identification information of the first express device to the terminal device, the terminal device may carry the identification information of the first express device in sending first authentication information to the vehicle, the vehicle may store the identification information of the first express device, and the identification information of the first express device may be used for the vehicle to verify the first express device. For example, when the first express device needs to open the storage box of the vehicle, the identification information of the first express device needs to be sent, when the identification information received by the vehicle is compared with the stored identification information, if the identification information is the same, the first express device verifies and passes, and the vehicle opens the storage box.
In one possible implementation manner, the first express delivery distribution information may carry information of an express delivery, for example, a size of the express delivery, a weight of the express delivery, and the like, and the server may refer to the information of the express delivery when distributing the first express delivery device. For example, if the size and the weight of the express delivery are within the bearing range of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the server can take the unmanned aerial vehicle as the first express delivery device to deliver or pick up the express delivery. If the size or weight of the express exceeds the bearing range of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the server can distribute the express delivery personnel for the express delivery, and meanwhile, the PDA corresponding to the express delivery personnel is used as first express delivery equipment.
306. And the server sends the first express delivery distribution information to the first express delivery equipment.
After the server allocates the first express device, the server sends first express allocation information to the first express device, where the first express allocation information may include information of a vehicle.
The information of the vehicle may be obtained from the first express delivery distribution information sent by the server through the terminal device, or may be obtained from information sent by the terminal device alone.
Specifically, the first express delivery distribution information may include information of a vehicle, logistics identification information and the like, and may further include a delivery instruction or a pickup instruction, where the delivery instruction is used for indicating delivery of the express delivery to the vehicle, and the pickup instruction is used for indicating taking out of the express delivery from the vehicle. The vehicle information may include first location information of the vehicle at a first preset period, identification information of the vehicle, a vehicle name, a network protocol (internet protocol, IP) address, and the like.
307. Delivering or picking up the goods.
After receiving the first express distribution information, the first express device can determine to deliver the express to the vehicle according to the first express distribution information, or take out the express from the vehicle.
The first express delivery equipment can directly deliver the express delivery to the vehicle, or take the express delivery out of the vehicle, or deliver the express delivery to the vehicle by an express delivery person, or take the express delivery out of the vehicle. If the courier delivers the courier to the vehicle, or takes the courier out of the vehicle, the first courier device can determine whether the courier is delivered to the vehicle or takes the courier out of the vehicle according to the input information.
Specifically, the first express device may send first usage authorization information to the vehicle, where the first usage authorization information is used to instruct the vehicle to open a storage box for storing the express, and the storage box is disposed in the vehicle. The first usage authorization information may include identification information or logistics identification information of the first express device. When the vehicle receives the first use authorization information, the first express device can be verified according to the first use authorization information, if the verification is passed, the vehicle opens the storage box, and if the verification is not passed, the vehicle does not open the storage box.
It should be appreciated that a storage device, which may also be referred to as a storage bin, which may also be referred to as a front or back box, or a storage device disposed in a front or back box, or in some possible scenarios, a compartment, is provided in the vehicle. The storage box can be used for storing express, and can be used for delivering the express into the storage box or taking out the express from the storage box.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the vehicle can predict the position of the first preset time period to obtain the first position information, the first position information is sent to the terminal equipment, the terminal equipment sends the first position information to the server, and the server distributes the corresponding first express equipment, so that the express is delivered to the storage box through the first express equipment, or the express is taken out from the storage box. Therefore, the vehicle does not need to wait at a designated place in a designated time, the predicted position information can be obtained by predicting the position of the vehicle, and the rapid progress is processed according to the predicted position information, so that more flexible express delivery or pickup is realized, and the user experience is improved.
The flow of the method provided by the present application is described above, and the flow of the method provided by the present application is described in more detail below with reference to fig. 3.
The processing method provided by the application can be used for delivering or picking up the express, and the specific scenes are respectively described in more detail below.

