the dispatching desk obtains emergency transaction processing report information through the dynamic emergency call group and carries out whole-course monitoring and dispatching on the emergency transaction processing process;
and the platform communication terminals respectively positioned in the 3 dynamic emergency call groups obtain emergency transaction processing report information through the respective dynamic emergency call groups, respectively carry out emergency transaction processing based on the emergency transaction processing report content, and report the emergency transaction processing result in the respective corresponding dynamic emergency call groups.
In the method, each platform is divided into daily affairs and emergency affairs according to affairs, and a platform working group and a platform emergency group are created to process different businesses respectively, are not interfered with each other and are independent of each other.
Meanwhile, the method considers that the area range involved by an emergency event is adjacent stations (default is 1 adjacent station, namely left and right stations, and can also be configured as 2 adjacent stations, namely 2 stations on the left and right respectively, and so on until the maximum is all stations on the whole line).
The method has the advantages that the information of the current platform is obtained through positioning when the train stops at the station, the current platform emergency group is automatically switched to, and the adjacent platform emergency group is monitored simultaneously, so that the communication effect of emergency personnel at the three platforms A, B and C is realized.
The vehicle-mounted linkage is that the station of the emergency treatment personnel who get on the vehicle is positioned to the station platform through the Bluetooth and is switched to the emergency group of the station as the driver station.

the driver makes work report and arrangement in the crew member group, and other crew members know the emergency situation according to the report content.
The staff at the station 10 reports in the emergency call group, arranges corresponding staff to check the condition of the car door, and reports in the station working group after checking;
the staff at the station 9 and the station 11 can arrange and report the work in various work groups according to the content of the report, and prepare in advance.
And after the corresponding work is finished, carrying out corresponding work report and arrangement on the corresponding dynamic emergency call group.

each station corresponds to a station working talk group, and the members of the station working talk group comprise: a plurality of station communication terminals located within the station;
each train route corresponds to a crew communication group, and the members of the crew communication group comprise train communication ends positioned on all trains of the route;
each station corresponds to a dynamic emergency call group, and the members of the dynamic emergency call group comprise: the system comprises a dispatching desk communication end, a train communication end meeting preset requirements, a current platform communication end, at least one platform communication end located in front of a current platform along a train advancing route and at least one platform communication end located behind the current platform along the train advancing route;
wherein, each train joins in 3 corresponding developments emergent talkgroups on its circuit, respectively is: the system comprises a dynamic emergency call group A, a dynamic emergency call group B and a dynamic emergency call group C, wherein the dynamic emergency call group B is a dynamic emergency call group corresponding to a platform B closest to a train, the dynamic emergency call group A is a dynamic emergency call group corresponding to a platform A behind the platform B in the advancing direction of the train, and the dynamic emergency call group C is a dynamic emergency call group corresponding to a platform C in front of the platform B in the advancing direction of the train; and when the distance between the preset train and the preset platform is greater than or equal to the threshold value, judging that the train does not meet the preset requirement, and quitting from the dynamic emergency call group corresponding to the preset platform.

each train route corresponds to a crew communication group, and the members of the crew communication group comprise train communication ends positioned on all trains of the route;
each station corresponds to a dynamic emergency call group, and the members of the dynamic emergency call group comprise: the system comprises a dispatching desk communication end, a train communication end meeting preset requirements, a current platform communication end, at least one platform communication end located in front of a current platform along a train advancing route and at least one platform communication end located behind the current platform along the train advancing route;
wherein, each train joins in 3 corresponding developments emergent talkgroups on its circuit, respectively is: the system comprises a dynamic emergency call group A, a dynamic emergency call group B and a dynamic emergency call group C, wherein the dynamic emergency call group B is a dynamic emergency call group corresponding to a platform B closest to a train, the dynamic emergency call group A is a dynamic emergency call group corresponding to a platform A behind the platform B in the advancing direction of the train, and the dynamic emergency call group C is a dynamic emergency call group corresponding to a platform C in front of the platform B in the advancing direction of the train; and when the distance between the preset train and the preset platform is greater than or equal to the threshold value, judging that the train does not meet the preset requirement, and quitting from the dynamic emergency call group corresponding to the preset platform.
2. The intelligent cluster dispatching command system of claim 1, wherein the train communication terminal and the platform communication terminal are both capable of collecting voice data and video data and transmitting the collected data to corresponding talk groups; the train communication end and the platform communication end in the dynamic emergency call group can upload the acquired data to the dispatching desk in real time; the dispatching desk can actively call and obtain data collected by a train communication end and a platform communication end in the dynamic emergency call group.

The intelligent cluster dispatching and commanding system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a preset station communication end is set as a group leader communication end in each member of the station working talkgroup, the rest station communication ends of the station working talkgroup are group member communication ends, and the non-current station communication ends in the dynamic emergency talkgroup are group leader communication ends.
4. The intelligent cluster dispatching command system of claim 1, wherein the members of the crew member talkgroup comprise a driver communication terminal and a background management communication terminal on each train.

The intelligent cluster dispatching command system of claim 1, wherein the system comprises a plurality of positioning units, each platform is correspondingly provided with one positioning unit, each train is correspondingly provided with one positioning unit, the positioning units are used for acquiring position information of the platforms or the trains and transmitting the acquired position information to the dispatching desk, the dispatching desk acquires real-time position information of the trains according to the position information returned by the plurality of positioning units, and the dynamic emergency call group where the trains are located is switched when switching conditions are met based on the real-time position information of the trains.
6. The intelligent cluster dispatching command system of claim 1, wherein the dispatching desk is further configured to dynamically display train stops on a train route map.

The intelligent cluster dispatching command system of claim 1, wherein the dispatching desk is further configured to establish a temporary talkgroup, and members of the temporary talkgroup include but are not limited to: one or more of a dispatching desk communication end, a train communication end and a platform communication end.

The intelligent cluster scheduling command system of claim 1, wherein the scheduling stations comprise a plurality of levels of sub-scheduling stations, the plurality of levels of sub-scheduling stations have different authorities, the upper level of sub-scheduling station can perform command scheduling on the lower level of sub-scheduling station, and the upper level of sub-scheduling station can take over the lower level of sub-scheduling station to obtain the administration range and the operation authority of the lower level of sub-scheduling station; each sub-dispatching desk corresponds to a management account, the authority of the sub-dispatching desk is bound with the corresponding account, and the superior sub-dispatching desk can log in the corresponding account at any inferior sub-dispatching desk to obtain the authority and the function of the superior sub-dispatching desk; the superior sub-dispatching desk can select different communication terminals governed by the inferior sub-dispatching desk to establish a temporary group.