408. The vehicle sends real-time location information to the first courier apparatus.
After the vehicle receives the identification information of the first express device, the vehicle can send real-time position information to the first express device, and the real-time position information can be forwarded to the first express device through a terminal device, a server or other devices.
In a possible scenario, the vehicle may also receive real-time location information sent by the first express device, that is, the vehicle and the first express device may start real-time location sharing, and the vehicle and the first express device may learn the real-time location of each other, thereby improving efficiency of express delivery or pickup.
According to the embodiment of the application, the real-time position information can more accurately reflect the current position of the vehicle, so that the express delivery equipment can more accurately determine the current position of the vehicle, and further delivery or pickup of the express delivery is completed. When the accuracy of the first position information is insufficient, the position information of the vehicle can be more accurately and effectively supplemented through the real-time position information of the vehicle, and the success rate of express delivery transportation is improved.
409. The first express device sends first authorization-to-use information to the vehicle.
Before delivering or picking up the express, the first express device sends first authorization information to the vehicle, wherein the first authorization information can include identification information of the first express device, and can also include logistics identification information or express information and the like. It is understood that the first authorized use information is used to instruct the vehicle to open a storage compartment provided in the vehicle.
In one possible scenario, the first courier apparatus may receive real-time location information of the vehicle, and when the real-time location information meets a preset transportation condition, the first courier apparatus sends the first authorized usage information to the vehicle to instruct the vehicle to open the storage box. Specifically, the preset transportation condition may include that a distance between the vehicle and the first express device is smaller than a threshold value, and when the first express device determines that the distance between the vehicle and the first express device is smaller than the threshold value, the first authorized use information may be sent to the first vehicle, so that a storage box of the vehicle is opened. For example, the delivery can be performed to the express delivery through the unmanned aerial vehicle, and when the unmanned aerial vehicle determines that the distance between the unmanned aerial vehicle and the vehicle is smaller than the threshold value, i.e. the unmanned aerial vehicle is closer to the vehicle, the unmanned aerial vehicle can send first authorization-to-use information to the vehicle so as to open a storage box of the vehicle, and therefore the delivery can be performed to the express delivery.
In one possible scenario, when the first express device determines that the implementation position information of the vehicle does not meet the preset transportation condition, the first express device may send an express delivery failure message to the terminal device, where the express delivery failure message may be forwarded by the server to the terminal device, where the express delivery failure message is used to indicate that the express delivery is not successfully delivered to the storage box of the vehicle, or is not successfully taken out from the storage box of the vehicle. For example, the server may allocate an courier delivering the courier, where the courier corresponds to a PDA, and when the PDA determines that the distance from the vehicle is greater than the threshold, that is, the distance from the vehicle is greater, the PDA cannot deliver the courier, the PDA may send an express delivery failure message to the terminal device, or the courier triggers the PDA to send an express delivery failure message to the terminal device.
In one possible scenario, after the first express device sends the express delivery failure message to the terminal device, the server may allocate a third express device to the vehicle again according to the real-time location information of the vehicle, and the third express device may perform express delivery or pickup, that is, the steps 404 to 409 may be repeated, and the first express device is replaced with the third express device.
In a specific embodiment, the first express device may communicate with the vehicle in a plurality of manners, specifically, the first express device may communicate with the vehicle via a server or a terminal device, and the first express device may also directly communicate with the vehicle, for example, the first express device may communicate with the vehicle through a proximity communication 5 (prose communication, pc 5) interface, or may also communicate with the vehicle through bluetooth, wireless fidelity (wireless fidelity, wiFi) or the like. When the first express device directly communicates with the vehicle, the first express device can communicate with the vehicle through information of the vehicle, such as a communication interface, an address, an identification number and the like of the vehicle, which are carried in the information allocated by the first express device.
410. And the vehicle verifies the first express delivery equipment, and if the verification is successful, the storage box is opened.
Wherein, after the vehicle receives the first authentication information in step 407, the first authentication information may be saved. After the vehicle receives the first authorization information sent by the first express device, the first authorization information and the stored first authentication information can be verified, if the first authorization information is matched with the first authentication information, the verification is successful, and if the first authorization information is not matched with the first authentication information, the verification is unsuccessful. If the verification is successful, the vehicle opens the storage box. If the verification is unsuccessful, the vehicle does not open the storage box.
Generally, the first authorization-to-use information may include identification information or logistics identification information of the first express device, and if the identification information included in the first authorization-to-use information is the same as the identification information stored in the vehicle, the verification is successful; or if the logistics identification information included in the first authorization-to-use information is the same as the logistics identification information stored in the vehicle, the verification is successful; or if the identification information included in the first authorization-to-use information is the same as the identification information stored in the vehicle, and the logistics identification information included in the first authorization-to-use information is the same as the logistics identification information stored in the vehicle, the verification is successful. In addition, the vehicle can verify other information besides the identification information or the logistics identification information of the first express device, such as the identification information of the vehicle, the information of the express, and the like, and particularly can be practically applied to scene adjustment, and the application is not limited to this. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the storage box is opened only after the vehicle is successfully verified, so that the safety of the vehicle can be further improved.
In one possible scenario, after the vehicle opens the storage box, the vehicle also sends an indication to the first courier apparatus indicating that the storage box has been opened, to inform the first courier apparatus that the storage box has been opened.
In one possible scenario, the vehicle may further receive real-time location information of the first express device, and the vehicle may further determine a distance between the vehicle and the first express device according to the real-time location information of the vehicle and the real-time location information of the first express device, and determine whether to open the storage box according to the distance and the verification result. For example, if the distance between the vehicle and the first express device is greater than a preset distance threshold and the verification result is successful, the vehicle does not open the storage box, and if the distance between the vehicle and the first express device is not greater than the preset distance threshold and the verification result is successful, the vehicle opens the storage box.
411. And delivering the express delivery.
After the storage box is opened by the vehicle, the first express device can deliver the express to the storage box, or the express can be delivered to the storage box by an express delivery person, and then delivery confirmation information is input on the first express device.
In a possible implementation manner, after step 411, the terminal device may obtain a reminder message, where the reminder message is used to indicate that the express delivery is not taken out from the vehicle within a preset duration, and remind the user according to the reminder message and a preset reminder mode, so as to remind the user to take out the express delivery in time, thereby improving user experience.
Specifically, the terminal device may generate a reminder message. When the terminal equipment determines that the express delivery comprises the articles of the preset type and the express delivery is not taken out within the preset duration, the vehicle generates a reminding message and reminds according to the reminding message. The preset type may be an article having a short storage time, such as a fresh article, food, or the like. For example, if the terminal device determines that the express delivery includes the article marked as fresh, and determines that the express delivery is not taken out from the vehicle within the preset time period according to the feedback information of the vehicle, the terminal device generates a reminding message.
In one possible implementation, the terminal device may receive a reminder message sent by the vehicle. Specifically, if the vehicle determines that the express delivery comprises a preset type of article and/or the express delivery is not taken out within a preset time period, the vehicle sends a reminding message to the terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment provides the user to take out the express delivery in time.
In a specific implementation manner, the vehicle may determine that the express delivery includes the preset type of the article by reading a near field communication (near field communication, NFC) tag in the express delivery, or the vehicle may determine whether the express delivery includes the preset type of the article from information of the express delivery sent by the terminal device. And generating a reminding message when the express delivery is determined to comprise the articles of the preset type and the articles are not taken out from the vehicle within the preset duration. For example, if the express delivery includes fresh articles, if the express delivery is stored in the vehicle for too long, the fresh articles will deteriorate, so when the express delivery is stored in the vehicle for more than a certain period of time, the vehicle can send a reminding message to the terminal device to inform the user to take out the express delivery as soon as possible, and the user experience can be improved.
Specifically, the vehicle can detect whether the express delivery is taken out from the vehicle through a camera, an infrared sensor, a gravity sensor and the like.
Further, the terminal device may display the reminding message on the display interface, or the terminal device may remind by voice, or the like. For example, as shown in fig. 5A, a reminder message may be displayed in a display interface of the terminal device, so as to remind the user to take out the express delivery in time. The user can click on the reminding message displayed in the display interface, if "no longer reminds" is selected, as shown in fig. 5B, the terminal device generates a suspension instruction according to the input operation of the user, and suspends reminding of the express.
The communication account of the vehicle can be added as friends with the communication account of the terminal equipment, and the reminding information is pushed through the communication software, as shown in fig. 6A, a WeChat unread information can be displayed in a display interface of the terminal equipment, a reminding user can timely put forward an express, or the user can click the information to select ' no reminding ' or not to remind ', as shown in fig. 6B, so that reminding is stopped, the reminding information can be directly clicked and enter a display interface of the communication software, as shown in fig. 6C, the reminding information is displayed in a software interface of the WeChat, and the user is reminded to timely put forward the express. In addition, the vehicle can remind the user of timely taking out the express delivery through the communication software display interface of the terminal device, and can remind the state of the vehicle, for example, as shown in fig. 6D, whether the trunk of the vehicle is closed or not, or the specific position of the vehicle can be determined through the communication software, for example, the user can send a position request message to the vehicle, the vehicle can reply to the positioning information of the vehicle, or picture information of the position where the vehicle is located, and the like.
The terminal device can also remind in a voice mode. For example, the terminal device may send a voice "you have fresh express, please take out in time" to remind the user to take out the express in time, and the user may respond "i know, do not remind i any more" to abort the reminder.
The terminal device can also display a reminding message in a preset reminding interface. For example, the terminal device may display the express information in a display interface of the scene intelligence (for example, the leftmost interface of the home screen is generally used to display account information, search, application or information recommendation, etc.), as shown in fig. 7, may display the articles including fresh articles in the express, and the status is not taken out, so as to remind the user to take out the express in time.
In addition, when the terminal device reminds according to the reminding message, besides stopping reminding through input data of a user, when the vehicle detects that the express delivery is taken out from the vehicle, the terminal device can also be informed of taking out the express delivery from the vehicle by sending the express delivery taking-out message to the vehicle, so that the terminal device stops reminding.
412. The vehicle sends a first delivery confirmation message to the terminal device.
After the vehicle determines that the express delivery is delivered to the storage box and confirms that the storage box is closed, the vehicle may send a first delivery confirmation message to the terminal device, where the first delivery confirmation message is used to indicate that the express delivery is delivered to the storage box.
After the terminal equipment receives the first delivery confirmation message, the terminal equipment can confirm that the express delivery is delivered to the storage box of the vehicle according to the first delivery confirmation message, and the terminal equipment can display prompt information of the storage box of the vehicle, which is delivered to the express delivery, in a display interface. The user can learn that the express delivery is delivered to the storage box of the vehicle according to the prompt information displayed in the display interface of the terminal equipment, and user experience is improved.
413. The first express device sends a second delivery confirmation message to the terminal device.
And when the first express device determines that the express is delivered to the vehicle command, a second delivery confirmation message can be sent to the terminal device, wherein the second delivery confirmation message is used for indicating that the express is delivered to the storage box.
After the terminal equipment receives the second delivery confirmation message, the delivery of the express delivery to the storage box of the vehicle can be confirmed according to the second delivery confirmation message, and the terminal equipment can display prompt information of the storage box of the vehicle, to which the express delivery is delivered, in a display interface, so that a user can know that the express delivery is delivered to the vehicle, and user experience is improved.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the steps 412 and 413 are optional steps, only the step 412 may be performed first, only the step 413 may be performed, or the steps 412 and 413 may be performed simultaneously, and the steps may be specifically adjusted according to the actual application scenario, which is not limited in the present application.
It should be understood that the foregoing steps 411-413 are steps of delivering the express, and the express may be taken out of the vehicle in addition to delivering the express, that is, the steps 411-413 may be replaced by the steps 414-416, and the following description will be given of the steps 414-416.
414. And taking out the express delivery from the vehicle.
In this scenario, after the storage box is opened by the vehicle, the express may be taken out of the vehicle by the first express device, or the express may be taken out of the vehicle by the courier.
When the first express device is an unmanned aerial vehicle, the unmanned aerial vehicle can directly take out the express from the vehicle. And when the express delivery is taken out by the express delivery person, the express delivery person can perform input operation on the first express delivery equipment, so that the first express delivery equipment determines that the express delivery is taken out from the vehicle.
415. The vehicle sends a first pickup confirmation message to the terminal device.
After the vehicle determines that the express delivery has been taken out of the vehicle, a first delivery confirmation message may be sent to the terminal device, where the first delivery confirmation message is used to indicate that the express delivery has been taken out of the vehicle, so that the terminal device determines a delivery progress of the express delivery according to the first delivery confirmation message.
Specifically, the vehicle may determine that the express delivery has been taken out of the storage box of the vehicle through a camera, an infrared sensor, a gravity sensor, and the like provided in the vehicle.

Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the vehicle can predict the position of the first preset time period to obtain the first position information, the first position information is sent to the terminal equipment, the terminal equipment sends the first position information to the server, and the server distributes the corresponding first express equipment, so that the express is delivered to the storage box through the first express equipment, or the express is taken out from the storage box. Therefore, the vehicle does not need to wait at a designated place in a designated time, the predicted position information can be obtained by predicting the position of the vehicle, and the rapid progress is processed according to the predicted position information, so that more flexible express delivery or pickup is realized, and the user experience is improved. And after the express delivery is delivered to the vehicle, if the express delivery comprises articles of a preset type, a user can be reminded of timely taking out the express delivery through the terminal equipment, and user experience is improved.
In another scenario, delivery and pickup can be combined, so that more convenient and rapid express transportation is realized. Referring specifically to fig. 8, another flow chart of the method for data processing provided by the present application is as follows.

The terminal device may broadcast the consignment message to a certain range (e.g., 500 meters) of the location of the terminal device. The mail message is used for indicating a task of delivering the express to a preset area. The mail message may include location information of the terminal device, information of a preset area, or information of an express delivery, etc. The information of the express may include information of the size, weight, etc. of the express.
In one possible scenario, the posting message may further include information about a delivery period, where the delivery period is a period of delivering the express delivery to a preset area.
For example, when the terminal device determines that an express delivery needs to be delivered from the area a to the area B, the terminal device may broadcast a posting message, where the posting message may include location information of the area a, location information of the area B, information of a delivery period, and the like. Therefore, when the express delivery operator needs to deliver the express delivery, especially when the express delivery is delivered in a short distance, for example, the express delivery in the same city can be delivered by issuing order information and the vehicle receives order tasks, so that the delivery of the express delivery can be realized, the utilization rate of the vehicle can be effectively improved, and the resource utilization rate can be improved.
In one possible scenario, a posting message may also be sent by the terminal device to the server, which broadcasts the posting message within the scope of the terminal device. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the sender message can be broadcast by the terminal equipment or the server.
802. The vehicle sends a receipt message to the terminal device.
After the vehicle receives the mail message sent by the terminal equipment, determining whether the task of delivering the express to the preset area can be received or not according to the information carried in the mail message, and if yes, sending a receipt message to the terminal equipment.
The order message may include information of the vehicle, for example, location information of the vehicle, identification information of the vehicle, such as an identification number, a device name, a user ID, and the like.
Specifically, the vehicle may also send an order message to the terminal device according to the input data of the user. For example, a vehicle-mounted terminal is arranged in the vehicle, information included in the mail message can be displayed on a display screen of the vehicle-mounted terminal, if the user selects the order, the order can be displayed on a display interface of the vehicle-mounted terminal, as shown in fig. 9, information of the mail message broadcasted by the terminal device can be displayed on the display screen of the vehicle-mounted terminal, then whether the user selects the order or not, if the user clicks an order receiving button, the vehicle-mounted terminal generates the order receiving message, and the order receiving message is sent to the terminal device.
The vehicle can also judge whether the order receiving condition is met according to the information carried in the order receiving message, and if so, the vehicle sends the order receiving message to the terminal equipment. For example, if the distance between the start point of the express delivery task and the position of the vehicle included in the order receiving message is smaller than a preset value, and the distance between the end point of the express delivery task and a certain position in the navigation route of the vehicle is smaller than a preset value, the vehicle may send the order receiving message to the terminal device, and instruct the vehicle to accept the task of delivering the express delivery to the preset area.
When the mail message received by the vehicle is broadcast by the server, the vehicle can reply the single message to the server, or can reply the single message to the terminal device directly, and the adjustment can be carried out according to the actual application scene.

In addition, the express delivery request can also be used for directly requesting to take out the express delivery from the vehicle in a second preset period, so that the vehicle predicts the position information of the second preset period.
In one possible implementation, step 816 may also be replaced with: the terminal device may also send an express request to the server, where the server forwards the express request to the vehicle, or the server sends a new express request to the vehicle after generating the new express request according to the request. For example, if the vehicle receives the express request sent by the server, after the vehicle obtains the second location information and generates the second acknowledgement message according to the second location information, the second acknowledgement message may be sent to the server, so as to implement a reply to the express request sent by the server.

After receiving the second confirmation message of the vehicle, the terminal device sends second express delivery distribution information to the server, wherein the second express delivery distribution information is used for indicating to take out the express from the vehicle, so that the server distributes second express delivery equipment according to the second express delivery distribution information.

According to the embodiment of the application, the vehicle can accept the express delivery task sent by the terminal equipment, the express delivery is delivered to the preset area, the time for delivering the express delivery is flexible, and when the express delivery to be delivered exists by a user, the delivered vehicle can be determined in time without sending a piece at a place appointed at an appointed time, so that the efficiency of delivering the express delivery is improved, and the user experience is improved. And when the vehicle carries the express delivery, the vehicle can send the predicted second position information to the terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment sends a second express delivery distribution message to the server according to the second position information, so that the server can timely distribute the second express delivery equipment, and the express delivery in the vehicle is fetched through the second express delivery equipment, so that the express delivery in the vehicle is fetched. Therefore, express delivery in the vehicle can be more flexibly achieved, express delivery efficiency is improved, express delivery can be accurately taken out of the vehicle by the second express delivery equipment according to real-time position information of the vehicle without taking the express delivery at a specified place, express delivery taking efficiency is improved, and user experience is improved.
The foregoing describes the method of the present application in detail, and the apparatus of the present application will be described based on the methods corresponding to fig. 3 to 9.

Fig. 15 is a schematic diagram of a vehicle structure provided by an embodiment of the present application, where the vehicle 1500 may vary considerably in configuration or performance, and may include one or more central processing units (central processing units, CPU) 1522 (e.g., one or more processors) and memory 1532, one or more storage media 1530 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) storing applications 1542 or data 1544. Wherein the memory 1532 and the storage medium 1530 may be transitory or persistent storage. The program stored on the storage medium 1530 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instruction operations in the vehicle. Still further, the central processor 1522 may be configured to communicate with a storage medium 1530 to execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 1530 on the vehicle 1500.

It should be understood that the vehicle in the above embodiment of the present application may be replaced by an in-vehicle terminal, and the vehicle may also include more or fewer components, and may specifically be adjusted according to the actual application scenario.
